Abstract

Terbatasnya informasi tentang lokasi bengkel bagi pengendara bermotor yang menyebabkan kesulitan bagi seseorang yang sedang mengalami kendala pada kendaraannya di lokasi tertentu. Aplikasi pemetaan lokasi pada Android menggunakan Google Maps yang dirancang dapat memberikan informasi pada pengguna mengenai lokasi bengkel terdekat menggunakan algoritma bubble sort. Metode ini adalah salah satu metode untuk mencari jarak terdekat pada pemetaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi informasi, penunjuk arah lokasi-lokasi bengkel yang ada disekitar pengguna dan diurutkan berdasarkan jarak menggunakan algoritma bubble sort.

Abstract

Decision Support System Method which is often referred to as the weighted addition method, one of which is Simple Additive Weighting. But the value of the weights in this system is not officially the calculation used. Therefore, usually a number of researchers combine this method with other methods to be more precise and accurate in supporting their decisions. In this study, the authors compare the results of the SAW method between the weighting based on the Fuzzy Logic method and the weighting based on the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The case studied was the number of student satisfaction with learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results obtained are the number of students who are declared satisfied with learning during the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 6 students for the weighting of the Fuzzy Logic method and 5 students for the weighting of the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjadi solusi membantu tim helpdesk dalam mengelola proses dari membuat tiket hingga penyelesaiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma kombinasi Forward Chaining untuk mengelola SLA (Service Level Agreement) pengerjaan tiket dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk prioritas pengerjaan tiket. Pengujian telah dilakukan sebanyak 600 data, metode forward chaining mencatat SLA pengerjaan tiket seperti urutan 1 sampai 20 berdurasi 7.9 jam indikator warna hijau, 21 sampai 40 durasi 6 jam berindikator kuning, 41 sampai 70 berdurasi 3 jam indikator hijau, 71 sampai 172 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 173 sampai 174 durasi 4 hari, 175 sampai 230 durasi 2 hari 21 jam, 231 sampai 260 berdurasi 8 jam berwarna kuning, 261 sampai 305 4 jam berwarna hijau, 306 sampai 325 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 326 sampai 345 berdurasi 12.6 jam berwarna kuning, 346 sampai 356 berdurasi 6.5 jam warna hijau, 357 sampai 469 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 470 sampai 475 berdurasi 4 hari, 476 sampai  556 berdurasi 2 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 557 sampai 576 berdurasi 23.9 jam berwarna kuning dan 577 sampai 600 berdurasi 7 jam serta berwarna hijau. Metode SAW mengurutkan prioritas pengerjaan berdasarkan bobot dan nilai awal yang telah ditentukan. Urutan 1 sampai 70 bernilai 100 diperingkat kesatu, 71 sampai 305 bernilai 55 diperingkat kedua, 306 sampai 356 dengan nilai 25 diperingkat ketiga, dan 357 sampai 600 bernilai 10 serta diperingkat keempat.

Abstract

Sebagai sumber energi terbarukan fotovoltaik berkembang pesat. Fotovoltaik memiliki karakteristik arus dan tegangan non-linier, memiliki nilai daya maksimum pada tegangan optimal, dan bergantung pada kondisi lingkungan seperti suhu dan radiasi. Jadi ada kekhawatiran tentang pasokan listrik yang tidak mencukupi untuk penerangan jalan. Untuk mendapatkan daya maksimum pada setiap iradiasi, diperlukan rangkaian DC-DC converter yang dikendalikan dengan metode pelacakan titik daya maksimum (Maximum Power Point Tracking/MPPT). Oleh karena itu diusulkan MPPT khusus berbasis fuzzy logic. Dengan mengatur mikrokontroler ARM STM32F4 didapatkan duty cycle terbaik pada rangkaian konverter Zeta, sehingga memaksimalkan daya keluaran fotovoltaik dan menghasilkan daya keluaran terbaik. Hasil dari MPPT Fuzzy akan dibandingkan dengan MPPT P&O. Berdasarkan pengujian integrasi secara hardware, MPPT Fuzzy mendapatkan nilai rata – rata  akurasi 97.16% terhadap daya maksimal, dan MPPT P&O mendapatkan nilai rata – rata akurasi 91.84% terhadap daya maksimal.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan kombinasi metode MOORA dengan pembobotan Rank Order Centroid pada penentuan rekomendasi dalam penerimaan tenaga programmer. Kriteria yang dijadikan sebagai parameter dan tolak ukur dalam penilaian penerimaan tenaga programmer pada penelitian ini sebanyak 7 kriteria yang terdiri atas HTML dan CSS (C1), Jquery dan Javascript (C2), PHP (C3), Java (C4), Android (C5), .NET (C6), dan MySQL (C7). Sampel data yang diujikan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 5 alternatif dari data pelamar yang mengajukan diri sebagai tenaga programmer. Pengujian perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode yang diusulkan memperoleh hasil yaitu dapat memberikan keputusan rekomendasi pelamar yang layak untuk diterima pada posisi tenaga programmer.

Abstract

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) adalah suatu serangan yang dimana memiliki volume, intensitas, serta biaya mitigasi yang akan terus meningkat sejalan dengan pertumbuhannya skala dari suatu instansi. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mempunyai tujuan untuk menerapkan suatu konfigurasi terbaik dalam sebuah arsitektur jaringan syaraf tiruan guna meningkatkan tingkat akurasi yang sangat tinggi pada pendeteksian serangan DDoS menggunakan algoritma Backpropagation. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data trafic jaringan dimana sudah ditandai keterangan DDoS tidaknya dari masing – masing data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan aplikasi Matlab berserta fiturnya yaitu NNToolBox. Dengan menguji 12 jenis Training Function berserta arsitektur Hidden Layer. Berdasarkan dari uji coba tersebut, nilai Error (MSE) paling minimal didapatkan sebesar 0,0585 dengan menggunakan Training Function trainbr serta arsitektur Hidden Layer berbentuk 3 lapisan dengan tiap lapisan terdapat masing – masing 4 neuron.

Abstract

This paper introduces Amharic text chunker using conditional random fields. To get the optimal feature set of the chunker; the researchers’ conduct different experiments using different scenarios until a promising result obtained. In this study different sentences are collected from Amharic grammar books, new articles, magazines and news of Walta Information Center (WIC) for the training and testing datasets. Thus, these datasets were analyzed and tagged manually and used as a corpus for our model training and testing. The entire datasets were chunk tagged manually for the training dataset and approved by linguistic professionals. For the identification of the boundary of the phrases IOB2 chunk specification is selected and used in this study. The result of all experiments is reported with the maximum overall accuracy off 97.26%, with a window size of two on both sides, with their corresponding POS tag of each token and the worst performance achieved is 84.57%, with only the window size of one word on both the left and right sides.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era is currently growing very rapidly it is including in education, such as the creation of an academic information system that aims to facilitate the process of the needs of lecturers, employees and students in terms of document management and other academic needs. Website quality analysis used Service quality is measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index with the SIMAK-NG service and the Importance Performance Analysis method to analyze the quality of SIMAK-NG service performance. The results of the analysis satisfaction of lecturers and employees of website users on the SIMAK-NG website were "VERY SATISFIED" with a percentage rate of 82.03% but there was still a GAP value between website performance and user expectations. In the IPA quadrant, the main improvement priorities were 3 items of questions for lecturers and employees and 10 items that become website achievements.

Abstract

This reseach simulates and analyzes paramaters bit error rate (BER) of 16-QAM and 64-QAM modulation on Additive White Gaussian Noise and Rayleigh Fading channels. This research aims to determine 5G modulation with the level of data quality after the transmission process is carried out. The modulation simulation results obtained will be compared with the theoretical bit error rate (BER). The simulation results obtained from the two channel scenarios used are 16-QAM modulation reaching BER 10-4, AWGN channel only requires 15 dB Eb/N0 and for Rayleigh Fading channel it requires 38 dB Eb/N0. The BER theoretical results obtained for the 16-QAM modulation of the AWGN channel have a difference of 3 dB with the simulation results, while for the Rayleigh Fading channel it is 5 dB. Then, the simulation results of 64-QAM modulation AWGN channel to achieve BER 10-4 requires Eb/N0 of 24.6 dB, Rayleigh Fading of 47 dB. The theoretical results of BER obtained for the 64-QAM modulation of the AWGN channel have a difference of 1 dB with the simulation results, while for the Rayleigh Fading channel it is 0.5 dB. In this study, between 16-QAM and 64-QAM 5G modulation is more suitable to use 16-QAM modulation because it requires less power to achieve the desired BER 10-4.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang terjadi saat ini membawa perubahan dibidang ekonomi,e-commerce salah satu bentuk perkembangan teknologi di bidang ekonomi, dengan e-commerce pelanggan tidak harus datang langsung ke toko untuk membeli  barang. Dalam mengelola e-commerce diperlukan perawatan khusus untuk memastikan e-commerce berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, salah satu caranya yaitu melakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna menggunakan Teknik usability yaitu melakukan penggujian kepada pengguna.Pengujian ini menggunakan metode Sistem Usablity Scale dan PIECES Framework dimana Sistem Usabiliti Scale memiliki 10 pertanyaan dan PIECES Framework memiliki 6 indikator antaralain Performance, Informations and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency, dan Service yang mana indicator ini bisa menjadi tolak ukur penilaian e-commerce dan menjadikan nilai terendah menjadi prioritas perbaikan yang  berguna membuat website e-commerce menjadi lebih baik lagi.
