Abstract

Continuous professional development of vocational teachers is a strategic effort to increase the competence of professional vocational teachers in a planned and structured. Professional vocational teachers have mastery of competencies demands a comprehensive multi-dimensional. Competency professional standards based on juridical regulation, which includes professional competence, personal competence, social competence and ped-agogical competence. Multi-professional competence of vocational teachers increasingly complex, because the substance of technological and vocational extremely varied and has very wide dimensions. The dynamics of technological and vocational education has a high acceleration, in line with the development of business and industry. The substance of the subject matter and learning model developed adaptive and portable, so as to synchronize the changes that occur. This paper will identify a comprehensive identity-based teacher professional culture-based model 'Raymond Gagnon'. Teacher professional identity associated with the technical efforts undertaken vocational teachers in West Java in an effort to improve the mastery of basic prerequisite's professional teacher competency standards. Descriptive analysis was conducted to describe the specific technical efforts in improving professional skills had been done, either individually, or in groups of formal institutions. The final result can be seen mapping profile in a structured continuous professional development and conceptual provide strategic impact to the renewal of knowledge and the improvement of teaching practices in the classroom teacher. Abstract

Tuj uan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, antara siswa yang mengunakan media animasi dengan siswa yang menggunakan media power point sebagai media tayang. Seting pembelajaran di l akukan pada mata pelajaran D KTM khususnya pada kompetensi dasar mengetahui si mbol dan cara kerj a komponen pneumatik. Penel itian menggunakan metode quasi eksperi men dengan posttest only control group design. Data diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar terhadap 80 siswa yang terdiri atas 44 siswa pada kelas kontrol dan 36 si swa pada kel as eksperi men. H asi l penel iti an menunj ukkan rata-rata hasi l bel aj ar siswa pada kelas eksperi men sebesar 57,48, lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol sebesar 39,68. Penguj ian hi potesis menunj ukkan penggunaan media ani masi mekanisme komponen pneumati k hasi l pengembangan sebagai media tayang memberi kan hasi l bel aj ar yang l ebi h bai k di bandingkan dengan menggunakan power point.

Abstract

Environmental literacy as individual knowledge and understanding of aspects of the build environment, the principles that occur in the environment, and is able to act in maintaining environmental quality which is applied in everyday life. Changes in the environment each year will occur both in local and global contexts, so the goal of increased environmental literacy is to prepare people who understand and can cope with environmental issues, so it can be prepared reformer environmental agents that have a positive attitude and action on the environment. The purpose of this research is to gain an environmental profile literacy levels of students Vocational High School (SMK) in West Java. To achieve these objectives, the research method used is descriptive research method. The results showed that the knowledge and understanding of vocational students about the environment, including the unfavorable category. This suggests that environmental literacy vocational students are low. Environmental literacy is essential in tackling the environmental problems. This shows that the necessary efforts to improve environmental literacy vocational students. One of the efforts is the learning environment must be integrated on activities intrakulikuler with election materials in line with the skills of vocational students. In the process of learning needs to be done by implementing the learning that adopts konstruksivisme.

Abstract

Keberadaan laboran dan teknisi di suatu laboratorium sangatlah penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan akademik dosen dan mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memotret kinerja tenaga laboran dan teknisi serta ingin mengungkap faktor penunjang dan kendala kinerjanya. Manfaat penelitian ialah bagi pengelola Fakultas dan Jurusan sebagai masukan informasi dalam mengambil kebijakan dalam peningkatan kerja SDM laboran dan teknisi laboratorium. Penelitian ini dilakukan di FT Unnes, variabel yang diamati ialah kinerja laboran dan teknisi dalam menjalankan tugas di laboratorium rekayasa di FT Unnes Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka disimpulkan bahwa (1) Laboran dan teknisi laboratorium rekayasa Fakultas Teknik Unnes memiliki kinerja yang baik pada pelaksanaan dimensi kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, administratif dan profesional (2) Kinerja tenaga laboran dan teknisi laboratorium dipengaruhi oleh adanya faktor penunjang yaitu faktor internal (pribadi) : kemampuan profesi latar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman. Untuk faktor eksternal (lingkungan) : pemimpin yang baik (kepala laboratorium) dalam hal ini koordinasi tugas bagi tenaga laboran/teknisi. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya pelatihan-pelatihan profesi bagi tenaga laboran. Saran yang direkomendasikan ialah : (1) Guna peningkatan kinerja laboran dan teknisi laboratorium rekayasa Fakultas Teknik Unnes perlu adanya koordinasi pengelolaan manajemen laboratorium berbasis ISO oleh pimpinan Fakultas bersama Jurusan/Prodi.(2) Perlu adanya penyegaran keilmuan dan ketrampilan bagi laboran dan teknisi melalui pelatihan-pelatihan teknis laboratorium baik internal maupun di luar kampus.

Abstract

Basic Competency in Vocational subjects in Mechanical Engineering, vocational students have always faced the problems associated with engineering science to be done to establish the expected curriculum vocational competence. One solution that is considered suitable to solve the problem is the application of problem based learning, problem-solving method based discussion group. With the implementation of the model is expected to improve learning outcomes and student activities. The research method is a method of Classroom Action Research. The results showed that the application of problem based learning-based discussion group can improve student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain of the N-Gain 0.71 in the high category. The average value of 82.12 in the affective domain of the positive category and the average value of 90.9 in the psychomotor domain of very good category, while the average value of student activities at the low category.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan serta sumbangan efektif kesiapan belajar, lama pembelajaran, kesesuain tempat dengan hasil prakerin peserta didik kompetensi keahlian TKJ di SMK Kota Batu. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 48 peserta didik yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi nilai hasil prakerin dan angket. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi ganda dan regresi ganda. Hasil uji hipotesis keempat variabel menghasilkan nilai Sig (p) = 0,000 (kesiapan belajar), 0,013 (lama pembelajaran) dan 0,000 (kesesuain tempat) dan 0,000 (partisipasi DU/DI) sehingga H0 diterima. Jadi, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel kesiapan prakerin, variabel lama proses prakerin, variabel kesesuain tempat prakerin dan variabel partisipasi DU/DI dengan hasil prakerin peserta didik kompetensi keahlian TKJ di SMK Kota Batu pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil uji regresi ganda diperoleh nilai Sig (p) = 0,000 0,05, sehingga H0 diterima. Jadi, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kesiapan prakerin, lama proses prakerin, kesesuain tempat prakerin dan partisipasi DU/DI secara bersama-sama dengan hasil prakerin peserta didik kompetensi keahlian TKJ di SMK Kota Batu pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Abstract

Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory 6M merupakan model pembelajaran terpadu. Pendidikan kewirausahaan merupakan proses pembelajaran penanaman tata nilai kewirausahaan melalui pembiasaan dan pemeliharaan perilaku dan sikap. Melalui Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory yang ditunjang dengan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan, diharapkan siswa mempunyai minat untuk berwirausaha. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Teaching Factory bertujuan untuk membentuk kompetensi siswa melalui satuan kesatuan lingkungan sekolah dengan berbasis pada industri dan ditunjang dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dalam pembentukan mental kewirausahaan. Abstract

This study aims at determining the relevance of skills in processing software Corel Draw 13, digital format fashion design result, as well as the relevance between the two variables under study. Population and sample of this study are 31 students of Fashion Design Management, Fashion Studies Program, PKK FPTK UPI, class 2005 and 2006. The method used is descriptive correlational method. Data collection is conducted by assessing the tasks in Applied Computer courses and digital format fashion design task Fashion Design class. The data is then processed using statistical calculation/analysis. The results show that participants tend to have very high ability in processing software Corel Draw 13. The qualities of digital format fashion design that are created are mostly at very high criteria. In addition, coefficient of determination obtained in level of confidence 95% and 99% obtains is 81%. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant functional relationship between the ability of processing software Corel Draw 13 and quality of digital format fashion designs created.
