Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the training, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), remuneration with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employee performance. Research responden are the employees PT. Bank BTN Batam of 82 respondents with sampling using slovin formula. Sources and data collection tecniques used in this study are primary data, to wit data obtained or collected directly from the sources data through interviews and a list of questions given to the responden. The result of the analysis of training, OCB, remuneration on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The results showed that the training had positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. OCB has positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Remuneration has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Training has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Remuneration has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance. Abstract

Research on Effect Analysis Customer Value, Service Quality and Customer Loyalty Toward Emotional Connection Bank Riau Kepri Batu Aji branch in Batam. This study aimed to examine the impact of service quality and customer loyalty emotional connection.Based on the results of this study using a sample of 100 respondents who are customers of the Bank Riau Kepri Batu Aji branches personality  using indicators that are valid and reliable shows the influence of each variable customer value, quality service and an emotional connection to the customer loyalty. For the expected future need for improved quality of care in order to better improve customer loyalty.

Abstract

The research method used is quantitative analysis with Validdy test, Reliability test, Classical  Assumption  test,  T  test  and  F  test  and  Coeffisient  of  Determination Analysis.The population of this study amounted to 150 employees and sampled 109 respondents as a sample based on the method of Probability Sampling : Simple Random Sampling. The result of the study show the communication, personality and organizational commitment simultaneously or together have a positive andsignificant impact on employee performance PT. Abstract

The research was conducted at the Secretariat of KPID Riau Islands Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and cultural work on employee performance, either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously). In this study, the authors used a sample of 26 employees were taken on the whole of the total population (employees). While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires, while secondary data obtained from the Secretariat of Administration documents KPID Riau Islands Province and related literature and research to support this. Data Collection Techniques conducted by interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, which are used to give a picture of the object under study through the sample data associated with the relevant theories and quantitative techniques in accordance with the Likert scale and to the results of the test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20.              From the research, the authors conclude that partial Leadership Style (X1) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y), with test results of 0.657 or 65.7%, and Cultural Work (X2) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y), with test results of 0.526 or 56.6. Simultaneous testing leadership style and cultural work positive and significant effect (strong) on employee performance with a sledge to at 0.828 or 82.8%, as for the rest of 0.172 or 17.2% influenced by variables or other factors. Abstract

The Purposes of internal audit is to assist all members of management in carrying their duties effectively by providing objective data regarding the results of the analysis, assessment, recommendation and comments on the activities audited. To be able to work effectively with management, the internal auditor position greatly affects their success in performing the task. Internal audit should be placed such that it was possible to carry out those responsibilities properly and to ensure freedom in performing their duties.            Research by the author of the PT. Ekasurya Mandiri Batam in this thesis is to use descriptive qualitative method. This qualitative descriptive method is not based on a statistical calculation in the form of quantitative (amount) but in the form of a statement and a description of the subsequent analysis will be systematically compiled and then linked with the theories that have been there for the then newly drawn a conclusion.The results showed that the internal auditor position at PT. Ekasurya Mandiri Batam is independent and can achieve an objective examination. While the function of Internal Auditor at PT. Ekasurya Mandiri Batam can contribute to the achievement of good internal audit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether there is influence work discipline, work stress and work motivation on the performance of teacher and staff SDN 006 Batu Aji. As the object of this study were theacers and staff SDN 006 Batu Aji with a sample of 25 teachers and staff who serve as the respondent. Statement that is used has been tested by the analysis factor and validity and reability with cronbach alpha and the instrument is valid and reliable or fit foruse as a research tool. The correlation (R) in this study with a value of 0,784 which is the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable of 78,4%, meaning that work discipline, work stress and work motivation related to the performance of teachers and staff SDN 006 Batu Aji. While the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0,615 means of the changes in the dependent variable (work discipline, work stress, motivation) can be explained by the performance. While the rest is explained by other factors not addressed in this study.Partial results of statistical calculations using t-test, that variable work discipline positive effect but not significant with a significance of 0,890. Strengthened on previous research that states discipline does not effect the performance of teachers (in Dwi, 2013). Work stress variable positive and significant impact with a signifinance of 0,006. work motivation positive and significant impact with a significance of 0,038. Results of statistical calculations simultaneously by using test-f, that variable work discipline, work stress, and motivation to work togethers positive and significant with a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kompetensi, Pendidikan, dan Pengalaman Kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai  di PT. BPR MAJESTY GOLDEN RAYA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR MAJESTY GOLDEN RAYA Kota Batam yang berjumlah 45 orang dengan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan dengan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil terdapat pengaruh signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan 5 (nilai alpha). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan pelatihan  terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPR, dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 0,05 (nilai alpha). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPR MAJESTY GOLDEN RAYA, dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,046 0,05 (nilai alpha).  Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi, Pelatihan dan Promosi Jabatan secara bersama –sama  atau simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BPR MAJESTY GOLDEN RAYA, dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan uji F sebesar 0,000 0,05 (nilai alpha). Kata kunci : Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Promosi  Jabatan, Kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Succes Djas Support. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Incentives to Employee Performance. In this study, the authors used a sample of 35 people who were taken out of the total population (employees). While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires obtained from employees of PT. Succes Djas Support. While the secondary data obtained from the document PT. Support and Success Djas of related literature and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive statistical method that describes and gives an overview of the object under study through the data with methods drawn from a population sample obtained in the field associated with the relevant theories and techniques of quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale of measurement used the Likert scale and the results of the test using SPSS 17. From the research, the authors conclude that partial Leadership Style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), with the t test results counted at 2,226 while Incentives (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) , it is seen from the test results of 3,330 t counted. But simultaneously Leadership Style and Incentives has a positive and significant effect (strong) on Employee Performance in PT. Succes Djas Support, with the value of F counted 18 703.

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) merupakan salah satu sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) bagi Pemerintah Provinsi di Indonesia. Pentingnya fungsi PKB bagi pemerintah daerah karena digunakan untuk pembiayaan pembangunan dan pemerintahan daerah, maka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan PKB sangat penting untuk mendorong kepuasan masyarakat maupun untuk meningkatkan penerimaan daerah dari Wajib Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (WP-KB).Batam merupakan salah kota di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang umumnya masyarakatnya adalah pekerja dan mobilitas/aktivitas yang sibuk/tinggi. Hal ini sangat rentan untuk memiliki waktu mendapatkan informasi PKB baik yang akan jatuh tempo maupun telah jatuh tempo, sehingga eksistensi sistem informasi PKB berbasis website sangat penting bagi WP-KB. Fenomena yang terjadi bagi WP-KB bahwa terdapat informasi PKB di website yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah yang harus di bayarkan.Penelitian ini secara kualitatif deskriptif dan WP-KB di Batam sebagai informan penelitian, jumlah informan ditentukan ketika informasi (data) yang terhimpun sampai pada data jenuh. Hasil penelitian bahwa kualitas sistem informasi PKB berbasis website relatif baik, namun perlu lebih ditingkatkan. Kesempurnaan informasi PKB bahwa informan mengharapkan adanya informasi dari website tentang dasar dan manfaat dari sumbangan wajib oleh Jasa Raharja. Ketepatan waktu sudah baik dan kesesuaian informasi di website sudah baik dan positif. Kemudahan akses sistem informasi PKB berbasis website bagi informan sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Kulitas Sistem Informasi Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Positioning, Advertising and Personal Selling the Brand Image (Brand Image) Kari Chips in Batam. It is important for companies to know about it in the win market share in the city of Batam. One way to achieve competitive advantage in the market share of existing Snatch is to establish a good brand image in the eyes of consumers.The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires (primary) and some observations as well as interviews with the producer and owner of a business owner Kari chips. The analysis technique used is multiple regression using a hypothesis test, the t test (Partial).From this study it can be concluded that the statistical test based on three variables: the variable Positioning, Advertising and Personal Selling has a positive influence on brand image.
