Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk mengetahui latarbelakang diterapkannya metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta, 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta, 3) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diterapkan metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. 4) Untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif survey. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa hasil wawancara serta dokumen atau laporan hasil belajar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, Guru Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi dan Siswa SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Latarbelakang diterapkannya metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta adalah pemanfaatan ruang kelas yang tersedia secara maksimal serta karakteristik belajar siswa yang bersifat kinestetis. 2) Pelaksanaan metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta sudah berjalan dengan baik khususnya pelaksanaan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi telah menerapkan tema pasar bebas dan tersedianya laboratorium kecil yang diberi nama galileo mini. 3) Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan diterapkannya metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta karena siswa menjadi lebih paham tentang materi pembelajaran, 4) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan metode Edutainment Humanizing The Classroom dalam bentuk Moving Class pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta yaitu jenis media pembelajaran perlu penambahan serta waktu belajar yang tersita saat berpindah kelas.

The research aimed to evaluate the degree of teacher performance (in this case, teachers who are participating in “in-on model training†and to find the encourage factors of teachers’ (participants) performance. Two factors namely environment concern and their commitment to the school improvement were analyzed. This was a quantitative research method in which examines the causality among constructs in 30 respondents. The data were collected by using self-rating scale with 32 items grouped into four variables. Self-rating scale questionnaire was valid (0.314 – 0.506) and reliable (0.632). The study found the level of teacher performance (training participants) with its encouraging factors. Most of them had high performance, leadership, middle social environment concern, and fairly good commitment. In addition, the research revealed that commitment among teachers improve 42.20% their work environment while teacher’s leadership and social concern did not have significant influence toward teacher performance in in-on model training.

This study aims to: 1) Describe the teacher profile in publicelementary school 1 Delanggu; 2) Describe the teacherempowerment in public elementary school 1 Delanggu; 3) Describethe implementation of Curriculum 2013 in public elementary school 1Delanggu.This research is qualitative. Informants in this study were principals and teachersin primary school 1 Delanggu. Data was collected through interviews,observation and documentation. Data analysis techniquesused in this research isthe analysis of interactive models, namely data reduction, data display andconclusion. Remedy to test the credibility of the data using triangulationtechniques.The results ofthis study: 1) Profile of teachers in primary schools 1 Delanggugood enough indicated by 80% of teacher education has met the qualifyingstandard. But in primary school 1 Delanggu not have teachers BK; 2) In terms ofempowerment, there is a lack of professional competence that teachers do not doresearch, as well as the teacher's ability to operate a computerless. There is alsoa shortage in teachers' personal competence a reless disciplined time; 3)Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in primary school 1 Delanggu in planninghave constraints on the availability of textbooks to support learning activities.While the implementation of primary school 1 Delanggu implement Curriculum2013 is not in accordance with the time scheduled by the government. Even so,primay school 1 Delanggu been able to implement Curriculum 2013 in thelearning processwell. For the evaluation, because the first year of implementingthe new curriculum in 2013, so it can not be evaluated as normative andsummative.

The purpose of this study were to determine: 1) Democratic values that the students developed in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura students; 2) Learning strategy of democratic attitude in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura; 3) Factors to be an obstacle in the learning of democratic attitudes in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura.The study was conducted in junior high school Muhammadiyah 1 of Kartasura, with the kind of qualitative research. Data obtained by the method of interviewing, observation methods, and documentation. Data analysis methods used in this study is an interactive data analysis by using three main components, namely data reduction, presentation of data and drawing conclusions and also verification. While the data used to test the validity of the triangulation method.From interviews combined with observation and documentation of results, obtained results that: 1) The attitude of the developed democracies are attitudes based on values of openness, equality and the value of cooperation based on mutual respect; 2) Learning strategy of democratic attitude implemented by creating a democratic learning situation, get creative and open thinking and courage found. Implementation of learning strategies in developing the values of openness, equality and the value of cooperation through contextual learning strategies, inquiry and cooperative learning strategies. Evaluations democratic attitude of learning carried out after the learning process by looking at changes in behavior illustrates the extent to which the values that have been developed can be accepted and applied by the students. Evaluation conducted by the guidance counselor and teacher of all subjects, with an intensive observation and through direct inquiries to the responses of students on a case. Assessment results in the form of presentation in the form of quantitative assessment (score or number) and a qualitative assessment of verbal statements that are descriptive; 3) constraint in democratic attitude of learning is the unpreparedness of principals and teachers in implementing the changes to learning in developing democratic values, there is limited infrastructure and also lack of family support and people to introduce democratic values.

This study explores the learning model of civic education for Senior High School students.The purpose of Civic education in Senior High School are preparing to be smart and good citizen. In fact,learning program by teacher isn’t enough to make student active. To make student active in civic eduction learning, the idea is application Jurisprudential Inquiryas a model.This qualitative case study draws on interview from eight students and a teacher in Senior High School. The research shows that Jurisprudential inquiry model can be used as an alternative model for civic education as it is effective, efficient and attractive.

Utilization of SIMARI (Integrated Lambung Mangkurat University Information System) as a form of implementation of the application of e-learning in learning, has begun at Lambung Mangkurat University, especially in the Economic Education Study Program since the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The problem that arises is that there are still limited subjects applying SIMARI. This study aims to analyze the effect of SIMARI utilization as the implementation of e-learning based learning on the learning outcomes of ULM FKIP Economics Education students. Research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of the Economic Education Study Program who had participated in e-learning totaling 291 people. Samples were taken as much as 25%, namely 73 people with stratified sample techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires related to SIMARI utilization in learning as independent variables and documentation of student learning outcomes in subjects that had used SIMARI as the dependent variable. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques. The results showed that SIMARI utilization in e-learning was in a fairly good category. Student learning outcomes are in a fairly high category. There is a significant effect of SIMARI utilization as the implementation of e-learning based learning on student learning outcomes which is indicated by the Fcount of 4.554 with a significance of 0.036. It was concluded that SIMARI's utilization as an implementation of e-learning in learning could significantly improve student learning outcomes especially in the ULM FKIP Economic Education Study Program.

The purpose of the study was to describe ( 1 ) the empowerment potential of schoolsupport cooperation with Du / Di , ( 2 ) implementation of SMK Negeri 2 Kendalcooperation with Du / Di .This research is qualitative, withEthnographic researchdesign. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Kendal . Resource persons / Principalresearch informants , HumasbinWaka , Waka Curriculum / WakaSarpras / WMM , Kakom /WG Prakerin / BKK / UP / Head of section / teacher , student / alumni. Data collectiontechniques using in-depth interviews , observation and documentation . Analysis of the datausing a model of interactive analysis , data reduction , data model and conclusion /verification carried along with the data collection process through a cyclic process . Test thevalidity of the data using techniques degree of confidence ( Credibility ) .The results of this study are( 1 ). Empowerment potential of supporting cooperationwith schools Du / Di : a) HR teacher earning potential , on the up grade each year through onthe job training ( OJT ) to industry . b ) There are still people who do not understand theschool in the implementation of QMS ISO in school . c ) Some students lack the motivationto work . d ) Empowerment of alumni has not been well organized and e ) Empowerment ofpotential schools managed by Swot analysis , strategies and actions to support theempowerment of cooperation with Du / Di is done through the implementation of the workprogram of the school and the field of public relations programs . ( 2 ) Implementation ofSMK Negeri 2 Kendal cooperation with Du / Di : a) Implementation of cooperationembodied in the MoU , chosen Du / The quality meets industry standards nationally /internationally b ) Validation and synchronization curriculum along with Du / Di / stakeholdersevery year . c ) Periodically once a year to bring Du / Di / alumni of becoming ateacher . d ) Students carry prakerin in Du / Di for 4 months . Monitoring and evaluationconducted by the school counselor once a month .e ) Du / Di be the examiner / assessor in thevocational practice exams ( UPK ) is currently the national exam ( UN ) annually .f) Eachyear a minimum of 2 teachers in each - sent follow each competency skills on the job training(OJT) in the industry. g ) Production Unit of the school is still not optimal and h ) Schoolsfacilitate / bring together graduates / alumni of the user ( corporate headhunter ) through aspecial job fair ( BKK ) .

This study aims to improve students’ collaboration skills and learning achievement of Business Economics subject through the implementation of a blogâ€based Discovery Learning (DiscoBlog). The subject of this Classroom Action Research were 31 students of X AKL 2 class of SMK N 1 Sukoharjo in the even semester of the academic year 2019/2020. The data was collected using observation and tests. The observation was used to find out the students’ collaboration skills in applying DiscoBlogthrough the observation sheet. The test was used to obtain the data about students’ learning achievement of Business Economics subject through 25 multiple choiceâ€type questions. The data were analyzed by usingdescriptive quantitative through a mean score. The results revealed that there was an improvement in students’ collaboration skills in applying DiscoBlog. It can be seen by the increase of collaboration skills score from 63,44 in preâ€cycle to 83,33. Besides, there was an improvement in students’ learning achievement of Business Economics subject. The mean score showed a rise from 69,10 in preâ€cycle with the learning completion 54,84% to 80,97 with the learning completion 93,55%. Teachers might be able to apply these results to improve the learning quality of Business Economics subject.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan dan menjelaskan potensi perempuan dalam aktivitasperdagangan di pasar tradisional Surakarta dalam perspektif jender. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua pasar tradisional di Surakarta, yaitu Pasar Kadipolo dan Pasar Sidodadi Kleco. Desain penelitian ini dengan menggunakan survey langsung ke lapangan sehingga diperoleh data atau informasi kualitatif, sehingga hasilnya dianalisis dengan analisa kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perdagangan di pasar tradisional memiliki resistensi yang cukup besar dalam menghadapikrisis ekonomi. Dengan sliding price system membuat persaingan antar pedagang menjadi relatif kecil dengan demikian monopoli dapat dihindarkan, sehingga memiliki potensi menjadi basis ekonomi kerakyatan. Relasi suami istri yang sama-sama bekerja berlangsung lebih terbuka dan egaliter daripada di kalangan menengah atas terutama di kalangan priyayi.

The research aims were: 1) to explore the financial system in Batik Islamic University (UNIBA) Surakarta. 2) To identify the financial managing technique that appropriate with the needs of UNIBA. This was the qualitative research. The data collection was conducted by interviewing several lecturers and staff of UNIBA and observation. The research found the financial managing technique in UNIBA was too simple. Therefore, UNIBA needed the new financial system to encourage the Good University Governance.Keywords: finance, university, good governance
