Abstract

Educational facilities are one of the supports in improving the quality of education. One of the educational facilities deemed necessary to support education is a laboratory and one of the disciplines that requires a laboratory to support learning is Islamic Economics. The urgency of the laboratory as a means of learning is widely recognized by educational stakeholders, through regulations that have been made by many educational institutions competing to create and develop laboratories, in addition to supporting learning and facilities for students, another reason is that regulations require educational institutions to be have a laboratory. This study aims to analyze the role and influence of the laboratory of the Islamic economics study program on student interest in the Islamic economics study program. This study uses a quantitative method with data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 277 students of Islamic Economics study program. The collected data were then analyzed using linear regression method with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that laboratory facilities have a positive and significant effect on student interest in learning. This shows that if the laboratory facilities are improved, student interest in learning will increase.

Abstract

The limited opportunity for teachers to apply evaluation on akidah akhlak subject in madrasah is one of the reasons this research was conducted. This study aims to determine the implementation of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor evaluation techniques on akidah akhlak subject s for class XI of the Religious Program in MAN 3 Sleman. This research use a qualitative approach; purposive and snowball sampling for determining data sources; observations, interviews, and documentation for collecting data; triangulation of sources, techniques, and time for testing the validity of the data; as well as data reduction, display data and conclusions drawing for analyzing data. The results showed that the techniques used in the evaluation of akidah akhlak subject were: (a) cognitive aspects including: written tests, oral tests, and assignments using multiple choice assessment instruments and descriptions, (b) the affective aspect uses observation techniques using a Likert scale, thrustone, guttman, and interest measurement, and (c) psychomotor aspects include: practical techniques and portfolios.

Abstract

Early childhood education is an important stage to be prepared carefully and conceptually. The verses in the Koran can be used as a guide in providing the values of early childhood education in an Islamic way to face modern life today. This study aims to discuss early childhood education in the Koran, stages of early childhood education in the Koran, Surah Luqman, and the concept of early childhood education in the Koran, Surah Lukman. This research uses the literature study method. This study found that early childhood education has beneficial roles in life. This study also found seven stages of educating early childhood and six concepts of early childhood education in the Koran, Surat Luqman. A researcher hopes that this research can be useful for future research in the field of early childhood education from an Islamic perspective.

Abstract

This research originated from the emergence of students’ negative views on learning SKI (Islamic Cultural History). The leadership role of SKI teachers is expected to provide learning motivation so that it can improve student achievement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of leadership and explain the constraints of implementing the leadership of the SKI teachers in increasing student achievement and motivation. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The research informants consisted of the vice chairman, the SKI teacher, and three students. This study found that teacher leadership can increase learning achievement and motivation. The process of applying leadership in learning, namely; 1) The teacher's introduction always begins with greetings, prayers, and motivation; 2) The core activity of learning is to use learning methods with interesting media; 3) In the closing activity, the teacher asks about the material that has been delivered and works on questions from the teacher. The process of implementing leadership outside of teacher learning always provides good examples such as student discipline and morals. Constraints faced by common are such as students lack of discipline in participating in learning, diverse characters, new methods that do not necessarily give satisfactory results. Meanwhile, the special obstacles faced were the lack of learning hours for the SKI, the lessons that were less attractive to students, and the differences in the educational background of the students.

Abstract

Character education is a conscious effort to educate and empower students tohave individual characters, attitudes, and morals in accordance with socialnorms so that they benefit themselves and society. In 2018, KPAI handled1885 cases. The most cases, 504 children, are criminal cases starting fromdrug dealers, stealing, to brawling. The KPAI also stated that the cases ofbrawl in Indonesia increased by 1.1% throughout 2018. In 2017, the number of brawl cases was 12.9%, but increased to 14% in 2018. This shows that the problem of character is one of the problems that threaten the morality, attitudes and behavior of teenagers today. This Research is a narrative literature study through a descriptive approach as a method of writing. This studyfound that the humanist method with a gradual model is the main key to the success of implementing character education. The pattern of character education in Luqmanul Hakim's story begins with the role of parents in instilling tauhid belief, the teaching to do good to parents, worship, and instilling good and noble character in a child.Keywords: Character Education, Role of Parents, Surah Luqman

Abstract

The background of the service is that the development of the KawruhLumbung Studio is needed so that it can be further developed through theCukil Screen Printing Business. The Cukil screen printing business isconsidered to be important expertise to accommodate creativity and improvethe community's economy, especially young people to not migrate but focuson working to support the progress of Petir Village. The lumbung kawruhstudio has several routine activities, including learning to read and writeJavanese script, learning to dance and a mini library. The various creativepotentials above, on the other hand, can be used as a medium forentrepreneurship education for youth in the area. The purpose of this serviceis to develop the art of Cukil (Cukil screen printing) which is applied to tshirts and bags, and to make it a medium for entrepreneurship education for youth in the area. The results of this service process include young people who have had cut-out screen printing skills through the entrepreneurship education process using the focus group discussion method, workshops andthe practice of screen printing.Keywords: Entrepreneurship education, development, Cukil screenprinting.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that materialistic culture is in rise andspread across Muslim society. Almost all aspects of life are judged only bymaterial measures. On that basis, the author sees the relevance of Sufiteachings. This research is conduct through library research methode. Theprimary data sources in this study are Sufi literature and the socialcondition of Muslim community. The secondary data sources were obtainedfrom several writings from Sufis observer and the results of Sufipractitioners in alleviating various problems and providing varioussolutions to the society. The results of this study indicate that the morals ofSufism as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad are very relevant ifapplied to the current modern era. In addition, various ahwal conditions orspiritual conditions such as qurbah, khauf and raja' can contribute to peaceof mind and human peace in everyday life in today's modern era. Especiallyit can reduce the condition of the soul which always refers to the aspect ofmaterialism which is only focused on outward needs.Keywords: Sufism teaching; Noble character; Materialism; Modern Era.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarkat revitalisasi tradisi membaca A-Qur’an melalui Gerakan Masyarakat Maghrib Mengaji sehingga dapat membentuk generasi Qur’ani dan membangun akhlak serta membentengi diri dari pengaruh buruk dari penggunaan gadget. Pada penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. lokasi penelitian yaitu di Desa Banjar Lopak Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Dalam penelitian ini teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 teknik yaitu Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk keabsahan data penulis menggunakan triangulasi, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dan sumber data yang telah ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembinaan keagamaan melalui Gerakan Masyarakat Maghrib Mengaji sudah terlaksana dengan baik dengan terdapat kegiatan pengajaran Al Quran, praktek ibadah dan pelatihan public speaking. Sasaran gerakan ini untuk keluarga muslim dari anak-anak sampai dewasa, namun dalam pelaksanaannya hanya dikuti oleh anak-anak. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengajar adalah terdapat sejumlah anak yang sulit diatur dalam proses kegiatan pengajaran. Dapat dikatakan pelaksanaan gerakan maghrib mengaji di Desa Banjar Lopak sudah terlaksana dan terus melakukan inovasi kegiatan dari waktu ke waktu. Namun perlu diadakannya evaluasi kegiatan agar dapat mengukur keberhasilan prpgram tersebut. Kata Kunci : Gerakan, Maghrib Mengaji, Pembinaan Keagamaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of ablutionmaterial after using the demonstration method. This research is a classroomaction research conducted on second grade students at SD NegeriHargowilis. The subjects of this study were second grade students at SDNegeri Hargowilis, Kokap, Kulon Progo semester 1 of the 2018/2019academic year. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycleconsisting of action planning, action implementation, observation, andreflection. The results showed that the implementation of learning ablutionmaterial using the demonstration method could improve student learningoutcomes in class II SD Negeri Hargowilis, Kokap, Kulon Progo. Theincrease in learning outcomes is indicated by an increase in learningactivities by 15.2% and the number of students who achieve learningcompleteness as much as 90%.Keywords: Demonstration Method; Improvement; Learning Outcomes,Wudhu.

Abstract

The problems of learning the history of Islamic culture that occur include the perception of students who regard it as boring learning and too many perspectives from references that exist in the history of Islamic culture itself. On the other hand, educators are required to apply learning methods that are fun and not boring and require students to think more critically about the learning to be carried out. This study aims to see whether there are differences that occur in the index card (table) match and timeline learning methods in improving student learning outcomes in the history of Islamic culture students and if there are differences which learning outcomes are higher than the application of the two methods. The research method used is an experimental study whose population is all 6th semester students at PAI UII in the 2020/2021 academic year in the Islamic Cultural History course class A, B, C, and D and classes A and C were selected to be the sample which class A is the control class with the index card (table) match method and class C is the experimental class with the timeline method. The results of this study stated that there was a difference between the 2 (two) classes before and after treatment, with each experimental class of 28.45 the increase value compared to the control class of 23.89. This indicates that the experimental class has a higher improvement than the control class.Keywords: Index Card (Table) Match Method; Timeline Method, History of Islamic Culture
