Abstract

Education is not only the effort to develop cognitive aspect of student but also it tries to develop aspect of affective and psycomotor. Students are expected to have good behavior that is shown by strong spirituality. In developing student’s religious character,  school implement the management based on spiritual quotient to help students do religious values. The development of religious character for student is important because in this era there are many immoralities that caused by some factors especially in their environment. This research focused on (1) To describe the implementation of management based on spiritual quotient to develop student’s religious character at SMAN 1 Grogol Kediri. (2) To describe the obstacles of the implementation of management based on spiritual quotient to develop student’s religious character at SMAN 1 Grogol Kediri. This research use descriptive qualitative approach to describe and interpret two cases above based on real phenomena in the field. The researcher as a partisipative observer to collect data at SMAN 1 Grogol Kediri. The method of collecting data include observation, interview, and documentation. Then, the technique of analysis data use reduction and taking conclusion. The result of research shown that school implement management based on spiritual quotient through some religious programs that is introduced in student’s orientation, learning process in the class that is intregated by character value, and the existence of SKI and subject character of nation. The series of activity in the school can make them to have habitual to implement religious value, therefore it can develop their religious character. In implementing mangement based on Spiritual Quotient also appear some obstacles, therefore school commitee efforts to do straightening for achieving better result.

Abstract

Politics has greatly influenced the Islamic education development. In general, the development of Islamic education in Indonesia was divided into four periods that is the 'before independence' period, the ' Old Order ' period, the ' New Order ' period, and the reform period. Indonesian education instilled the practice of dualism in the 'before independence' period. Islamic education in the period is closely watched and does not develop. The second period is 'Old Order', this period took place after Indonesia's independence, in that time, the government has begun to organize all state systems as well as the education system. Many policies related to Islamic education Also are made in the period. The third period is 'New Order', Islamic education is growing significantly in this period, pesantren which has previously only studied religion began to incorporate the general science in its education system. Students in this period also have to take part in religious education ranging from basic education to the highest education. The fourth period is reform, in this period, the development of Islamic religious education was very much considered and equaled its position with general education.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing: 1) the effectiveness of android-based Arabic language learning media in improving learning achievement of mufradat and qawa'id, 2) differences in the improvement of student learning outcomes using android-based media with students who do not use android-based media. This research is a reseach and development (RnD) study. Samples were taken using the pretest technique. The treatment in this study was in the form of android-based media use in the experimental group and without android-based media in the control group. Learning outcomes data were obtained from posttest. This study produced several findings, namely: 1) effective android-based media to improve learning achievement mufradat and qawa'id, 2) there are differences in Arabic learning outcomes of students using android-based media with students who do not use android-based media.

Abstract

We as Muslims are inseparable from learning the Holy Qur'an, because the Qur'an is the source and basis of the first and foremost law. Therefore studying the Qur'an from various scientific aspects is very important. To get the knowledge in depth and in detail in terms of reading it requires mastery and application of recitation. Reading the Qur'an with its legal recitation is fard ain for every Muslim. This research was carried out to see how the students' ability to apply Tajweed in reading Al-Qur'an letter Al-Maidah verse 48. The author took basic competencies in reading Q.S Al-Maidah / 5: 48 according to the rules of recitation and makhrajul letters. This research was obtained by conducting tests on 30 students of class XI in Budi Luhur Cimahi High School. After the results are known, the authors conducted interviews with several students who were still lacking in applying the rules of recitation and pronunciation of makhrajul letters. This is because students rarely read the Koran and have never studied tajwid.

Abstract

This article discusses the problems in reading the Koran which are good and right in accordance with the rules of Al-Qur'an reading, which indeed not a few high school elementary students in terms of the ability to read it is still very low. The correct Qur'an reading rules are measured from the level of fluency, Makhorijul letters, Tajweed, Tartil, Understanding and Kefashihan. However, in the study found in the field whose value was lowest when measured, namely in terms of reading with Tartil, the author reacted to it by using the Al-Qur'an reading method which was quite popular in learning using the Iqra method. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of the Iqra method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode Iqra dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This study explains about the evaluation of learning in Islamic Education Class VIII (Eight) at Karangtengah 2 Junior High School Cianjur. The method used in this study is descriptive participatory, the instrument used in this study is about the knowledge aspects of class VIII PAI. Five indicators of the questions contained in the questions given to students are the meaning of the content of QS. Al-Isra verse 27, completes the verse verse QS Al-Isra verse 27, the meaning contained in QS Al-Furqon verse 63, Describing the rules of recitation, it must be compulsory. wisdom contained in the hadith which prohibits excessive use of ablution water. There are two factors that influence children's performance, namely internal and external factors.

Abstract

Transformative leaders are leaders who bring a change to the members and the environment. In this study is intended to describe the characteristics of transformative leadership in Islamic educational institutions. The method used is qualitative research. The data obtained is from the results of library research. Data analysis is done step by step: data presentation, data filtering, classification and drawing conclusion. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: There are several characters of transformative leaders based Umar Bin Khattab they are; Wira'i; the patient and optimism; the master of archery; smart; clever and nimble; meticulous; Hard worker and etc. There are several characteristics in transformational leadership in Islamic education is a reflection of charismatic leaders such as Idealized Influence (II), Inspirational Motivation (IM), Intellectual Stimulation (IS), Individualized Consideration (IC), Contingent Reward (CR), Manage by Exception (MBE) and Laissez-Faire Leadership (LF)

Abstract

Sayyidati Aisyah is as a wife, a hadits narration, educator, a religion instructor, and a smart student in various fields. Without abandoning her motherly, she was also able to communicate and interact with society. And the effect of her capability to interact with society had made her successful in education field. This research is about Sayyidati Aisyah?s role in interacting with society and her success in conducting multi roles in her time. This article is library research, in which the researcher collected data from literatures with academic standard. In analyzing the data, the researcher used descriptive analytical method, comparison with socio-historical approach and content analysis. The research result shows that Sayyidati Aisyah RA is Allah servant who is loyal, a Prophet wife; a religion instructor, a hadits narration, Muslim educator had an important role, and contributes greatly to the struggle and development of Islam. The success of the Islamic education process is marked by the realization of the educational goal, namely the existence of perfect human beings (kaffah), this is supported by the fulfillment of 5 elements; educator, students, material/curriculum, method, and environment. Educators and students, in interacting, have to carry out their role and function based on their status and position, the material of interaction, implementing the method in accordance with individual or other group in the interaction, understanding the environment condition.

Abstract

This paper describes the epistemology of Islam in inclusive education. Education is a process of human development from stage to stage. This process develops the potential of each individual. To achieve this, education is equitable for all groups, including children with special needs. Seeing the social reality that occurs in the majority of the majority of people that children with special needs are much marginalized and often not even get love. The general view is that children who have disabilities are not useful in a social context. This is of particular concern to the government in special efforts to handle children with special needs in developing their potential. These efforts were implemented in the implementation of inclusive education. Inclusion education provides space for every human being, whether normal or disabled. In the view of Islam education is the duty of every human being. An Islam view that every human being is the same who distinguishes is the degree of piety. While physical differences are gifts from the creation. So in these context children with special or normal needs both have an obligation to undergo the education process to provide reinforcement on the understanding of inclusive education, this paper tries to examine, examine epistemologically. In particular the epistemology used is the epistemology of Islam. This is to explore where knowledge from inclusive education originates. The source of inclusion knowledge was used as a reinforcement of the importance of the implementation of inclusive education in the education model

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Schools must have distinctive features that distinguish them from other schools. The distinguishing characteristic should be something of a positive nature so that it can make Muhammadiyah schools become excellent schools as mandated in the progressive educational interpretation. This should apply to all Muhammadiyah schools including Primary School or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah as the first and main formal education level. Thus SD / MI Muhammadiyah need to have distinguishing characteristics with other schools. Distinguishing features that can be the availability of teaching materials that are able to integrate the values of Islamic and Muhammadiyah in a various fields of study including mathematics. So this research is aimed to develop teaching materials in the form of integration module of ke-Islaman and ke-Muhammadiyahan value on mathematics material of data processing chapter. This study is a developmental study by modifying Borg & Gall (1985) development steps into steps that include: (1) Need Analysis (2) Module Design; (3) Module Development; (4) Products / Outputs. The results show that module development steps can produce ready-to-use modules in Primary School or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah in East Java or Indonesia.
