Abstract

AbstractGender is one of a number  of contemporary  discourse that can be called that is enough  to  get  the  attention  of  many  people,  from  the  teenagers, among movement  activists, academics and students, the legislature and government,  to the clergy. The purpose of this discourse is a close social injustice based on gender differences, the next attempt to bring about equality between men and women on the social aspects. Gender discourse can be categorized into at least four appearances, namely as a movement, a philosophical discourse, the development of social issues to religious issues, and as an approach in the study of religion. This paper  will discuss the perspectives of gender equality as conceived by Muslim feminists. Generally it can be stated that the goal of feminism is the struggle to achieve equality, dignity, and freedom of women in selecting and managing the life and body, both inside and outside the household.Kata Kunci:  kesetaraan, gender, gerakan, feminisme Islam

Abstract

Berbicara Walisongo tidak akan habis untuk menjadi diskursu yang menarik, siapa sosok dan bagaimana metode pendidikan Islam sehingga banyak pengikutnya. Fenomena yang berkembang di masyarakat baik yang positif dan negatif mewarnai diskursus tentang Walisongo. Keberhasilan Walisongo dalam pendidkan Islam di Jawa menjadi satu bukti akan keberadaan Walisongo. Tulisan ini akan fokus pada fakta sejarah pendidkan Walisongo di Jawa, dengan memahami konsep ajaran dan pola akulturasi budaya dengan agama Islam. Pendekatan tulisannya ini bersifat kualitatif, paparan konsep dari buku yang selanjutnya dianalisa dengan kritis. Tanpa menafikan keberhasilan dakwah yang terjadi pada saat Walisongo di Jawa. Dikarenakan Walisongo seain menjadi fenomena dalam pendidika Islam karena keberhasilan juga pandangan sakralitas dari masyarakat yang mengalir di dalamnya. Masalah yang ingin dikaji dalam tulisan ini ialah tentang bukti keberadaan Walisongo dalam pendidikan Islam, bagaimana konsep pendidikan Islam dan kenapa masyarakat Jawa bisa menerimanya. Sehingga dengan demikian akan kita dapati satu wawasan keilmuan akan Walisongo dari dimensi pendidikan Islam. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan konsep-konsep dan selanjutnya menganalisa berdasarkan pendidikan Islam sekarang. Akhirnya kita mampu implentasikan dalam pendidikan Islam saat ini dengan mengilhami pendidkan kearifan lokal dan kemajuan zaman serta semua perangkat di dalamnya sebagai rujukan konsep transformasi pendidikan.

Abstract

AbstractThee focus of this research is the pro" le of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, his educational thought based on the perspective of Islamic education review, the research is focused on the aspects of the conception of education issues, including: basic, content and education systems. The research method used is the libraries research. By approaching to the history and biography of Ki Hadjar.While the data collection consists of primary and secondary data sources. Techniques of data analysis was using content analysis, descriptive, comparative and inductive. The results of the study. 1, the concept of education Ki Hadjar focused on aspects of guidance to children in order to achieve happiness based on the nature of nature. ! is is not consistent with the concept of Islamiceducation that focused on aspects of worship and Tawheed based on divine revelation. 2, Ki Hadjar’s basic education is the principle Pancadarma, which of the " ve principle is explicitly no principle of divinity, it is contrary to basic Islamic education which is based on al-Quran and al-Sunnah. 3) Ki Hadjar’s education system, good goals, curriculum, methods, teachers, students and the evaluation does not lead and is tied to the value of faith and worship, it is also not in line with the Islamic education system has always associate with both religious values .Keywords: Education system, Ki Hadjar Dewantara, Islamic education

Abstract

Abstract Aurat is a member of the body that must be closed and should not be seen by others. Aurat is divided into two categories namely for the adam and for the Eve. For Adam the aurat is the whole limb between center and knee. While the aurat for women is the whole body except the face and both palms. For women to close all limbs is a necessity because it is a command of Islam. Along with the provision of closing the aurat of paragraph 31 of the letter an-Nur is a command from Allah SWT in order to cover the head covering the popular language wearing hijab. Jilbab is one of the rides to cover aurat for women. The female head must be sealed in such a way as to be free to be viewed by others who are not mahrom. Problems want to use any model head cover depending on the user's taste as long as it is smart for the wearer and cover the head. Hair that be female mahota should not be wildly perurai regarded by anyone, must also be closed tight so as not to invite slander

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten, dan (2) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru akuntansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten sejumlah 73 guru dari 15 sekolah. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru akunansi SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten (β =0,643, sig = 0,522). (2) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan kompetensi profesional guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK bisnis manajemen di Kabupaten Klaten (F = 33,584, sig = 0,000). ABSTRACTThis study aims at knowing: (1) The influence of proffesional competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocation high school of business management; and (2) the influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences of teacher’s on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in klaten district. This research was ex-post facto quantitative approach. The population of this research simultaneously as sample was all of accounting teachers in Klaten District which involved 73 teachers and 15 schools. The data were collected by questionnaires. Analyzing data referred to descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There is no influence of Professional Competence on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (t = 0.643, sig = 0.522). (2) There is an influence of school leadership, pedagogical and professional competences on accounting teacher’s performance at vocational high school of bussines management in Klaten district (F = 33.584, sig = 0.000).

Abstract

AbstractThis article presents the implementation of character education in early children setting through BCCT-based learning model. It also discusses character values that can be built and developed by this model. Since this study belongs to a literary research, the data used are from any written texts i.e. journals, books, online resources, and so on.The results show that the intended implementation consists of three main processes, planning, implementation, and evaluation. For the first step, the teacher plans learning by creating daily activity plan (RKH), weekly activity plan (RKM), one-semester plan, and annual plan. In the implementation process, the character values can be inserted in various centers including four principal steps i.e. circles step, pre-game step, at-game step, and post-game step. The teacher then evaluates his/her implementation either at the moment of learning or afterward.Having observed fifteen character values for early children produced by directorate general of early childhood education of national education minister, the value “divine love” should always be appeared in each center. It hopefully can be the basis for children before loving their fellow, so that the other characters spontaneously emerge, either related to themselves or others. On the other hand, from seven centers used, the center “role-play” intensely plays role to help the formation of the fifteen character values.Keywords: character education, early childhood education, BCCT

Abstract

Mediasi sebagai upaya penyelesaian perkara sengketa di Indonesia sebenarnya telah lama ada dalam budaya masyarakat Indonesia. Akan tetapi penerapan dan pelaksanaannya di Pengadilan dinilai kurang efektif. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan mediasi di Pengadilan masih sangat rendah. Ditetapkannya Peraturan Mahkamah Agung No 1 tahun 2016 tentang prosedur mediasi di Pengadilan diharapkan dapat membantu tingkat keberhasilan mediasi di Pengadilan. Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan prosedur pelaksanaan mediasi serta tingkat keberhasilannya di Pengadilan kelas 1 A Semarang. Tingkat keberhasilan yang diteliti khususnya untuk mengetahui angka prosentase keberhasilan mediasi sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya PERMA No.1 tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer berupa data perkara mediasi di PA Kelas 1 A Semarang. Untuk mengetahui prosedur pelaksanaan, metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini, bahwa dalam 5 tahun terakhir, perkara yang dapat dimediasi di PA kelas 1 A Semarang sebanyak 2562 perkara. Dari jumlah tersebut, hanya sebanyak 35 perkara saja yang berhasil, atau tingkat keberhasilannya hanya sebesar 1,4%. Selain itu, tingkat keberhasilan perkara mediasi di PA Kelas 1 A Semarang tahun 2015 (sebelum PERMA No. 1 Tahun 2016) sebesar 2,7%. Sedangkan Tingkat keberhasilan perkara mediasi di PA Kelas 1 A Semarang dalam prosentase tahun 2016-2019 (setelah PERMA No. 1 Tahun 2016), jika dihitung berdasarkan rata-rata, didapatkan jumlah sebesar 0,9% atau kurang dari 1%. Dari hitungan ini, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa angka tingkat keberhasilan mediasi sebelum dan sesudah ditetapkannya PERMA No. 1 Tahun 2016 mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,8%.

Abstract

AbstractThere is an understanding that some of sufi orders to find h{aqiqah through the sufi t{ariqah no longer need the shari’ah. Shari’ah is seen as the outer skin of religion, and h{aqiqah is the core. Because of getting the core of religion, the skin has no use anymore. This understanding is a rasionable understanding of the sufi mystics of the past that most no longer pay attention to the rules of shari’ah in its suluk. Most sufis, at that time, preferred a more philosophical sufism which emphasize thinking to achive rather than the worship of god and morality. It can be seen from the popularity of the doctrine of wah{dat al-wujud which so dominates the teaching of classical sufism. This phenomenon invites the attention of Ahmad Sirhindi, on of sufi and mursyid of naqshabandi order. He moved to reform of the sufi orders who was then filled with heretical practices and doctrines which dominated wah{dat al-wujud. This study aims to discover and develop ideas of Sirhindi to reform the sufi orders. This research is a qualitative form of research library in using the instrument, so that the resulting data are in the form of data analysis, presentation and writing of the main source, namely al-Maktubat that’s magnum opus of Sirhindi. This study is descriptive-exploratory study. The data analysis technique used in this study was content analysis. The results of this study revealed that are some basic things are the focus sirhindi in revision, among others: first, the synchronization shari’ah, t{ariqah, and h}aqiqah; second, purification sufi orders of deviant practices; third , rejection of the theory of wah{dat al-wujud; fourth, applying the theory wah{dat al-shuhud. Keywords: Sufism, Sufi orders, Reform, Sirhindi.

Abstract

AbstractLembaga pendidikan tinggi swasta merupakan lembaga tinggi yang setara dengan lembaga tinggi yang diselenggarakan pemerintah. Kiprah lembaga pendidikan swasta sama sebagaimana negeri, mereka ikut andil besar dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Hal senada tentunya segala apa yang diharapkan dan diprioritasnya sama, namun kenyataan yang ada di alapngan, lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang dikelola oleh yayasan atau organisasi masyarakat selalu kurang mendapat perhatian, apa yang diharapkan terkadang pula masih jauh dari harapan. Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu, akhir-akhir ini muncul sebenarnya untuk menjembatani lajunya perjalanan lembaga tersebut untuk melayani, mengontrol dan mengevaluasi keberadaan lembaga tersebut. Kebutuhan lembaga ini tentunya harus mendapat dukungan oleh civitas akademika. Visi misi lembaga pendidikan yang dicanangkaan dan diharapkan oleh yayasan atau ormas yang menangani lembaga pendidikan, harus dapat dilihat bilamana Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu berjalan dengan baik. Begitu juga control yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Akreditas Nasional Perguruan Tingngi (BAN PT) menjadi kebutuhan lembaga / instansi, karena melalui assesmen keberadaan lembaga tersebut layak mendapatkan pengakuan secara nasional, dengan harapan masyarakat pengguna tidak mengalami kekecewaan saat menempuh proses pendidikan. Kata Kunci : PTAIS , Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu, dan BAN PT.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is done for looking for formula of mabadi khaira ummah as a matter of character education in SMK Maarif 2 Gombong. Mabadi khaira ummah itself is concept and values of building good society resulted by Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Research want to know how to manage mabadi khaira ummahal. Research is qualitative with interview, investigation, and documentation, and also combining snowball sampling and purposive sampling techniques which the headmaster as the first informant and then some persons as informants. The research is done on April-August 2014 and turn to be checked on August-September 2017. Results of research are that mabadi khaira ummah is managed by headmaster of SMK Maarif 2 Gombong, not only in a specific lesson but also in some activities of school regularly, and that the headmaster also leads and moves all components managementally. The other result is that this research can build a pattern of management of education. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti rumusan mabadi khaira ummah sebagai sebuah materi pendidikan karakter di SMK Maarif 2 Gombong. Mabadi khaira ummah itu sendiri merupakan konsep dan nilai-nilai tentang membangun masyarakat yang baik yang dihasilkan oleh Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Penelitian ingin mengetahui bagaimana manajemen mabadi khaira ummahal. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi, dan juga menggabungkan teknik sampling snowball dan purposive sampling dengan kepala sekolah sebagai informan pertama dan kemudian sejumlah orang sebagai informan. Penelitian dilakukan April-Agustus 2014 dan kembali diteliti untuk penguatan pada Agustus-September 2017. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa mabadi khaira ummah itu dikelola oleh Kepala SMK Maarif 2 Gombong, tidak hanya dalam mata pelajaran khusus tetapi juga dalam sejumlah kegiatan sekolah secara regular, dan bahwa kepala sekolah juga memimpin dan menggerakkan seluruh komponen sekolah secara manajerial. Hasil lain adalah bahwa penelitian ini dapat membangun suatu pola manajemen pendidikan.
