Abstract

Accident rate of the rivers and lakes transport in Indonesia is still quite high. This is due to lack of transportation eligibility level. The human factors that often ignores existing safety standards. Additionally socialization in safety awareness was minimum in the absence of transport resulting in omission of the rivers and lakes transport user. From the observations in the province of North Sumatra , South Sumatra , South Kalimantan , and Bali, every region has turned out to have local legislation and regulations to cope with a hazard transport streams and lakes with different technical terms , the depth and breadth of regulations including licensing different. On the other hand have the same orientation that permits transport in rivers and lakes (ASD ) is a PAD (the original income) so that the rigor in the application of ASD to be weak safety, such as the use of life jackets, navigation tools, and others.

Abstract

There is a tendency to concentrate housing area in southern part of Jember territory. This demographic condition caused traffic congestion during the rush hour. The objectives of this research are for estimating the priority weights of mode election, estimating the form of modal election models, and analyzing the sensitivity of factors in election of mode. Based on AHP, the result showed that the safety factor is become the main priority (46%), then the second is cost (41%), the third is time (8%) and the last is comfortable (5%).  Based on the various factors that give effect to mode election, it’s known that lyn is the lowest priority (7%), motor cycle is 48% and car is 45%. The sensitivity analysis result, it’s known that decreasing and increasing of priority for each criterion do not give any significant changing in the election of lyn as working trips alternative transportation mode.

Abstract

The existence of a Terminal on Jalan Margonda Raya is causing traffic congestion in Depok. To overcome it, the Government built Terminal Jatijajar and transferred the operation of the AKDP buses to Terminal Jatijajar. This will also increase the potential visitors to the Terminal Jatijajar which also will increase pedestrian movement in the terminal area. The Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency (BPTJ), in the Terminal Jatijajar Master Plan, has planned how pedestrians move in the terminal area. To maximize the planning process, pedestrian movement analysis is important to do. The analysis was carried out using the PTV Vissim application. The model will be simulated with the number of pedestrians varying. After that, the simulation results in the form of travel time on the existing conditions are analyzed and then a proposed model is made. This proposed model will be an alternative pedestrian facility design that can shorten the required travel time. ABSTRAK Keberadaan Terminal di Jalan Margonda Raya adalah salah satu penyebab kepadatan lalu lintas di Kota Depok. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, Pemerintah Kota Depok membangun Terminal Jatijajar dan mengalihkan operasional bus AKDP dari Terminal Margonda ke Terminal Jatijajar. Hal itu berpotensi meningkatkan pengunjung Terminal Jatijajar yang juga berpotensi meningkatkan pergerakan pejalan kaki di kawasan terminal. Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ), dalam Master Plan Terminal Jatijajar, sudah merencanakan bagaimana pergerakan orang di kawasan terminal. Sebagai upaya memaksimalkan proses perencanaan, analisis pergerakan pejalan kaki menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi PTV Vissim. Model akan disimulasikan dengan jumlah pejalan kaki atau pedestrian input bervariasi. Setelah itu, hasil simulasi berupa travel time (waktu pergerakan pejalan kaki di area terminal pada rute - rute yang telah dibuat) pada kondisi eksisting dianalisis untuk kemudian model usulan dibuat. Model usulan ini akan menjadi alternatif desain fasilitas pejalan kaki yang dapat mempersingkat waktu perjalanan yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The battery is the most important component in an electric vehicle. Lithium ion batteries are one of the most used. With lithium and cobalt metal components that can damage the scale of the biome if not addressed, the metal can be recovered by the leaching method. After being separated from the packaging in the form of plastic, copper, and platinum the metal can be reused as electrodes on the battery and the packaging is recycled. On the other hand, battery or B3 waste treatment must have a licensed TPA so that it can be sorted according to Government Regulation Number 27 of 2020 concerning Specific Waste Management (E-Waste). ABSTRAKBaterai merupakan suatu komponen yang paling utama pada kendaraan listrik. Baterai lithium ion adalah salah satu yang paling sering digunakan. Dengan komponen logam lithium dan cobalt yang dapat merusak skala bioma bila tidak ditanggulangi untuk itu logam tersebut dapat diambil Kembali dengan metode leaching. Setelah tepisahkan dari pembungkus berupa plastik, tembaga, dan platinum logam tersebut dapat dipergunakan Kembali sebagai elektroda pada baterai dan pembungkusnya didaur ulang. Disisi lain, pengolahan limbah baterai atau B3 harus mempunyai TPA yang berizin agar dapat dipilah sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 27 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Spesifik (E-Waste).

Abstract

Buses are the most popular means of transportation and have the potential to spread the virus due to their high density in confined spaces, and poor air circulation. The application of the healthy triangle concept in the 'BIOSMART AND SAFE BUS' is an innovation by engineering the bus cabin environment in a 'smart' and 'safe'. Exposure to pollutants and microorganism in bus passengers will trigger an inflammatory response by increase TNF- α levels and dysfunction nasal mucociliary clearance. Therefore, further studies are needed on the examination of TNF-α levels and nasal mucociliary transport time in passengers on Bio smart and safe buses and regular buses. Analyzing differences in TNFα levels and Nasal Mucociliary Clearence (NMC) between passengers on Biosmart and Safe and Regular Buses before and after the trip. Quantitative research using quasi-experimental research design with pretest and post-test randomize control trial approach. Subjects were divided into two groups, the control group (regular bus passengers) and the treatment group (Biosmart and Safe Buspassengers) (n=86, each group n=43). Both were examined for TNF-α level and nasal mucociliary clearance, before and after treatment. Based on the analysis, the mean value of pretest in NMC for control group was 14.88 ± 6.34, post-test 17.79 ± 5.99. Pretest for treatment group was 13.79 ± 4.88 and post-test 15.51 ± 6.25. There was no significant difference between pretest and post-test of NMC between control and treatment group (P=0.321). The mean value in TNF-α of control group pretest was 0.18 ± 5.74 and post-test was 33.51 ± 4.50. The mean value of the pretest in the treatment group was 0.35 ± 8.20 and the post test was 33.12 ± 4.12. Data analysis of TNF-α pre, TNF- α post and TNF- α differences showed no significant difference between the treatment and control groups (P=0.476, P=0.674, P=0.769). The correlation test between the two groups found that NMC had no significant correlation with TNF-α (P=0.912). There are differences in the levels of TNF-α and NMC between regular and Biosmart and Safe Buspassengers. The levels of TNF-α and NMC is lower in Biosmart and Safe Bus, but the difference is not significant, NMC is not significantly correlated with TNF-α. ABSTRAK Bus merupakan alat transportasi darat yang berpotensi menyebarkan virus dikarenakan kepadatan yang tinggi di ruang terbatas, dan sirkulasi udara yang buruk. Pengaplikasian konsep segitiga sehat dalam ‘BIOSMART AND SAFE BUS’ merupakan inovasi dengan rekayasa lingkungan kabin bus secara ‘smart’ dan ‘safe’. Paparan polutan dan mikroorganisme pada penumpang bus akan memicu respon inflamasi dengan meningkatkan kadar TNF-α dan gangguan fungsi pembersihan mukosiliar hidung. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan studi lebih lanjut tentang pemeriksaan kadar TNF-α dan laju transport mukosilier hidung pada penumpang Biosmart and Safe Busdan bus reguler. Menganalisis perbedaan kadar TNF-α dan Laju transport mucosilier hidung (TMSH) hidung penumpang Biosmart and Safe Busdan Penumpang Bus Reguler sebelum dan sesudah perjalanan. Penelitian kuantitatif desain penelitian Quasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan pretest dan post randomize control trial. Subjek dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan (n=86, masing-masing kelompok n=43). Masing-masing kelompok diperiksa kadar TNF-α dan Laju transport mucosilier hidung sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai rerata pretest laju TMSH pada kelompok kontrol adalah 14,88 ± 6,34, post-test 17,79 ± 5,99. Pretest kelompok perlakuan 13,79 ± 4,88 dan post-test 15,51 ± 6,25. Selisih TMSH pre dan post kedua kelompok tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara bus kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan. (P=0,321). Nilai rerata pretest kelompok kontrol 0,18 ± 5,74 dan post-test 33,51 ± 4,50. Nilai rerata pretest kelompok perlakuan 0,35 ± 8,20 dan post-test 33,12 ± 4,12. Analisis data TNF-α pre, TNF-α post dan selisih TNF-α tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol (P=0,476, P=0,674, P=0,769). Uji korelasi kedua kelompok didapatkan TMSH tidak berkorelasi signifikan terhadap TNF-α (P=0,912). Terdapat perbedaan kadar TNF-α dan TMSH pada pengguna bus reguler dan Biosmart and Safe Bus. Kadar TNF-α dan laju TMSH lebih rendah pada pengguna Biosmart and Safe Bus, namun perbedaan tidak signifikan, TMSH tidak berkorelasi signifikan terhadap TNF-α.

Abstract

The frequent occurrence of air pollution due to gas emissions from combustion from the incinerator on board the ship, the author took the initiative to design and develop props that can filter and clean the combustion smoke from the incinerator. With the scrubber on this prop, it is hoped that it can reduce air pollution. The purpose of the design of this teaching aid is to find out how the incinerator system works. In this study the author uses the Research and Development method, namely research and development is a process or steps to develop a new product or improve existing products, both hardware and devices. soft. The model in this development research is a procedural model that outlines the manufacturing steps that are exposed sequentially and gradually from the beginning to the end. then the author conducted a feasibility test of the props using a questionnaire with a guttman scale, by looking for a firm answer YES or NO then the value of the respondent's answer was calculated to find out the appropriate value. The manufacture of this teaching aid utilizes two interconnected systems, namely the burner system and the Arduino module as a control device. This module can be programmed according to the user's wishes, where the programming is through the Arduino IDE application in combination with a temperature sensor. The feasibility of the props from the respondents' votes obtained 95%. ABSTRAK Sering terjadinya polusi udara akibat gas emisi hasil pembakaran dari incinerator di atas kapal, maka penulis berinisiatif untuk merancang dan mengembangkan alat peraga yang dapat menyaring serta membersihkan asap hasil pembakaran dari incinerator. Dengan adanya scrubber pada alat peraga ini, diharapkan dapat mengurangi polusi udara. Tujuan dari perancangan alat peraga ini untuk mengetahui cara kerja sistem incinerator. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Research and Development yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan merupakan proses atau langkah-langkah untuk mengembangkan suatu produk baru atau menyempurnakan produk yang sudah ada, baik itu perangkat keras maupun perangkat lunak. Model dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah model prosedural yaitu menggariskan pada langkah- langkah pembuatan yang terpapar secara urut dan bertahap dari proses awal hingga akhir. kemudian penulis melakukan uji kelayakan alat peraga menggunakan angket dengan skala guttman, dengan mencari jawaban yang tegas YA atau TIDAK kemudian nilai dari jawaban responden dihitung untuk mengetahui nilai layaknya. Pembuatan alat peraga ini memanfaatkan dua sistem yang saling terhubung yaitu sistem burner dan modul arduino sebagai alat kontrol. Modul ini dapat diprogram sesuai keinginan pengguna, di mana pemrogramannya melalui aplikasi arduino IDE dengan dikombinasikan sensor suhu. Kelayakan alat peraga dari suara responden memperoleh 95%.

Abstract

Transportation in Kotabaru Regency is served by public transportation with fixed and regular routes. However, in its operation, rural transportation has a low load factor, many route deviations, and a high level of route overlap, there are even 7 routes with a 100% overlap rate. These problems will have an impact on the operational level of rural transportation and cause people's interest to use public transportation to decline. Therefore, it is necessary to improve public transportation services, namely by structuring the existing rural transportation route network. Management and analysis of data carried out in the arrangement of rural transportation routes, including:/ (1) analysis of travel demand; (2) proposed new route network; (3) analysis of the performance of the proposed route network; (4) analysis of the operational performance of the proposed route; (5) analysis of the number of proposed route fleets; (6) analysis of vehicle operating costs for the proposed route; (7) analysis of the calculation of the proposed route fare. From the results of this study, it is expected that the quality of service will be better so that public interest in using public transportation increases. ABSTRAK Transportasi Kabupaten Kotabaru sebagian besar dilayani dengan angkutan umum dengan trayek tetap dan teratur. Namun dalam pengoperasiannya angkutan perdesaan memiliki faktor muat rendah, banyaknya penyimpangan trayek, serta tingkat tumpang tindih trayek yang tinggi, bahkan ada 7 trayek yang tingkat tumpang tindihnya mencapai 100%. Permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut akan berdampak pada tingkat operasional angkutan perdesaan dan menyebabkan minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan umum menurun. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakan peningkatan pelayanan angkutan umum, yaitu dengan melakukan penataan jaringan trayek angkutan perdesaan yang ada. Pengelolaan data dan analisis yang dilakukan dalam penataan jaringan trayek angkutan perdesaan tersebut, meliputi: (1) analisis permintaan perjalanan; (2) usulan jaringan trayek baru; (3) analisis kinerja jaringan trayek usulan; (4) analisis kinerja operasional trayek usulan; (5) analisis jumlah armada trayek usulan; (6) analisis biaya operasional kendaraan trayek usulan; (7) analisis perhitungan tarif trayek usulan. Dari hasil kajian tersebut diharapkan semakin baiknya kualitas pelayanan, sehingga minat masyarakat dalam menggunakan angkutan umum meningkat.
REKAYASA LALU LINTAS PADA SIMPANG DENGAN PERLINTASAN SEBIDANG (STUDI KASUS: SIMPANG PLANDAAN DAN SIMPANG TOKO CANTIK)

Abstract

Tulungagung Regency has an intersection where there is a level crossing at one leg of the intersection, namely the Plandaan intersection and the Toko Cantik intersection. The existence of level crossings causes the performance of these intersections to be not optimal and has an impact on the legs of the intersection. Plandaan Intersection is a signalized intersection with four legs of the intersection located at JPL 250. The value of the degree of saturation at Plandaan Intersection is 0.87, the intersection delay is 58.09 seconds/pcu, and 46.44 meters long queue. Then there is the Toko Cantik intersection, which is an unsignalized intersection which has four legs of the intersection which is 560 meters from the Plandaan intersection. At the Simpang Toko Cantik there is an unofficial level crossing. The value of the degree of saturation of this intersection is 0.79, the delay is 15.43 seconds/pcu, and the queue probability is 26 – 51%. The analytical methods carried out in this study are analysis of intersection performance, segment performance analysis, performance analysis of level crossings, analysis of completeness of signs at level crossings, and recommendations for handling the Plandaan and Toko Cantik intersections. After the analysis is done, the scenario is prepared with the help of the PTV Vissim application. Then from each of these scenarios, scenario 1 was selected as the best scenario. Furthermore, the results of this study can be used as a reference from related parties for evaluating traffic performance. ABSTRAK Kabupaten Tulungagung memiliki simpang yang terdapat perlintasan sebidang pada salah satu kaki simpang, yaitu Simpang Plandaan dan Simpang Toko Cantik. Adanya perlintasan sebidang mengakibatkan kinerja dari simpang - simpang tersebut tidak optimal dan berdampak pada kaki - kaki simpangnya. Simpang Plandaan merupakan simpang bersinyal dengan empat kaki simpang yang terdapat JPL 250. Nilai derajat kejenuhan pada Simpang Plandaan yaitu 0,87, tundaan simpang 58,09 detik/smp, dan antrian sepanjang 46,44 meter. Kemudian terdapat Simpang Toko Cantik merupakan simpang tidak bersinyal yang memiliki empat kaki simpang yang berjarak 560 meter dari Simpang Plandaan. Pada Simpang Toko Cantik terdapat perlintasan sebidang yang tidak resmi. Nilai derajat kejenuhan simpang ini adalah 0,79, tundaan 15,43 detik/smp, dan peluang antrian 26 – 51 %. Metode analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis kinerja simpang, analisis kinerja ruas, analisis kinerja perlintasan sebidang, analisis kelengkapan rambu pada perlintasan sebidang, dan rekomendasi penanganan pada Simpang Plandaan dan Simpang Toko Cantik. Setelah dilakukan analisis, maka dilakukan penyusunan skenario dengan bantuan aplikasi PTV Vissim. Kemudian dari setiap skenario tersebut terpilih skenario 1 sebagai skenario terbaik. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dari pihak terkait untuk evaluasi kinerja lalu lintas.

Abstract

System Inaportnet this has transparent and fair character for exchange data and information by integrated. Inaportnet alone is device highly planned electronics so that could keep going accessed wherever and whenever. A number of obstacles were found when using the Inaportnet system, then the services provided were still found to have several weaknesses that affect the satisfaction of shipping agents. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of implementing the Inaportnet system and service performance partially and simultaneously on the satisfaction of shipping agents. Method used that is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 33 people using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using literature study, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression. The results showed that the application of system Inaportnet and performance service has a significant positive effect by partial and simultaneous to satisfaction agent shipping on KSOP Class III Kotabaru – Batulicin. ABSTRAK Sistem Inaportnet ini memiliki karakter yang transparan dan adil untuk bertukar data dan informasi secara terintegrasi. Inaportnet sendiri merupakan perangkat elektronik yang sangat terencana sehingga dapat terus diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Sejumlah kendala ditemukan pada saat menggunakan sistem Inaportnet, kemudian pelayanan yang diberikan masih dijumpai beberapa kelemahan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan agen pelayaran. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem Inaportnet dan kinerja pelayanan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan agen pelayaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 33 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem Inaportnet dan kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifkan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan agen pelayaran pada KSOP Kelas III Kotabaru – Batulicin.

Abstract

The number of accidents in Indonesia is increasing every year. Data from the National Transportation Safety Committee noted that there were 11 accidents in October 2021 involving outboard trucks. The brake system is one of the factors that cause accidents. In addition to good performance, the air brake system also has a high level of risk. For now, the technical inspection of the air brake system has not been carried out properly, and there are no regulations and guidelines governing this matter. So it is necessary to adjust the method accordingly. And here the researchers designed Standard Operating Procedures based on data obtained through observation and added with vehicle technical regulations and guidelines. Standard Operating Procedures designed by researchers include a complex and sequential process of technical inspection of the outboard truck vehicle air brake system. It is hoped that the Implementing Unit for Periodic Motor Vehicle Tests and related companies can use it as a guideline to ensure and improve vehicle safety from the technical aspect. ABSTRAK Jumlah kecelakaan di Indonesia semakin meningkat tiap tahunnya. Data Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi mencatat ada 11 kecelakaan dalam bulan Oktober 2021 yang melibatkan kendaraan truk semi-trailer. Sistem rem menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan. Selain performa yang baik, sistem rem udara juga memiliki tingkat risiko yang tinggi. Untuk saat ini pemeriksaan teknis sistem rem udara belum terlaksana secara tepat, serta belum ada regulasi dan pedoman yang mengatur mengenai hal tersebut. Maka perlu dilakukan penyesuaian metode yang sesuai. Dan disini peneliti merancang Standar Operasional Prosedur berdasarkan data yang didapat melalui observasi serta ditambah dengan regulasi dan pedoman teknis kendaraan. Standar Operasional Prosedur yang dirancang peneliti meliputi proses pemeriksaan teknis sistem rem udara kendaraan truk semi-trailer secara kompleks dan terurut. Diharapkan di Unit Pelaksana Uji Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor serta perusahaan terkait bisa menjadikannya sebagai pedoman untuk menjamin dan meningkatkan keselamatan kendaraan dari aspek teknis.
