This research is a qualitative research that is field research, researchers describe the findings sourced from the field. The research data were obtained from interviews with respondents, consisting of parents and community leaders as well as observations of children in Kajen Village Rt 04 / Rw 02. Data collection techniques used were through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technical analysis of data includes data reduction, data presentation and verification.From the results of this study indicate that the role of parents in Rt 04 / Rw 02 Kajen Margoyoso Village Pati Regency related in Improving Early Childhood Speaking Behavior is mostly good, smooth and develops according to the development of his age. It's just that they as parents need to know and be aware that, educating children must be with patience and perseverance. Parents can teach polite speaking behavior by familiarizing children with things that are praiseworthy from an early age. Because children are a reflection of the actions of their parents. So that the hope of parents later children can behave and talk politely with everyone.

This study focuses on self-concept, years of service, and educational background that affect the work motivation of the head of RA Pekanbaru City. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between self-concept, years of service, and educational background on the work motivation of the Head of The Raudhatul Athfal City of Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 27 RA Heads of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique is correlation analysis in the SPSS for Windows program. The results of the study between self-concept, years of service and educational background influence the work motivation of RA heads, expressed in the results of the study with an R Square value of 28% (0.282), higher than the value of σ = 5% and an F value of 6.913 above the value 10% showing no symptoms of multicollinearity. This study states that self-concept, years of service, and educational background have a significant effect on the work motivation of the head of the RA City of Pekanbaru. The effect of self-concept, years of service, and educational background on work motivation show a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.010 with a value of σ (significant degree) 0.05, meaning 0.01 <0.05; meaning is that there is a significant influence between the influence of self-concept, years of service and educational background on the work motivation of RA Kota Pekanbaru head

Research on the development of the Fine Motor Pocket Book media has a goal that is, to determine the results of the development of a pocket book and to get the effectiveness of a fine motor pocket book. This research method uses the type of R&D or research and development with ADDIE development models. The trial design used in this study used the Survey method. The targets in this study are 50 parents and 50 kindergarten / RA teachers in Surabaya who have children aged 4-5 years. Data was obtained and collected using a questionnaire technique that was carried out online through Google forms, and documentation techniques in the form of product designs before and after revision. The results of this study are the Fine Motor Pocket Book media. The survey results and feedback from teachers and parents showed that the fine motor pocket book that was developed proved to be very valid. this is shown through the material or media in the pocket book, the level of explanation in the picture / text 3.07, the level of suitability of the location has a mean value of 3.28, the level of quality of the book has a value of 3.15 which means 51-75 responses of teachers and people old is very effective. Furthermore, the attractiveness and suitability of the location of 3.28 and the level of accuracy has a mean value of 3.35 where the value approaches a score of 4, which means 76-100 means effective. These results can be categorized very well so that it is feasible and effective to be used in learning at school or at home. The results of this fine motor pocket book research have implications on the development of fine motor aspects in children.

This study aims to describe: 1) How is Prophetic Implementation in education? 2) What are the Prenatal and PAUD Education Stages? 3) How is the Prenatal and PAUD Prophetic Implementation? The data collection method is in the form of a literature study (library reseach) whose writing process uses the collection of books, journals and the results of several previous studies that support the theme of this authorship. The results showed: 1) In prophetic implementation into education, there is a character in someone who is very decisive for someone in self-development, both in terms of mental and moral aspects 2) Stages of prenatal education and early childhood education are a form of education that focuses on laying the foundation towards growth and development of both motor coordination (smooth and rough), emotional intelligence, plural intelligence (Multiple Intelligence) and spiritual intelligence. 3) Prophetic implementation in prenatal and PAUD is a form of parent stimulation to children such as parental assistance and supervision of what the child feels or hears.

The world is so preoccupied by pandemic covid 19 that it has an impact on aspects of life, especially on children's life patterns. This study aims to determine differences in life patterns of early childhood related before and during the co-19 pandemic. A total of 381 early childhoods were targeted in this study. The approach used in research is a quantitative approach to the type of survey analysis. Collecting data in this study with online questionnaire techniques with a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this study used paired sample t test. The results showed a transition related to changes in lifestyle of early childhood before and during the co-19 pandemic. This study provides the impression that parents are more involved in adjusting children's lifestyles during the co-19 pandemic.

Parents have a very important role in developing the character of early childhood, because the family is the first and foremost educational environment for children. Early childhood is where children are in the age range of zero to six years and during this time the child is experiencing very rapid development. There are several methods that parents can do in instilling character values, one of which is by telling stories. Stories are considered effective because they remember the characteristics of young children who have a great curiosity, like to fantasize and imagine. The main character values according to the Ministry of Education and Culture include integrity, nationalist, mutual cooperation, independent and religious values. The five characters can be taught by parents through learning the story of the Qur'an or Qashash al-Qur'an. Many stories in the Koran can be used as lessons and lessons, including the stories of previous Prophets, stories of people with good personalities not the Prophet's group and stories about events in the time of the Prophet. All the stories contained in the Koran can be used as lessons. Parents as the main and first teacher should tell these stories to children so that good character, personality or character is formed and they always become people who believe in God.

This research aimed to describe the financing management planning, implementation of education financing management and education financing control to improve the quality of education in RA Mambaul Ulum Sumurgung Montong Tuban. The method used in this research through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that 1) financing management planning was arried out by referring to the budget ceiling, not exceeding the budget determined by the government or financing from parents or the community, if the source of cost comes from the government then must look at the rules that have been determined by the government, if financing income comes from the community, so the financing management plan was carried out according to the principle of primary school needs to tertiary needs but within limits did not violate the rules 2) Madrasah financing implementation activities included two major activities, consisting of school financial revenues and expenditures. The financing management activities included bookkeeping or financial management activities 3) control/evaluation included the activities of checking and evaluating the plan and implementation of education funding can be carried out in accordance with the initial financing plan and its implementation.

This study discusses parenting styles in assisting students’ learning with blended learning model in RA. Sunan Ampel, Pasuruan. During the Covid-19 pandemi, RA Sunan Ampel implemented a blended learning model by combining online and offline learning. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed online to 11 parents of RA students as respondents. The results showed that almost parents have a authoritative parenting style indicated by parents’ attitude in engaging children to learning while playing. Meanwhile, such parents also applied permissive parenting characterized by parents’ intervention on children’s activites and no force for children to learn. Besides that, parents with authoritarian showed that they obey strict rules and punishments when children broke the rules. Above all, such uninvolved parenting implemented during the covid-19 indicated by negligent attitude of parents in engaging students’ learning.

This study aims to explain the improvement of the gross motor skills of group A children RA Darul Ilmi Tegalsari through the traditional crank game. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 13 children of group A RA Darul Ilmi Tegalsari consisting of 8 boys and 5 girls. The data collection method is done through observation and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner. Increasing gross motor skills is said to be successful if at least 75% of the number of children reaches the criteria for developing as expected. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that gross motor skills can be improved through the traditional game of crank by throwing the gacuk into the first plot, then the children jumping over plots 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 using one leg and plots number 4, 8. , and 9 to jump on two legs. The increase in gross motor skills of children can be shown from the data on gross motor skills in the initial condition of the child who completed 23.84% or 3 children, in the first cycle of meeting I the children who completed it increased to 38.46 or 5 children, in the first cycle of the second meeting of children who complete increased to 53.85% or 7 children. In the second cycle of the first meeting of the children who completed it increased to 69.23% or 9 children and in the second cycle of the second meeting, the children who completed increased to a maximum of 92.30% or 12 children.

This study aims to find out the role of educators in introducing science to early childhood.Educators are the most important aspect of education in school. But the reality in the field there are still many teachers who are not ready in designing a creative activity.Teachers still have difficulty in teaching children science learning.and looking for science activities for children. This research uses literature study method whose data comes from journals, articles, books from the results of reading, recording and analyzing in accordance with existing problems. The results and discussion in this research is to carry out the learning process, it is necessary to design learning (RPPH) in accordance with children's cognitive development regarding the development of science, determining the tools and materials to be used.The implementation is also regrettable with the planning and carried out while playing and learning, as well as conducting assessments with reference to STPPA.The conclusion is that the teacher's efforts in introducing science can be started from the design of learning, implementation, and assessment and activities carried out is a fun activity and carried out while playing.
