Abstract

During 2021 to 2023, the level of compliance of the Bojonegoro Regency Government in the provision of public services has always increased from 2021 to 2023. In 2021, the fulfillment value of Bojonegoro Regency was 62.80 (yellow zone), in 2022 the fulfillment value of Bojonegoro Regency was 71.21 (yellow zone) there was a fairly small increase in value of 8.41 so that it was still in the yellow zone. Bojonegoro Regency in 2023 obtained a compliance level value of 86.80 (green zone) there was an increase in value of 15.59 from 2022. This study aims to realize the level of fulfillment of public service standards in improving the quality of service to the community. Qualitative research methods with data collection through interviews and document studies of regional secretariat reports and ombudsman reports, data analysis includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. Research findings show that the level of public satisfaction with the Bojonegoro Regency Government is still in the moderate and good category with the average public satisfaction value in 2021 (95.50), 2022 (85.08), 2023 (87.82) still not in the very good category.

Abstract

The Seribu Jalan Mulus (A Thousand Smooth Roads) Program is a flagship policy of the Bengkulu City Government aimed at accelerating the development of neighborhood road infrastructure to enhance regional connectivity and improve residents’ quality of life. This study analyzes the implementation strategy of the program, identifies the challenges encountered, and evaluates its effectiveness in promoting sustainable regional development. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis focused on the implementation by the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Bengkulu City. The findings indicate that the program has significantly improved accessibility and mobility, especially in densely populated and peripheral areas. However, the implementation faces several obstacles, including budget constraints, geographic difficulties, inconsistent construction quality, and weak interagency coordination. The analysis also shows early signs of good governance principles being applied, although impact-based evaluation remains underdeveloped. The study recommends strengthening performance-based monitoring and evaluation systems, enhancing technical capacities of field implementers, and encouraging broader involvement from communities and non-government sectors in infrastructure oversight.

Abstract

I Communication within student organizations does not merely serve as a means of conveying information, but also represents the leadership style applied within the organization. This study aims to analyze and compare the communication styles that have developed within the Communication Science Student Association (HIMAKSI) and the Public Administration Student Association (HIMAPLIK) at Dehasen University in Bengkulu, as well as to examine how these communication styles reflect the leadership patterns of each organization. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with the chairpersons, executives, members, and advisors of both organizations. The results of the study indicate that HIMAPLIK adopts an open, participatory, and professional communication style, consistent with democratic leadership and a communication structure that runs vertically and horizontally in a balanced manner. Conversely, HIMAKSI exhibits a tendency toward inconsistent and one-way communication, reflecting a semi-authoritarian leadership model. These findings were analyzed using organizational communication theory (Goldhaber), communication style theory (Norton), and leadership style theory (Lewin). Based on these results, it is concluded that the effectiveness of student organizations is highly determined by the extent to which internal communication is built in a dialogic, open, and inclusive manner, supported by leadership that is adaptive to organizational dynamics.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the organizational communication strategies implemented by the Karang Taruna (youth organization) of Selingsingan Village in fostering motivation among creative youth. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving six informants, including the chairman, administrators, and active members of the organization. The research adopts Hersey and Blanchard's situational leadership theory as a framework, focusing on four communication styles: telling, selling, participating, and delegating. The findings reveal that the chairman's adaptive communication approach significantly enhances member engagement and motivation. Clear, open, and participatory communication practices are key to building a sense of belonging and active involvement among youth. This study recommends the continuous development of persuasive two-way communication within Karang Taruna to further strengthen youth participation in social and entrepreneurial activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze campaign message strategies and the effectiveness of political rhetoric employed by incumbent legislative candidates from the Golkar Party in Mukomuko Regency during the 2014 Legislative Election. A qualitative approach with a case study design was applied, utilizing in-depth interviews, field observation, and campaign material documentation. The findings reveal that candidates structured their campaign messages contextually, emphasizing personal credibility (ethos), emotional closeness (pathos), and programmatic argumentation (logos). Message delivery was conducted interpersonally through social gatherings and informal meetings, reflecting the local community’s communication culture. Candidates consciously avoided negative campaigning and prioritized narratives of achievement and performance records. These findings suggest that effective political communication in local contexts requires a combination of message substance and sensitivity to prevailing social norms.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital memiliki peran penting dalam membuka peluang usaha, khususnya dalam memperkenalkan serta memasarkan produk kepada audiens yang lebih luas. Perkembangan pemasaran digital terus mengalami pertumbuhan,Air Moedal memilih menggunakan digital markeeting sebagai salah satu metode pemasaran yang digunakan untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji tingkat ketertarikan masyarakat terhadap Air Moedal melalui penerapan digital markeeting khususnya instagram dan tiktok. penelitian kualitatif dipilih untuk menggali secara mendalambagaiman implementasi strategi digital marketing yang digunakan Air Moedal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi dengan 2 narasumber yang berbeda, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan digital marketing yang dilakukan Air Moedal melalui instagram dan tiktok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapt disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan patform instagram dan tiktok terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam merespon perubahan perilaku konsumen. Dengan memanfaaatkan platform instagram dan tiktok secara konsisten dan rutin, membuat Air Moedal mampu bertahan dan terus menemukan ide-ide baru dalam persaingan yang ketat di era digital saat ini. Memanfaatkan kelebihan digital markeitng yang meliputi kecepatan dalam menyebarkan informasi, jangkauan yang luas dan evaluasi yang sangat terukur dalam bentuk data, hal itu merupakan sebuah cara untuk mengoptimalkan promosi. Secara keseluruhan, strategi yang diterapkan Air Moedal dalam penggunaan digital marketing dinilai efektif dan efisien dala meningkatkan ketertarikan, kesadaran dan potensi penjualan yang terus meningkat terhadap produk Air Moedal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap lirik lagu Zona Nyaman karya Fourtwnty dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku motivasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) dari Carl Hovland, penelitian ini menggali bagaimana lirik lagu ini mempengaruhi pola pikir dan perilaku pendengarnya. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan ahli psikologi dan analisis komentar masyarakat di YouTube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat menanggapi lagu ini secara positif. Lirik lagu yang bersifat reflektif dan motivasional, seperti "bekerja sesuai hati" dan "kita bukan sapi", menginspirasi pendengar untuk melakukan refleksi diri dan berani mengambil keputusan untuk keluar dari zona nyaman. Lagu ini berfungsi sebagai stimulus eksternal yang memicu perubahan sikap dan motivasi internal pendengar, terutama bagi mereka yang merasa tertekan atau tidak puas dengan kehidupan atau pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa lirik lagu, bersama dengan melodi dan penyampaian vokal, berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif dalam mendorong perubahan perilaku dan motivasi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan studi komunikasi musik dan psikologi motivasi.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in enhancing brand awareness at GrosirOne, a startup company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) e-commerce sector. The study is motivated by the increasing competition among startups and the importance of building strong brand awareness, especially in the traditional market segment. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and literature review, involving GrosirOne staff and merchant partners who play a key role in the company's operations. The findings reveal that GrosirOne applies five elements of integrated marketing communication: advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing. These elements are not implemented separately but are well-coordinated to support the company's primary goal of building stronger brand awareness. The study concludes that IMC plays a crucial role in building brand awareness and boosting sales. To achieve more significant results, the company needs to implement more intensive educational strategies and a more personal approach to both consumers and partners. This research provides an important contribution as a guideline for startups to strengthen their brand using integrated communication strategies. Not only will this enhance brand awareness, but it will also help improve overall sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of website utilization as a cyber public relations (CPR) medium in supporting the company's communication strategy, with a case study at PT. Indonesian Technology, Kota Metro. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research findings show that the company's website has been utilized as a cyber PR medium; however, it still requires improvement in aspects such as interactivity, the application of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques, as well as the consistency and quality of information presentation. An effective digital communication strategy plays a crucial role in increasing stakeholder interest in the company. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that optimizing a website as a cyber public relations (CPR) medium must include the delivery of high-quality content, systematic implementation of SEO, and a digital-based interaction strategy to strengthen corporate communication.

Abstract

The background of this research is the large amount of plastic waste that has not been managed properly, thus there is a need for media intervention to influence the community to reduce plastic waste. Content promoted on social media, especially TikTok, can serve as a medium to educate the public about environmental issues occurring in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of TikTok content exposure from Pandawara Group on its followers' zero-waste behavior, assessed through frequency, intensity, and duration. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method with questionnaires as the research instrument. The population of this study is a 11.9 million followers of the TikTok account Pandawara Group. A total of 100 respondents were selected as the sample, using Slovin's formula. The results of the study prove that In the frequency and intensity variables there was a significant influence while the duration variable had no effect, Next, based on the results of the determination coefficient test, the R-Square value found was 0.181. So, it can be concluded that 18% of the zerowaste behavior of Pandawara Group followers is influenced by exposure to TikTok content @pandawaragroup.
