Abstract

The background of this study is based on the low awareness of state’s defense in our society. It can be assumed that the state defense education in order to emergetheir awareness is still quite relevant and needed for this era and the future. Furthermore, the existing format needs to be updated to adjust the social condition. It should be more concrete and realistic in order to avoid the abstract and monotony indoctrination theory activities. This study applied a qualitative approach by case study method. Then, the data was obtained by interviews, observation, and documentation study. The researcher conducted the study in State Defense Education Rindam III Siliwangi located at Jalan Raya Cikole, Lembang.Keywords : State’s Defense Education, Nationalism, Patriotism.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of student organization that is related in the protocol in Protokoler Bumi Siliwangi UPI organization develop student leadership attitude. This research approach is qualitative descriptive method, to get the real and factual descriptian. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, literature study, study documentation and triangulation. The research found that 1) a curriculum Protokoler Bumi Siliwangi UPI organization referred to the rules of life (perdub), which governs the education and training (training); 2) the main of activity in the Protokoler Bumi Siliwangi UPI organization are divided into two: internal and external. Internal activities are activities of realization of the program of work, while the external activity is Keprotokoleran service activities; 3) methods used in developing the leadership style of leadership is democracy collaborated with authorit, and the responsibilities are distributed, and 4) the constraints faced by Protokoler Bumi Siliwangi organization UPI in developing attitude student leadership are contraints of personal and technical in field.Keywords: The Student Organization, Character, Leadership

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang dijadikan perubahan dan penataan dalam kaitannya dengan kurikulum 2013 adalah penataan standar penilaian yang disesuaikan dengan pada standar isi, standar kompetensi lulusan dan standar proses. Meskipun demikian, pada akhirnya penataan penilaian tersebut tetap bermuara dan berfokus pada pembelajaran. Penilaian keterampilan menuntut peserta didik mendemonstrasikan suatu kompetensi tertentu. Penilaian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah pengetahuan yang sudah dikuasai peserta didik dapat digunakan untuk mengenal dan menyelesaikan masalah dalam kehidupan sesungguhnya (real life). Ketuntasan belajar untuk keterampilan ditentukan oleh satuan pendidikan, secara bertahap satuan pendidikan terus meningkatkan kriteria ketuntasan belajar dengan mempertimbangkan potensi dan karakteristik masing-masing satuan pendidikan sebagai bentuk peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan kurikulum 2013 masih memiliki berbagai kendala yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor. Namun, faktor yang dominan adalah keinginan atau kemauan guru dalam menerapkan sistem penilaian tersebut. Selain itu, masih diperlukan peran serta dari berbagai pihak dalam mensukseskan penerapan sistim penilaian keterampilan pada kurikulum 2013 ini. Pemerintah sebaiknya terus melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru pada aspek penilaian keterampilan.

Abstract

Kesenian sebagai wujud kebudayaan masyarakat, memiliki nilai kebajikan yang patut diterapkan serta dipertahankan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu kesenian yang berkembang di Daerah Jawa Barat yaitu kesenian Ronggeng Gunung di Sanggar Penggugah Rasa Desa Ciulu. Kesenian Ronggeng Gunung merupakan kesenian khas Sunda yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Ciulu. Pemaknaan nilai kearifan lokal merupakan salah satu upaya mengembangkan karakter masyarakat yang pada akhirnya membentuk budaya kewarganegaraan (civic culture). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi pengembangan budaya kewarganegaraan (civic culture) melalui Kesenian Ronggeng Gunung yang berbasis nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Desa Ciulu, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Eksistensi Kesenian Ronggeng Gunung pada masyarakat Desa Ciulu cukup baik terlihat dari respon antusias masyarakat; (2) Kesenian Ronggeng Gunung mengandung nilai kearifan lokal yaitu nilai sosial, nilai moral/etika, nilai kepercayaan/religi, dan nilai estetika; (3) Pelaksanaan penampilan Ronggeng Gunung memiliki fungsi hiburan, keperluan upacara adat, serta media pendidikan nilai masyarakat; (4) Faktor pendukung Kesenian Ronggeng Gunung yaitu keterlibatan dan respon antusias dari masyarakat dalam pertunjukan, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kendala yang dihadapi sanggar maupun masyarakat dalam mempertahankan Ronggeng Gunung.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSaat ini pendidikan dituntut untuk terus berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih. Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi di sekolah saat ini lebih menekankan kepada Hard Skills dan kurang menekankan kepada Soft Skills. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam praktiknya pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah masih banyak yang berjalan  apa adanya yang mana pembelajarannya masih memindahkan pengetahuan dari guru kepada siswa, maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diterapkan model Discovery Learning dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan aspek Soft Skills siswa khusunya dalam kemampuan berkomunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas guru, dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil observasi pada pembelajaran PKn melalui model Discovery Learning kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh presentase 29,62%, pada tindakan siklus II mengalami peningkatan yaitu diperoleh presentase 54,83%, dan pada tindakan siklus III diperoleh presentase 70,16%. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model Discovery Learning pada pembelajaran PKn dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi siswa.

Abstract

The study entitled "Integration of Enterprise Values in Civic Education Efforts to Establish Economic Civic in Senior High School 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya District`s". This explains is Civic Education as a subject that was developed a the level of schooling that can form the economic civic. The data in this study were collected through the use of observation, interviews, documentary studies, and literature. Based on the data analysis can beunderstood that the integration of entrepreneurial values in Civic Education actualized in three stages, namely (1) lesson planning, (2) the implementation of learning, and (3) evaluation of learning. The three stages of learning needs analysis was conducted based on Civic Education based entrepreneurial values.

Abstract

Religious values already owned Indonesian nation long before the proclamation of August 17, 1945. Before the entry of religion into the public Nusantara Indonesia already have the confidence to fulfill his spiritual side as human beings, in the form of trusting belief in spirits (anismime) which is one reflection of that spiritual values of Indonesian society has been formed long before the influence of religion entering into the archipelago. Anti-corruption education should make the implementation of theories of value is derived from the theory of the "golden rule" as a basis. Research on the Implementation of Values on God as an Elementary Education Against Corruption (Descriptive Study of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Fakfak and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Fakfak) is using a qualitative approach. In this study, researchers hope to find the existence of such realism is believed to Kant, a transcendental idealism. Through observation and interviews that the researcher did and came to the conclusion how the implementation of values on God as the basis of anti-corruption education.

Abstract

In the opinion of Willis (2009, page 66) from a broken home will be born children who experienced a personality crisis, so any custom behavior. They are susceptible to interference. The case of a broken home is often found in schools with poor adjustment, such as lazy learning, aggressive, ditching, and love against the teacher. Therefore to minimize misconduct and develop custom character comity and responsibility among students despite the family conflict (broken home) Students should be given particular character education comity character and responsibility. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collected through observation, interviews, library research and study documentation. Subjects in this documentation are: Coordinator of Guidance and Counselling teachers, civic education teachers, homeroom, students broken home who were randomly selected, As well as the parents of a broken home. The study found that: 1. Student broken home has character and responsibility comity. The first education given within the family With regard to the education of character, making every student to know and understand the importance of having and practicing an attitude of respect and character of such responsibilities. 2. Factors that can shape and influence the development of the character and attitude of respect is the responsibility of environmental factors and education. Be a family first and foremost in providing direction, guidance and education on which the child lives.3. Student broken home have not been able to practice the two main characters properly. As well, they were able to practice the comity character, but have not been able to practice Character responsible attitude, and vice versa. 4. Efforts are made of the school in terms of fostering an attitude of respect and character of the student's responsibility broken home in a social interaction In school is to conduct coaching and guidance on a regular basis. In addition, the school collaborates with the parents. The school and parents must come together in terms of educating, guiding, nurture, observe, supervise, as well as cultivate an attitude of respect character and responsibility.Keywords : Comity, Responsible, Family, Broken Home, Social Interaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran serta masyarakat Kecamatan Mejobo dalam rangka mewujudkan program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa masyarakat di Kecamatan Mejobo berperan serta aktif dalam mewujudkan program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Namun, peran serta tersebut hanya dilakukan oleh mereka yang berada pada lapisan elite masyarakat, yakni: a) tokoh masyarakat dengan menjadi komite sekolah, b) keluarga dengan menggunakan jasa pelayanan pendidikan, c) pengusaha dengan memberikan sumbangan material bagi sekolah, serta d) organisasi kemasyarakatan dengan mendirikan sekolah dan menyantuni anak-anak yatim baik itu yang masih ataupun sudah putus sekolah.

Abstract

Program desa sadar hukum merupakan kebijakan yang menarik untuk dikaji, karena program tersebut memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat sebagai pendukung penyelenggaraan negara hukum di Indonesia. Untuk menjadi desa sadar hukum, suatu desa harus memenuhi kriteria dan melewati beberapa proses pembentukan yang diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala BPHN Nomor: PHN.HN.03.05-73 Tahun 2008 tentang Pembentukan dan Pembinaan Keluarga Sadar Hukum dan Desa/Kelurahan Sadar Hukum. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan secara mendalam mengenai pelaksanaan program desa sadar hukum di Desa Trusmi Wetan, meliputi kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan program desa sadar hukum dan efektivitas pelaksanaan programdesa sadar hukum dalam meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat Desa Trusmi Wetan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif.  Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan program desa sadar hukum di Desa Trusmi Wetan dilakukan mulai dari pengusulan, pembinaan, penilaian, penetapan, dan peresmian. (2) Adapun dari segi efektivitas, pelaksanaan program desa sadar hukum di Desa Trusmi Wetan cukup efektif, karena dapat meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat Desa Trusmi Wetan.
