Ida Anggriani, Fera Indasari; The purpose of this study was to the differences in terms of impulsive buying gender determine consumers at Puncak Toserba Bengkulu. This type of research is a comparative study, carried out to compare the similarities and differences of two or more of the facts and object properties in the framework based on certain carefully. Survey respondents as many as 100 people composed of 50 men and 50 women, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis methods by means of descriptive and quantitative analyzes using independent samples t test trials. Results of this study indicate that there are differences between the purchase impulsive significant gender beetween men and women at Puncak Toserba Bengkulu by comparison Tsig (0,047) <α (0,05). The average difference for the two groups were between to 1,520 ranged 0,019 until 3,021.Keywords: Impulsive Buying, Gender

Meiyudi Ardianto, Neri Susanti; This study aimed to get the perception of the village apparatus to use village funds, the use of the village funds according to the ministerial decree of village No. 08 year of 2016. The study was conducted in Talang Empat district of Central Bengkulu regency with a number of villages as many as 15 villages. This study was used rating scale analysis method by means of questionnaires distributed in each village and direct face with the village government apparatus.The results of the study show the village government organization variable gain the value of 718, variable of the implementation of rural development gain the value of 706 while the community empowerment and development variable gain the value of 690 and rural communities with a value of 713 this means the village government apparatus strongly agreed with these activities. Therefore, the perception of the village government apparatus in accordance with the village government budget. But in fact, the village government apparatus do not fully understand about the use of village funds. This is because the variable of the implementation of the village government and development of rural communities do not use the village fundsKey Words: The village government apparatus, the village funds.

Zahrah Indah Ferina; A Public Accountant is an accountant who provides services to obtain rewards or fees. The need for public accountants in the era of MEA is increasing, then the purpose of this study is to factors that affect the intention to the profession of Public Accountants. Factors influencing this intention with financial rewards and considerations of labor market. The sample used in this research is 83 respondents. Samples are obtained from accounting students who have completed the Auditing courses at State and Private University in Bengkulu. To analyze the hypothesis, this study used multiple regression analysis.The result of this research showed that financial reward and consideration of labor market has influence in career choosing as public accountant.Key words: Accounting Student, Intention, Public Accountant

Haryati Utami; The purpose of this study is to describe the role of individuals, management roles and organizational roles towards career development of medical personnel in Dr. M. Yunus from Bengkulu. Data method used is observation, questioner and interview. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 non medical personnel in Dr. M. Yunus from Bengkulu. In this study also interviewed 5 leaders of the district. M Yunus from Bengkulu as cross check the results of the questionnaire that produces. Assessment data and data. Results The study demonstrates the role of individuals, the role of the organization and the role of management has contributed to the career development of non medical workers in Dr. M. Yunus from Bengkulu. Based on the results of research in terms of the role of individuals, non-medical personnel hospital needs to be increased awareness given in addition to medical personnel in the district. M. Yunus from Bengkulu should be more actively seeking information about career development. In the aspect of the role of management, leadership must be continuously supported and non medical labor in Dr M. Yunus Bengkulu and the leadership and is expected to continue to communicate the mission, policy, and information information in order to create increased. In the aspect of organizational role, Dr. M. Yunus from Bengkulu must provide training facilities and facilities that support the career development of non-medical personnel. In addition, it should be Dr. M. The most appropriate strategy for vannamei shrimp farms is to use SO strategies, using all the power to exploit opportunities. Methods of data collection using questionnaires by spreading questions to respondents. Result of research of IFAS and EFAS, hence power owned at PT. CendanaPrioritas Lestari Bengkulu Tengah is 19.94 while the weakness is 5.7 if the internal quadrant factor is 19.94 - 5.7 = 14.24 the opportunity of the strategy is 17.08 for the threat so that 10 is the external quadrant factor 17 , 08 - 10 = 7.08 so that it is in quadrant 1 in SWOT analysis.Key Words: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis.

The analytical method used was the comparative method.The results showed that in the application of accounting information system of income at PT. Maxindo Karya Selaras Bengkulu City suitability reception system revenue, related functions, which are used documents , accounting records are used, and the network system procedures receipt of revenue by Mulyadi theory . Because at PT . Maxindo Karya Selaras Bengkulu City there is a process of income starting from coal orders from buyers, shipping and billing is already well underway.Key Words: Accounting Information System, Revenue.

Herli Widani, Rinto Noviantoro; This study aims to determine the relationship between customer value and decision for withdrawal of credit in PT. SMS Finance Bengkulu. The analysis method was used Spearman Rank correlation and hypothesis test.Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient, the value of rho count (ρ) of 0.829 is in the correlation coefficient interval between 0.800-1000, the level of relationship is very strong, it means that the relationship between customer value and the decision of withdrawal of credit in PT. SMS Finance Bengkulu is very strong. Based on hypothesis test rho value calculated rho table (0.829> 0.364) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that there is a significant relationship between customer value and the decision for withdrawal credit in PT. SMS Finance Bengkulu.Key Words: Customer Value, Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of tax collection with the self assessment system with the level of taxpayer compliance in the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu. The analytical methods used are Average Distribution, Spearman Rank Correlation and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is known that the value of rho (count) is 0.755 in the interval of interpretation of the correlation of 0.600-0.799, a strong level of relationship. This means that the relationship between the self assessment system and the level of tax compliance at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu is strong and the value of rho (count) is 0.755> 0.364 rho (table) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the self assessment system with taxpayer compliance level at the Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Argamakmur Provinsi Bengkulu.

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of emotional value, social value, quality value and functional value to the purchasing decision of TVS motorcycle in Bengkulu city. The sample in this study using many as 30 persons data analysis using multiple linear regression method. From the Anova table above obtained significant value (sig) 0,000. Significantly correlated to the alpha value of 0.05, can be interpreted from the results of significant value 0.000 <0.05, due to the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, it means that Ha is accepted. It was concluded that ha received means a significant difference between the value of x to the y value to the purchasing decision. The results of significant value t (X 1 ) is 0.004, Social Value Factor (X2) is 0.005, Factor Value Quality (X3) is 0.009, and the Functional Rating Factor (X4) is 0.000. If these values correlated with the alpha of 0.05 means the result is smaller then Ha acceptable means there is significant influence value (X) to the purchasing decision (Y).

Study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the employeesâ€™ performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The most dominant factor / the highest affects the employeesâ€™ performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is the quality factor of employment the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the total value of the respondent's perception 884 with agreed criteria.The average of the respondents' answers to the overall factor is 862.86 in the agreed criteria, meaning that the average respondent agrees that the overall factor proposed can affect the employees performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The lowest factor affects the employeesâ€™ performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is an innovation factor of the employees in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the number of values from the perception of respondents 829 with the criteria agreed.Key Words: Quality of work, quantity of work, job knowledge, teamwork, creativity, innovation, initiative
