Abstract

This research aims to develop a learning product in the form of an E-Module (Electronic Module) based on the Learning Cycle 6E for the sub-material of the distribution of flora and fauna in Indonesia and worldwide for grade XI high school students with established validity standards. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, consisting of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The analysis stage includes student needs analysis, basic competency analysis, and competency analysis. The design stage involves formulating learning objectives, research and evaluation instruments, and the structure of the E-Module. The development stage includes collecting materials, creating the E-Module, distributing and testing with experts, followed by analysis and revision of the results. The implementation stage involves applying the developed E-Module in a classroom trial with students. The final stage is the evaluation stage, which is conducted to analyze errors during the implementation phase and errors in data collection. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember with trial subjects being 34 grade XI IPS 4 students. Research instruments used were validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The validation test results of the E-Module by three experts obtained a score of 93.7% for E-Module expert, 98% for content expert, and 100% for learning practitioner, indicating very valid interpretation and suitability for use without revision. The practicality level of the E-Module was determined based on student responses, with a percentage of 92.3% for small group and 93% for large group, categorized as very practical.

Abstract

AbstractThe main population problem in Indonesia is rapid population growth. Although the rate of population growth has slowed in recent decades, the large population still influences various development sectors, including education, health, and employment. East Banjarmasin District, migration, birth and death rates are the main factors causing high population growth. Rapid population growth in large cities requires planning and management to ensure urban sustainability. This research aims to determine the factors that influence population growth in East Banjarmasin District using a statistical descriptive approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods using secondary data on population growth in East Banjarmasin District from 2018 to 2022. The research method used in the research namely statistics and document study. This research uses secondary data, obtained through related agencies such as the Banjarmasin City Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Banjarmasin City Population Service, and Banjarmasin City Health Service so there is no population and sample. Data processing techniques in this research were carried out using data editing, data transformation (coding), data tabulation, multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. Research results The research results show that the crude birth rate, crude death rate and incoming migration has a strong influence on population growth in East Banjarmasin District. Partially, the influence of the crude birth rate is the most significant main factor influencing population growth in East Banjarmasin DistrictKeywords: Birth Rate, Death Rate, Migration AbstrakMasalah utama kependudukan di Indonesia adalah pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant differences in Geography learning outcomes of students taught by PBL (Problem Based Learning) model compared to PjBL (Project Based Learning). This research is a quasi-experimental research with Pretest Posttest Control Group design. The data collection method used tests that were analyzed by t-tests. This research was conducted in class XI IIS SMAN 10 Medan. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students through the PBL learning model were 83.529 ± 6.801, while the learning outcomes of students with the PjBL model were 82.794 ± 7.092. Although the learning outcomes obtained are different, but the statistical test results show there is no significant difference between the learning outcomes of students taught with PBL and PjBL models α = 0.05 where Ha is rejected while H0 is accepted. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Problem Based Learning, Project Based Learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the water quality of the Cimarinjung River in the Ciletuh Geopark area, Ciwaru Village. The method used in the study was a survey method by taking samples at one location of Cimarinjung River water samples. The results of the study found that the water quality of the Cimarinjung River had some parameters that did not meet the standards required in the water quality standards in Government Regulation Number 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management (Appendix VI concerning Class 1 National Water Quality Standards). Shown by water quality in physical parameters, namely the total solids are sorted by 1369 mg/l which is not in accordance with the requirements (1000 mg/l). The water quality for chemical parmeter, chloride (Cl), was 9340 mg/l exceeding the required limit (300 mg/l). The quality of the biological parameter is APM Esherichia Coli 350 APM/100 ml which exceeds the required limit (100 APM/100 ml).

Abstract

Broad knowledge and open thinking are not widely possessed by the community in the Kelayan riverbank area. This study aims to determine the planning of organization, direction, coordination and control to be able to manage community-based floods in the riverbank area. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a naturalistic approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources obtained through primary data itself which are the subjects of this study include the heads of RT, RW, environmental observers, community leaders and several government officials related to community-based flood management in the area. The research subjects were selected using the Snowball Sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using narrative and discourse analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that planning, organizing and coordination in the Kelayan riverbank community were quite insightful to the community regarding the importance of environmental protection so that natural disasters do not occur, so that organization needs to be considered. Thus, it can be concluded that community-based flood management produces alternatives or solutions so that there is no more flooding in the Kelayan riverbank area, South Banjarmasin District, so that it becomes a safe and comfortable environment to live in.
