Abstract

ABSTRACT:  This study aims to measure the effect of Protean Career Orientation to Well-Being employee’s non PNS Pemko Banda Aceh with Psychological Capital as mediating variable. The sample used in this study were active employee’s totaling 306 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of the HLM analysis indicated that Protean Career Orientation positively influence Well-Being, Protean Career Orientation positively influence Psychological Capital, Psychological Capital influence Well-Being and Psychological mediate the relationship between Protean Career Orientation and Well-Being.

Abstract

This research analyzed: (1) The influence of organizational justice on innovative work behavior (2) The influence of organizational justice on organizational trust (3) The influence of organizational trust on innovative work behavior (4) The influence of organizational justice on innovative work behavior with organizational trust as mediating variable. This research is descriptive causative research. The population in this research is all employees in the Grand Inna Padang Hotel. The number of samples was determined by purposive sampling technique. This research analyzed using regression with SPSS. Regarding the partial mediation model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. The hypothesis testing founds: (1) Organizational justice has positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior in Grand Inna Padang Hotel (2) Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational trust in Grand Inna Padang Hotel (3) Organizational trust has positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior in Grand Inna Padang Hotel (4) Organizational trust mediated the relationship between organizational justice and innovative work behavior in Grand Inna Padang Hotel. This analysis highlights the positive influences for organizational justice and organizational trust on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of internal ownership concentration and information asymmetry of the underpricing of shares in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria, and obtained 93 samples of 155 companies who was listed  in the Indonesia  Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008-2017. The method of analysis used in this study was the method of multiple linear analysis (Multiple Linear Regression). The results showed that: (1)  the ownership concentration has negative and significant effect to Underpricing,. Where the market can find out the high concentration of ownership when the IPO is something that is not too attractive for investors. Majority shareholders try to increase proceedings by making prices higher during the IPO. (2) Information Asymmetry has a significant and significant effect on Underpricing, where illiquid stocks must compensate in the form of a high rate of return.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of the Acquisition Value and Transaction Value on E-Loyalty mediated by E-Satisfaction in the E-Commerce Shoppee among the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample used in this study was 150 Economics and Business Faculty Students. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, purposive sampling is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that the Acquisition Value and Transaction Value have a significant positive effect on E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty, and also the results are obtained that E-Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Acquisition Value and E-Loyalty, and also mediates the relationship between Transaction Value and E- Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workplace bullying on knowledge hiding with moral disengagement as the moderator. Empirical study was conducted on hotel employees at 7 hotels in Kota Banda Aceh using questionnaires as the research instruments. Probability Sampling is used as sampling method with Proportional Random Sampling technique. MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method was used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The result of this research shows that workplace bullying has positive and significant effect on knowledge hiding, moral disengagement has positive and significant effect on knowledge hiding, moral disengagement moderates the effect of workplace bullying on knowledge hiding.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper are to examine and analyse abnormal returns of momentum portofolio on Islamic stocks listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index 30 (JII 30) for the period 2010-2018. The method used in this study is Jagedeesh and Titmant (1993). Winner portfolio is formed by buying stocks with the best return performance in the past and selling stocks with bad returns in the past. Whereas a loser portfolio is formed by buying shares of poor return performance in the past and selling stocks with good returns in the past. Formations and observations used 1,3,6 and 12 months. With portfolio weighting based on equal-weighted and value-weighted. Abnormal return of momentum portofolio when winner minus loser positive. Significant contours are determined by a one-sample t-test using SPSS 25. The study did not find any abnormal return on the Islamic stocks listed on JII 30 for the period 2010-2018. But investors can still use this strategy to increase investment returns on Islamic stocks. Because this strategy still provides positive abnormal returns

Abstract

  Salah satu faktor penting dalam menopang eksistensi perusahaan dalam memajukan kualitas dan manajemen kinerja adalah penguasaan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan kejelasan pengembangan karir. Perusahaan yang bersih dan sehat tentu dikarenakan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Kinerja karyawan akan membaik jika karyawan diberikan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan juga program pengembangan karir yang jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Syariah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Syariah Keutapang yang berjumlah 63 karyawan. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karir baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawang.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to measure “the effect of service quality, trust, and brand image on repurchase intentions on P.O Simpati Star transportation services in the city of Banda Aceh” the sample used in this study was the users of P.O Simpati Star transportation services in the city of Banda Aceh, amounting to 180 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it indicates that service quality, trust, and brand image have a positive effect on repurchase intentions

Abstract

Intellectual Capital Towards Financial Performance of Advertising, Printing and Media Subsector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018.. This study uses a purposive sampling method, from 17 manufacturing companies in the Advertising, Printing and Media sub-sectors,, the samples are in accordance with 13 companies. Data collection in this research was carried out by taking secondary data collected through idx.co.id. The intellectual capital component was developed by using the Value Added Intellectual Capital Coefficient (VAIC ™) developed by Pulic..The company's performance uses profitability ratios, namely Return on Assets (ROA) using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method..This study results that the Value Added of Human Capital (VAHU) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance..While for Value Added Capital Employed (VACE) has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, Value Added Capital Structure (VASC) has a positive and not significant effect. However, VAIC has a positive and significant influence on the Financial Performance of the Advertising, Printing and Media Subsectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018

Abstract

 This study aims to measure the Influence of Physical Risk and Psychological Risk to Revisit Intention with Cognitive Image as a Mediating Variable on Travelers in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study is the tourists who have been and are visiting the city of Banda Aceh, amounting to 310 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM analysis, it indicates that Physical Risk affects Revisit Intention, Psychological Risk Affects Revisit Intention, Physical Risk Affects Cognitive Image, Psychological Risk Affects Cognitive Image, Cognitive Image Affects Revisit Intention, Cognitive Image mediates the relationship between Physical Risk to Revisit Intention, and Cognitive Image mediates the relationship between Psychological Risk to Revisit Intention.
