Abstract

Target of which wish to be reached from this research is to know influence of the Service Marketing Mix toward tourist decision to visit Pantai Panjang in Bengkulu City. Research represent type research of survey that is research taking sample from a population and use questionnaire as a means of compiler of the data. The data was used obtained primary data pass questionnaire distribution. Population in this research is tourist which a visit to Pantai Panjang Bengkulu. The method of intake sample was used total sampling technique equal to 100 respondents. The method of the data analyze was used descriptive statistic and simple regression linear analysis. Pursuant to result of research known that : (1) Equation of obtained regression from result of data analysis is Y = 11,012 + 0,227Xthe meaning that if service marketing mix (physical evidence, process, and people) is goodness, hence decision of tourist visiting to Pantai Panjang more higher equal to 0,227; (2) The correlation coefficient (R) equal to 0,770; meaning the correlation between the service marketing mix (physical evidence, process, and people)with decision of tourist to visiting the Pantai Panjang is strength; (3) Value coefficient of multiple determination (R 2 ) is 0,593; meaning that decision of tourist to visiting the Pantai Panjang equal to 59,3% influenced by the service marketing mix (physical evidence, process, and people) anda while the rest 40,7% influenced by other factor which do not check; (4) From result of hypothesis test, proven that the service marketing mix (physical evidence, process, and people) have an effect on significant toward decision of tourist to visiting the Pantai Panjang, proved with significant value 0,007 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy for batik products Besurek in Bengkulu city. And which strategy is best in determining the marketing of batik cloth of Besurek in Bengkulu city. Data collection methods used are literature study method and questionnaire by distributing the list to the respondents. The sample in this study is the assumption of an effective strategy to maximize the strengths and opportunities of small businesses and to minimize weaknesses and threats.Analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The data obtained from the results of the study will be analyzed strength, weakness, opportunities and amcamannya to the implementation of corporate marketing strategies in order to increase interest buyers batik cloth besurek. To determine the formulation of future marketing strategies, a merger of marketing strategy formulation is linked through the SWOT matrix.

Abstract

Banks face problems in determining business strategy in managing their business. this business strategy will then be used as the foundation and framework to realize the work goals that have been determined by management. In the past ten years, sharia banking has grown rapidly, especially since the issuance of statute no. 10 of 1998. This research uses three risk assessment method (Risk Based Bank Rating), which are risk profile aspect (NPL, LDR), earning ratio (ROA, NIM), and capital adequacy (CAR). As for the aspects of good corporate governance (GCG), it is not used because it requires primary data concerning bank secrecy. The sample population in this study is sharia foreign exchange bank. while the sampling method used purposive sampling (i.e. taking samples with certain criteria). The population for foreign exchange banks is 35, but this study only uses 5 sharia banks (based on predetermined criteria). Based on the results of this study the entire sample of Sharia Banking Foreign Exchange shows the results of CAR performance with a very healthy predicate. Although in 2015 the performance of Non Performing Loan (NPL) had decreased, but in 2016 all Sharia Foreign Exchange Banks were able to improve NPL performance to below 5% (healthy performance predicate). In 2014-2016, there are 4 out of 5 Sharia Foreign Currency Bankers performing Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) with a fairly healthy predicate (LDR is between 85% and 100%). Net Interest Margin (NIM) performance of all samples of Foreign Exchange Sharia Banking in 2014-2016 tends to be very healthy (NIM> 3%). So it can be said that the company is able to profit from interest income. During 2014-2016 the Return on Asset (ROA) performance of the Sharia Banking Foreign Exchange (ROA) sample also tended to increase, if in the previous two years (2014 and 2015) only 2 out of 5 sample banks have ROA above 1.25% then in 2016 there 3 out of 5 sample banks are able to achieve ROA performance even above 1.5% (very healthy predicate)

Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of the capital, labor and the land area toward palm fruit plasma binaan PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Taba Tembilang Village. This research used descriptive quantitative, to describe one situation. The researcher used observation and questioner tooo collecting the data.To find out the effect of capital, labor and the land area toward palm fruit plasma PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Taba Tembilang Village. The researcher used linier berganda analysis. This method used to quantify more than two variable independan and variable dependen.From the calculation to describe the effect of the capital, labor and the land area toward palm fruit plasma PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Taba Tembilang Village. Can be seen from the R value which shows the relationship betwen capital variable, labor, the land area toward palm fruit, the magnitude of the relationship is 0,843 or 84,3%.While the coefficient of multiple detemination (R) or R square shows the coefficient of determination 0,711 or 71,1% this percentage shows that capital variable, labor and the land of area can contribute to palm fruit production by 71,1%, and the remaining 28,9% influenced by other variable which are not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of advertising and brand image with purchase decision of shampo clear on Swalayan Fadillah of Bengkulu City. The sample in this study as many as 50 customers who purchase shampoo clear. The data collection method was used questionaire. The analysis method was used spearman rank correlation and hypothesis test with t test. Advertisement has a strong correlation with purchase decision of shampoo clear on Swalayan Fadillah of Bengkulu City with correlation value of 0.757, means that the better the advertisement made by the company of shampoo clear then the higher of purchase decision of shampoo clear at Swadayan Fadillah Bengkulu City. This result is reinforced by the hypothesis test result that t count is bigger than t table (8,025> 1,677). Thus the result of the hypothesis is H 01 rejected and H a1 accepted. This means that the advertisement has a significant correlation with purchase decision of shampoo clear on Swadayan Fadillah Bengkulu City. Brand image with the decision to purchase decision of shampoo clear on Swadayan Fadillah Bengkulu City has a very strong correlation with a correlation value of 0.831, this means that the better brand image Clear Shampoo then the higher of purchase decision of shampoo clear on Swadayan Fadillah Bengkulu City. This is reinforced by the result of hypothesis test that t count is bigger than t table (10,358> 1,677). Thus the result of the hypothesis is H 02 rejected and H a2 accepted. This means that the brand image has a significant relationship with purchase decision of shampoo clear on Swadayan Fadillah Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is arelationship between the implementation of relationship marketing with customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu. This research uses qualitative and quantitative analysis, data collection method using questionnaire, tested by using rank spearman formula and hypothesis test. Based on the calculation of Spearman rank obtained correlation coefficient value of spearman rank or rho count (p) amount 0,765 is at the correlation interval 0,60 – 0,799 with strong criteria, meaning that the implementation of relationship marketing has a strong relationship with customer loyalty at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu. Based on the hypothesis test of spearman rank correlation coefficient obtained t count 9,792 then the value of t arithmetic is compared with the value of t table at the level of confidence 95% or error rate 5% known value of t table is 1.66757 means that the value of t arithmetic greater than the value of t table (9,792 > 1,66757) then the hypothesis proposed in this study is acceptable means there is a significant positive relationship between variable relaionship marketing (X) with customer loyalty (Y) at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Branch Office of Bengkulu.

Abstract

Anton Robiansyah, Dwi Novita, Furqonti Ranidiah; This study aims to analyze the effect of audit quality and institutional ownership on the cost of debt. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The type of research used in this study is empirical research. The sampling technique used was purposive sample and selected 72 unit analysis companies. The data analysis tool in this test uses OLS (ordinary least square), which wants to see the effect of audit quality and institutional ownership on the cost of debt.Based on the results of this study indicate that audit quality has a negative effect on the cost of debt with a significance level of 0.014 which means that the company that chooses the BIG4 KAP has a good reputation and this is seen as a positive thing for the creditor. Whereas institutional ownership does not affect the cost of debt with a significance level of 0.847 indicating that the presence or absence of institutional ownership of companies - companies in Indonesia does not affect the institutional ownership relationship and the cost of debt.

Abstract

Ermy Wijaya, Yeni Oktariana; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi impulse buying pada Hodshop Bengkulu. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah rating scale. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 orang. Faktor yang paling dominan/ tertinggi mempengaruhi impulse buying konsumen pada Hodshop Bengkulu adalah factor produk sample (contoh-contoh produk) dengan jumlah nilai dari persepsi responden 801 dengan criteria setuju. Sedangkan faktor terendah yang mempengaruhi impulse buying pada Hodshop Bengkuluadalah faktor elaborate package displays (kemasan/ tampilan produk) dengan jumlah nilai dari persepsi responden sebesar 762 dengan kriteria setuju.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of state-owned banks and provide empirical evidence of the effect of LDR, CAR, and NPL on ROA. This analysis uses an independent variable of liquidity and solvency. The independent variable is focused on CAR, LDR, NPL, while the dependent variable is profitability focused on ROA. The data used are secondary data derived from the annual financial statements of BNI, BRI, BTN, Bank Mandiri listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2008 to 2015. The method of testing data uses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2 ), by testing the hypothesis t test and F test. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.145 + 0.023 X1 + 0.004 X2 - 0.281 X3. Partial test (t test) shows that the LDR ratio of government-owned banks has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a t count of 3.108 > t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.0046 or 0.46%. CAR ratio has a positive effect and is not significant for ROA with a t count of 0.126 < t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.9004 or 90.4%. The NPL ratio has a negative and not significant effect on ROA with a tcount of -4.594 < t table 1.693 with a significant level of 0.0001 or 0.01%. Simultaneous testing (F test) shows the ratio of LDR, CAR, and NPL has a positive and significant effect on ROA with a calculated F value of 26.414 > t table 2.93 with a significant level of 0.000 or 0.0%. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the independent variables LDR, CAR, and NPL can explain the effect on the dependent variable ROA, which is equal to 0.863 or 86.3% while 13.7% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competitiveness of lecturer facing AEC era, a case study in Economic Faculty at some universities in Palembang City. The competitiveness is measured by four indicators namely ability of English, ability to get research funding, ability to get funding for community service and ability to publish articles in journal. Respondent in this research are 100 lecturers who work in some private universities in palembang City. They filled a questionnaire which contents information about their compentencies in four indicators. Based on the analysis, this research concludes that the competitiveness of respondent majority are low, because from 100 respondent, 94 have low competitiveness, 4 have middle competitiveness and zero high competitiveness. The researcher recommend that for increasing competitiveness, the university should hold a sustainable English training for lecturers and also gives funding support to lecturer for doing researchs and community services programs.
