Abstract

The aims of the is to analyze the influence of leadership  style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teacher performance on SMK Muhammadiyah Gunungkidul. The object of the research are teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Wonosari, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Patuk and SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Tepus Gunungkidul. The sample of this research are 121 teachers. The data collecting methods used  a questionnaire methods. The research shown that leadership style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment can contribution positive influence on teacher performance. The dominant variables which influences the work performance is commitment organization.Keywords: Teacher performance,  Leadership style, Job satisfaction, Organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji peran green human resource management dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada seluruh pemilik UKM batik di Paguyuban Batik Tulis Kebon Indah sebanyak 169 UKM. Dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel akhir yang memenuhi kriteria pengujian sejumlah 136 responden. Pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan dilakukan dengan analisis regresi Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa green human resource management berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh green intellectual capital terhadap keunggulan kompetitif pada UKM Batik warna alam di Paguyuban Kebon Indah

Abstract

The purpose of STIKES Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran is to provide services quickly, accurately, hospitality, the effectiveness of action and comfort. The performance  of employees is an important aspect of human resource management. Low performance of employees allegedly affected from several factors, including motivation, compensation and working discipline. Based on the research problem, the study aims to analyze simultaneously the influence of motivation, compensation, and working discipline to employee performance partially influence education and motivation, compensation, discipline, and work on employee performance education in STIKES Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran.The sample of this study were all employees of education as many as 35 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires, then analyzed by using multiple regression statistical test.The results show the influence of motivation, compensation, and work discipline simultaneously having an positive and significant impact toward the performance of employees of education, which means that the higher the motivation, the higher the compensation, and the higher discipline of work, the higher the performance of education employee at STIKES Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran. This shows that these variables individually can improve employee performance at STIKES Ngudi Waluyo Ungaran.

Abstract

This research aim to test performance which influenced by ability, Motivation, and Locus of Control with Variabel Self Efficacy as mediasi. Population in this research is employees Edukatif in University of Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) with number of samples or data amount which processed is 103 kuisioner. In this research data analyzer applies SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling) with help of program Sofware AMOS 60 for windows. This research proves that ability of influential positive and not significant to self efficacy, motivation influential positive and significant to self efficacy, locus of control influential positive and not significant to self efficacy and self efficacy influential positive and significant to performance, ability of influential positive indirect and not significant  to performance as mediasi by self efficacy, motivation influential positive indirect and significant to performance as mediasi by self efficacy, locus of control influential positive indirect and significant to performance in mediasi by self efficacy. Analysis from result, show that model goodness of fit tested at research of approximant overall of can fulfill criterion level fit. Which the result have been solvent of confirmation the factor from a concept through empirical indicatorss and able to measure influence between factors based on the existing theory.

Abstract

Micro, small and enterprises (SMEs) is one of the most crucial of economic development and local communities. For driving the economy, SMEs must be able to survive in an increasingly competitive business competition. This study examines influence of the external environment and competitive strategies on performance of SMEs in Yogyakarta. Competitive strategy used in this study is Porter generic strategies are cost leadership and differentiation, while the external environment used is environment dynamism and environment hostility. Based on 106 respondents who responded to the questionnaire, the results showed that cost leadership affects the performance of SMEs in Yogyakarta, but differentiation strategy doesn’t effect on the performance of SMEs in Yogyakarta. Differentiation strategy does’nt effect on performance of SMEs because there is less supported by the SME workforce skilled in applying innovation to improve its performance. The other results in this study are environment dynamism is not a variable that moderates the relationship strategy to performance of SMEs, while environment hostility is variable that moderates the relationship cost leadership to performance of SMEs but is not a variable that moderates the relationship differentiation to performance of SMEs

Abstract

Companies in the future will increasingly depend on the brand, which means it is not enough to just-oriented services and products. To continue to improve its business and face competition Waroeng "SS" needs to improve as well as maintaining its customers with customer satisfaction, so that will have an impact on loyalty. This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of service to satisfied customers, analyzing the influence of the quality of products against customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of brand image towards customer satisfaction, and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty towards Waroeng "SS".The sampling techniques used in this research through purposive sampling and questionnaire created by using Likert scale. The analysis used i.e. structural equation modelling (SEM). The population in this research is the customers Waroeng "SS", with as many as 200 respondents number of respondents.Based on the results of the first hypothesis, hypothesis test indicates that the quality of service has no effect significant positive towards customer satisfaction. The second hypothesis test results indicate that the quality of the product has no effect significant positive towards customer satisfaction. The third hypothesis test results show that the positive effect of significant brand image towards customer satisfaction. The fourth hypothesis test results show that the positive effect of customer satisfaction significantly to customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to examine how the seed sector contribution to the GRDP Kulon Progo District of Yogyakarta Special Region. The study was conducted by analyzing secondary data time series based on the undertaking of the GRDP from 2009 to 2013.Location Quotient analysis results show featured sector Kulon Progo there are four sectors, namely agriculture, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, and services sectors. Based on Shift-Share analysis, it was concluded that the Construction Sector topped the largest percentage of positive growth, the largest production ratio, and the value of the largest Net Shift in Kulon Progo District. According to the Boston Consulting Group Matrix, the services sector is the only sector of the economy in Kulon Progo which are in quadrant star. So, these services sector need to be maintained in order to increase its policy of high growth rates and contributed greatly to the Kulon Progo GRDP.

Abstract

The giving of credit is one of the products that become a mainstay for the bank. Not a few banks use a credit as a means to attract customers or branding. The crediting process involves two parties, namely the bank as the creditor and the customer as the debtor. Lending or credit will increase the profit for the bank, but if it can’t be managed properly will cause losses. Customers who are experiencing difficulties in paying installments to ultimately experience a default. This will result in bad debts for banks. If it is not handled seriously it will endanger the liquidity of the bank and end up in bankruptcy

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memvalidasi instrumen narimo ing pandum. Adapun populasi penelitian adalah guru dilingkungan Perguruan Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian  dengan uij validitas menunjukkan bahwa instrumen narimo ing pandum mempunyai validitas karena 0,5. Untuk hasil uji reliabiltas dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,928, telah memenuhi persyaratan karena 0,60.

Abstract

This research aims to know the potential Tax Restaurant in Sleman Regency. This research was conducted at the Office of Sleman Regency Area Income. The method used is descriptive statistics using a quantitative method for analyzing the growth, the rate of collection, status of performance and its contribution to the income of the original area (PAD). The projection is used to calculate the potential for some period to come and see a comparison of the influence of PERDA No. 2 in 2011. In addition the study also utilize primary data to find out the potential taxpayer Restaurant in the bustling locations based on the standards and campus in Sleman Regency.The research results show that the value of the tax restaurant from 2008 up to 2013 has been steadily rise. Restaurant tax from 2008 up to 2013 having the average contribution against taxes of regional 10.1 percent and the average contribution to pad as much as 5.3 percent. By the enactment of bylaw no. 2 in 2011 on restaurant tax which will come into effect starting in 2012 thought to have potential revenue increase tax as much as 16.8 percent compared to using the regulations before. The potential of the restaurant tax sleman district 2014 is estimated at IDR 22.776.189.184,79 beyond a target that has been determined that is IDR 17.500.000.000. While the potential of the restaurant tax sleman district 2015 estimated IDR 25.384.968.521.86. An analysis of the potential of the side of the number of taxpayers who can still dug based on survey the number of taxpayers in the field based on the base of the road is still could be improved until 139 percent, with a note to the region with the busy street. The potential for more on the site around campus as the center of which reached 538,31 percent.
