Abstract

Pelayanan adalah suatu proses bantuan kepada orang lain dengan cara-cara tertentu yang memerlukan kepekaan dan hubungan interpersonal agar terciptanya kepuasan dan keberhasilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Imigrasi Bidang Pendaratan dan Izin Masuk pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Batam dan kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan pada Bulan September-Oktober Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini melibatkan keseluruhan pegawai yang ada di Bidang Pendaratan dan Izin Masuk pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Batam sebanyak 32 responden. Beberapa kesimpulan penelitian dapat diuariakan sebagai berikut: Terdapat Pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Bidang Pendaratan dan Izin Masuk pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Batam.  Dengan demikian berarti makin tinggi motivasi kerja seorang pegawai maka makin tinggi juga  produktivitas kerja pegawai tersebut.   Demikian pula sebaliknya makin rendah motivasi kerja seorang pegawai, maka makin rendah juga produktivitas kerja pegawai tersebut.  Oleh karena itu motivasi kerja merupakan variabel yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam memprediksi produktivitas kerja pegawai. Serta terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai Bidang Pendaratan dan Izin Masuk pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Batam.  Dengan demikian berarti makin tinggi kesejahteraan seorang pegawai maka makin tinggi juga  produktivitas kerja pegawai tersebut.   Demikian pula sebaliknya makin rendah kesejahteraan seorang pegawai, maka makin rendah juga  produktivitas kerja pegawai tersebut.  Oleh karena itu kesejahteraan merupakan variabel yang penting untuk diperhatikan dalam memprediksi produktivitas kerja pegawai.  Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kesejahteraan, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

Zuliyanfi. Analysis of Accounting Information Systems Revenue Cycle Against Credit Sales at PT. Astragraphia Tbk Guided by In line with the development of information technology, the application of accounting information systems can support the lending process that is applied to Astragraphia Tbk PT. The research objective was to determine the accounting information system in which credit sales are effectively set by the company.The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method through a case study approach is a method that provides a systematic and accurate picture ofthe facts, and the nature of the relationship between the phenomenon under study in the company. Data was collected to achieve the goal is to conduct field research and library research. Fieldwork was obtained by interview and observation. While the research literature obtained from literature and books related to the researchconducted.From the analysis we concluded that the accounting information system of credit sales when viewed from the purpose of accounting information system is effective and can be said to be good because it is consistent with the theory that the accounting information system to support credit sales .. It can be seen from any part of the responsibility that has been carrying out their duties in accordance with the authority given, but the procedure of credit sales accounting information systems are used less effective, because there is a weakness and that is not a function of lack of credit, because the credit function held by the sales function

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja, loyalitas dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap promosi jabatan pada PT BPR Dana Nusantara Cabang Tanjungpinang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 35 karyawan.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji Adjusted R Square.Data analisis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Y’=0,420 + 0,353 X1 + 0,549 X2+ 0,484 X3dan nilai R2= 0,871 atau 87,1%. Kata kunci: penilaian prestasi kerja, loyalitas, kompetensi karyawan dan promosi jabatan

Abstract

           The research was conducted in General Affair Work Of Mayor Office Batam City. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of Work Culture and  work satisfaction , either separately (partial) or jointly (simultaneously).            In this study, the authors use a sensus of 50 employees  taken as  from the total population (employees). While this type of data is primary data and secondary data. The primary data source obtained from the questionnaires with employees who are competent in the General Affair Work Of Mayor Office Batam City. While the sources of secondary data obtained  of General Affair Work Of Mayor Office Batam City documents and from the literatures related which can support as well as useful for this study. Data gathering technique conducted by way of interviews, questionsand, Observation. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics, which are used to describe and given picture of the object studied through a sample of whith sensus motehode data obtained in the field associated with the relevant theories and techniques of the quantitative analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the scale of measurement used the Likert scale and the test results using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.           From the results of the study authors conclude that the partial work culture (X1) has positive and significant impact on  (Y)Performance employees, with the test results for 4,689 and significant 0,000 0,005, while the work satisfaction performance of the employes (X2) has positive and significant impact on work satisfaction (Y) performance employees, with the test results for 3,216 and significant 0,002 0,005. But simultaneously Work culture and Work satisfaction have a positive and significant (strong) toward Employes Performance. Of General Affair of Mayor Office Batam City of 45,583 and significant 0,000 0,005.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru dan pegawai TK Hidayatullah batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan  dengan cara angket atau kuesioner yang diisi oleh seluruh guru dan pegawai TK Hidayatullah Batam. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa : (1) kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y) guru dan pegawai hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,075; lingkungan kerja (X2) nilai signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0.460; kompensasi (X3) nilai signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0.317. Diperoleh nilai R Square (R2) sebesar 0,369 atau 3,69%. Hal ini berarti 36,9% kinerja guru dan pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi. Sisanya 63,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang tidak dapat dijelaskan dalam model regresi ini.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Garuda Area Jaya Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Garuda Area Jaya Batam yang berjumlah 50 orang dengan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan dengan metode kuesioner.     Hasil penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (3) kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (4) hasil penelitian secara simultan menujukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT. Garuda Area Jaya Batam. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji f dimana Fhitung Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,05 yaitu Fhitung (174,572) Ftabel (3,183) dengan signifikansi 0,000 0,05.           Kata kunci : disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, kompensasi, prestasi kerja

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the differences in performance of the company before and after the acquisition of PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk on year 2006-2009. Performance of the company before and after the acquisition, measured using four financial ratios, ie, Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Current Ratio (CR). Quantitative methods used in this study. This study took data from public companies, in the form of financial statements of PT. Sat Nusapersada Tbk, which make acquisitions. This study also aims to determine the change in the company's financial performance before and after the acquisition. Analyses were performed using independent sample t-test and paired samples. The results of this study indicate that the financial ratios of the four studies, NPM, ROA, ROE, and CR, the two years before and two years after the acquisition, did not show a significant difference compared before and after the acquisition, although reports net loss / income showed a loss after.

Abstract

Keberhasilan Singapura membangun pusat oil-refinery, membuat sebagian besar impor BBM Indonesia berasal dari Negara itu.  Bahkan, Indonesia menggunakan MOPS (Mean of Plats Singapore) untuk menentukan harga patokan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) dalam negeri. Akibatnya Indonesia mengalami ketergantungan BBM pada Singapura Ketergantungan pada impor BBM dari Singapura semakin tinggi,  karena setelah berakhirnya rezim Orde Baru, pemerintah sama sekali  tidak membangun kilang pegelolaan baru, sedangkan kapasitas dan  teknologi kilang yang ada di dalam negeri tidak mampu dan tidak  mencukupi mengelola minyak yang dihasilkan di dalam negeri.  Alasanya keenggan pemerintah dan pertamina membangun kilang  karena pembangunan kilang tidak terlalu menguntungkan, sedangkan  biaya pembangunan kilang terbilang tidak kecil. Ditengah kelesuhan ekonomi dan Industri Batam dalam beberapa tahun belakangan ini, perlu kiranya Batam melirik kembali hasil  kajian Nissho Iwai Co. Ltd dan Pasific Becthel sebagai pusat industri petroleum dan petrokimia.      Perwujudkan hasil kajian tersebut akan memungkinkan Batam dapat bangkit kembali dari keterpurukan, sekaligus mengurangi  ketergantungan impor BBM dari negara lain, dan menjadi  permain utama industri petroleum dan petrokimia dunia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Commitment, And Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam. Sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling, the sample number is same with the total population as 46 responded at QC department of PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam. Types of data sources used are primary data, obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the data or documents the PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam, as well as books and journals from previous research. Techniques of data retrieval that is by distributing questionnaires to 46 respondents, and documentation from the company is a brief history , organizational structure , employee data , and others. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 for Windows. The study states that ( 1 ) partially Emotional Intelligence positive and significant effect on the performance with significant score is 0,001 0,05 ( 2 ) Commitment positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with significant score is 0,007 0,05 ( 3 ) Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant score is 0,001 0,05 ( 4 ) Effect of Emotional Intelligence, Commitment, And Job Satisfaction positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam with the significant score is 0,000 0,05 on the QC devision. With the value of adjusted R square of 0.545, in this case shows that the performance of employees affected by variables Emotional Intelligence, Commitment, And Job Satisfaction of 54.5 % . The remaining 45.5% is influenced by other variables which is not included in this research method. With multiple linear regression equation Y =  2,932 + 0,272 X1 + 0,313 X2 + 0,352 X3.

Abstract

Based on the background described in the work environment and work experience is the mostof one important thing is inside a company, to make the company can achieve the main goals of which is owned by the company. The purpose of this research is to discover how the influence of Work Environment and Work Experience for Employee Performance PT.Amtek Precision Components Batam. besides that, the researchers tested the hypothesis that the Work Environment influence on Employee Performance and Work Experience effect on Employee Performance. The research was conducted by means of a questionnaire or questionnaires completed by employees PT. Amtek Precision Components Batam.            The results from this study that the Working Environment (X1) the significance value that is equal to 0.000, Work Experience(X2) of significance value is equal to 0.000. obtained value of R Square (R2) of 0.613 or 61,30%. This means the ability variable Work Environment, and Work Experience in explaining the Performance of employees is 61,30%. The remaining amount of 38,70% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.The results of this study can be used by future researchers, as materials science research on Work Environment and Work Experience on Employee Performance.
