Abstract

AbsractThe word mortgage is a French Law term meaning "death contract", meaning that the pledge ends or dies when either the obligation is fulfilled or the property is taken through foreclosure. A mortgage is a way to use one's real property, like motorcycle, car or gold etc. as a guarantee for a loan to get money. In Islamic economic perspective it is called Rahn.In a rahn, there is a debtor and a creditor. The debtor or rahin is the owner of the property, while the creditor or murtahin is the owner of the loan. When the rahn transaction is made, the rahn gets the money with the loan, and promises to pay the loan. The murtahin will receive money back with management fee for entrustment cost, concervancy cost, and custody cost as well as appraisal cost. If the rahin does not pay the loan, the murtahin can take and sell the mortgaged property through foreclosure.This paper will see Rahn in Islamic fiqh through Al Qur’an, As-Sunnah, Ijma’, and positive law of Indonesia and take an example at PT Pegadaian (Persero).Keywords: Rahn, The debtor (rahin), The creditor (murtahin)

Abstract

The curriculum that is developed by the Islamic based school/Madrasah is an operational curriculum that is compiled and implemented by each school/Madrasah and it is used as a reference for learning in school. The urgency of the attention and application of the principle is to ensure that the Islamic education curriculum is developed completely convenient with the condition of the students, schools, communities so that it does not only revolve around the issue of aqidah and morality but also includes all the sciences that relate to various aspects of human life, balanced between the worldly needs and the hereafter needs, body and soul, material and spiritual. The new paradigm of Islamic Education requires integrated and continuous innovation. One manifestation is an innovation by the teacher in learning activities. The teacher's habit of gathering information about students' level of understanding through questions, observations, assignments, and tests will be very useful in determining the level of student mastery and in evaluating the effectiveness of the learning process.

Abstract

AbstractPhilosophy is an intellectual exercise that allows humans to determine the form as it is in itself. It is the duty of man to do this through the intellectual exercise of his soul so that he is glorified and perfect. It could also be a rational scientist and obtain eternal happiness in the next capacity. Islamic philosophy has an important theme of the study, it includes God, man and nature. The post-modern era, that demands rationality, causes a sharp shift in the human orientation, knowledge and understanding of the ideas of Muslim philosophers becomes a necessity for Muslims to offset the secular world view that can be destructive to the faith, tradition, and the moral nation. The research aims to explain some of the thinking of experts once famous Muslim philosopher in the east, namely Avicenna and Suhrawardi. This research is to explore and describe a second thought to this and subsequent figures and compromise by describing the differences, similarities and simultaneously find the mindset of both. The result of the discussion explains the suitability of the substance and essence of thought these two characters, and different things are in the use of terms and patterns or ways of thought.Keywords: Comparison, Emanation Theory, The Theory of the Soul, Ibn Sina, Suhrawardi.

AbstractThe phenomenon is seen in today's society is the impression that; "Islam is a terrorist, bomb, loud, kill, covered and other labels that is contrary to the teachings of Islam itself be rahmatan li al-'alamaeen." Even in the Western world was antipathy to Islam so as to "hear" the word Islam alone horror and antipathy even hate.In such a condition that the term "Islam Nusantara" among leaders Nahdtlatul Ulama Ulama (NU). But the reality in society the term Islam Nusantara still very strange, even among radical Islam mengangggap "Islam Nusantara" is Islam perverted access all religions in Indonesia, or Islam "mix" of various religions in Indonesia, instead of pure Islam as taught by Prophet Muhammad SAW.From some of the conditions that exist in society on the understanding of "terrorists and Islam Nusantara" raises anxiety on academic researchers to seek answers on "Terrorism, Islam Nusantara and rahmatan lil'alamin."Nahdtlatul Ulama (NU) is the largest organization in Indonesia as a representation of Muslims. An understanding of terrorism, Islam and Islam Nusantara rahmatan lil 'Alamin will be extracted from the Branch Executive Nahdtlatul Ulama (PCNU) Cilacap.Researchers assume that; Nahdtlatul Ulama (NU) is a representation of Islam Nusantara that Branch Executive Nahdtlatul Ulama (PCNU) Cilacap also have an important role in preaching / called on Muslims to implement the teachings of Islam Nusantara for the realization rahmatan lil'alamin.This study is a qualitative research field, thus Researchers will use qualitative research methods with random sampling theory Milles accordance with the triangulation of data. Abstract

The shift of identity in a region becomes a necessity in the present, as happened in Pati regency, Central Java. This area was originally a predominantly religious region, thus earning the nickname of the Pension City, because of the calmness of this region. However, about the last decade shifted to the culture of karaoke (pub-culture) that penetrated this region. This shift becomes interesting, because the scale of the change is very drastic.In this shift, in the society circulated that the shift is not a renewal. Because in the story that existed in Pati namely Babad Randukuning, told about dancers tayub named Roro Kuning and famous becauseof her beautiful, then he opened a paguyuban, which was originally not approved by the Duke at that time. The disagreement is only an excuse for the Duke to approach Roro Kuning.Different from Randukuning Story, the story of Mbah Cungkrung who is believed to be the carrier of the first entry of Islam in Pati, has not been too untouched by many studies. Mbah Cungkrung was a carrier of Islamic syiar in his time. The hypothesis that emerged, before there is a shift in the identity of the development of tayub at that time, then the role of Mbah Cungkrung is very large for the area Pati and surrounding areas.Both stories have led researchers to trace both stories to be used in understanding the phenomenon of Pati in the present from the religious identity of being a culture-pub. This tracking will benefit the strengthening of positive identity of Pati community which recently become eroded into culture culture of the pub.AbstrakPergeseran identitas dalam suatu wilayah menjadi sebuah keniscayaan di masa kini, sebagaimana terjadi di Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengahal. Wilayah ini semula wilayah yang mayoritas agamis,sehingga mendapat julukan Kota Pensiun, karena tenangnya wilayah ini. Namun sekitar satu dekade terakhir bergeser menuju budaya karaoke (pub-kultur) yang merambah wilayah ini. Pergeseran ini menjadi menarik, sebab skala perubahan yang terjadi sangat drastis.Dalam pergeseran ini, di masyarakat beredar bahwa pergeseran tersebut bukan merupakan hal yang baru. Sebab dalam kisah yang ada di Pati yakni Babad Randukuning, dikisahkan mengenai penari tayub yang bernama Roro Kuning serta masyhur kecantikannya, kemudian beliau membuka sebuah paguyuban, yang semula tidak disetujui adipati pada masa itu. Ketidaksetujuan tersebut hanya sebagai alasan agar adipati tersebut dapat mendekati Roro Kuning.Berbeda drastis dengan Kisah Randukuning, maka kisah Mbah Cungkrung yang dipercayai sebagai pembawa masuknya Islam pertama kali di Pati, justru belum terlalu tersentuh kajiannya oleh banyak pihak. Mbah Cungkrung merupakan seorang pembawa syiar Islam pada masanya. Hipotesa yang muncul, sebelum terdapat pergeseran identitas berkembangnya tayub pada masa itu, maka peranan Mbah Cungkrung ini sangat besar bagi wilayah Pati dan sekitarnya.Kedua kisah tersebut menimbulkan ketertarikan peneliti untuk melacak kedua kisah tersebut agar dapat digunakan dalam memahami fenomena Pati pada masa kini dari identitas yang agamis menjadi pub-kultur. Pelacakan ini akan memberikan manfaat terhadap penguatan identitas positif masyarakat Pati yang akhir-akhir ini semakin tergerus menjadi budaya pub kultur tersebut.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the direct and indirect simultaneously in a model pathway analysis. More specifically, this research examines (1) the effect of rate on Faith and Academic Procrastination Attitudes toward Cheating, (2) the direct or indirect effect of Level of Faith, Academic Procrastination and Attitudes toward Cheating on Cheating Behavior. Hypothesis testing was conducted based on data collected by questionnaire, which was composed specifically for this study, of 192 Muslim students studying in the Faculty of MT Walisongo IAIN Semarang, selected clusters. Hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis or path analysis. The results of path analysis showed empirically Faith rate has a direct negative effect while empirically Academic Procrastination has a significant positive direct effect on Attitude toward Cheating. However, the level of faith and Academic Procrastination and statistically or practically no direct influence on the attitude towards Cheating. Variable Level of Faith and Academic Procrastination indirectly (through attitude toward cheating) has a significant influence on Cheating Behavior. While the variable Attitude toward Cheating does not have a direct or indirect effect on Cheating Behavior.Keywords: Behavior cheat, attitudes toward cheating, academic procrastination, the level of faith.

Abstract

The impact of covid-19 requires several local governments to decide on implementing policies to dismiss students and implement online or online learning systems. This government policy has been effectively enforced in several provinces in Indonesia since March 2020. However, this does not apply to several schools in Temanggung Regency. The learning system in a network is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning activities at SD Kemloko Temanggung during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses qualitative methods and uses interview and observation data collection techniques. The results showed a lack of effectiveness during home learning. Students cannot interact directly with teachers and friends, students do assignments and watch television accompanied by their parents and students have difficulty receiving understanding of the material.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the level of income and satisfactionreceived scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual ModeSystem at the Islamic Institute of Pati in 2013, using a quantitative approachwith three variables: the level of income, the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship and psychological happiness. The study population was all students of the Dual Mode System totaling 117 students. Samples authors take 25% of polulasi, as many as 30 students. Analysis of this study using multiple regression with three steps: a preliminary analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of further analysis. Results of this study was no effect of income level (X1) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in STAI Starch 2013. Thus the first hypothesis which says "There is a significant relationship between the income level of students to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode system in sTAI Pati "is rejected. There is an effect of satisfaction received scholarships (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. So STAI Pati second hypothesis ie "There is significant relationship between satisfaction received scholarships to students of the psychological happiness Dual Mode System in STAI Starch" accepted as true. The effect was of 18.3%, and the remaining 81.7% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined by the authors. No effect of income level (X1) and the satisfaction of receiving a scholarship (X2) with psychological happiness (Y) student Dual Mode System in 2013. Abstract

AbstrakNyadran merupakan salah satu bentuk ritual sosial keagamaan masyarakat (khususnya) Jawa, biasa dilakukan menjelang bulan Ramadhan. Nyadran sebagai sebuah peristiwa sejarah yang menjadi tradisi, memiliki makna filosofis yang sangat beragam bagi masing-masing komunitas warga masyarakat. Variasi pemaknaan nyadran tergantung dari mana orang memahaminya. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi psiko-sosio-religius tradisi nyadran warga Kedung Ombo zaman Orde Baru dalam tinjauan filsafat sejarah pragmatis. Penggunaan filsafat sejarah pragmatis berupaya menggali nilai-nilai moral sejarah yang meliputi perubahan, perkembangan, dan kemajuan nilai moral peristiwa sejarah. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran menyeluruh, maka penulis mempergunakan metode induktif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan kerangka kerja filsafat sejarah pragmatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, a) Praktik nyadran warga Kedung Ombo baru dilakukan pada masa orde baru tahun 1987, sebagai reaksi atas pembangunan Waduk Kedung Ombo; b) Nyadran bagi warga sekitar Waduk Kedung Ombo memiliki implikasi psikologis berupa respon emosional positif dalam bentuk penerimaan, kesadaran, dan semangat bertahan hidup menghadapi bencana kelaparan; c) Implikasi sosiologis tradisi nyadran memunculkan rasa solidaritas sosial sebagai wujud penghormatan kepada para leluhur; d) implikasi religius merupakan ungkapan rasa syukur atas karunia Tuhan.Keywords: Nyadran, filsafat sejarah pragmatis, implikasi psiko-sosio-religius

Abstract

Jilbab merupakan persoalan yang menarik untuk didiskusikan khususnya bagi para aktifis gender. Persoalannya karena sandaran normatif yang dijadikan referensi utamanya dalam khazanah Islam masih debatable. Diantara sumber normatif yang dijadikan referensi bagi seorang muslimah yang  wajib mengenakan jilbab adalahsurat an Nur ayat 31. Ayat tersebut jika ditelaah secara kritis ternyata masih membutuhkan perangkat lain untuk memahaminya. Secara substantif ayat tersebut tidak menjelaskan secara rinci batasan  jilbab  yang dapat dijadikan patokan dalam berbusana.. Aurat merupakan anggota badan yang harus ditutup dan tidak boleh dilihat oleh orang lain. Aurat dibedakan menjadi dua kategori yakni bagi kaum adam dan bagi kaum Hawa. Bagi kaum Adam aurat adalah seluruh anggota badan antara pusat sampai lutut. Sedangkan aurat bagi kaum hawa adalah seluruh anggota badan kecuali muka dan kedua telapak tangan. Bagi perempuan menutup seluruh anggota badan merupakan keniscayaan karena merupakan perintah agama Islam. Seiring dengan ketentuan menutup aurat  ayat 31 dari surat an-Nur merupakan perintah dari Allah SWT agar permpuan menutup kepala yang dalam bahasa populernya memakai jilbab. Jilbab merupakan salah satu wahana menutup aurat bagi kaum perempuan. Kepala perempuan harus ditutup sedemikian rupa agar tidak bebas dipandang oleh orang lain yang tidak mahromnya. Persoalan mau pakai penutup kepala model apa saja tergantung kepada selera pemakainya asalkan smart bagi pemakainya dan menutupi kepala. Rambut yang menjadi mahota perempuan tidak boleh teurai liar dipandang oleh siapa saja, elainkan harus ditutup rapat agar tidak mengundang fitnah   Seiring dengan ketenntuan asasi dalam memahami perintah mengenakan jilbab,  ayat 31 dari surat an-Nur haruslah dipahami secara utuh asbabun nuzulnya disertai dengan uraian komprehensif dengan ayat-ayat lain yang berkenaan dengan perintah menutup auratmaupun sumber dari as-Sunah al mutawatirah, sehingga spirit ayat tersebut dapat ditangkap secara gamblang.  Disinilah menariknya persoalan jilbab untuk dibahas dan diformulasikan dalam format dan setting yang semestinya sesuai ketentuan syari'at islam. Kata Kunci: auarat, mahkota, smart
