Abstract

This paper will present the dimensions of women in the context of environmental relations with culture, social interaction, and gender in the short story Pakoh Bumi Di Ujung Pertarungan by Nurillah Achmad. The interpretive descriptive method is used to analyze and interpret data from material objects. The superiority of the subsistence lifestyle of the main character that is highlighted in this short story is the traditional feminine behavior that is able to support efforts to save the piles. The data and data sources are in the form of words, sentences, and paragraphs that indicate the existence of women and the form of the domination of patriarchal culture towards gumuk and women in the short story. The results showed: (1) the form of the dominance of patriarchal culture on gumuk and women was found: gumuk transactions, (2) the subsistence lifestyle of the main character as an effort to save the gumuk was found: traditional feminine values.

Abstract

The Community in this Partnership Service Program is the Museum BalumbungSitubondo Foundation (YMBS), which is a cultural heritage preservation organization based in Situbondo. Three main problems to solve this community problems is the lack of knowledge of YMBS human resources regarding: 1) megalithic cultural heritage; 2) mastery of IT and online publications; 3) museum curatorial. The approach method used is in the form of community empowerment. Operationally, the community empowerment approach method is realized in the form of activities: 1) megalithic cultural dialogue; 2) field practice assistance to megalithic sites in Situbondo; 3) IT-based cultural heritage publication training; 4) video creation assistance; 5) museum curatorial training; and 6) museum curatorial practice assistance. Its external achievements are: 1) Balumbung Museum Collection Catalog which can be accessed online; 2) Description of the Balumbung Museum Collection; 3) Videos About Balumbung Museum Collection.Keywords: Empowerment, BalumbungCommunity, Heritage, Situbondo

Abstract

Data mining is a process of detecting interesting patterns and knowledge from large amounts of data. Data mining has several tasks, one of them is classification. Classification is a process of grouping data into certain classes based on the variables. There are various methods to complete classification. The method that is often used for classification is Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC). This is because NBC is considered an easy and efficient method. NBC is a combination of naïve (the condition between variables are assumed to be independent) and Bayes theorem. The assumption of independent variables in NBC can sometimes result in unfavorable results in classification. This can be avoided by adding the C5.0 algorithm to NBC. C5.0 algorithm is an algorithm that is useful for selecting variables based on information gain value. The algorithm is run before classifying with NBC. This study discusses about theory of classification using NBC with C5.0 algorithm. C5.0 algorithm added to NBC can optimize classification and know the most influential variables. Abstract

Image is a digital media that is easy to change, so it is susceptible to being used for crime. Image changes may be affected by the unstable internet during transmission or deliberate manipulation of images for specific purposes. Hence, we need a tool to determine the authenticity of the image. One strategy that can be used is to insert code into the entire image, so that any changes to the image information can be detected. The insertion process performed by dividing the image into several blocks, where the size of each block is adjusted according to the size of the magic square order 3. For the authentication process, the image that has been manipulated will be counted for each pixel. The results show that the manipulated image can be detected. The parts of the image that have changed can be identified because the pixel value doesn’t satisfy the magic square rule. Keywords: Authentication, Image, Magic Square, Pixel

Abstract

Background: tissue integrity disorders are the most common symptoms found and complained about by people with Diabetes Mellitus; this occurs due to macroangiopathy that can trigger vascular insufficiency and nerve damage so that if there is pressure/friction, it is easier to cause open wounds on the surface of the skin The purpose of this case study is to find out more specifically significant minor signs and symptoms and interventions based on SDKI and SIKI. Method: This study is a study that uses descriptive analysis from secondary data from the Case Report of the D3 Nursing Study Program, University of Jember, Lumajang Campus, for the period 2018 – 2021. Univariate data analysis was performed to assess major and minor data and establish diagnoses based on SDKI and SIKI. Results: There were a total of 29 Diabetes Mellitus patients. There are major signs of 100% tissue/layer damage to the skin, and two minor signs, namely 79% pain and 72% redness. Eight interventions are often carried out. Namely 100% wound care, 48% health education, collaboration with other medical personnel 41%, infection protection 27%, other activities 20%, and there are additional interventions, namely modern dressing, 27%, and metronidazole compresses 24%. Conclusion: Enforcement of nursing diagnoses and interventions of skin/tissue integrity disorders will be easier to do with the support of the results of clinical evidence-based practices related to major and minor signs and the most effective, efficient and successful interventions based on SDKI and SIKI.

Abstract

Covid-19 is still a global concern. From the first time, this virus was detected, on December 31, 2019. As of March 20, 2022, there were 460 million positive cases of Covid-19, with 6.06 million deaths worldwide. The high number of Covid-19 cases is due to the rapid spread of this virus. One way to prevent the spread of this virus is by early detection of the disease and mapping the influence factors .The classification method with the support vector machine (SVM) method in machine learning can predict individuals diagnosed as positive for Covid-19 and who do not use the factors considered influential. Traditionally this can also be done with a generalized linear model (GLM). This study aims to compare two methods (SVM and GLM) in predicting individuals diagnosed as positive for Covid-19. In addition, this study also conducted an ensemble between SVM and GLM to determine whether the ensemble performed could produce better accuracy than the single classifier (SVM and GLM). The results showed that the accuracy with SVM and GLM was relatively high. However, SVM is slightly superior with 98.91% accuracy, and GLM with 95.64% accuracy. Meanwhile, the ensemble of both models achieved 98.91% accuracy, as high as SVM. Keywords: Covid-19, Klasifikasi, Machine Learning SVM, GLM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was tooderermine (1) teacher activities innproblem based learning on trigonometric comparison material. (2) Student activities in problem-based learning on trigonometric comparison material. (3) Improvement of high-order thinking skills of class XI students on trigonometric comparison materials through problem-based learning mathematics. This study usess quantitative approach, the research design iss one group pretest-posttest design. Theepopulations and sample are alls class XI SMK PGRI 3 as many as 21 students. Thee sampling techniquee iss simple random sampling. Data analysis used t-test analysis. Based on the results the study, it was concluded thats: (1) Teacher activity in problem-based learning on trigonometric comparison material, in good category with an activity score of 75. (2) Student activity in problem-based learning on trigonometric comparison material, very category good with an activity score of 87.5. (3) There is ann increase in high-order thinking skill off class XI students in trigonometric comparisons through problem-based learning mathematics. This can be proven from t-count 10,542 t-table 2,086 with sig. (2-tailed) att aa significant level off , soo thats H0. is rejected and Ha. is accepted with thee result that thee pretest score of 58.67 increases in theeposttest value of 79.3. Abstract

A coffee grinder is a tool for grinding coffee beans into coffee grounds. A manual coffee grinder consists of three parts, namely the container, the body, and the swivel. In this study, a manual coffee grinder was modeled by combining Bezier curves, Hermit curves and tube deformation results. Manual coffee grinder modeling processes are divided into four stages. The first, modeling the manual coffee grinder by dividing into two models, namely model A and model B. The second, determining the size of the manual coffee grinder components based on the model. The third, modeling manual coffee grinder components. Finally, combine the ingredients to produce a complete and varied manual coffee grinder. The result of this study is a manual coffee grinder component procedure that varies with the deformation technique. The deformation techniques used are dilation and translation. Abstract

Based on the background of the researchers on the results of field observations, the lack of active learning in the classroom resulted in students feeling they did not understand the learning material. This is because teachers still implement learning with lectures that do not use android-based learning media. For this reason, Android-based technology using Adobe Flash CS6 was developed so that students become active in learning, making it easier for students to understand learning material. This study aimed to produce learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 for equations and inequalities for linear absolute values ​​of one variable. This study uses the ADDIE development model, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Validation is carried out by media experts, material experts, and practitioners. The developed media was tested on 20 students of class X MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 3 Kediri. Development of learning media based on Adobe Flash CS6 in the form of the "MARBLE MATH" application that experts have validated with a percentage of 72% from media experts in the "valid" category, no need for revision, then the rate of assessment from material experts is 90% with a "very valid" and unnecessary category revision. The last is the percentage of the evaluation from expert practitioners, 84% ​​, with the criteria for the validity of the learning media category "very valid" and can be used without revision. Abstract

Data security needs to be maintained so that the messages sent to someone are not known by an unauthorized users. One of the data security techniques that can be applied is cryptography. Cryptography is a science and art to keep messages secure when messages are sent from one place to another. In this study, modification of Electronic Code Book and Merkle-Hellman Knapsack algorithms will be applied to secure messages. This research uses Matlab to create a program. The weaknesses of ECB and Merkle-Hellman Knapsack algorithms will be overcome by modifying key and XOR operations. The result of ciphertext is a random numbers which are difficult to understand by unauthorized users. In addition, the message pattern on the same plaintext no longer produces the same ciphertext. Ciphertext can be decrypted well even though the size is two times or longer than plaintext. This is proved by plaintext from the results of decryption is same as the original plaintext.
