Abstract

Penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam membentuk perilaku positif siswa, meningkatkan kedisiplinan, serta membangun budaya religius di lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar madrasah terus mengembangkan inovasi dalam pengelolaan pendidikan karakter berbasis teknologi untuk menyesuaikan dengan dinamika era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen pendidikan karakter dalam meningkatkan akhlak siswa pada era digital, dengan studi kasus di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darus Sollah, Lumajang. Pendidikan karakter menjadi kebutuhan utama di tengah tantangan arus informasi dan budaya global yang dihadirkan oleh perkembangan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, guru, dan siswa, serta dokumentasi aktivitas pembelajaran karakter berbasis digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan karakter di madrasah ini dilaksanakan secara terencana melalui tiga tahapan utama: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Strategi yang digunakan antara lain pemanfaatan grup WhatsApp kelas, pengiriman video pembinaan akhlak, kutipan islami harian, serta program refleksi dan jurnal perilaku siswa. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut disesuaikan dengan nilai-nilai karakter Islami seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan rasa hormat.

Abstract

Improving teacher quality is a strategic element in improving the quality of national education. However, various structural and systemic challenges still hinder the optimization of teachers' roles in Indonesia. This study aims to identify the main challenges in improving teacher quality and analyze the efforts made through government policies to address these challenges. The research method used is library research, involving the review of various academic literature, policy documents, and relevant research reports. The results of the study show that the main challenges include disparities in teacher competencies and qualifications, uneven distribution of teachers, especially in 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, lack of continuous professional training and development, high administrative burdens, and low teacher welfare and motivation. Analysis of government policies indicates that despite the existence of various programs such as teacher certification, the Teacher Development Program, and the digitization of training, their implementation still faces numerous obstacles. In conclusion, improving teacher quality requires more holistic, integrated, and sustainability-oriented policies, as well as equitable access to professional development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the cooperation of schools and school committees strengthens the characteristics of students at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources. In order to facilitate the data in this study, the author uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study consisted of the Principal of MTs Hidayatul Mubtadi'in. The results of this study indicate that the School and the committee act as advisory agencies, supporting agencies and controlling agencies. The characteristics of students formed after the cooperation of the school and the committee in fulfilling the needs of teaching and learning activities in the form of facilities and infrastructure, namely: religious characteristics, honesty characteristics, tolerance characteristics and discipline characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the best approach in improving teacher work motivation through the role of social leaders at SMP 4 Bataguh Kuala Kapuas Central Kalimantan. The methods used in this study are direct interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The principal of SMPN 4 Bataguh is the focus of this study. The methods used to test the collected data are (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation/display, and (3) verification or inference. The results of the study indicate that social leaders and their role in improving teacher work motivation can be started by providing an approach in the form of emotional and professional support so that teachers are more motivated. A social leader means someone who can communicate not only formally in front of many people, but also becomes a leader who can listen to what teachers need, support teacher performance/programs and others that certainly affect school progress. It is important for social leaders to promote a culture of appreciation and recognition in the school environment. Awards can be formal, such as awards for outstanding teachers, or informal, such as praise and daily recognition. The key to improving teacher work motivation through the role of social leaders is a human-centered approach

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Child-Friendly Schools (Sekolah Ramah Anak/SRA) at Sekolah Alam Bireuen (SABIR), focusing on three main aspects: planning, the availability of educators and education personnel, and the supporting facilities for implementing SRA. The background of this research is the urgency to fulfill children's rights in educational settings, as mandated by Law No. 35 of 2014 and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). This research uses a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that SRA planning at SABIR is carried out in a participatory and contextual manner, involving students through class forums and the student council (OSIS), as well as parents through parenting sessions and community meetings. However, SABIR has not yet received a formal decree (SK) from the local government declaring it an official Child-Friendly School. In terms of educators, two teachers have received independent training related to child rights via the Merdeka Mengajar platform, although no official SRA certification has been granted. Regarding facilities, the school has provided several child-friendly features such as separate toilets, evacuation routes, and open-air classrooms that utilize the natural environment. Nonetheless, limitations still exist, such as the absence of key SRA symbols and a lack of inclusive infrastructure. This study recommends stronger formal support from the government, more structured training for teachers on SRA principles, and further development of facilities rooted in local and ecological values. The findings contribute theoretically to child-friendly school management studies and offer practical insights for schools and policymakers in building inclusive, safe, and joyful learning environments for children

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in supporting the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at SDN 1 Rantodior, Southeast Aceh, with a qualitative approach. The data collection process was carried out through interviews with the principal, teachers, supervisors, and the community, direct observation to understand how CSR plays a role in improving educational facilities, training educators, and community involvement and analyzing documentation. The data were then analyzed using iminteractive and thematic models. The results of the study indicate that the role of CSR in the implementation of SBM at SDN 1 Rantodior Southeast Aceh. Abstract

Campus management development is an important aspect in improving the quality of service and competitiveness of higher education. This study aims to formulate an effective management development strategy at Darul Ulum University, Jombang, with a focus on system modernization, improving human resource (HR) competency, and strengthening stakeholder participation. The research method used is qualitative descriptive through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that the digitalization of the academic system has been running but has not been optimally integrated, and HR competencies are not evenly distributed. Active participation of the academic community in decision making is also still limited. Therefore, the recommended strategies include the implementation of an integrated management system based on information technology, ongoing training for HR, and strengthening communication forums between stakeholders. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of campus management

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at MA AL-UM Probolinggo faces challenges in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning due to the lack of variation in teaching methods. To overcome this, this study aims to analyze the implementation of multimedia-based interactive media in increasing students' motivation to learn. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers and students who use multimedia-based interactive media in PAI learning. The results of the study indicate that users of multimedia-based interactive media are able to increase students' interest and involvement in the learning process. Students are more enthusiastic in learning to understand PAI concepts because of the attractive visual, audio, and animation features. In addition, teachers can also more easily convey material dynamically and interactively. Thus, the implementation of multimedia-based interactive media can be an innovative solution to increase students' enthusiasm for learning at MA Al-Um Probolinggo. The recommendation from this study is further development in the form of a digital platform that can be accessed more widely to support learning effectiveness

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Find out the principal's strategy in formulating the development of school policies that care and have an environmental culture to implement a go green-based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh, West Aceh, (2) Find out the principal's strategy in developing an environmentally based curriculum to implement go green based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh West Aceh, (3) Knowing the principal's strategy in developing participatory based activities to implement a go green based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh and (4) Knowing the school principal's strategy in developing and managing school support facilities to implement a go green-based school at State Elementary School 01 Meulaboh, West Aceh. This research uses qualitative methods. The research findings were obtained (1) Planning for the development of pedagogical competence at SDN Meunasah Ara and SDN Peureumbe, through the preparation of RPPs and syllabi based on the independent curriculum, provides a strong foundation for more structured and relevant learning, which directly supports teacher performance in managing classes and delivering materials effectively and inclusive learning that is relevant to students' needs (2) Implementation of pedagogical competency development carried out by principals, deputy principals and teachers at SDN Meunasah Ara and SDN Peureumbe really supports performance improvement Teacher. Through innovation in learning methods, personal approaches to students, as well as ongoing supervision and training, they are able to create an effective learning environment, which ultimately has a positive impact on improving the quality of learning in the school as well as improving teacher performance (3) Evaluation of the development of pedagogical competence in Kaway XVI District Elementary School, West Aceh has been implemented well, although assessment techniques need to be more varied. Training related to assessment has been carried out, but there needs to be further improvement in facilities and assistance that supports teacher performance in designing teaching that is more effective and responsive to student development, (4) Follow-up to the development of pedagogical competence at SDN Meunasah Ara and SDN Peureumbe involves collaborative learning, intensive mentoring, and the use of technology in project- based assessments. Teachers at both schools routinely analyze assessment results to determine student potential, although most do not involve much student input in learning reflection. Remedial is one of the follow-up actions carried out by teachers to improve the quality of teaching, teacher performance and help students who are having difficulties..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of utilizing digital media in revitalizing the social relations of education personnel. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. This study involved one key informant and nine supporting informants from various roles in educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that digital media can improve the quality of social relations when used interactively, personally, and with an emotional touch. This media not only functions as a means of conveying information, but also as a tool to strengthen collaboration between work units and build closer social connections if utilized with an empathetic approach. Two-way communication, shared moral support, and involvement in non-formal conversations through digital platforms have been shown to increase solidarity and a sense of belonging among education personnel. The contribution of this study is the accuracy of digital media, when used consciously and with attention to the emotional and humanitarian dimensions, can be an important bridge in building harmonious social relations in the educational environment.Keywords: Digital media, Social relations, Education personnel, Revitalization
