Abstract

This study aims to determine the urgency of community Manajement in community empowerment in Tabagsel. Both community empowerment in the fields 0f socio cultural, economic, edukasi and health. The form of research is field reseach with a descriptive qualitative approach combined with phenemonogi. The theory used is the communication manajement theory from Nobel & Herbert Simon and the empowerment corcept from Robert Chambers. The results showed that the communication management applied by Lazisnu Tabagsel was not optimal. POAC as an element of communication management has not been implemented. Community empowerment through the NU Coins movement is carried out through the zero rupiah balance system. The Allocation is done every two weeks by spending the entire balance obtained collecting NU Coins. Lazisnu’s work program seeks to improve the walfare of the communicy in the socio-religius, economic, education and health fields. The impact of this research is expected to provide scientific contributions in improving the walfare of the community.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada dewasa ini terasa semakin pesat hingga mampu memudahkan segala pekerjaan manusia sehari – harinya. Perkembangan tersebut juga dirasakan oleh para da’i, ulama dan para ustadz sebagai praktik dakwah, atau penyebaran agama islam dengan menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Teknologi yang dinamakan internet, dimana semua manusia terjaring dalam suatu jaringan bernama media sosial yang mampu memberi, menyebarkan dan menerima informasi secara aktual, realtime dengan waktu yang sangat cepat. Adapun dengan positifnya perkembangan teknologi internet ini, tidak lepas dengan pengaruh negatifnya. Salah satu dari pengaruh negatifnya adalah mudahnya tersebar dan diterimanya hoax di masyarakat. Masalah ini kemudian menjadi masalah tambahan yang harus dicermati oleh para masyarakat, khususnya penggiat dakwah ketika ingin menyebarkan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan mencari artikel – artikel terkait tentang kaitan hoax dan dakwah di Indonesia.

Abstract

Alwashliyah is a da'wah organization with a different culture from the society in which the organization was born. This article aims to reveal the map of Aljamiyatul Washliyah's da'wah and other socio-religious organizations in West Java. The data to inform the theme of Alwashliyah da'wah is qualitative. Meanwhile, the socio-historical approach is used as an analytical tool and comparative to sharpen the map of the da'wah movement further. As for Alwashliyah's da'wah activities in West Java, namely: First, it was started in 1956 in the northern region of West Java through educational approaches and social activities; second, the da'wah method is carried out through tabligh, tadbir, tathwir. Alwashliyah da'wah in West Java is still concentrated in education and religious studies. Just like the da'wah of similar organizations. So that competition occurs in carrying out da'wah because the targets and forms are identical, impacting the inclusion of internal religious sentiments.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to introduce and train hydroponic vegetable cultivation for young people and youth of Larangan. The ADDIE Model method is used (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The training results show that the participants who are trained in entrepreneurship have the potential to empower the surrounding community. They can benefit from developing hydroponics that does not require large land areas, balanced nutrition, free of weeds, and high production. Hydroponics can also take advantage of the yard of the house. Therefore, the younger generation can create breakthroughs and open new jobs in the agricultural sector by holding this activity. They can create and develop a creative economy to be distributed to the broader community. Da'wah training based on the creative economy through hydroponic planting from used goods has shown a new passion among youth and youth in the Larangan sub-district.

Abstract

Since the pandemic, da'wah has begun to develop by involving technology such as using zoom, youtube, Instagram, and so on. In addition to the da'wah method, the content of da'wah is also essential and must be considered because of da'wah material influences teenagers' interest in listening to da'wah. The purpose of this research is to analyze the methods and content of da'wah that are suitable for teenagers, the method used is quantitative in the form of a survey of teenagers. Based on the information obtained through a study of teenagers, around 86.3% of teenagers still like to listen to da'wah during this pandemic. Still, only 38.4% of teenagers who often listen to da'wah and 61.6% rarely listen to da'wah. Around 72.6% of teenagers during the pandemic prefer to listen to da'wah through YouTube media with da'wah content about life, and 71.2% of teenagers prefer the da'wah method in the form of examples and examples. This shows that technological advances and youth synergize well so that da'wah content is packaged more attractively, and effectively and reaches wider attention.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze nafsiyah da'wah as a strategy for increasing the individual piety of students at MTs Muhamdiyah Ciputat, South Tangerang. Specifically, this article reveals how to increase individual piety during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method—data obtained through observation and interviews. The results showed increased individual piety regarding reading the Qur'an, prayer skills and istikomahan in carrying out the five daily prayers. The increase in individual piety occurs because of self-awareness of as much as 87 per cent and parental control of as much as 13 per cent. Da'wah nafsiyah, oriented to individual development, is carried out through formal religious teachings, which have implications on the broader scope of life. Consistency in practising the teachings of worship, such as prayer and improving skills in reading the Qur'an become mental exercises that will affect self-control and encourage the formation of good morals.

Abstract

This study aims to explain, in general, the song, the content of the da'wah message, and the urgency of the message in the current context through a qualitative approach and Charles Morris' semiotic theory approach. Based on the research results, the song Bismillah Cintahas ten lyric stanzas with five stanzas and repetition of song lyrics as an affirmation of meaning. The song has a message of da'wah so that people have faith in God and fellow human beings. The message also emphasizes the importance of high spirits, patience, sincerity in facing trials, and always giving positive energy in all things. The message of da'wah in the song's lyrics is essential to convey following the situation and conditions in Indonesia, which is being hit by a pandemic. This research has implications for the importance of various da'wah methods and media that can be filled with da'wah messages so that the song is also a means of da'wah, which is quite significant.

Abstract

The Preman Pensiun cinema in the episode Return to Fitri has vital elements of the pull of religion so that humans return to Him. The purpose of this study is to interpret cultural signs visually. Using a critical paradigm with a visual semiotic method that is both structural and poststructural, the researcher uses a post-semiotic approach rooted in postmodernism to interpret the image that the author refers to from the Sinema Preman Pensiun episode of Return to Fitri. The study's results, from the perspective of structural visual semiotics, show that the power of religion is clearly depicted in the scenes played by Muslihat and Ujang figures. However, in the post-semiotic perspective, the pull of religion is a method of capitalism to influence or grip the minds of the audience so that they are interested in being part of the film (the audience). This research is expected to impact researches on communication semiotics that continue to develop and on da'wah communication in general, which the authors define as religious communication in the context of a critical paradigm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the symbolic construction of the popular preacher in the film Sang Enlightenment. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach through media text analysis. Referring to Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method, two stages are used to examine the symbolic identity of the preacher in this film. Namely, the significance of the first stage (denotation), which takes place through various scenes and dialogues of the actors, and the significance of the second stage (connotation), which reveals a particular meaning from the highlighted symbol or sign. Data were collected through observation and documentation. The results show two symbolic identities of the preacher in the film, namely the role identity as a modernist, critical, and wise preacher, and the social identity as a religious preacher who is faqih, mujadid, and progressive. This research has implications for strengthening digital da'wah studies, especially in strengthening the identity of popular preachers.

Abstract

Preaching zakat to muzakki requires understanding the preferences of muzakki in distributing zakat. This study aims to formulate the preferences of muzakki in distributing zakat in the digital era. The literature review of 11 scientific articles was analyzed with Philip Kotler's consumer behavior theory. Based on the literature review, it can be formulated the tendency of muzakki's preferences in distributing zakat: directly to mustahik, mosque amil, LAZ amil, fundraising applications, and LAZ digitization. The encouragement of conventional zakat distribution behavior is influenced by cultural, social, psychological, and personal factors. Meanwhile, digital-based muzakki behavior is influenced by social, psychological, and personal factors. Zakat managers need to provide digital and conventional zakat payment channels. Muzakki, with the support of a digital ecosystem, can be optimized for digitization. Muzakki, who are not yet supported by the digital ecosystem, can optimize conventional methods.
