Abstract

AbstractThe most common cause of maternal death in Indonesia is postpartum hemorrhage. Determining the diagnosis of postpartum hemorrhage by objectively measuring the volume of blood loss is still rarely done. This study aims to design and test the feasibility of teloplast , which is a birthing sheet made from biodegradable plastic as a container for measuring the volume of blood loss in normal delivery. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research . The teloplast feasibility test was carried out by 5 experts. The results of the expert validation test showed that Teloplast was appropriate to be used as a measure of blood loss volume in normal delivery with a Likert scale of 93.05% which was interpreted as a very good tool and suitable for use.  AbstrakPenyebab kematian ibu terbanyak di Indonesia adalah perdarahan pasca salin. Penentuan diagnosis perdarahan pasca persalinan dengan pengukuran secara objektif volume kehilangan darah masih jarang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan menguji kelayakan Teloplast yaitu perlak alas persalinan berbahan plastik biodegradable sebagai alat tampung untuk mengukur volume kehilangan darah pada persalinan normal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Uji kelayakan alat Teloplast dilakukan oleh 5 orang expert. Hasil uji validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa Teloplast layak digunakan sebagai alat ukur volume kehilangan darah pada persalinan normal dengan skala Likert 93,05% diinterpretasikan alat baik sekali dan layak digunakan.

Abstract

Waiting time is one of quality standard in health services. The waiting time for national health insurance outpatients in Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Hospital in Bojonegoro obtained an average monthly achievement of around 59.79% less than the standard from ministry of health’s regulation (80%). This study aimed to reduce patient waiting time using value stream mapping analysis and purpose the future stream mapping. This was a quantitative descriptive study using a cross-sectional design using Value Stream Mapping analysis. The sample was obtained by purposive sampling of 90 outpatients under national health insurance in Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Hospital in Bojonegoro. The data was collected by using the observation table. The results found that two waste were found during outpatient flow including waiting and extra processing. In addition, the analysis obtained a Value Added Ratio (VAR) of 23.61% indicating that the service was not efficient compared with the provisions of Process Cycle Efficiency (> 30%). The future Stream Mapping was proposed and indicated a decrease in waiting time which was originally 99.21 minutes to 58.16 minutes. The possible improvement is the development of an electronic patient eligibility certificate of national health insurance where this improvement is useful in reducing patient waiting time by 41.05 minutes or around 41.37%. The management can consider to develop an electronic patient eligibility certificate in order to make the service delivery in out patient more efficient.

Abstract

Rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan harus mengutamakan keselamatan nyawa pasien. Ketidaktahuan tentang patient safety menimbulkan kerugian bagi pasien dan pihak rumah sakit sehingga peran pimpinan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan patient safety melalui kinerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja perawat terhadap keselamatan pasien di unit rawat inap RS Penembah Senopati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 128 perawat di unit rawat inap RS Penembahan Senopati. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sample random sampling dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil uji statistik koefisien korelasi adalah 0,408 yang berarti menunjukkan korelasi sedang. Hasil uji Kendall Tau diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan dalam kategori baik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dalam kategori baik sebanyak 95 (74,2%) responden. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perawat dalam keselamatan pasien rawat inap.

Abstract

Health is one of the basic human needs and is a right for every citizen that is protected by law. The form of the State's efforts in providing health services is by launching the National Health Insurance Program (JKN) through the Social Security Administration Agency. In practice, many cases experience a deficit related to costs incurred by the Hospital and costs obtained through INA-CBG's claims. The purpose of this study was to see if there were any adverse differences in the Total Knee Replacement case carried out at Siti Fatimah Hospital. This research was quantitative, descriptive research in hospital. Data collection was a total of 19 patients suffering from knee Osteoarthritis and who had to do Total Knee Replacement at Siti Fatimah Hospital from 2020-2023. The results of the study found that in every case of Total Knee Replacement the hospital always experienced a deficit. In average national healthcare system only reimbursed half of our cost. Further evaluation of INA-CBGs reimbursement scheme is necessary to ensure hospital to achieve ideal cost recovery when patients are treated.

Abstract

dr. Iskak Tulungagung hospital made a healthcare service innovation during Covid-19 pandemic. This innovation called as hospital without wall to reduce the Covid-19 transmission. This program provides overall health services integrating pre-, intra-, inter-, and post-hospital care services through the Public Safety Center (PSC) platform. Authors examine the implementation of a hospital without walls in post-hospital aspect by using Donabedian's Model to improve service quality. The independent variables are facility and waiting time. The dependent variable is satisfaction. The intervening variable is patient perception. Assessment using a Likert scale questionnaire with a value range of 1-5. Descriptive data analysis used SPSS 25 and multivariate analysis used SMARTPLS 3.0. Our 96 respondents are very satisfied with this service but had to wait for a long time until the nurse arrived at home. Our analysis showed that facility variable affects the waiting time so that is affects patient satisfaction. This program has good structure so it makes a good process and satisfaction. Waiting time significantly associated with facility.

Abstract

Mitra Delima Hospital as one of the health facilities in providing its services is required to carry out the management and development of SIMRS in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number 82 of 2013 with the aim of supporting and improving the health service process at the hospital. The aim of this research is to analyze user satisfaction of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method at Mitra Delima Hospital. This type of quantitative research, the research sample used was 35 health workers at Mitra Delima Hospital. The instrument uses a questionnaire and the analysis technique uses linier regression analysis. The research results showed that some respondents were very satisfied with the use of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method at Mitra Delima Hospital. The regression analysis showed that content (p value 0,001) and timeliness (p value 0,03) influence the user satisfaction,  while the other three which is accuracy, appearance and ease of use have no influence on user satisfaction. In the simultaneously analysis showed that there is an influence between all independents variables to users satisfaction (p value 0,00; Rsquare  0,935)at Mitra Delima Hospital. It can be concluded that overall respondents are satisfied with the use of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method at Mitra Delima Hospital. Mitra Delima Hospital can maintain and increase the level of satisfaction with using SIMRS using the EUCS method, where it can provide additional training to officers in using SIMRS.

Abstract

Anemia in adolescents can have an adverse impact on decreased immunity, learning concentration, fitness, and productivity. The provision of Fe tablets to adolescents is carried out as one of the interventions to reduce the prevalence of anemia. Adherence of adolescent girls in consuming Fe tablets is one of the indicators of the success of anemia prevention and control programs in adolescent girls. The high and low level of compliance to consuming Fe tablets in adolescents is due to several factors, one of which is self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking Fe tablets in adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta. This study was conducted on 90 adolescent girls in class VII at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta. This study included quantitative research with analytic observational research type with a cross-sectional-study approach and using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis using frequency distributions and percentages, and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that respondents who had a high level of self-efficacy amounted to 51.1%, while the low category amounted to 48.9%. In addition, the results of this study indicate that the level of compliance of adolescent girls in consuming Fe tablets at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta is mostly in the high category of 55.6%, while the low category is 44.4%. The results of data analysis using the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000 using an alpha of 0.05, so the p-value <0.05. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking Fe tablets in adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta. Keywords: Anemia, Self Efficacy, and Adherence to Taking Fe Tablets.

Abstract

Telemedicine is a technology-based service in the health sector without having distance as an issue. One of the services offered in the telemedicine sector is teleconsultation. This service allows doctors to provide consultation services, diagnostic services and treatment management without meeting face to face with patients. Halodoc application is one of the teleconsultation service providers. In Indonesia, The development of telemedicine is growing rapidly along with the phenomenon of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Health collaborated with health platforms to provide telemedicine services for COVID-19 patients with mild to moderate symptoms in self-isolation (ISOMAN). Currently the status of the COVID-19 pandemic has shifted. As a result outdoor activities and face-to-face medical services will again become an option for Indonesian society. Health technology applications must carry out self-evaluation and development to maintain their market. In Indonesia, Halodoc is the most superior application of its group. This research aims to determine the relationship between the intention to use teleconsultation services with other variables such as Subjective Health Status, Perceived Privacy and Security and Effort Expectancy. This research was conducted using an 1-5 likert scale online questionnaire involving 162 respondents who had used the Halodoc teleconsultation service. Samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method and then processed using SmartPLS 3rd version for Windows. Based on the result, Subjective Health Status did not have a positive influence on the intention to use teleconsultation. However, Perceived Privacy and Security and Effort Expectancy have a positive influence on the intention to use Halodoc teleconsultation services.

Abstract

The World Health Organization estimates that in 2030, there will be a shortage of nurses, especially in developing countries, due to job dissatisfaction. Human resources in hospitals are dominated by nurses, so it is important to pay attention to nurse job satisfaction. Diponegoro National Hospital must focus on nurse job satisfaction because there has been  an increase in nurses' resignations over last three years (2019–2021). The study was conducted to determine the factors associated with job satisfaction among nurses at the Diponegoro National Hospital. In this cross-sectional study, 97 nurses at Diponegoro Hospital were surveyed using a total sampling technique. Univariate analysis was presented with a frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis was based on chi-square statistics. The results showed there was a relationship between job satisfaction and awards (p = 0.010), promotion opportunities (p = 0.003), and hospital policies (p = 0.042). There was no association between job satisfaction and compensation (p = 0.527), interpersonal relationships (p = 0.057), or job security (p = 0.093). In conclusion, it was found that awards, promotions, and hospital policies are related to job satisfaction among nurses at Diponegoro National Hospital. It is expected that there will be improvements in the nurse reward program, improvements in the promotion system, evaluating promotion policy socialization, providing training and education needed by nurses for career advancement, evaluating the policy socialization system, evaluating the compensation system, and efforts to minimize interpersonal conflicts in the hospital.

Abstract

Information systems that have been used for a long time should receive an evaluation of their use, one of which is SISFO Gizi Terpadu e-PPGBM. To evaluate an information system, several evaluation models can be used which have their focus on evaluation. Because these evaluation models have their focus, this research tries to combine a few evaluation models that will later be used to evaluate the e-PPGBM Integrated Nutrition SISFO. Before being used for evaluation, the newly formed combined information system evaluation model must first pass validity and reliability tests. Testing was carried out on 89 e-PPGBM users in Bali Province in a cross-sectional manner. Based on convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability testing, which was carried out using SmartPLS 4, it was found that all indicators in the e-PPGBM Integrated Nutrition SISFO evaluation model were declared valid and reliable. Structural model testing was also carried out and obtained an R-square value for the intention variable to use e-PPGBM of 0.627. This means that the influence of technology, human, and social influence variables on the intention to use the e-PPGBM variable is 62,7%, while other factors influenced the 36.9% remaining of it. Also, using e-PPGBM is only 4,1% influenced by the variable intention to use e-PPGBM. So, it can be interpreted that many other factors that are thought to influence the use of e-PPGBM.
