This research was aimed to describe the condition of infrastructure facilitiesof basic education based on the standard of school facilities and infrastructure/public madrasah (Permendiknas no. 24 2007). The results illustrate that the vast majority of school buildingsare in accordance with the standards established. Classrooms a splaces of teaching and learning in most primary schools have been very adequate. Only still found some schools that do not have the staff room, principal room, UKS space, prayer room, and werehouse representative in order to support teaching and learning activities. But still there are schools that less attention and support facilities not regularly carry out maintenance of the building. For schools that are in the main street, still unable to overcome the noise caused by traffic so that it can interfere with teaching and learning activities. The existence of the school adjacent to the crowd as the market also require attention to reduce the disruption of teaching and learning activities.

Cooperative Learning Model in Fashion Analysis Study and it’s Role in Increasing Student’sMotivation and Study Result, was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach,going through four cycle in order to solve problem and until the problem is solved. The key incooperative learning is learning to collaborate in a cooperative group. When students study in group, anopen study atmosphere will be created in terms of partnership, because at that very exact moment acollaborative learning process will be born in a symbiotic personal relationship. And at that moment also,peer group and cooperative learning pattern will be developed. To experience happiness and sadness,failure and success together. Having responsible for everyone else in the group, besides the responsibilityfor themselves, in learning faced material. This situation will increase student’s motivation in FashionModel Analysis, particularly fashion pattern scattering.

Korean Wave called Hallyu is the most phenomenal global culture that spread around the world as well as Indonesia. Along with Hallyu syndrome, plastic surgery began to be known by the Korean fans in Indonesia. Participation of the media, in particular, information technology became an important key by the Korean wave invasion. Korean idol who is so pretty and charming make Korean fans want to emulate his idol. This study aims to discuss how the views of Indonesian young women within decision making undergo plastic surgery in beauty experience as the effect of the Korean wave invasion. Data were collected using a qualitative method by face-to-face interviews. Purposive sampling will be used for election respondent to Indonesian young women as Korean fans. The findings from this study show that Indonesian young women wish to have a face and body like a Korean idol. However, they did not even think to undergo plastic surgery. Culture, religious, and social expectations are the reason they do not undergo plastic surgery. They prefer to empower themselves through cosmetic skills in make-up and exercising. And it is used as a vocational guidance especially in beauty experience.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada pembelajaran prinsip kerja komponen pneumatik berbantuan multimedia interaktif. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan evaluatif dengan pendekatan research and development. Tahapan penelitian sampai pada uji coba terbatas. Subyek penelitian merupakan kelas XI Kompetensi Keahlian Mekatronika di SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi dengan jumlah sampel 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian angket, observasi dan tes berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran berbantuan multimedia interaktif efektif digunakan pada materi prinsip kerja komponen pneumatik. Berdasarkan hasil angket, terdapat pengaruh yang positif pada peningkatan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran sistem pneumatik. Media pembelajaran berbantuan multimedia interaktif ini memiliki pengaruh yang positif pada peningkatan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran sistem Pneumatik. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest media pembelajaran berbantuan multimedia interaktif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap prinsip kerja komponen pneumatik. Performance appraisal is a formal and structured system of measuring and assessing employees’ work performance using performance standards defined by organization. The focus of performance appraisal is to determine the employee productivity, whose results can later be used to motivation the employees to work better. If poor performance appraisal is found, the organization should follow up by providing training so that the employees are able to improve the performance as expected by the organization. Performance appraisals should have validity, agreement, realism, and objectivity, so that the result can be beneficial to the employee being assessed, the assessment team and the company.

One of the most important parts to improve the ability to read drawings in learning process is students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interaction on a subject of reading technical drawings, which are often overlooked by school. This study aims to investigate the influence of students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interaction on achievement in the subject of reading technical drawings. The study shows that there is a correlation between students’ learning readiness and their academic achievement, which is 0,45; the correlation between teaching-learning interactions exists in the level of 0,67; there is a correlation between students’ learning readiness and teaching-learning interactions in the level of 0,34; and there is a correlation of students’ learning readiness and teaching-learning interaction on academic achievement, which is 0,71. The coefficient for the variable of students’ readiness and teaching-learning interaction is significant in the level of significance α = 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the students' learning readiness and teaching-learning interactions between teachers and students provide a meaningful/significant impact on the academic achievement in reading technical drawings subject

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbaikan dalam proses pembelajaran, mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan melakukan pengembangan keterampilan guru melalui model pembelajaran snowball throwing yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 14 Bandung. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil pembelajaran, aktivitas siswa dan kinerja guru di akhir siklus. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.

The policy to increase ratio of the number of students between vocational high school (SMK) and senior high school (SMA) being 70:30 in 2014, needs to be supported by policy to improve both quality and quantity of teachers, infrastructures, diversification of skills, and absorption of graduates in job market. Using quantitative descriptive approach, this research reveals that availability of infrastructures in all vocational high schools in Bandung city at present, and how the projection in the future. The result of this research shows that at present situation, when the comparison of the number of students SMK:SMA is 50:50, it proves that generally SMK with state status just fulfill exactly about 75% equipment and quality in accordance with infrastructure national standards.

The unceasing globalization has a great influence on the lifestyle of the young generation of Indonesia, including habit to consumed fast food. Many research proved, fast food was not good for health. Habit of eating fast food in Indonesia increased from day to day, especially in the adolescent. This is very dangerous because not only bad for health, but also threat our culture. In general, the aim of this study was to conduct a preliminary study in order to develop traditional foods as a nutrition education media for adolescent. The study de-sign was cross sectional, the respondents were students in junior high school in Bandung. Sampling Technique done by purposive. There were 85 respondents. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge about traditional street food from Sundanese are divided into three categories. 40% had a good knowledge, 34% had fair knowledge and 26% had a poor knowledge. Perceptions of respondents about the importance of having knowledge about traditional foods is 41.2% consider it important. Perceptions of the media information that can be used to educate traditional food are posters in schools (37.65%), brochures (4.71%), computer programs (34.14%) and program /application in smart phone (23.53%).
