Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi hasil pra penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas VII-B SMPN 2 Lembang yang mengalami permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan tersebut adalah rendahnya keterampilan kewarganegaraan (civic skills) peserta didik ketika pembelajaran PPKN. Tujuan  penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan kewarganegaraan (civic skills) pembelajaran PPKn melalui model experiential learning.

Abstract

Sikap dan Upaya Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Cianjur dalam Menanggulangi Kawin Kontrak di Masyarakat (Studi Kasus di Wilayah Kabupaten Cianjur). Dalam rangka mengetahui dan memahami tentang sikap dan upaya Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Cianjur dalam menanggulangi kasus kawin kontrak yang terjadi di masyarakat. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasilnya adalah secara tegas Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Cianjur melarang pelaksanaan kawin kontrak dengan melakukan beberapa upaya yaitu menegakan fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia tentang kawin kontrak, melakukan sosialisasi Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Pernikahan secara formal dan non formal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menggali, menganalisis data yang telah diperoleh di lapangan mengenail implementasi pendidikan karakter BAKU (Baik dan Kuat) melalui program 7 cinta di SMK Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Bentuk implementasi pendidikan karakter BAKU (Baik dan Kuat) melalui program 7 cinta, terdiri dari: (a) cinta ilmu, melalui kajian ilmu, proses pembelajaran (KBM), dan halaqah; (b) cinta puasa, melalui puasa ramadhan, puasa senin-kamis, dan puasa daud; (c) cinta Al-Qur’an, melalui tahsin dan tahfidz; (d) cinta shodaqoh, melalui jum’at bershodaqoh (jumqoh); (e) cinta masjid, melalui kegiatan shalat berjama’ah; (f) cinta dzikir, melalui dzikir alma’tsurat dan dzikir sesudah shalat; (g) cinta qiamullail, melalui shalat malam

Abstract

Berita hoaks merupakan berita bohong yang disebar luaskan tanpa didasari oleh data dan fakta. Kampanye politik melalui media digital dirasakan lebih mampu dan menarik partisipasi dari masyarakat, namun sangat disayangkan jika di balik proses kampanye tersebut terdapat pihak-pihak yang sengaja menyebarkan informasi dan berita hoaks kepada public demi kepentingan politis. Penyebaran berita di media sosial emrupakan suatu hal yang memberikan dampak pada sikap kepercayaan masyarakat, namun jika berita yang tersebar adalah bohong, maka akan menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif di dalam masyarakat. Sehingga dapat diketahui dari adanya berita hoaks, maka semakin banyak kebenaran tidak lagi relevan bagi pembaca, pendengar, atau prmirsa berita terhadap media informasi yang ada. Implementasi kedaulatan rakyat adalah pelaksanaan pemilu (pemilihan umum). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulann data dengan menggunakan angket, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan presentasi sebesar 72,2%. Artinya terdapat pengaruh berita hoaks dalam kampanye terhadap tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat, maka 37,8% lainnya oleh faktor lain yang diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Student commitment to social values can be shown through compassion, responsibility, and harmony of lifein the neighborhood. These thingsare supposed to build the civic disposition. This study tries to identify factorsthat can affect the students civic dispossition with social commitment variables studied include love (X1), responsibility (X2), and the harmony of life (X3) descriptive research results showan overview of social commitment and civic disposition already well, in particular indicates that the love variables affects the civic dispositions, and the influence of 24.8%, a responsibility variable affects the civic dispositions was much influence by 5.8%, the harmony of life variables affect the civic dispositions, and the influence of 20.2%. Overall social commitment which consists of compassion, responsibility, and harmony of life affects the civic dispositions of 32.1%.

Abstract

This study reviews (1) Influence Civics teacher performance to the development of the discipline of students, (2) Influence of learning atmosphere on the development of the discipline of learners, and (3) Influence of Civics teacher performance and learning atmosphere for the development of the discipline of students. The research uses a quantitative approach with survey method. Data collection using the study questionnaire. The population are class VIII. The number of schools included in the sample amounted to 6 schools. Number of students of class VIII which is composed of as many as 2.368 school sixth respondent. Retrieval technique with multistage random sampling then taken 10% of the total population of each school grade VIII, thus totaling 236 respondents at 95% level of truth. The results showed that (1) Performance Civics teacher influence the development of the discipline of students, (2) learning atmosphere influence the development of the discipline of students, and (3) Performance Civics teachers and learning climate simultaneously influence the development of the discipline of students.Keyword: Civics Teacher Performance, Learning Atmosphere, Development of Discipline of Students Attitudes
