Abstract

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is increasingly adopted in the healthcare facilities. The concept of EMR used in primary health centers is p-care BPJS. P-Care BPJS is a web-based patient software provided by BPJS intended for primary health care facilities to provide easy data access to the BPJS server including registration, laboratory, diagnosis, treatment and therapy. Recently, implementation failure of electronic information systems is known caused by not only the quality of technical aspects but also the user’s behavior. It is known as applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Until now in Indonesia, studies examining the individual acceptance of the use of p-care BPJS have not been done yet. This research aimed to analyze the acceptance model of p-care BPJS in the primary health centers. This study was conducted in five regencies/cities of East Java province, namely Bangkalan, Bondowoso, Lamongan, Malang and Kediri in February-May 2016. The observational research with a quantitative approach with a cross- sectional study design was used to measure the model. A total sample of 30 p-care BPJS users was drawn by multistage random sampling in which of these 30 primary health centers participated. The data collection technique was through using questionnaires to measure the model. Data analysis used both descriptive and inferential statistics. Inferential statistics was performed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using a SmartPLS 3.0 program consisting of two phases, the measurement model and the structural model. The results of data analysis in the measurement phase indicated that the measurement model was declared fit (good) and met the reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity. In the phase of structural model, it indicated that p-care BPJS acceptance model in the primary health centers was formed by Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) through Attitude towards use of p-care BPJS and Behavioral Intention to use p-care BPJS. Goodness of Fit (GoF) index of this model was 0.741. It is good or fits the model. The R2 for the model was 0.790. This means that the diversity of behavioral data of p-care BPJS use in primary health centers that can be explained by the construct is 79%, the remaining 21% is explained by other constructs that are not included in the model. The determinant of p-care BPJS acceptance model in the primary health centers is Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU). Thus, users of p-care BPJS need to be trained on an ongoing basis to keep up to date in understanding the latest version.

Abstract

Development of ZnO particles research is current quite rapidly, especially in the fields of medicine and energy. ZnO Particle morphology during the process of synthesis using spray pyrolysis systems highly influential in its application the future. Our research group has developed a system of tubes spray pyrolysis reactor with the electrical heater. Physical phenomena that occur in the processing of particles, simulated in the form of a mathematical equation, useful for the experimental spray pyrolysis as there some parameters such as carrier gas flow (Q), the temperature of reactor walls (Tw), the number concentration of droplets that enter reactor (No), and the size of initial droplet diameter (dPo). The modelling parameters provide system optimization and prediction of particle morphology formed from experiments.

Abstract

Number of rectors have become more and more from year to year, and there are currently around 800 reactors operated around the world. Fast breeder reactor then is one of the new types of reactors design, that are still being developed. Then the corrosion resistance of steels used in reactor, is one focus of today researches, due to the corrosive nature of material immersed in high temperature molter liquid metal, as Pb coolant. A strong interaction between the atoms of steels with molten metal at high temperatures causes of occurrence of diffusion processes between the steel and the cooling material. Self diffusion coefficient is a physical parameter that may be used to identify the corrosivity of steel. The choice of using the selected material than is crucial in nuclear reactors design. The corrosion simulations were run using LAMMPS molecular dynamics software. This simulation showed that adding Cr in the FeCr was placed in the center of liquid lead does not have effect for self diffusion of iron.

Abstract

Landslide that occurred in the district of Panti, Jember is still leaving concerns the people in the region are affected by the loss of lives and huge material losses. To anticipate the same loss in the future, it is necessary to increase the capacity of community through the establishment of early warning systems in areas prone to landslides locations. The long term goal of this research is to provide emergency response preparedness landslides, so that in the event of micro ground motion at the site of the landslide-prone, the public can readily evacuate to a safe place. By increasing the capacity of the technical aspects, the expected loss and damage caused by landslides can be minimized. The specific objectives are to produce a tool to improve early warning systems through disaster preparedness landslides. The research activity is to make a sensor-based of detection tools of landslides. The working principle of the tool is to know the movement of soil micro-automatically. This tool uses an Arduino to control the working of the entire system, and laser Photodioda sensor used for detecting a shift in the soil due to landslides. From the test results, the voltage available at the time the distance between the laser sensor and the sensor is 50 cm high from the seventh sensor voltage of 0.4 volts whereas when the distance between the laser and the sensor 600 cm is the seventh largest of the voltage sensor at 0:13 volts. This tool can work well in the detection sensor to ground movement.

Abstract

Decision-making problem is the process of determines the best options of all feasible alternative. In some problems, decision-making process involves the attributes of linguistic as in scholarship interview, which is one of the multi-objective decision-making (MODM) problem. The aim of this paper is to apply Fuzzy TOPSIS method in scholarship interview. Scholarship Interview that defined in this paper was implemented to  candidates by  questions for each candidate and assessed by  interviewers. Technique for the Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method. The basic principle of the TOPSIS method is to choose the alternative that has similarity with the ideal solution. So that the TOPSIS method can be applied in a scholarship interview, in the first step is used fuzzy method to reduce the -dimensional objective space to be one-dimensional objective space. Then applied the TOPSIS steps by fuzzy approaching to find the best alternative. In this paper will be used a scholarship interview case to illustrate more obviously steps. With this approach, the determination of the scholarship recipients can be more powerful and assured.

Abstract

Given that two natural numbers r, k. By a proper total k-coloring of a graph G, we mean a map c : V (G) ∪ E(G) → {1, 2, . . . , k}, such that any two adjacent vertices and incident edges receive different colors. A total r-dynamic coloring is a proper k-coloring c of G, such that ∀v ∈ V (G), |c(N(v))| ≥ min{r, d(v) + |N(v)|} and ∀e ∈ E(G), |c(N(e))| ≥ min{r, d(v) + d(u)}. The total r-dynamic chromatic number, written as χ ”r(G), is the minimum k such that G has an r-dynamic total k-coloring. A total r-dynamic coloring is a natural extension of r-dynamic coloring in which we consider more condition of the concept, namely not only assign a color on the vertices as well as on the edges. Consequently, this study will be harder. In this paper, we will initiate to analyze a total r-dynamic of an edge comb product of two graphs, denoted by H D K, where H is path graph and K is any special graph. The result shows that the total r-dynamic chromatic number of Pn D K.
