Abstract

People's well-being can be improved through the use of regional leading sectors. The amount of regional output based on the performance of individual or overall economic sectors to determine the size of regional economic growth is known as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Based on GRDP data from 2015 to 2020, a study was conducted in Surabaya with the goal of identifying the leading sectors, understanding the performance of economic sectors, understanding the grouping of sectors, and understand the role of leading sectors for the return of regional economic conditions. The research method is based on a quantitative approach using the LQ analysis method, shift share, and Klassen typology, followed by overlay analysis to reach conclusions. According to the calculations, 11 economic sectors were identified as superior in the LQ analysis, 1 economic sector received positive results in both components in the shift share analysis, and 4 economic sectors were classified as Quadrant 1 in the Klassen typological classification. Referring to these results, the financial services and insurance sectors are the only sectors that meet positive results in all three analysis tools. So, according to overlay analysis, the financial services and insurance sector in Surabaya is a leading economic sector that can be used to improve the economy due to the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Life Style, Celebrity Endorser and Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Adidas Brand Sports Products in Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City, both partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is consumers or users of Adidas brand sports products in Gading Cempaka District, Bengkulu City, with incidental sampling method. The number of respondents in this study were 130 people. The data collection method was using a questionnaire and then the data was processed using SPSS version 24.. This research used the multiple linear regression data analysis technique, the results of this research can be concluded that the life style variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and risk perception on online purchasing decisions of shopee consumers in Bengkulu city; partially or simultaneously. There are two factors as the main focus of this study, including trust, and risk perception. The object of this research were 55 persons of shopee consumers in Bengkulu city. In this study used the method of collecting data through observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques of this study used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. The results of this study showed that the trust variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions of Shopee consumers. Similarly, risk perception has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions of Shopee consumers. Simultaneously, trust and risk perception have a positive and significant impact on online purchase decisions for shopee consumers in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

In this study using primary data obtained directly from respondents and conducting survey and questionnaire methods. Based on the saturated sampling technique, there are 40 Batik SMEs as research samples. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior in Batik SMEs in Lampung (2) there is a positive influence of financial attitudes on financial management behavior in Batik SMEs in Lampung (3) there is a negative influence of personality on financial management behavior in Batik SMEs in Lampung (4) there is a positive and significant influence on the behavior of financial management on Batik SMEs in Lampung

Abstract

Dodol is one of the many products produced by MSMEs in the Bogor district, one of which is Dodol Hj. Muhaya. For several years, especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic, sales turnover has decreased. In addition, the process of rolling Dodol still uses the manual method, so the process takes a long time and the shape is not uniform. This research aims to design a strategy using the Blue Ocean Strategy approach with a four-step framework analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the create factor was the most widely used, namely creating the latest brand packaging and stickers so that consumers were more interested so that it was expected to increase sales of Dodol.

Abstract

Human resources are employees or individuals who play an important role in the success of a company. Human resources scorecard is part of the Balanced Scorecard that can be used to measure HR performance. This study aims to analyze the measurement of human resource performance with the Balanced Scorecard method with the human resources scorecard approach at PT. ISM in Pontianak, West Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is descriptive and cross sectional. The type of data used is primary data, which is obtained from questionnaires containing questions and written statements. The results of the study found that the measurement of human resource performance seen from indicators of work quality, responsibility for work, cooperation with colleagues, orientation to customers, employee initiative and motivation was classified as good. Measurement of HR performance using indicators from the balance scorecard with the human resources scorecard approach, namely learning and growth perspective, internal business process perspective, customer perspective and financial perspective were found in good category. The company's employees are not only qualified in their work, have initiative, are motivated, cooperate, and are customer-oriented in their work, they have also implemented the principles of measuring the balanced scorecard performance with the human resources scorecard approach properly.

Abstract

This study aims to build a conceptual model for improving organizational performance. The proposed model is based on dynamic managerial capabilities and organizational capacity to change. A structural study methodology was adopted using 200 samples taken from managers at Pelayaran Niaga colleges in Indonesia and data collected through questionnaires, to test the models and hypotheses in this study, the authors used Amos 25 as a data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a strategic path to improve organizational performance in public organizations, namely educational organizations at Pelayaran Niaga colleges in Indonesia, namely through a dynamic managerial ability path and then organizational capacity to change which can further increase organizational performance. This study has limitations such as not being able to define specifically about dynamic managerial abilities. In addition, the sample used is only limited to the Merchant Shipping College to represent public organizations. The results of this study are applied to strengthen the theory of change management theory of dynamic capabilities and organizational behavior. In addition, this research is also able to contribute to a practical level to provide recommendations for top managers, middle managers and lower managers in public organizations in order to be able to provide a form of performance improvement. organization based on organizational change and dynamic capabilities possessed by each manager in public organization.

Abstract

The background of this research is the author's interest in knowing the effect of spirituality in the workplace on work commitment at Maha Vihara Maitreya, Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality in the workplace on employee work commitment. This research uses associative quantitative method. This research is supported by the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The sample of this research is Maha Vihara Maitreya employees, totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The results of the normality test for spirituality in the workplace are 0.072 and work commitment is 0.064 where the value is greater than the standard significant = 0.05, so it can be concluded that the data tested are normally distributed. The results of the linearity test showed that between spirituality at work and work commitment had a linear relationship with a significance of 0.000. The results of the correlation between spirituality at work with a strong work commitment with the results of 0.764. The results of the determination coefficient test that the spirituality variable at work affects the work commitment variable by 58.4% while 41.6% is influenced by other factors. The result of simple linear regression is Y = (-14,584) + 1,234 X, which means that every increase or increase of 1 unit of spirituality will increase work commitment by 1,234 times. The results of hypothesis testing the calculated T value of 8.95 and obtained the T table value of 2.001. Where T count > T table (8.95 > 2.001), then Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted, which means that spirituality at work affects work commitment at Maha Vihara Maitreya, Medan. Thus it can be concluded that "Spirituality in the Workplace has an effect on Work Commitment at Maha Vihara Maitreya".

Abstract

ABSTRACT Investment, either directly or indirectly, aims to obtain certain benefits (profits) from the investment, with the hope of getting profits in the future. For a rational prospective investor, his attention will be directed to the rate of return on investment, and the chosen investment is the one that promises the highest return with a particular risk. Investors in investing must assess the risk of future returns through the influence of dividend changes and profitability in terms of the company's stock category. This study aims to determine the effect of dividend change and profitability on future returns, with the category of agribusiness/non-agribusiness companies being the moderating variable. The sample in this study consisted of 127 Agribusiness/Non-Agribusiness Group companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-to 2020 with the purposive sampling method. This research is quantitative research where the analytical tool used is a multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 22. The study's results indicate that the dividend change variable does not affect stock returns. At the same time, the level of profitability has a positive effect on stock returns. The classification of agribusiness companies does not moderate the effect of dividend changes and profitability on future returns. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan etika kerja, profesionalisme, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja auditor intern pada Badan Inspektorat Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan variabel etika kerja, profesionalisme, dan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja auditor sebagai variabel dependen. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi tempat, populasi dan sampel penelitian. Hasilnya, lokasi dan waktu penelitian dilaksanakan di Badan Inspektorat Kota Kupang pada bulan September 2021-Februari 2022, dan sampel jenuh menjadi metode untuk menentukan responden penelitian dari populasi dan sampel yang ada, yaitu 74 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dari sumber data primer dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif dari dukungan data sekunder. Etika kerja, profesionalisme, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor intern pada Badan Inspektorat Kota Kupang. Dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja auditor, auditor diharapkan dapat melaksanakan pemeriksaan dengan mentaati etika kerja dan memiliki sikap profesional sehingga kinerja auditor maksimal. Pimpinan auditor juga diharapkan terus mempertahankan gaya kepemimpinan yang telah ada sehingga auditor dapat memiliki motivasi dan komitmen yang tinggi dalam melakukan tugas pengawasan tanpa mengutamakan kepentingan intrinsik.
