Abstract

This research aims to knowing the influence of Attraction and Customer Satisfaction with KPR Service Quality at Bank BTN of Banda Aceh. In this research the data used are primary data and secondary data. While the population in this study is all customers who become KPR customers at Bank BTN of Banda Aceh. Where is the sampling in this research use method Non Probability Samplingwhich amounts to 100 customers. The analysis test used in this study isMultiple linear regressionwhere the results show thatAttractiveness has no effect and is not significant on Service Qualityand customer satisfaction has a significant effect on Service Quality

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of effect the psychological capital on the perception of work safety climate which is mediated by job satisfaction in civil servant nurses at RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were the civil servant nurses at RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh is totalling 205 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Proportionated Stratified Random Sampling. The method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved is Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM).Based on the result of the HLM analysis indicated that psychological capital partially influences the perception of work safety climate, psychological capital partially influences the job satisfaction, the job satisfaction partially influences the perception of work safety, and the job satisfaction mediates the psychological capital to the perception of work safety climate.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the influence of business expectations, performance expectations, self efficacy, and trust in customer satisfaction. Empirical study was conducted at Nurul Henna Aceh in Banda Aceh City using questionnaire as research instrument, which the sample in this research is equal to 163 people. Nonprobability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. Multiple linear method is used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that business expectations have a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction, performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and besides obtained the result that there is influence simultaneously to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the structure of concentrated ownership, foreign ownership, and the size of the board of directors on firm performance. Concentrated ownership is assessed using a dummy variable, which is giving a score of 1 for companies that have concentrated ownership and a score of 0 for companies that have spread share ownership, sponsored ownership by adding up the intended shares and the number of shares exchanged, the size of the directors existing with the number of the entire board directors, as well as the firm's performance obtained by the value of Return on Assets. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique on the LQ 45 company index published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013-2018. Obtained from the results of a significant positive significant effect on firm performance. Foreign ownership increases a significant negative on firm performance. The size of the board of directors has a significant positive effect on firm performance

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of price satisfaction and customer perceived value for repurchase intention of Kartu Internet Telkomsel users in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Telkomsel internet card?s user with total of 185 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that price satisfaction positively influence repurchase intention, price satisfaction positively influence customer perceived value, customer perceived value positively influence repurchase intention, customer perceived value mediates partially the relationship between price satisfaction and repurchase intention. Keywords: Price Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention, Customer Perceived Value, Hierarchical Linear Modelling

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Satisfaction and Religiosity on Customer Loyalty of Bank Shariah Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research was customers of Bank Shariah Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh with total 180 respondents. The data collection equipment used was questionnaire. This research used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Service Quality, Satisfaction and Religiosity simultaneously affect on customer Loyalty, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer Loyalty and Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on customer Loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Religiosity, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Banking companies are companies that provide financial services for all levels of society. Over time, the company developed to follow the market demand so that most companies listed their stocks in Indonesia Stock Exchange to obtain additional capital. Of course, with this decision, the company will be owned by investors so that each investor has their respective interests. This study deals with knowing the commitment of independent commissioners, share ownership either insiders (Commissioners, Directors) or outsiders (institutional) to the financial performance measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Tobins'Q. The control variable that is utilized is Firm Size. The sample that is used in this study was 200 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS application. This study proves that the share ownership of both insiders and outsiders does not affect either the Return on Assets (ROA) or the value of Tobins'Q. Independent board has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA), and on Tobins'Q value. While  firm size affects the Return on Assets (ROA) but does not affect Tobins'Q value.

Abstract

The study is to know about the effect from hedonic shopping motivation on compulsive buying behavior in women in Banda Aceh who make online purchases. The sample used in this study was 150 women who had made online purchases in Banda Aceh. The data’s tools which used for this srudy were questionnaires distributed through Google forms. The technique of sampling is Non-probability Sampling, which’s a sampling technique that does not provide random chance. Multiple linear regression (Multiple Linear Regression) used for analysis method to describe the effect from all variables involved.The independent variable show us the result variables Relaxation Shopping and Idea Shopping had significant effect and positive (sig 0.05) on Compulsive Buying. While Adventure Shopping and Value Shopping are not significant (sig 0.05) against Compulsive Buying with a regression coefficient of Relaxation Shopping (X1) 0.205, Idea Shopping (X2) 0.271, Adventure Shopping (X3) 0.189, and Value Shopping (X4)0.145.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of brand image and perceived value on purchase intentions mediated by trust in online hotel booking service users in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were all users of online hotel booking services in Banda Aceh City. The sample is chosen by multiplying the number of indicators by the numbers 5 to 10. In this study there were 17 indicators of all the variables to be tested. Therefore, the sample that must be used in this study must range from 85 to 170 samples. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of HLM analysis, it indicates that brand image influences trust, perceived value influences trust, brand image does not influence purchase intention, perceived value influences purchase intention, trust influences purchase intention, trust mediates the influence of brand image on purchase intention and trust mediate the effect of perceived value on purchase intentions on users of online hotel booking services in Banda Aceh City.    Keywords: Brand image, perceived value, trust, purchase intention A

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of Playfulness, Good Price for Money, Rewards and Mobile Game Loyalty towards Intention to Purchase in Applications for mobile Legends online mobile game application users in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is the user of the online mobile game application Mobile Legends in Banda Aceh, amounting to 200 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved.Based on the HLM results, it indicates that Playfulness has a positive effect on Intention Purchases in the Application, Good Price for Money has a positive effect on Intention Purchases in the Application, Rewards has a positive effect on Intention Purchases in the Application, Playfulness has a positive effect on Mobile Game Loyalty, Good Price for Money has a negative effect to Mobile Game Loyalty, Rewards have a positive effect on Mobile Game Loyalty, Mobile Game Loyalty has a positive effect on Intention to Purchase in the Application, Mobile Game Loyalty partially mediates the Playfulness relationship to Purchase Intention in the Application, Mobile Game Loyalty fully mediates the Good Price for Money relationship Intention to Purchase in the Application and Mobile Game Loyalty partially mediates the relationship of Rewards to the Intention to Purchase in the Application.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur peranan Playfulness, Good Price for Money, Imbalan dan Mobile Game Loyalty terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi pada pengguna aplikasi game mobile online Mobile Legends di Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi game mobile online Mobile Legends di Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 200 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat.  Berdasarkan hasil HLM, mengindikasikan bahwa Playfulness berpengaruh positif terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi, Good Price for Money berpengaruh positif terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi, Imbalan berpengaruh positif terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi, Playfulness berpengaruh positif terhadap Mobile Game Loyalty, Good Price for Money berpengaruh negatif terhadap Mobile Game Loyalty, Imbalan berpengaruh positif terhadap Mobile Game Loyalty, Mobile Game Loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi, Mobile Game Loyalty memediasi secara parsial hubungan Playfulness terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi, Mobile Game Loyalty memediasi secara penuh hubungan Good Price for Money terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi dan Mobile Game Loyalty memediasi secara parsial hubungan Imbalan terhadap Niat Pembelian didalam Aplikasi.
