Abstract

This study aims to find out operating revenue, operating costs, net profit, the effect of operating revenue on net profit, the effect of operating costs on net profit and the effect of operating revenue and operating costs on net profit of manufacturing companies metal and the like sub sector that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018 period. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification with quantitative approach. 30 samples was obtained from the income statement of 6 companies per 2014-2018. Descriptive statistic, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test is the statistics method used. From the results of this study note that operating revenue fluctuates and tends to increase, operating costs fluctuates and tends to increase, net profit fluctuates and tends to decreased, operating revenue is not influential to net profit, operating costs is influential to net profit, operating revenue and operating costs is simultaneously influential to net profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of Prestige External Perception on Deviant Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications Communication Branch Banda Aceh. The type of research used in this study is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. The sample was taken as many as 127 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling analysis with the help of Spss 20.0 for Windows. The test results show that Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Deviant Behavior in PT employees. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Employee Welfare. Job Satisfaction is positively related to Deviant Behavior. Job Satisfaction mediates partially (partial mediation) Prestige External Perception of Deviant Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of Food Quality, Service Quality and Price Fairness to Repatronage Intention with Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable at the Restaurant Kantin Makanan Jepang Hana. The sample used in this study was customer of Restaurant Kantin Makanan Jepang Hana involving 190 respondens. Instrument used for data collecting was questionnaire. Convenience sampling was used as sampling technique. Partial Least Square (PLS)  was used as analysis method to determine the effect of variables involved. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that Food Quality, Service  Quality and Price Fairness influence Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction influence Repatronage Intention, Customer Satisfaction partially mediate the relationship betweens Food Quality, Service Quality and Price Fairness to Repatronage Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of coworker and family support on performance with job embeddedness as a mediator. Empirical study was conducted on police personnel in Satlantas Polresta of Banda Aceh using questionnaires as research instruments, in which the sample in this study is 86 respondents. Nonprobability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Sensus Sampling method. The Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a data analysis method using the IBM SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the coworker and family support have a positive and significant effect on performance, job embeddedness have a positif and significant effect on performance, and the coworker and family support have a positif and significant effect on job embeddedness. In addition to the results obtained that job embeddedness mediate the positive influence of coworker and family support on performance.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to  determine the relationship between the influence of financial technology services  variables and lifestyle on student financial behavior variables. The Veterans  National Development University Jakarta is the place to do research by taking the  student population of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The number of  samples used was 360 students who were obtained using the Slovin formula.  Probability sampling with simple random sampling technique was used as the  sampling method in this study and Partial Least Square (PLS) was used as the  analysis technique. This study shows that financial technology services have a  positive and significant effect on student financial behavior. This shows that the  higher the use and benefits of financial technology services, the better the  student's financial behavior will be. The results of lifestyle variables also show a  positive and significant effect. So the conclusion for lifestyle variables is that even  though students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas  Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta have a trendy and modern lifestyle, they  are able to manage their finances well.

Abstract

: This study aims to measure the effect of Influence of Promotion, Product Quality, Brand Image, and Price on Mobile Brand switching at Syiah Kuala University Faculty of Economics Students. The sample used in this study was mobile users at the Unsyiah Economics faculty totaling 246 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling. Purposive Sampling is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved.The results of this study indicate that promotion, product quality, brand image, and price have a significant positive effect on brand switching, and customer satisfaction, then promotion, product quality, brand image, and price have a significant positive effect on brand switching, and also the results that satisfaction Consumers mediate the relationship between promotion, product quality, brand image, price and brand switching.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of Sensodyne brand trust, brand image and perceived quality on brand loyalty. There is no doubt that brand trust, brand image and perceived quality are the most precise factors that can affect their brand loyalty. By cultivating brand trust, brand image and perceived quality will have a positive effect on their brand loyalty. The sample in the following research uses 204 customer of Sensodyne toothpaste. In gathering information on this research using a questionnaire’s distributed to customer of Sensodyne toothpaste. Diagnostic methods of data analysis are validity tests, realible tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothetical tests including t and f. For processing and analyzing analytic data in this study tool used is SPSS version 26.0. Research indicates that brand trust has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. Brand image has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. Perceived quality has a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. Thus at the same time brand trust, brand image and perceived quality are very practical in improving brand loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh website functionality, perceived usability, dan perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan pelanggan e-commerce Bukalapak Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling jenis Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 400 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil teknik analisis regresi linier berganda website functionality, perceived usability, dan perceived usefulness secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Bukalapak. Besarnya pengaruh website functionality, perceived usability, dan perceived usefulness secara bersama-sama sebesar 68,4% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial website functionality, perceived usability, dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Besarnya pengaruh paling tinggi yaitu perceived usefulness sebesar 31,12%, website functionality sebesar 30,7% dan pengaruh paling rendah yaitu perceived usability sebesar 6,58%.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Type D Personality to undergraduate student’s Life Satisfaction in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University with Social Support as mediating variable. The sample used in this study were active undergraduate student’s in odd semester 2018/2019 is totalling 240 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Proportionated Stratified Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of the HLM analysis indicated that Type D Personality negatively influence Life Satisfaction, Type D Personality negatively influence Social Support, Social Support positively influence Life Satisfaction and Social Support mediate the relationship between Type D Personality and Life Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green packaging, green advertising, green perceived value, and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of The Body Shop, and to see which variables most influence The Body Shop's consumer purchasing decisions. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. Primary data collection was conducted by disseminating questionnaires to a sample of 70 respondents who were at least 17 years old, purchasing products at one of The Body Shop outlets, namely at Malioboro Mall, Ambarrukmo Plaza, Hartono Mall, Galeria Mall, or Jogja City Mall, Special Region of Yogyakarta, and purchasing The Body Shop products between January 2020 and March 2021. The data analysis used in this study was a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that partially green packaging, green advertising and brand image had no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While green perceived value positively and significantly influenced the purchase decision. Green perceived value is the most dominant variable that had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Body Shop should improve the green packaging strategy that is being implemented, expand the reach of green advertising, increase the green perceived value of consumers, and increase the brand image of The Body Shop.
