Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Person Organization Fit on Turnover Intention and Employee Engagement as mediatingof employess from Grapari Telkomsel in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Employess Grapari Telkomsel in Banda Aceh city a total of 114 respondents. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The result of this study indicates that Person Organization Fit significantly influence Turnover Intention, Person Organization Fit significant effect on Employee Engagement ,Employee Engagement significantly influence Turnover Intention and Employee Engagement mediates the effect of Person Organization Fit on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the relationship between functional values, emotional values, and social values on brand loyalty of smartphone users in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. In addition, this study also attempts to explain the moderating role of cognitive age in relation to the influence of these four variables. The sample in this study were smartphone users in the Solo Raya area who had made repeat purchases for the same brand and were obtained using a non-probability sampling design, through a purposive sampling method. Furthermore, the statistical method used to explain the relationship between the conceptual variables is moderated regression analysis through IBM SPSS Statistic 23 software. The findings in this study indicate that functional values and social values have a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty. However, emotional value has no effect on brand loyalty. Cognitive age is shown to moderate the influence relationship between functional value and emotional value variables on brand loyalty. However, cognitive age is proven not to moderate the influence relationship between social value variables on brand loyalty. The results of this study underline that cognitive age is a variable that plays a role in moderating the influence relationship between perceived value and brand loyalty in the context of smartphone users in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Regarding its role as a moderating variable, the relationship between variables conceptualized in this study can be explained in detail and its significance.

Abstract

This study is aime at finding the effect physial work environment and non physical work environment on employee performance at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia, either simultaneously or partially. The purpose of this research is to find out how and how much influence the physical work environment and non-physical work environment have on the performance of the employees of PT Infrrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to 119 employees of PT Telkominfra. In this study using descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis, with hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing shows the results that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the physical work environment and non-physical work environment had an effect on the performance of the employees of PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia by 33.06% and the remaining 66.94% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The study aims to measure the effect of being envied by coworkers to work engagement with negative feeling as a mediating variable at one of sector financial in Banda Aceh city. The sample used in this study was employees in one of the Islamic banking in the city of Banda Aceh involving 144 respondens. Instrument used for data collecting was questionnaire. Simple random sampling was used as sampling technique. Hierarchical Regression Linear (HRL) was used as analysis method to determine the effect of variables involved. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that being envied by coworkers influence work engagement and negative feeling as a mediate the relationship between envied by coworkers and work engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discover the effect of Trust and Technology towards Operational Performance mediated by Supply Chain Collaboration. The population used in this study were Small and Medium manufacturing Enterprises within Banda Aceh city it consists approximately 910 businesses, but only 278 are taken as samples. The sampling technique being used on data gathering is proportional stratified random sampling. The tool being used on data gathering is questionnaire. The Structural Equation Modeling is used on analytical method to determine the effect of variables involved. The result shows that Trust is not impacted significantly to the Operational Performance, but it has a significant effect on Supply Chain Collaboration. Technology has a significant effect on the Operational Performance and technology has a significant effect on Supply Chain Collaboration. This study also find that Supply Chain Collaboration is not impacted significantly to the Operational Performance. Trust mediated by Supply Chain Collaboration is not affected to Operational Performance. And, Technology Mediated by Supply Chain Collaboration is not affected significantly to Operational Performance.

Abstract

Based on data from midterm tests 2020/2021, student achievement of SMK Telkom Bandung has not met the minimum completeness criteria with a percentage of 43% of the total of 146 students. The results of attendance data indicate that student learning motivation is not optimal due to fluctuations, as well as the learning environment is not optimal due to changes in learning activities carried out at this time. This study aims to show the influence of the learning environment and learning motivation on student achievement in class XI SMK Telkom Bandung either simultaneously or partially. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data collection technique in this research used questionnaires with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, so that the questionnaire was distributed to respondents with a total of 185 students. Based on the results of this study and the results of the respondents, the variables of the learning environment, learning motivation and student achievement are at the "High" category level. Suggestions that can refer to the results of the research are to improve the communication of teachers to students so that students are motivated by their learning activities so as to improve students' ability, thinking and analysis, as well as skills and coordination between educators / teachers and parents in encouraging students to have high motivation in learning activities at home, supervising every learning activity taking place.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career and organizational development on employee performance. The sample consisted of 94 respondents who worked at the Serambi Indonesia branch office in Banda Aceh. The sampling technique uses probability sampling methods. Data collection is done through surveys with questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is SPSS is the statistical method chosen to describe the observed variables. The results showed that the career was not significant on employee performance, significant organizational development on employee performance, career influences on employee performance, organizational development influenced employee performance, and career and organizational development simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: career, organizational development, employee performance.

Abstract

The study is aimed at finding the effects of there any influence of social media marketing in brand image and brand trust and to find out the influence of brand trust and brand image on purchase intention of cosmetic products with the Sariayu Martha Tilaar brand through Instagram social media of that brand. The method used in this research is to collect data obtained from distributing questionnaires totaling 400 respondents including the Sariayu Martha Tilaar future consumers following the instagram account or those who have previously seen the commercials uploaded by the account. In analyzing the data using SEM analysis or Structural Equation Model assisted by SMARTPLS software. From the results of hypothesis testing that researchers have done, researchers found a positive influence between the two variables (social media marketing with brand trust and brand image) and brand trust also has a positive influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of workplace bullying to turnover intention with work engagement as the mediating variable at the member of  Student Activity Unit, Economics and Business Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. The sample used in this study was member of Student Activity Unit, Economics and Business Faculty, Syiah Kuala University Involving 151 respondents. Instrument used for data collecting was questionnaire. Simple random sampling was used as the sampling technique. Partial Least Square (PLS)  was used as analysis method to determine the effect of variables involved. Based on the analysis results, it is indicated that workplace bullying influence turnover intention and work engagement, work engagement influence turnover intention as well as work engagement partially mediate the relationship between workplace bullying and turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Spiritual Intelligence on Job Engagement and Job Satisfaction with Psychological Empowerment as a mediation variable for Nurses of Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research were nurses of Meuraxa Hospital in Banda Aceh wich amounted to 159 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of SEM analysis, indicate that  Spiritual Intelligence has a positive effect on Job Engagement, Spiritual Intelligence has no positive effect to Job Satisfaction, Spiritual Intelligence has a positive effect on Psychological Empowerment, Psychological Empowerment has a positive effect on Job Engagement, Psychological Empowerment has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, and Psychological Empowerment mediate Spiritual Intelligence to Job Engagement, and also mediate Spiritual Intelligence to Job Satisfaction.
