Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of net working capital, operating cash flow, and interest expense on company’s value in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses panel data with 19 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the 2014-2018 period. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with random effect models. Partially the results of the study show that net working capital has a negative and significant effect on company’s value, operating cashflow has positive and significant effect on company’s value, and interest expense has no effect on positive direction on company’s value on consumer goods industry companies in Indonesia. In this study, all independent variables were tested simultaneously on the dependent variable with the result that there was a significant effect between the independent variables and the dependent variable.

Abstract

This study to aims to examine the effect of ownership structure on dividend policy in non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange on period 2011-2017. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling based on some certain criterias to obtain 26 samples from companies. The Fixed Effect Model method is used for the analysis. The results show that institutional ownership has significant positive effects on dividend policy. The higher institutional ownership, the greater monitoring of institutional to management, so the shareholders will get more profit of dividend. Meanwhile managerial ownership has significant negative effects on dividend policy. The higher managerial ownership makes companies more likely to allocate profit to retained earning and the lower managerial ownership, the company will pay more dividend as a good sign for future corporate performance.Keywords: Agency theory, institutional ownership, managerial ownership and dividend policy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, company size and liquidity on capital structure in shariah firm based on the pecking order theory . The research sample consisted of 41 companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) between 2015 and 2019. The method used in this study is panel data regression using the fixed effect model. The results show that: (1) Profitability has significant negative effect on capital (2) Asset structure has a positive and significant effect on capital structure (3) Firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure (4) Liquidity has a significant negative effect on capital structure. Both profitability and liquidity thus supporting application of the pecking order theory in shariah firm listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Investors are expected to consider the effect of profitability, asset structure, company size and liquidity on the structure as investment considerations, while the company is for company funding decisions. Further research, it is advisable to add other factors outside the research variables and increase the number observations of Islamic stocks in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of job crafting on work engagement and job satisfaction. The population used in this study are companies that work in the company PT. Perta Arun Gas (PAG) consisted of 180 employees. The sample used amounted to 123 people. The sampling technique uses probability sampling and the type of sampling is Simple Random Sampling. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The Simple Linear Regression Method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of the analysis explain the role of job crafting on work engagement and job satisfaction in the company PT. Perta Arun Gas (PAG).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality dan e-trust towards e-loyalty as e-satisfaction as intervening variable on Sorabel consumers in Bandung. The type of the study used are descriptive and casual. The sampling of this research uses non  probability sampling method aside from 100 people. The research is quantitative and uses descriptive analysis technique and path analysis technique. Questionnaire   be measured use Likerts Scale. Data processing was performed using SPSS 25s . The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the e-service quality, e-trust, e-satisfaction and e-loyalty variables were in the good category. The results of the study prove that e-service quality and e-trust have an influence on e-satisfaction and e-service quality and e-trust have influence on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The development of education in Indonesia, which continues to make progress, is evidenced by the growing number of universities and competitors among others. This study aims to map universities with slices of kemenristekdikti, Webometrics, and QS World Star rankings based on brand equity. This research uses quantitative method with a survey to 386 respondents who know the existence of Telkom University, Binus University, Islamic University of Indonesia, and Muhammdiyah University of Yogyakarta who are or have studied higher education. This is a type of descriptive research with multidimensional scalling analysis techniques. The results showed that Telkom University, Binus University, Islamic University of Indonesia, and Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta are in the same quadrant with close proximity, meaning that the competition between the four is high. Furthermore, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta has superior value compared to its competitors based on brand equity. Each college continues to increase its brand equity so as to increase its competitive advantage.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of incentive, work discipline, and education levels to employee performance at Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi XIII Aceh. The sample used in this study were employee is totaling 87 respondents. Data equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Multiple Linear Regression was used as method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression indicated that incentive, work discipline, and education levels positively influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the woman employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 201 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the woman employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of Reputation, Satisfaction of Zakat Distribution, and Service Quality on Muzakki's Trust at Baitul Mal Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study was muzakki who paid zakat at Baitul Mal Banda Aceh, which amounted to 120 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability Sampling, this technique is used because the profitability of elements in the population to be selected as samples is unknown. Multiple linear regression is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved.The results sh owed that the independent variable Reputation, Satisfaction of Zakat Distribution, and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect (sig 0.05) on the Muzakki’s Trust at Baitul Mal Banda Aceh with a regression coefficient of Reputation (X1) 0.354, Satisfaction of Zakat Distribution (X2) 0.393, Service Quality (X3) 0.494. Simultaneous Reputation variables, Satisfaction of Zakat Distribution, and Service Quality have a significant effect on Muzakki’s Trust

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of trust, promotion, and product reviews on purchase decision of product accomodation on the Traveloka application. The research using a quantitative approach. Primary data collected by distributing the questionnaires to a sample of 100 Traveloka customers who are at least 17 years old, live in Java island, and purchase accommodation products on the Traveloka application from November 2019 to October 2020. This study using multiple linear regression test for the data analysis. The results of this research showed that partially trust, promotion, and product reviews had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust, promotion, and product reviews simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The determination test showed that the percentage of influence on trust, promotion, and product reviews is 0.514 or 51.40%, while the rest is 48.60% influenced by other variables outside this study. Trust is the most dominant or influential variable with the largest beta coefficient (β1), which is 0.408.Accommodation providers on Traveloka Apps or Traveloka management must be able to increase consumer trust, has an effective and targeted promotional strategies, and also maintain the quality of accommodation products to get positive product reviews.
