Many famous fashion magazines entrust the identity and characteristics of their products to the typography used as the logotype (word mark) of a company or magazine brand. Each type of letter carries its own character which then builds the character of the product they have been created. The character of a letter also influences people's perception of the products presented in this fashion. BAZAAR, ELLE, and VOGUE were chosen as representatives of fashion magazines around the world, given their very long appearance (starting in 1867) and the history of their emergence during the industrial revolution and are still popular today. This study aims to determine the impression obtained from typographic characteristics in the fashion magazine brand BAZAAR, ELLE, and VOGUE.

The outbreak of global materialism and consumerism has eroded human noble values, even reaching and reaching remote villages. Conditions in today's modern era, humans are faced with various kinds of challenges and difficulties that make humans full of increasingly heavy pressures, which results in various kinds of changes, mental, and also various forms of protection and assistance that deviate. This phenomenon occurs everywhere from cities to remote villages. No exception this phenomenon also occurs on the island of Bali which is famous for its tourism area. Its appearance is a case of medical illness, a disease related to its non-medical illness, as well as thought thoughts and presented thus. Education is a part of human life that leads people to become intelligent and virtuous human beings. Responding to the various problems mentioned above, the issues raised in this study are: Does the practice of yoga asanas have an effect on exercise, taste, and mind processing. While the goal to be achieved is to find out the influence of uasan asanas training on sports, taste, and mind processing.The method used to collect data is the observation method of participation, the method of in-depth interviews and literature study. While the theory used in analyzing data is the reception theory From the results of the study it can be seen that: Asanas yoda is implemented with a variety of movements consisting of movements in a standing position, in a sitting position and in a sleeping position. All the yoga asanas movements harmonize and unite body movements with feelings, breath and mind.

Bhineka Nusa Kauh Empowerment and Family Welfare Group (PKK) felt its existence and its benefits by the community members in the Banjar Bhineka Nusa Kauh environment in improving family welfare and overcoming problems that arose in the Banjar Bhineka Nusa Kauh environment. In addition to problems related to empowerment and family welfare, there are also problems in the social environment of the community in the Banjar Bhineka Nusa Kauh environment. As for these problems such as issues of cleanliness and environmental sustainability, a sense of solidarity and caring for others, productive skills that can help the economy of families and other citizens. Therefore it is deemed necessary to provide assistance to PKK Bhinneka Nusa Kauh in increasing the usability and productivity of PKK Bhineka Nusa Kauh members, especially problems in social life in order to create tolerance and togetherness. The priority solution to solve the problem through the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to carry out activities in ornamental plants and living kitchens, public speaking training, nutrition counseling and healthy food, entrepreneurship training, and mentoring to nursing homes. PKM is carried out by involving all members of the PKK group, STT, residents and all Banjar Bhineka Apparatuses in Nusa Kauh. Until all activities take place properly and the community is actively involved with enthusiasm because they really feel the good benefits of these activities.

CocoHidro is a trademark engaged in the development and sale of bonsai with coconut plant species that use hydroponic planting techniques using water as its growing medium. CocoHidro has its own uniqueness compared to other types of bonsai because CocoHidro uses coconut plants which generally grow up to dozens of meters, but in the process of making CocoHidro the coconut plants are dwarfed by regular cutting of shoots carried out by trained, trained staff. so that it will produce a type of mini coconut tree that suits your wants and needs, which in the future the dwarfed coconut seedlings will be cleaned from the coconut fibers first before proceeding with hydroponic planting. The goal to be achieved from the manufacture of CocoHidro itself is to achieve a unique business opportunity for hydroponic coconut bonsai which can compete in the market and make a profit. CocoHidro has the opportunity to be popular in the market. This is because the products are unique and have artistic value. In contrast to most bonsai plants that use plants and planting media that are already common on the market.

This research is descriptive research with the purposes; (1) Obtaining objective illustration about locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech action in the learning process of Indonesian of eleventh grade MIPA 7 of SMAN 7 Denpasar in academic year 2018/2019. (2) Finding out the factors that influence the appearance of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech action in the Indonesian learning process of eleventh grade MIPA 7 of SMAN 7 Denpasar in academic year 2018/2019. The data collection was done by observation, interview and record techniques. The obtained data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The locutionary speech acts that spoken by teacher and student in the learning process of Indonesian were 27 utterances, the illocutionary were 36 utterances and perlocusionary were 36 utterances, teacher and student deliver their speeches in the classroom based on their speech mode which is to convey intentions to interlocutor and the emergence of perlocutionary speech acts in the learning process of Indonesian was influenced by two factors; the teacher who has extensive knowledge about perlocutionary speech acts, so that the teacher could use the speech acts in the learning process, teacher and student deliver their speeches in the class room based on their speech mode with the purpose of the speech which is delivered to have power of influence or effect for interlocutor.

This study aims: (1) To preserve the environment by utilizing banana peels waste into masks and knowing how to make them; (2) For people to switch from chemicals to natural materials such as banana peel waste; (3) In order to find out the marketing strategy of face masks from waste. The method of implementation uses descriptive methods. Data collected through observation. The results showed that the process of making a banana skin mask using 100 kg of banana skin waste produced 65 products of Nuri Glow Face Mask at a price per product of 45,000, banana peel waste containing zerotin which serves to improve mood, reduce pain on the face because it contains a number of vegetable oils, banana peels contain anti-fungal substances that can prevent bacteria from multiplying and acidic properties and also sepah which serves to reduce excess oil on the face, accelerate the fading of scars, because basically banana peels contain a number of vitamin C. Nuri Glow Face Products Mask addressed to high school teenagers and students. The marketing area of this banana skin mask is only marketed in the Denpasar area.

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah; (1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasibelajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar, (2) mengetahuipengaruh kelas terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1Denpasar, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kelas terhadap prestasi belajarIPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. Penelitan ini merupakanpenelitan kuantiatif ex post facto, dengan populasi yaitu seluruh siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP(SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar dan teknik sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh dengan instrumenkuisioner motivasi belajar, dokumentasi pribadi siswa serta nilai prestasi belajar IPA siswayang diperoleh dari guru IPA dan wali kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan telah diuji validitasProduct Moment Pearson, validitas internal, dan reliabiltas. Teknik analisis data yangdigunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPS 19 forWindows. Adapun hasil dari penelitan ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruhyang signifikan (p=0,989>0,05) motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa KelasBilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 Denpasar. (2) Terdapat/ada pengaruh yang signifikan(p=0,034<0,05) kelas terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB)Saraswati 1 Denpasar. (3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (p=0,72>0,05) motivasibelajar dan kelas terhadap prestasi belajar IPA Siswa Kelas Bilngual SMP (SLUB) Saraswati1 Denpasar. Kata Kunci 1 Denpasar. Kelompok Tani anggur “Widya Lestari Usada”, di desa Tangguwisia Seririt Singaraja sebagai bagian integral pembangunan pertanian, merupakan salah satu upaya pemberdayaan petani anggur untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, pendapatannya dan kesejahteraannya. Pengalaman menunjukkan, keberadaan Kelompok Tani Anggur telah memberikan sumbangan yang nyata pada berbagai program pembanguan pertanian yang di fasilitasi oleh Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan. Demi keberlanjutan kinerja Kelompok Tani, kelompok tani secara rutin mendapatkan pembinaan baik menyangkut faktor kelembagaan, administrasi, sumber daya dan teknis pertanian. Kelembagaan Kelompok tani ini telah digunakan sebagai wadah untuk membahas segala masalah yang mereka hadapi, berdiskusi dan mencari solusi yang terbaik. Melalui Program penerapan iptek yang telah dilakukan, Kelompok tani menjadi bangkit dan termotivasi dalam penggunaan beberapa pestisida nabati, memalui pembuatan beberapa pestisida nabati secara sederhana, sehingga pada saatnya dapat dipergunakan langsung oleh petani untuk pengendalian hama-hama penting yang sering menyerang perkebunan anggur. Selanjutnya kelompok tani memperoleh suatu paket teknologi budidaya tanaman anggur yang murah dan mudah diterapkan, untuk memproduksi buah anggur dengan cita rasa lebih manis dan dengan kuantitas produksi yang tinggi. Paket teknologi budidaya tersebut adalah penggunaan pupuk mineral plus dan pengendalian hayati dari hama dan penyakit dengan pemanfatan pestisida nabati. Hal ini lebih lanjut akan memberikan dampak menguntungkan pada perekonomian petani itu sendiri dan pelestarian lingkungan melalui produk buah anggur ramah lingkungan.

Reading comprehension is about deriving meaning from connected texts. This skill should be taught in learning process to make the students enjoy learning English especially reading comprehension. The results of the pre-test showed that most of the subjects faced problem in reading comprehension. The subjects had difficulty in identifying general information, specific information, textual meaning, and textual reference of the text. The objective of the study was to find out whether or not reading comprehension of the tenth grade of SMKN 1 Mas Ubud in academic year 2019/2020 that consisted of 36 students can be improved through NHT Technique. Therefore, to achieve the objective of the present study, the researcher conducted a classroom action research. The research was done in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two sessions. Furthermore, the research instruments were analyzed by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-tests. The results of the post-test in each cycle clearly showed that there was significant improvement on the subjects’ reading comprehension. Besides, the subjects also gave positive responses on the implementation of NHT in the teaching reading comprehension. To sum up, the presents study concluded that reading comprehension of the tenth grade students of SMKN 1 Mas Ubud academic year 2019/2020 could be improved through NHT.

Kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas XI MIPA 2 semester I SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar Kimiasiswakelas XI MIPA 2 semester I SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2016/2017setelah menggunakanmodel pembelajaran aktif tipe quiz teamsecara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan awal yang terjadi adalah belum maksimalnya proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar kimiasiswa akibat masih menggunakan model pembelajaran tanpa teori yang memadai. Setelah data dikumpulkan menggunakan alat berupa tes prestasi belajar siswa dari rata-rata awal prestasi belajar Kimia siswakelas XI MIPA 2 semester I SMA Negeri 4 Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2016/201769,65 naik menjadi 73,16pada siklus I dan naik menjadi 82,19pada siklus II. Persentase ketuntasan belajar yang diperoleh siswa pada awal 29,73% meningkat pada siklus I 54,05% dan pada siklus II menjadi 94,59%. Hasil pada siklus II sudah sesuai harapan indikator keberhasilan penelitian oleh karenanya penelitian ini tidak dilanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan perolehan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar kimia dapat meningkat melalui penerapan model pembelajaran aktif tipe quiz team pada siswakelas XI MIPA 2semester I SMA Negeri 4 Denpasartahun pelajaran 2016/2017.
