Abstract

This research stems from several issues that occur in the world of the digital economy in the use of e-commerce which is currently developing. In this study, we want to know the effect of using e-commerce in the sales process on interest where the research method is directed to determine cause-and-effect relationships based on observations of the effects that occur and look for factors that cause them through the collected data. N 1 Seyegan. The sample in this study requires 100 student respondents to facilitate data processing. From the results of data processing, it was obtained an analysis that the use of e-commerce media in the growing interest in entrepreneurship at SMA N 1 Seyegan had a positive and significant effect. And seeing the sales process is able to foster interest in entrepreneurship among class XII students at SMA N 1 Seyegan has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Human resources is a very important factor as a driver in the face of global current era. The competitiveness of an organization depends on human resources owned. Particularly associated with either organizational commitment and innovative behavior. This research would like to see more activities and responsibilities in developing organizational commitment, organization culture, and job satisfaction to improving employee's innovative behavior.

Abstract

Saat ini, generasi milenial mulai menduduki persentasi tertinggi dalam angkatan kerja di berbagai industri. Dari berbagai literatur. gaya servant leadership cocok untuk diterapkan pada organisasi yang berisi generasi millennial. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah karyawan dari para manager peserta program servant leadership training. Ada 6 manager (disebut dengen kode A, B, C, D, E dan F) yang diteliti dalam studi ini. Hasil kuesioner dianalisa menggunakan uji validity, uji reliability dan paired t-test. Hal ini untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh program servant leadership training. Kemudian dilanjutkan menggunakan kalkulasi satisfaction index (SI) dengan weighted scoring pada 3 dimensi (listening, persuasion, foresight). Hal ini dikarenakan program training yang dilakukan berfokus pada listening, persuasion dan foresight. Hasil SI kemudian dibandingkan antara sebelum dan sesudah training. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah program training, dengan kata lain: secara umum terdapat dampak efektifitas program training yang dijalankan terhadap kepuasan karyawan di industri farmasi.

Abstract

Objectif of this study is explore the implementation of SCM in retail companies and also its performance assessment by using the method of SCOR Level 1 customer facing aspects. The study was conducted in Matahari Department Store and Supermarket.The research was done by searching the primary and secondary data through interviews with the company participant.  Matahari Department Store and Supermarket has SOPs to organize the integration of all the relationship with supply chain participant in supporting the business needs of consumers. Performance Level 1 customer facing aspects of the high performance delivery of components for the Jakarta area in 2011 amounted to 99, 09%, while for outside Jakarta amounted to 99,97%.Keywords:  supply chain management, retailer, SCOR

Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena yang saat ini terjadi dengan adanya beberapa macam strategi strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan, salah satunya yakni daya minat remaja dalam hal pembelian produk fashion. Dalam penilitian ini ingin melakukan pengujian sejauh mana peran celebrity endorsmen dalam proses penjualan terhadap niat remaja dalam membeli produk fashion. Adapun penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan komparatif dimana metode penelitian yang diatur agar mengatuhi sebab akibat sesuai observasi pada dampak yang muncul serta menemukan aspek yang menyebabkan mengunakan data yang dihimpun. Adapun sampel penelitian membutuhkan 125 responden guna mempermudah dalam pengolahan data.Adapun hasil pengujian antara peran celebrity endorsmen terhadap niat mahasiswa kedua program studi dalam membeli produk fashion setelah dihitung mendapatkan hasil t-hitung sebesar 3,082 dengan perhitungan angka t – tabel 1,657 dinyatakan hipotesis diterima, bisa disebut celebrity endorsement berpengaruh positif pada daya beli mahasiswa. Selain uji hubungan dilakukannya juga pengujian perbandingan dilihat dari nilai mean menunjukkan kelompok mahasiswa program studi ekonomi pembangunan memiliki nilai (14,779) lebih tinggi dibandingkan responden prodi Manajemen dengan nilai (14,181) yang menyatakan bila niat beli yang terpengaruh celebrity endorsment, sikap, norma subyektif serta kendali diri mahasiswa prodi ekonomi pembangunan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa manajemen

Abstract

One of the factors causing ineffective puskesmas management information system (simpus) application is the low puskesmas employee involvement. The purposes of the research are identifying causal factors of the low employee involvement from individual and organizational factors, and analyzing alternatives of step of Brebes District Health Department (DKK Brebes) to enhance puskesmas employee involvement. The research objects were DKK Brebes and 4 of its UPT (2 good employee involvement puskesmas, and 2 low employee involvement puskesmas). The individual factors research subjects were all puskesmas employees involved voluntarily and mandatorily in simpus application (8 employees in good employee involvement puskesmas, and 6 in low employee involvement puskesmas). The organizational factors research subjects were the Chief of Program Development and Health Resources of DKK Brebes, a professional staff of Information Management and Health Program Development section, a simpus staff in Jatibarang Puskesmas, and a simpus coordinator in Brebes Puskesmas.  Data was collected by deep interview, questioner, and observation.  The data analysis techniques were descriptive statistic and non statistic analysis. The research showed that the main individual factors causing the low employee involvement were the limited knowledge and skill of puskesmas employees. Based on organizational factors (DKK Brebes and puskesmas), the causal factors were simpus management, change management, and learning organization development that were not optimum.  Alternatives of step of DKK Brebes to enhance puskesmas employee involvement in simpus application: (1) building better simpus management; (2) creating change management based on puskesmas condition; and (3) developing better learning organization in puskesmas.

Abstract

Nowadays, a new paradigm emerges which points out the role of an auditor is no longer considered as watch dog to cause fear among auditees. Here, the auditor is taking the role of consultant and catalyst. In term of competence, an auditor can also propose the role of witness or expert witness on a trial. Audit report can be used as a dossier's material in a criminal proceeding by police, district attorney, or court. It proves that audit report is legal evidence that supports a case's completion. At this point, audit report should reflect its auditor's competence in which his or her performance will be tested on the court. Auditor, as a profession, is like two sides of a coin. In one sense, auditor is expected to create good public governance. On the other hand, there are risks to deal with, such as, auditee’s pressure, weaponry threat, and psychological threat. There is also ‘less harmful’ threat namely bribery in form of table money or transportation fee. However, these types of threat should not influence the auditor's independence in making decision. In addition, there is still so called political influence that may affect the auditor's independence. This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational competence, independence, and commitment to auditor's performance. Sample of the research was 87 respondents from Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Yogyakarta Special Province. In answering the research's hypothesis, the researcher used multiple linear regression analysis, preceded by hypotheses testing. The result shows that competence and independence have significant roles in auditor's performance. Additionally, affective and normative commitments give influence to auditor's performance. However, continuance commitment does not influence the auditor's performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the performance of employees using three indicators which include teachers' perception of principal leadership, school organizational climate, and teacher certification benefits. Teachers' perception of the principal leadership was measured from the leader's capability to develop a sense of group togetherness, teamwork, group motivation, problem solving, decision making, and inter-member conflict resolution. The leader's ability to help improve efficiency for the purpose of role specialization, organizational activities, resource accumulation, and group preparedness to face the changes and crises, leader's ability to improve the quality of work life, to develop subordinates' confidence, to improve subordinates' skills, to help develop and prosper the subordinates' psychology. As for the variable of organizational climate, it was measured using the indicators of structure, responsibility, risk, reward and punishment, and warmth and support. Teacher certification benefit was measured from students' attitude toward and view on 10 assessments of teachers' professional experience. The variable of teachers' can be measured from their capability of planning and preparing instruction, their mastery of the subject matter to be delivered, mastery of instructional method and strategy, assignments distributed to the students, classroom management skills, and assessment and evaluation skills. The sample consisted of all teachers of SMP 3 Imogiri, Bantul. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using multiple regression technique and a qualitative analysis. The results demonstrated that teachers' perception of principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of SMP 3 Imogiri, Bantul Regency. Further, school organizational climate was also found to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of SMP 3 Imogiri, Bantul. Teacher certification benefit was also found to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the teachers of SMP 3 Imogiri, Bantul. The magnitude of influence of teachers' perception of the principal leadership, school organizational climate, teacher certification benefits amount to 0.861 or 86.1%. This means that teachers' performance was influenced by those three variables; teachers' perception of the principal leadership, school organizational climate, and teacher certification benefits by 86.1% while the remaining 13.9% was influenced or explained by variables other than those employed by the author. The variable with most positive influence on the teachers' performance was the teachers' perception of the principal leadership that amount to 4.926.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup hedonis, kecanduan berbelanja, keterlibatan fashion terhadap pembelian tidak terencana produk fashion global. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, Tipe desain penelitian ini adalah desain survey kausal Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan suatu pertimbangan tertentu (judgment sampling). Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah responden yang termasuk kategori gaya hidup hedonis, kecanduan berbelanja, keterlibatan fashion di wilayah DIY dan Jawa Tengah. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 115 responden. Metode Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan alpha cronbanch. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Gaya hidup hedonis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (sig 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,391. Kecanduan berbelanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (sig 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,309. Keterlibatan fashion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian tidak terencana, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 (sig 0,05) dan koefisien regresi mempunyai nilai positif yaitu sebesar 0,193.

There are seven themes in strategic human resource management. The study also discusses current and future trend issues in strategic human resource management. Finally, this paper provides a strategic human resource management research note.
