Abstract

The development of human resources influenced the quality of educational institutions.The quality of educational institutions influenced by vision and mission the agency. The formulation of vision and mission institutions involving stakeholders already set by the institutions. A factor causing the quality of education not been successful among others, strategy education is input oriented and management of education has been is macro-oriented. After the preparation of vision and mission, institutions formulate strategic plan. Strategy is important policy of the as the basis of in making institutional program. Business could be undertaken by educational institutions to improve the quality of institutions, among other: prepared leader who quality, formulate vision and mission with a characteristic wholly owned by intitusi, formulate strategy in an effort to create the purpose of institutions, improve the ability of human resources, conducted a survey market, furnish facilities and infrastructure, financial management, to improve cooperation with the stakeholders, tending consistency quality.Pengembangan sumberdaya manusia dipengaruhi kualitas lembaga pendidikan. Kualitas lembaga pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh visi dan misi lembaga tersebut. Perumusan visi dan misi lembaga melibatkan stakeholder yang sudah di tentukan oleh lembaga. Faktor yang meny ebabkan mutu pendidikan kurang berhasil antara lain, strategi pendidikan yang bersifat input oriented dan pengelolaan pendidikan selama ini lebih bersifat macro-oriented. Setelah penyusunan visi dan misi, lembaga merumuskan rencana strategis. Strategi merupakan kebijakan penting dari lembaga sebagai patokan dalam pembuatan program kelembagaan. Usaha yang bisa dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu institusi, antara lain: menyiapkan pemimpin yang berkualitas, merumuskan visi dan misi dengan ciri khas yang hanya dimiliki oleh intitusi, merumuskan strategi dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan institusi, meningkatkan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia, melakukan survei pasar, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana, manajemen keuangan, menjalin kerjasama dengan stakeholder, merawat konsistensi mutu.

Abstract

The writing of this article is motivated by the fact that Indonesian language material at IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang is still general, while the application of the KKNI demands the use of Arabic teaching materials according to scientific discipline. For this reason, it is necessary to develop Arabic teaching materials with certain approaches. This study needs an assessment of the development of Arabic language teaching materials based on programming languages, for which the methods used are data, data research, and techniques, techniques and interview data and documentation studies. The data analysis technique was carried out with an interactive model. The results of the study show: 1) the making of science-based Arabic teaching materials is needed because students are familiar with their scientific language, 2) the main themes in the field of Physics that can be developed in Arabic learning at the Tadris Physics Department, the material that discusses the basics, 3) Design Teaching Materials Arabic based approach Whole Language ​​that can be developed are basic physics themes designed with four skills, namely maharah al-istima', maharah al-kalam, maharah al-qiro'ah and maharah al-kitabah.

Abstract

The 21st century is the heaviest terrain in the history of development Madrasah Diniyah in some parts of Indonesia,  ne  of  them  is  Tulungagung  and  arrounds.  In response to the challenges of the times, Madrasah diniyah as an Islamic education organization is expected to strength and develop the Islamic soul as well as a clinic of morality and knowledge. The need for creative and innovative management will  evoke  the  brand  image  of  Madrasah  diniyah,  which recently experienced a deterioration in terms of childrens education.  In  this  era,  the  entry  of  western  culture  into Indonesia is very influential on childrens education. This paper discusses the management of Madrasah Diniyah that is culture based. The type of approach used is qualitative descriptive that will provide direct benefits as a source of information to the public.

Abstract

Islam puts man in a dimension not only of individuals, but also in the social dimension as a member of a community. It is important for us to be able to give a bright picture of the main components in shaping the society we desire. In fact, some people still displays paradoxical attitudes in the dissemination of the teachings and values of Islam in social intercourse. For that, the basic concept of the Islamic community in fact laid on the principle of balance and harmony. Balance means a harmonious relationship between the vertical and horizontal dimensions, individual and social. global awareness of the resurrection of Islam who was covering the Muslim community today, by reviving the basic values of religion, many believed to be a way out of any slump. Despite the steps limping and panting, the Muslims began to have a deep awareness to develop and memperkasakan themselves as religious people are civilized and progress.

Abstract

This paper tries to give a description of the importance of the implementation of the Madrasah education and autonomy. madrasah education that offers better quality with a religious culture to build the character of students who are able to apply the values and norms of religion. Several factors support the implementation of the School-Based Management in madrassas are: (1)Support of various elements present in the school, teachers, staff, parents and the head of the student, (2)adequate facilities and infrastructure, and (3)Ethos work and high spirits of all the elements are there, so that the policy issued by the school can be carried out in accordance with the goals and objectives. Factors inhibiting the implementation of the School-Based Management in madrassas are: (1)The policy of the government that are sometimes not in line with the program planned by the madrasah, (2)Most of the teachers slow in implementing planned programs, (3)Lack of response to the program as part of teacher has been planned, and (4)Teachers sometimes often do not permit entry of teaching, it inhibits the programs that have been planned school.

Abstract

Ibn Khaldun was a gifted philosopher of history and the greatest scholars of his time, one of the leading thinkers ever born. He was a founder of the science of sociology which typically distinguishes the way it treats history as a science and provides reasons to support real events. Tradition survey of scientific conducted by Ibn Khaldun began using tradition to think scientifically and to critique the way of thinking " old model "and the works of former scientists, the results of the investigation regarding previous works, has contributed to the academic to the development of science valid, knowledge ilmiah authentic knowledge. This study focus on Decontruction of Ibn Khaldun education thinking, According Ibn Khaldun science education is not an activity solely is thought and contemplation away from the pragmatic aspects in life, but science and education is nothing but a social phenomenon that is characteristic of the human species. Abstract

Achievement of the objectives of education is very dependent on the skill and wisdom of the principals leadership is one of the leaders of education. Because the principal is a professional officer in the school organization responsible for the regulation of all sources of the organization and collaborate with teachers in educating students to achieve educational goals. With the professionalism of this principal professional development of educational personnel is easily done because according to function, to understand the needs of school principals who he led to the competence of teachers not only stagnates the competence he had previously, but grew and developed so well that the professionalism of teachers will be realized.
