Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of Entrepreneurial Marketing andGovernment Policy on Competitiveness. Data analysis was carried out in quantitative descriptiveusing the concept of Entrepreneurial Marketing, while the second year, the research would beconducted using SEM-based WarPLS and SWOT to find out the relationship between importantfactors in developing the MSME market. The results of this study show that Tempe SananIndustrial Entrepreneurs have made 7 approaches in Entrepreneurial Marketing, namely:Proactiveness, focused Opportunity, Calculated risk taking, Innovativeness, Consumer Intensity,Value creation. Seven dimensions in Entrepreneur Marketing are intended to see continuitybetween important factors that need to be considered to produce optimal marketing.variablesEntrepreneurial marketing have a positive contribution to competitiveness while the governmentpolicy variable is not significant. Based on the weight diagram and rating of each element of theSWOT matrix, it can be seen that the position of the Sanan Tempe Chips Industry is in quadrantII. Despite facing various threats, the company still has internal strength. The strategy that mustbe applied in this condition is to use force to take advantage of long-term opportunities. Productdiversification strategies can overcome the problem of developing MSME Tempe Sanan Chips inorder to be able to compete in gaining market share of processed products in MEA 2025.

Abstract

Coconut and palm are Indonesian commodities that has great potential.Indonesia is first rank as a coconut producer and the largest palm producer in the worldafter Malaysia. This article examines the potential downstream of Indonesian palm oiland coconut based on their productivity and functional properties both health functionaland technical functional. Indonesian productivity of coconut during the last five years(2011-2015) decreased from 0.841 million ton / million Ha in 2011 to 0.829 million ton /million Ha in 2015. The Indonesia's productivity of palm oil was lower than Malaysia'sproductivity up to one-third. However, the area of Indonesia's palm plantations was four(4) times bigger than Malaysia. The functional value of coconut oil is the content of lauricacid as a medium chain fatty acid so coconut oil is important as energy intake non starch.The functional value of palm oil is the content of beta carotene as an antioxidant so palmoil is not easily damaged technically.

To see competitiveness used RCA (Revealed Comparative Analysis) , RSCA (Revealed Symetric Comparative Advantage ) and CMS ( Constant Market to Share). The RCA and RSCA used to compare the competitiveness of commodities and derivatives oil exporters compared to the other and CMS oil exporting of commodities used for growth and by products. Abstract

Fisheries sub-sector is one of the sub-sectors that has a strategic role innational development because the potential of Indonesia's natural resources as the largestmaritime country with fishery resources that the number is relatively large and scatteredalmost throughout the Indoneisa region. The research is aimed to know 1) Income of agroindustry "UD Diana Indah" in harvest season and famine season, 2) the risk of agroindustry "UD Diana Indah" in harvest season and famine, 3) development strategyon fish-based agroindustry of "UD Diana Indah". The research method used descriptiveand analytical. The sampling method was chosen by non probability sampling techniqueof purposive sampling. Data analysis used income analysis, risk analysis and Force FieldAnalysis (FFA). The results showed 1) Average monthly income that received by ―UD.Diana Indah", in its activities to produce fish rengginang in harvest season of 2017which is Rp. 4.852.264 and famine Rp. 1.347.819. Fish cracker products have an averagemonthly income in 2017 harvest season of Rp. 1.256.049 and famine season of Rp.175.611. 2) The Production process of fish rengginang both in harvest-famine season andfish cracker in harvest season has a very small risk level with value of coefficient variation< 0.5 respectively of 0.45, 0,22. and 0,44 and the lowerbound of profit or value of L >0,respectively of Rp. 525.098, Rp. 556.051 and Rp. 29.218 which means in everyproduction process of fish rengginang, no chance of losing from production process. Theproduction of fish crackers during the famine season has a greater risk level with thevalue of coefficient variation > 0.5 that is equal to 0,79 and lowerbound of profit < 0 is Rp– 517.157 which means that the production process of fish crackers during the famineseason has a chance in losing from every production process 3) focus strategy which isdetermined by agroindustry of "UD. Diana Indah" by partnering with several fishermenwho located in Situbondo and optimally use the government support in increasingproduction and productivity in terms of quality and quantity of fish rengginang and fishcrackers.

Abstract

Pertanian organik adalah alternatif dari konsep pertanian berkelanjutan. Pertanian organik didefinisikan sebagai sistem produksi tanaman berdasarkan daur ulang nutrisi biologis. Daur ulang tanaman dan nutrisi hewan dalam pertanian organik atau bahan yang biasa digunakan disebut agroinput, salah satunya adalah pupuk organik. Berdasarkan kebutuhan pupuk organik padat (POP), yang besar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan petani, maka PT. Sirtanio Organik Indonesia (SOI) sejak Tahun 2015 memproduksi pupuk organik padat (POP) secara mandiri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti ingin mempelajari terkait dengan sistem produksi pupuk organik padat (POP) di PT. Sirtanio Organik Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada divisi produksi pupuk organik padat dari PT. Sirtanio Organik Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menentukan sistem produksi padat pupuk organik padat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak fasilitas produksi diterapkan berdasarkan aliran produk, proses produksi dilaksanakan sesuai standar operasional, dan jenis proses produksi pupuk organik padat di PT. Sirtanio Organik Indonesia adalah proses produksi campuran.

Abstract

Bakung Subdistrict is one of the subdistricts in Blitar Regency. This subdistrict has the potential to increase cocoa production because the area of planting that is owned is quite extensive. This increase in production needs to be balanced with the technology used in cocoa cultivation. Based on the results of a preliminary survey of several cocoa farmers stated that the technology used is the rorak (sediment pit) technology, but its use is still not optimal. Initially the application of this technology was applied by all farmers, then in the last few years rorak technology has begun to not be implemented by farmers. Based on the description, the researchers wanted to examine the characteristics of cocoa farmers who applied and did not apply technology, the perception of cocoa farmers to the characteristics of rorak technology innovation,and also the relationship between the two using correlation analysis. The sampling method in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The method of data collection is done by observation, interviews which include primary data and literature studies which are secondary data. The research method used is descriptive and analytical. The results showed that: 1) Characteristics of farmers who applied and did not apply cocoa technology included Education, Age, Number of Family Dependents, Experience, Information Sources, Income, Land Ownership Status and Land Area. 2) The cocoa farmers' perceptions of the five characteristics of the rorak technology, namely a) the relatively high level of profit, with a value of 14.57; b) the level of complexity is high with a value of 12.16; c) the level of conformity is classified as moderate with a value of 7.16; d) the level of rorak probability tested is classified as moderate with a value of 9.42; and e) the level of likelihood that the results are seen as moderate with a value of 6.89. Correlation between perceptions of farmers and farmer characteristics obtained r and sig values. 2 (tailed). The value of r indicates the level of strength of the relationship between two variables and the sig value. 2 (tailed) to see the level of significance. Based on sig. 2 (tailed), namely the variablesource of information, income and significant planting area, while the remainder is education, age, number of family dependents, experience and insignificant land ownership.

Abstract

The young farmer-training program known as PATRA (PelatihanAnakTaniRemaja) is a training activity given to adolescents in Lombok Kulon and a solution to the problem of regeneration of labour in agriculture. PATRA members who have participated in the training chose to continue supporting the activities of organic farming. Some of them decided to continue supporting organic farming, while the others didn’t continue their activities on organic farming. Those who support organic farming are incorporated in GAPOKTAN Al-Barokah. This study aimed to determine the reasons of PATRA members in joining the organic farming. The determination of the research area was choosen purposively,namely in Lombok Kulon, Wonosari, Bondowoso. Informant were determined purposively consisting of PATRA, PPL Agriculture, and the Chair of GAPOKTAN were determined as the informants through purposive sampling. Data analyzed used Miles and Huberman Model. Data validation used triangulation of source informant and technique. The results showed that the push factors of PATRA members in joining the organic farming activities were as follows: 1) To full fill their physiological needs; 2) The price of organic rice is higher than unorganic rice, availibility of market, health aspects, and plant resistance towards pest and disease attacks; 3) To gain the opportunities to form relationships with other parties; 4) To express concern of the environmental sustainability; 5) To increase their knowledge and skills.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian adalah salah satu sektor utama dalam perekonomian Indonesia selain sektor industri dan sektor perdagangan. Selain tujuan memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat, sektor pertanian juga berkontribusi pada struktur ekonomi Indonesia. Pada tahun 2018, BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) mencatat bahwa sektor pertanian memberikan kontribusi 14% terhadap PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto). Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan sektor pertanian saat ini. Pertanian masih menjadi leading sector bagi perekonomian Jawa Timur saat ini. Tembakau adalah salah satu komoditas turunan pertanian yang memiliki kontribusi penting dalam perekonomian. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dari 2010-2016, ada empat daerah dengan produksi tembakau besar di Jawa Timur, yaitu Jember, Probolinggo, Situbondo dan Bojonegoro, yang menyumbang 2,01% dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto Jawa (PDRB). ) Timur pada tahun 2016 dengan nilai tambah bruto sebesar Rp. 27.321 milyar. Persaingan bisnis di era revolusi industri saat ini menuntut industri untuk terus meningkatkan inovasi dan kapasitas produksi dalam menghadapi persaingan dengan industri sejenis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan industri tembakau di Jawa Timur dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan pengembangan industri tembakau yang berkelanjutan dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Panel Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM) dan penyusunan rekomendasi pengembangan industri berdasarkan Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat PDRB dan produktivitas lahan merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi perkembangan industri tembakau dan kanvas di TLBMC bisa dijadikan dasar untuk membuat sebuah kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan industri tembakau yang lebih holistik dalam orientasi inovasi bisnis yang berkelanjutan dengan mempertimbangkan tiga perspektif yaitu segi ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian adalah sebagai pemasok kebutuhan pangan nasional. Akan tetapi produktivitas lahan pertanian di Indonesia semakin tahun semakin rendah karena terjadinya penurunan kualitas lahan. Untuk mengurangi penurunan kesuburan tanah sebagai daya dukung kegiatan pertanian, sekaligus memperoleh peningkatan hasil panen yang berkelanjutan, maka pemanfaatan pupuk organik secara tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan serta konyiuitas dalam pengaplikasian pupuk organik sangat di perlukan. melalui teknologi pengomposan sederhana dengan penambahan dekomposer, serta pengkayaan dengan hara lain di harapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas lahan. Dalam penelitian ini pupuk organik yang digunakan terbuat dari campuran limbah blotong pengolahan pabrik gula sebagai bahan baku utama dan kotoran kambing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh interaksi antara pupuk organik dan ZPT yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi sawi, dan 2) dosis pupuk organik dan jenis ZPT yang terbaik terhadap tanaman uji. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Laboratorium Tanah dan Kesuburan Tanah STPP Malang dan Laboratorium Tanah Universitas Brawijaya Malang pada bulan Mei hingga September 2017. Percobaan selama kajian menggunakan rancangan percobaan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk organik dengan 3 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: 0 ton/ha (P0), 100 gram/pot (≈20 ton/Ha) (P1), dan 200 gram/pot (≈40 ton/Ha) (P2). Sedangkan faktor kedua merupakan jenis ZPT dengan 3 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: tanpa pemberian ZPT (Z0), pemberian ZPT ekstrak tanaman (Z1), dan pemberian ZPT di pasaran (Z2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlakuan P berbeda nyata, perlakuan H ≠ berbeda nyata dan interaksi antara P x H menunjukan interaksi berbeda nyata. Pengaruh penggunaan pupuk organik dan jenis ZPT terhadap kandungan hara tanah diketahui bahwa peningkatan unsur N sebesar 0,2% , unsur P sebesar 061,6 ppm dan unsur K mengalami kenaikan sebesar1,85 me/100g.
