Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a virtual-based evaluation tool, namely by testing the feasibility of an evaluation tool in the form of Edmodo which is judged by several experts including media experts, evaluation experts and material experts. Where this research was tested by 2 expert lecturers and 1 accounting teacher. This research refers to the 4d model research which includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of the Edmodo evaluation assessment from the experts showed an average percentage of success of 86.87% by getting the "very feasible" criteria and the data obtained were processed using a Likert scale. With the Edmodo evaluation tool, it can help in the learning process, both in terms of accuracy, accuracy and time and speed effectiveness. Therefore, this research is very suitable as a support in the learning process, especially as a learning evaluation tool for students with various learning groups.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyse whether the following factors: accounting information, budgeting participatory, environment, working experience and level of education have impacts on  managers’ performance and to investigate which factor has the most dominant impact on  managers’ performance.   The data in this study were questionnaires completed by 50 production managers working in 50 manufacture companies in Central Java. The data were analyzed using SPSS application version 15,0. The study found that based on simultaneous evaluation accounting information, budgeting participatory, environment, working experience and level of education have positive impacts on  managers’ performance  with influence adjusted intensity R2=0,909 or  90,9% whereas the other 9,1% were explained by other variables not included in the model. Based on partial evaluation accounting information, budgeting participatory, working experience and level of education factors had positive impacts on manager performance whereas environment factor did not have any impact on manager performance. Among the factors investigated, the accounting information had the most dominant impact on managers' performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the profile of soft skill teaching model in the economic and business vocational school (SMK) especially in productive subject that appropriate with industry needs. This was an qualitative research with the ethnographic approach. The data collection methods were interview, observation, documentation, and closed questionnaire. The source persons were vocational principals in Surakarta and CEO of some industries in Surakarta. The data analysis conducted by using the interactive pattern of analysis components. The research indicated that vocational schools in Surakarta needed to develop network among schools. However, while the private vocational school only had local network, the state vocational schools had wider network such as having collaboration with industry from Japan, Korea, and some countries from the Southeast Asia. The collaboration with the industry must cover the curriculum needs that had been adopted by the vocational school. The curriculum must include hard skill and soft skill. Hard skill must consist of knowledge (25%) and skill (35%). Whereas soft skill consist of character (24%) and physical condition (16%). There are two conclusion of this study. Firstly, the soft skill teaching in state vocational school had already integrated with teaching and learning activity. While, secondly, in the private vocational school still disintegrated with teaching and learning activity. Abstract

Illiteracy is the inability of individuals or citizens in terms of reading and writing words of words or sentences. Illiteracy does not only occur in Indonesia but has become a world problem for eradication. Illiteracy is closely related to the level of human resources quality owned by a country. Globalization is accompanied by advances in technology and information that demand the creation of quality and competent human resources. Consequently, developing countries are competing to eradicate illiteracy in their countries including Indonesia. In 2017 Indonesia still had 2.07%, equivalent to 3,387,035 residents experiencing illiteracy spread throughout the province. East Java Province is included in the category of people with illiteracy as many as 54,219 residents who incidentally are women. Therefore, the local government formed an institution for Community Learning Centers which could help efforts to eradicate illiteracy. This institution works with all elements of society so that the program designed can run well. This institution established a non-formal school located at the sub-district and village level to accommodate the illiteracy eradication learning program. The purpose of this study is to describe the efforts made by the PKBM institution in eradicating illiteracy, explaining the reasons for the participation of women in illiteracy eradication programs and the impact felt by women through literacy programs in the Leces sub-district. This study used case study with qualitative approach. The results of this study are the establishment of non-formal schools which are named "emak-emak schools" for efforts to eradicate illiteracy. Many benefits felt by women as school participants in eradicating illiteracy.

Abstract

This article describes a multicultural learning-based Civics insocial psychology perspective of Islam which includes the relationbetween; Civics with Islamic social psychology, Civics withmulticulturalism, Islam and multiculturalism Social Psychology,Civics with multiculturalism and social psychology Islam. Themethod used is descriptive qualitative to describe the relationship existing factsembaded design case study.The findings indicate that the diversity of the community is a necessity. Thediversity can lead to vulnerability to conflict. Some conflicts in various regionsrealize the importance of maintaining harmony in diversity. To prevent conflictsrequires an understanding citizens against multiculturalism in a diverse society.Understanding of multiculturalism can be taught through learning -based CivicsSocial Psychology perspective of multiculturalism in Islam. It is expected thatsmart and good citizenship is a manifestation of multiculturalism in theIndonesian context.

Abstract

Learning media is believed to be one of the important parts of the learning process, especially computer-based media. This study aims to develop a computer game-based media Make a Match and to analyze its feasibility as a media enrichment. This study provided a type of educational Research and Development (RD) by referring to the model of development ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The result of validations by material experts, linguists, and media experts showed thatthe average worthiness of assessment was 86,27%. The average percentage revealed the number of 90,1% in the material aspect, 81,4% in the linguistics aspect, and 86,7% in the media aspect. Therefore, this computer based-game is very decent to be used as amedia enrichment for students.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini antara lain: 1) untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan, 2) untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas Human Relations dan kematangan kepribadian karyawan dengan tingkat produktivitas kerja.Populasi karyawan Bagian Sortir PT Dwi Kelinci yang berjumlah 79 orang diambil 30 orang sebagai sampel. Pengambilan sampel secara non random dengan cara puposive sampling. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kepada karyawan dan data produktivitas kerja dengan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara intensitas Human Relations dengan produktivitas kerja. Demikian pula hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kematangan kepribadian dengan produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Sesuai Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007, kegiatan PPL merupakan ajang untuk membentuk dan membina kompetensi yang dipersyaratkan oleh profesi kependidikan. Pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah sudah sesuaikah pelaksanaan PPL telah memberikan bekal kompetensi bagi calon guru ? Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1) untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PPL dalam memberikan bekal kompetensi guru pada mahasiswa; (2) mengetahui berbagai hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PPL.Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan sumber data mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansiyang telah melakukan PPL dan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan PPL. Data dikunpulkan menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji validitas data digunakan model triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif.Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Observasi sekolah memberikan informasi dan kesempatan mengobservasi secara langsung lingkungan sekolah dan kelas; 2) Sebagian besar mahasiswa mengajar mata pelajaran non-akuntansi dan non-ekonomi yang tidak sesuai dengan program studinya; 3) Kesempatan latihan mengajar terbimbing dinilai kurang, rata-rata hanya 2 kali, dan sebagian tidak pernah mendapatkan bimbingan secara khusus baik dari guru pamong; 4) Kesempatan latihan mengajar mandiri 4 kali lebih; 5) pengalaman menyusun RPP cukup; 6) Mahasiswa cukup mendapat pengalaman tugas di luar praktik mengajar, khususnya piket dan membantu kegiatan ekstra kurikuler; 7) Hasil penguasaan standard dan kompetensi dasar guru cukup memadai, 8) Mahasiswa masih banyak yang mengambil mata kuliah teori di semester bawah, 9) Kuliah teori di kampus sangat menganggu konsentrasi mahasiswa, 10) Penguasaan dan kemampuan menerapkan metode dan media pembelajaran sangat kurang.

Abstract

The plurality of Indonesians becomes a challenge for the educational world in managing people, not conflict. Until present still few people understand what is really behind the culture of the nation. Elementary School have being basic layers of education need for multicultural education ystematically. Multiculturalism education is important because for aware the students to be tolerant to diversity  of Indonesian. Multicultural education can not be determined by a certain time standard, creating a plurality of tribes, races, cultures and religions to develop strengths and provide multicultural education as a national curriculum development approach. Besides, multicultural education in elementary schools can be through an additive approach.

Abstract

The aims of the research are to: 1) describe the preparation of management of Student Financial Aid Program; 2) describe the activities of management of Student Financial Aid Program; and 3) describe the management report of Student Financial Aid Program at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Wonogiri. The research method applied was descriptive qualitative study by using an ethnographic approach. The subject of the research was SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Wonogiri. The data were collected through in-deep interview, observation and documentation. The informants of the research are: the principal, vice-principal, and teachers, who have the role in Poverty Student Aids management of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Wonogiri. The data were obtained and analyzed by using an interactive model which included data collection, reduction, verification and drawing conclusion. The research result showed that; 1) The preparation of management of Student Financial Aid Program at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Wonogiri was started by conducting a coordination among the principal, teachers, staffs, and team. Then they prepared some data related to students’ background which would be promoted to get Student Financial Aid Program ; 2) The activities in managing of The Student Financial Aid Program was started by planning, actuating, distributing, recording, controlling, and reporting of Student Financial Aid Program as a form of responsibility of the team in managing Student Financial Aid Program, and 3) In the end of management process of Student Financial Aid Program, school or the team had a responsibility to record and report the outcome of the management of Student Financial Aid Program at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Wonogiri. By reporting the outcome, it meant that the management of Student Financial Aid Program had been finished. The whole management activities of Student Financial Aid Program were based on the principles of School Financial Management, those are; transparency, accountability, effectively, efficiency. And effective
