BMT Sahara is an Islamic financial institution whose operational target focuses on the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) sector. To increase BMT's market share, it is necessary to analyse what factors influence people's interest in becoming customers at BMT. One of the factors is the quality of service BMT Sahara provides to its customers. Good service must be accompanied by a qualified strategy to support the success of a BMT and maintain its image in the broader community. So the quality of service for customers needs to be improved. This is very important considering the very large role of customers in contributing revenue directly or indirectly to continue supporting BMT Sahara's existence. Â

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of internal and external factors on the risk of problem financing in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative type. Data comes from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia for the 2015-2022. The data were first tested using the classical assumption test, which included the normality test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The Robust Least Squares method is used in multiple linear regression analysis to overcome the problem of heteroscedasticity. The results show that the internal factors that are taken into account are the efficiency ratio (BOPO), capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and financing-to-savings ratio (FDR). At the same time, the external factor that is taken into account is the inflation rate. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the z test, it is concluded that only CAR and FDR significantly contribute to problem financing. In contrast, efficiency and inflation do not significantly affect problem financing in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Â

The public's interest in paying Zakat is high, as evidenced by the rising Zakat potential and national Zakat collecting performance yearly. However, the zakat collection at L.A.Z. remains suboptimal compared to the zakat collection outside the zakat institution. This study aims to see how Zakat's knowledge, service quality, and brand awareness influence Muzakki's intention to pay Zakat at YDSF Surabaya. This study uses quantitative research methodologies with a sample size of 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that both variables of zakat knowledge and brand awareness partially had a significant impact on the intention to pay Zakat. However, service quality did not significantly impact the intention to pay Zakat. With an R2 of 53.4%, the three variables of zakat knowledge, service quality, and brand awareness simultaneously affected Zakat paying intention. Â
