Abstract

 This study aims to examine the effect of Impulsive buying Influence on Consumer Anxiety That Affects to Compulsive buying and Mediated By Eskapisme investigated at Matahari Department Store in Banda Aceh. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis method used is simple regression and Path Analysis. The results showed that impulsive buying had a positive and significant effect on consumer anxiety, consumer anxiety had a positive and significant effect on escapism, escapism had a positive and significant effect on compulsive Buying and consumer anxiety had a positive and significant effect on compulsive Buying. Mediation testing shows that the Escapism variable mediates the relationship between Consumer Anxiety and Compulsive Buying.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of shopping enjoyment on impulse buying and product browsing as a mediation at consumer of Shopeee among college students of Unsyiah in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study is college students of Unsyiah in Banda Aceh City is totalling 270 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that shopping enjoyment was related to impulse buying, shopping enjoyment significantly influence product browsing, product browsing was related to impulse buying, product browsing partially mediated the relationship between shopping enjoyment and impulse buying.

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the effect of e-service quality, e-recovery service quality on loyalty through perceived value as mediating variable in Shopee customers in Padang. This research is explanatory with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling for customers who had shopped at Shopee sites at least three times, with a sample of 150 respondents. This study uses Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that e-service quality, e-recovery service quality had an effect on perceived value. Perceived value influences loyalty. E-service quality does not affect the loyalty, while e-recovery service quality effect on loyalty. E-service quality does not affect loyalty through perceived value as a mediating variable. Furthermore perceived value mediated relationship between e-recovery service quality and loyalty through. The implication of this research is to increase consumer loyalty to the marketplace site by increasing the quality of electronic services, the quality of electronic service recovery, and the perception of customer value. In general, the quality of services provided by Shopee is good, but there are several indicators that need to be considered and improved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Telkom Institute of Technology in Purwokerto. The sample used in this study was all permanent employees of the Purwokerto Institute of Technology, using non probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques totaling 75 respondents. Statistical analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the stronger the organizational culture in an organization will improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price discounts on the intention to buy sports shoes online that are mediated by trust. This research was conducted in Banda Aceh City. The study population was all teenage consumers aged 18-21 who were domiciled in the city of Banda Aceh and had purchased sports shoes online. whose numbers cannot be known with certainty. The sample size is set at 150 teenagers. Data collection is done by distributing question sheets (questionnaires). Primary data were analyzed by path analysis with the help of SPSS devices. The results of the study explain that price discounts have a significant effect on increasing adolescent consumer confidence in purchasing sports shoes online in Banda Aceh City. Adolescent trust has a significant effect on the intention to buy sports shoes online in Banda Aceh City. Discounted prices have no significant effect on the purchase intention of sports shoes in Banda Aceh City. Consumer trust can enhance the role of mediating the effect of price discounts on the intention to buy sports shoes online.

Abstract

 This study aims to measure the effect of career exploration on career indecision and career anxiety as a mediation at college students of Diploma III in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. The sample used in this study is college students of Diploma III in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University is totalling 203 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that career exploration was related to career indecision, career exploration significantly influence career anxiety, career anxiety was related to career indecision, career anxiety partially mediated the relationship between career exploration and career indecision.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Psychosocial Effects of Driving risks mediated by fatigue of mini bus drivers in Banda Aceh - Langsa. The sample used in this study was a mini bus driver in Banda Aceh - Langsa numbered 110 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling. Regression method hierarchical linear models (HLM) are used as an analysis method for know the effect of all the variables involved. Based on analysis results, indicate that psychosocial influence on risk Driving, Psychological influence on Fatigue, Risk of Driving effect on Fatigue, Psychosocial influence on Risk Driving mediated by fatigue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh corporate governance dalam memprediksi likuiditas saham pada perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitia ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011-2017. Menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 8 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs-situs resmi pasar modal sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 56 observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi ditemukan bahwa corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadap likuiditas saham.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the perceived value on the purchase intention with materialism as a moderating on Counterfeit product of Nike brand. The empirical study was conducted on the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Syiah Kuala University of Banda Aceh. Data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaires, the sample used in this study amounted to 100 people who are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Syiah Kuala University. Nonprobability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. Interaction Test Method, Test Method of Absolute Difference Value, and Residual Test Method is used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the perceived value has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. In addition, the result is that the materialism variable is not moderating the influence of perceived value on the purchase intention of Counterfeit product of Nike brand. Keywords: Counterfeit Products, Perceived Value, Materialism and Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Lately, social media has become a means of obtaining information, digital communication and promotional media for tourism destinations. In other words, social media has the potential to participate in efforts to improve the tourism industry. One of social media that is now widely used to find tourism destinations information is Instagram. This study aims to examine the influence destination awareness to destination image and visit intention. Besides that, this study aims to examine the influence destination image to visit intention. This research was conducted based on quantitative approach. Data collected using online survey and envolved 191 respondent. Data analysis was employed using AMOS-SEM. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that destination awareness have a positive impact on destination image and visit intention. Other result showed that image destination have a positive impact on visit intention
