Abstract

This study aimed to identity the effect of Tasya Farasya's Instagram account on Impulsive Buying in Bontang City. This study case AIDA theory. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling with the sampling method used is Purposive Sampling, where the sampling uses certain criteria. Based on the slovin formula, the researcher distributed questionnaires with a g-form to 100 respondents who were women in the city of Bontang aged 18-40 years. The analysis used was simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the influence of Tasya Farasya accounts had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. .

Abstract

Wedding Organizer merupakan salah satu penyedia jasa pernikahan yang saat ini banyak digandrungi oleh masyarakat luas. Di Bandung sendiri, Khatulistiwa72 wedding menjadi salah satu penyedia jasa yang memiliki eksistensi cukup tinggi. Pelayanan yang mereka berikan selalu mengedapankan royalitas dan mengutamakan kepuasan klien, dengan tagline “celebrate your special day from set up to clean up”. Namun, masalah yang sering kali dihadapi adalah keluhan dari klien yang merasa tidak puas akan kinerja yang sudah disuguhkan oleh Khatulistiwa72 wedding. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya ketidaksepahaman antara Khatulistiwa72 wedding dengan klien dalam pendeskripsian acara. Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara penanganan keluhan yang dilakukan oleh Khatulistiwa72 wedding dengan menggunakan service excellent yang mereka miliki. Masalah difokuskan pada bagaimana Khatulistiwa72 wedding melakukan penanganan terhadap keluhan kliennya. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori Relationship Marketing. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan juga wawancara narasumber berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa service excellent tetap mereka utamakan dalam menangani keluhan klien, dengan cara memberikan kesempatan klien untuk menyampaikan keluhannya, kemudian keluhan tersebut mereka jadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi untuk kinerja selanjutnya dan mengupayakan agar kesalahan tersebut tidak terulang kembali.

Abstract

The importance of the leadership role for a leader lies in his ability to set an example through attitudes and actions, which in turn creates a positive work environment. This study aims to analyze the role of the Village Head's Leadership in Improving the Performance of Nusa Agung Village Apparatus in Belitang III District, East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the leadership of the Village Head was not optimal, with the lack of discipline of the Village Apparatus due to less strict supervision and the lack of regulations applied to encourage work discipline.

Abstract

The tourism sector in Indonesia has been badly affected by the covid 19 pandemic. Slowly the tourism sector is starting to revive along with the shift of covid 19 from a pandemic to an endemic one. One of the quick strategies in the revival of the tourism sector is the movement of domestic tourists to local Indonesian destinations. The movement of domestic tourists can be triggered by tourism promotions. Using the social network analysis method, this research wants to see the effectiveness of tourism promotion through the hashtag #BatuKotawisata on Twitter social media. The results of the study show that tourism promotion through the #BatuKotawisata hashtag on Twitter is not effective because the main actor spreading the hashtag is not an actor with an interest in the tourism sector. The main actor brings his own interests through the message conveyed in the hashtag #BatuKotawisata. The positive thing that can be seen in tourism promotion through the #BatuKotawisata hashtag is that this hashtag has penetrated trending topics.

Abstract

This research is motivated by One way to realize good governance in managing the Village Fund budget is to pay attention to the stages of management, planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability. In managing the government in a village, the village head needs assistance from the villagers. The people of this village work according to their duties. Because of its large role, it is necessary to formulate regulations or laws related to village government to regulate village government, so that they can carry out their roles as well as possible. In this regard, the role of the community is also important, especially in the decision-making process and the implementation of activities related to the needs of the village community. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of village fund allocation management (ADD) for rural development in Layang Lekat Village, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The type in this study was qualitative with descriptive methods, observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation, after interviews. carried out with selected informants, the researchers used data analysis techniques, namely collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that the policy of the Layang Lekat Village Head has been implemented properly, the policy of the Layang Lekat Village Head is to organize or manage the village fund budget for the implementation of village development, both physical and non-physical. The process of managing village funds for the implementation of Layang Lekat village development consists of several stages, namely planning, implementation, and accountability reporting. Management of the Layang Lekat Village Fund It has been quite effective in the implementation of the development of the village, the realization of the management of the Village Fund for the implementation of development in the Lekat Layang Village which has been carried out well in 202 to 2021 .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of employee productivity in the Human Resources Section of the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Dr. Sardjito in improving excellent service to the community. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the quantity of work shows that the workload that has been assigned to employees in the HR Department is still uneven between employees. The quality of work produced in the form of output has not been optimal in the delegation of authority. In terms of timeliness, it is by the main tasks and functions of each but the additional workload makes the resulting output less than optimal. Factors affecting employee work productivity include a motivating mental attitude, competent employees, production facilities, technology utilization, and career paths.

Abstract

Mecapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal, yang memuaskan bagi pasien melalui upaya kesehatan, perlu adanya pelayanan yang baik yang diberikan oleh pegawai, oleh sebab itu dituntut kinerja pelayanan yang tinggi dari pegawai UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Teluk Kuantan. Kinerja pelayanan pada UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Teluk Kuantan masih belum sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat, terkait dengan kemampuan UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Teluk Kuantan belum handal dan akurat dan terkait penyelenggaraan pelayanan belum tepat waktu. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey, dengan tingkat eksplanasi deskriptif serta menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampel random sederhana. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model pemeringkatan (summarating scale). Adapun hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan pada UPTD Kesehatan Puskesmas Teluk Kuantan sudah baik dengan standar kategori 94%.

Abstract

Dalam strukur Pemerintahan Desa, kedudukan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) adalah sejajar dengan unsur Pemerintah Desa bahkan mitra kerja dari Kepala Desa, hal tersebut dimaksudkan agar terjadi proses penyeimbang kekuasaan sehingga tidak terdapat saling curiga antara Kepala Desa selaku pelaksana Pemerintahan Desa dan BPD sebagai Lembaga Legislasi yang berfungsi mengayomi adat istiadat, fungsi pengawasan dan fungsi menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat. Pada penelitian kualitatif, peneliti memasuki situasi sosial tertentu, melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada orang-orang yang dipandang tahu benar tentang situasi soasial tersebut. Hasil sebaran kuesioner menunjukkan Optimalisasi Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) di Desa Teratak Air Hitam hasil ini di dukung dengan observasi dilapangan yang memperlihatkan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Munsalo cukup baik yang mampu melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya.

Abstract

Local government is a government that has its own autonomy. The autonomous government has the authority to regulate and manage the needs of its region. The foundation of authority that forms the basis of regional autonomy is based on law number 6 of 2014 concerning Regional or Village Government. Regional or village government policies aim to provide rights services to the community in a more managed manner. Employee performance is one manifestation of the existence of local government which is considered good or bad according to the response of society in general. The achievement of a good employee performance is influenced by internal forms in a government, one of which is organizational culture in government. Therefore, organizational culture in government will affect the performance of employees or apparatus provided to meet the needs of society. The research design was carried out by using quantitative research methods based on survey results presented in statistical form. The research subjects consisted of 40 respondents with organizational culture variables and employee performance variables in the Solokan Jeruk District office. The results of the data obtained indicate that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the simultaneous and partial influence of organizational climate on employee work productivity. The organizational climate studied includes the dimensions of structure, communication flow, responsibility, respect for human resources as well as rewards and sanctions. The sample is employee staff who are registered as Civil Servants totaling 128 people spread across 8 sections. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that there was an influence of organizational climate on the work productivity of employees at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Bandung. The simultaneous influence of organizational climate on employee work productivity is 54.3%.
