Abstract

The health sector is one of the important sectors of the government which has the potential to be improved by the presence of information technology. The public health center of East Ciputat District, which is one of the health service centers in the South Tangerang City, always improves the technology development. The large number of patient visits it causes problems with queuing visits which take a relatively long time when registering at the service counter. The advantage of the User Experience Lifecycle method that is applied to the development process of the mobile public health center visit online registration application starts from the analysis stage that understands user needs through the data collection method. The design stage involves making Wireframe. The design results are implemented in the form of a mobile based High-Fidelity Prototype and the results are tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The prototype evaluation can show the overall results of the application successfully helping users in the efficiency of online registration visitors.

Abstract

One of the problems that are often faced by beginners in learning programming languages is the complexity of the syntax that must be learned. The Blockly library is a solution that can be taken to reduce programming language syntax errors. With this library, users can simply arrange puzzles and then the puzzle arrangements can be generated automatically into programming language scripts. However, the Blockly library is only a tool for programming penyuntings. For the material to be conveyed to users, we must arrange a good learning path. In order for the material to be structured into a good learning path, we need a learning content processing system or LMS. This study aims to integrate the advantages of the Blockly library with the advantages of the LMS system so that it becomes a good programming language learning medium. The learning path is structured by prioritizing the understanding of syntax writing patterns through a series of simulations, followed by theoretical explanations and discussions. The results of user responses to this learning media show effectiveness of 79%, attractiveness of 81% and efficiency of 81%.

Abstract

M-Attendance is an online attendance system that can simplify the method of recording student attendance so as to reduce errors and speed up verification. This study aims to determine the success rate of implementing the M-Attendance Student system as student attendance at Sari Mulia University (UNISM) using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) methods. The TAM method can be used to explain the factors of user behavior towards technology acceptance, user acceptance behavior towards technology, while through UTAUT it can be understood that the user's reaction and perception of technology can affect his attitude in accepting technology use. This study uses all the variables of the two methods. Measurement of the data analyzed in this study using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, namely students at Sari Mulia University.Based on the results of the analysis of the TAM method, it was found that the intention to use the actual effect on the use of the system was 77%, the intention to use was influenced by the attitude towards the use of 41.7% and the perception of the usefulness of 43%, the attitude towards the use was influenced by the perception of the usefulness of 41. 5% and the perception of the ease of use of 49.7%, the perception of the ease of use affects the perception of the usefulness of 87.9%. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis of the UTAUT method, it was found that the intention to use and the facilitating conditions affected user behavior by 68% and 31%, usage behavior was only influenced by business expectations by 56% and social influence by 44.6%. Expectations on performance have no effect because they only get a score of 0.13%.

Abstract

Information systems can be said to be good, namely, the system can provide convenience in presenting information, must also be able to survive when experiencing disturbances, and be able to adapt. The ability to deal with disturbances and adapt is called resilience. One of the information system architectures that lack resilience capabilities is monolithic architecture, where the backend and frontend systems are combined in the same functions and services, besides that the monolithic architecture also runs all logic in one application server. The microservice architecture allows the development of functions in an application or information system to be broken down into several small service parts and makes the service have the ability to manage resources properly and become a small service that is interconnected into one. The design of this microservice-based Village Information System is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in monolithic architecture-based information systems, especially in village information systems. In this study, the case study focuses on problems in the Pengalangan Village Information System such as rapidly changing system requirements, system requirements that can be easily expanded, accessibility that only depends on one technology, administrative stacks, more files, report generation that requires time because the data collection process is still manual, system security problems for villages that already use information systems, and system development is not easy because they have to overhaul the existing system. By using a microservice architecture, the service performance of village apparatus will increase and become faster, it is easier to expand business processes on the system, and system security is maintained.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems faced by children in the world. Stunting is a condition where the child's height is below the established standard and is a chronic nutritional problem caused by food intake that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. The state of Indonesia has a high commitment to preventing stunting so that Indonesian children can grow and develop optimally accompanied by ready emotional, social and physical abilities. to learn. This effort is shown through the National Strategy for the Acceleration of Stunting Prevention or known as Stranas Stunting, which will be implemented in 2018-2024. Tabanan Regency is one of the priority cities in the 2020 Stranas Stunting program. To give a good and efficient result, the researchers conducted research on how to predict stunting children based on the condition of their parents using the Support Vector Machine method. In this study, the data used is data from the Tabanan district office where the data is 300 data consisting of 22 variables tested with 3 kernel models from the Support Vector Machine to find the highest accuracy. In this study, The trial was carried out 15 times with Matlab and the highest accuracy value was obtained using 18 variables from a total of 22 variables of 0.9889 or 98.89%, and the kernel with the highest accuracy was using a polynomial.

Abstract

Rapid technology advancement requires some business actors to change their habits. Koperasi karyawan Coca Cola is a conventional employee cooperative that has not implemented specific systems to manage its financial data. Problems arise when there is a need to change the daily transactional data in the previous month or even the previous year. In this study, we designed and implemented an accounting information system to facilitate the processing of its financial data until balance reports. In addition, we also added a new menu, a balance list recalculation for the purpose of upholding data integrity which may change due to changes in daily transactional data in the previous month or previous year. The result shows that the accounting information systems that has been developed and implemented is very helpful by shortening the time required by financial staff in managing daily transactional data and generating monthly accounting reports.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce is very rapid at this time, with the increasing number of e-commerce making competition in attracting customers and maintaining loyal customers. E-commerce players need to find a strategy for this, one way is advertising on social media, such as; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and so on. The purpose of this study was to obtain clustering of tweet data from Twitter using the K-Means method on tweet data from the Blibli Indonesia Twitter account to determine the type of tweet content that was retweeted by followers. The data used is follower tweet data which is pulled from the Twitter account @bliblidotcom. Testing the most optimum number of clusters by finding the largest Silhouette coefficient value. The results obtained that the optimal number of clusters is 10 clusters. From the results of this clustering, the tweet content that Blibli Indonesia consumers like the most is voucher content (cluster 4) and Opportunity series content (cluster 6). Voucher content and opporeno series content as a result of this clustering can be used by Blibli for promos to its consumers.

Abstract

The Village Law stipulates that the Village has the power and origin of adequate funds to be able to control the potential it controls to promote the economy and welfare of its people. Through the efficient, effective and transparent procurement of goods and services by the Village Government, it is very helpful to realize the welfare of the village community as is the case with Kantor Desa Bajarum. Kantor Desa Bajarum has followed the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines on the procurement of village goods and services in the operational process of procuring goods and services. However, in its implementation, the performance of kasi kesra is still very slow because the process of procuring goods and services to monitoring village assets is still in the form of manual input without automation. The data verification process is also carried out by checking one by one so that it is less efficient. In addition, manual data input makes it vulnerable to cases or fraud in the form of corruption of village assets by changing, modifying data so that the facts of the documentation or reports are different from the facts in the field. By utilizing the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Services) method, these problems can be overcome by developing an Information System for procurement and monitoring of village assets. System development is carried out using the Waterfall method. System Design utilizes UML (Unified Modeling Language). This web-based system is built with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System testing method using Blackbox. This system has been able to run and is optimally implemented at the Kantor Desa Bajarum.

Abstract

The need for reliable tools or machines has become a priority for everyone today, from tools used for personal use to tools or machines used for industry. State Electricity Enterprise (PLN) also needs reliable tools to monitor assets with high accuracy. One of the components to monitor the load on the network is a recloser. This component is often disconnected from the dispatcher control center so that it cannot be monitored. One of the causes of the disconnection between the recloser device and the control center is the occurrence of excessive heat in the recloser box panel which causes the components inside to overheat. The automatic cooling system in the recloser panel box aims to maintain the temperature inside the panel box to be able to provide maximum component performance. In this study, an application was developed that was able to monitor temperature readings in the recloser panel box and monitor the condition of the cooling system inside. From the test results, it is known that the temperature conditions inside the panel box are monitored to be stable, even though outside the panel box there is an excessive temperature spike.

Abstract

Video conferencing is one of the technologies widely used for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is one of the universities that implements online learning and has a video conference platform that is connected to an electronic learning system (e-learning). However, not all students can access a smooth internet connection. This causes a decrease in the quality of video conferencing that interferes learning process. This study seeks to find ways to improve the quality of video conferencing on a limited internet connection. This research use the packet priority technique at the router to manipulate the packet queue. Video conference data packet will be prioritized upon another application data. The results of the research show that manipulating the queue of data packets on a computer network can improve the quality of video conferencing on a limited bandwidth from the delay and jitter parameters between 20% to 30%. Meanwhile, packet loss shows 0%, but packet retransmission is quite a lot in the scenario without packet priority, especially at bandwidth < 3Mbps. The results of this study indicate that the priority manipulation of data packets has an impact on reducing lag / lost information when the video conference process takes place, especially at bandwidth < 3Mbps.
