<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sharia compliance dalam pelaksanaan program pensiun dengan Akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah di Bank Muamalat cabang Magelang. Untuk mencapai tujuan pembahasan di atas, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data implementasi kepatuhan Syariah dalam pelaksanaan program pensiun akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah di Bank Muamalat cabang Magelang, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta observasi dari stakeholders. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pensiun dengan akad Wakalah Bil Ujrah di Bank Muamalat telah sesuai dengan syariah, yaitu tunduk pada Fatwa DSNMUI No. 88/DSUI/XI/2013 tentang Penyelenggaraan Program Pensiun.Kata Kunci: Sharia Compliance; Program Pensiun; Wakalah Bil Ujrah]]>

<![CDATA[Islam menempatkan etika dan moral pada posisi paling utama dalam kehidupan, Etika bisnis ekonomi Islam hadir untuk menjadi solusi pengembangan diri dalam dunia bisnis dan tindakan yang sesuai dengan norma dan agama. Penelitian yang dipakai yaitu penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti pelacakan jurnal, buku-buku, dan artikel yang membahas tentang etika bisnis ekonomi Islam. Setelah sumber-sumber data terkumpul penulis akan menganalisis kemudian akan ditarik kesimpulan sebagai hasil dari penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali seberapa besar peluang berbisnis dengan tetap mengedepankan moral. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan Etika bisnis ekonomi Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan perekonomian masa depan yaitu dengan cara terus mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan berinovasi serta mengolah kemampuan diri untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan keadaan yang semakin maju dan berkembang, dunia bisnis bertujuan menghasilkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang jauh lebih baik serta tetap mengedepankan etika dan moral.Kata Kunci: Etika, Bisnis, Ekonomi, Masa Depan.]]>

<![CDATA[Zakat and tax have some similarities in function and role. Researches related to zakat only focus on the management and calculation method. There are still limited studies that discuss the possibility of Zakat being used as an alternative to state revenue. Therefore, this study aims to fill this gap by making a study of the possibility of zakat being used as a source of state revenue. This study uses a qualitative approach by reviewing various kinds of literature related to zakat management in various countries. The pieces of literature are processed using the procedure developed by Taylor (2017). The procedures are (1) organize; (2) synthesize, and (3) identify. Through this study, the results show that it is legally possible to include zakat as an alternative to receiving and can be used for social programs. the use of funds from zakat can be classified as restricted funds which can only be used for programs that comply with Islamic regulations. This research can be used as input to the Government to include zakat as state budget revenues. Keywords: Zakat; State Revenue; Syaria.]]>

<![CDATA[This article will explore the Islamic worldview on environmental development which is the main problem of the world community today. One that did not receive much attention in this study was the role of religion and all related components in contributing to the realization of sustainable environmental development. These environmental issues are part of the SDGs agenda which requires a new perspective through comparison with the maqasid shariah framework, specifically to analyze the agenda of SDGs 2030 in Indonesia, especially the pillars of environmental development with targets and priorities in realizing it. For this reason, text interpretation and content analysis methods are used to examine sources of religious texts, especially verses of the Qur'an that reveal the relationship between Islam, development, and the environment, as well as road map documents and Indonesia's SDGs 2017-2030 policy. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that the Qur'an as a source of the Islamic law that has a philosophical foundation is operationalized through maqasid shariah as the goals of Islamic law set by Allah to realize goodness for humans through sustainable environmental development and the application of environmental ethics for all human beings. for its sustainability in the future.Keywords: Holy Qur’an; Maqasid Shariah; SDGs; Environmental Ethics; Environmental Sustainability]]>

<![CDATA[Factors that influence students' interest in entrepreneurship in this study are entrepreneurship courses and the use of information technology. The purpose of this research is to find out how the interest of students of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon to start their own business is influenced by entrepreneurship courses and the use of technology. The research method used is quantitative research with the subject of FSEI IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon students. The research population used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, where as many as 355 students were the sample in this study. This Study’s research aids for descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression in this study used SPSS version 22 software. The results showed that entrepreneurship courses and the use of information technology simultaneously affected students' entrepreneurship interests. Analysis of research data shows that the t-test results show that the variables of entrepreneurship courses and the use of information technology partially affect the variable of student interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords: Entrepreneurship; Information Technology; Interest]]>

<![CDATA[One of the investments that people are interested in today is Cryptocurrency. This is a form of investment that occurs due to advances in the world of technology that are felt by the community without exception also for Muslims. Conventional investment is defined as having broad benefits and impacts on the country's economy. However, Islam provides various limits in investing. For an investment to be recognized in Islam, four aspects must be owned, namely: material/financial aspects, halal aspects, social and environmental aspects, and divine aspects. For this reason, this research will describe in detail, whether cryptocurrencies meet these aspects or not. In answering these problems, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach with valid secondary data sources. This research results that none of the four aspects can be fulfilled from cryptocurrency, both material/financial aspects, halal aspects, social and environmental aspects as well as divine aspects.Keywords: Cryptocurrency; investment; Islamic economy]]>

<![CDATA[The main study in this research is about finding the form and model of the Muhammadiyah school of fiqh. There is a strong assumption that Muhammadiyah has an independent madhhab model of fiqh. However, the manhaj is not out of fiqh ahlu sunnah wal jama'ah. This research model is qualitative, and in its discussion, this research uses descriptive analysis methods, while obtaining data using the library method by looking for books, writings, and journals related to Muhammadiyah, especially about ijtihad. From the results of this study, it was found that the Muhammadiyah fiqh model in its tarjih product was an improved formulation and compilation of the fiqh model used by the previous fiqh schools. From the results of the ijtihad tarjih product, Muhammadiyah has an independent and binding model of fiqh for members of the Muhammadiyah association.Keywords: Tarjih; Modernist; Independent madhhab.]]>

<![CDATA[Bank Syariah Indonesia is the result of the merger of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRISyariah, and BNISyariah with the spirit to encourage growth in the level of inclusion and Islamic financial literacy and to present the largest Islamic bank in Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative with a normative juridical approach. This field research is descriptive qualitative research with a normative juridical approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The purpose of this study is to examine the process of account migration in order to roll out BSI's customers, and the juridical aspects. The result of the research shows that rollout is done through customer account migration. BSI uses the BSM’s system so legacy bank customers had to migrate accounts. Merger decision through various security considerations. a new legal relationship was born between BSI and customers from the legal event of the agreement, namely the change of savings books and ATMs based on Article 1338 of the Civil Code as the Sun Servanda Pacta Principle. <![CDATA[Online shopping experienced significant growth in Indonesia. The way to attract the attention of e-commerce users in online shopping is that interesting events are often held, starting from amazing discount promos to using vouchers, one of which is a promo to attract purchase interest is Slash-It. The Slash-it system in getting low prices on each item has conditions that depend on the desired product. The purpose of writing is to describe the practice of product purchasing, pricing and ownership rights using Slash-It in markets that are in accordance with Islamic teachings, and the authors refer to the thoughts of Imam Ibn Taimiyah in the concept of price, property rights and markets. This research is classified as a qualitative research library study or library research. The results of the discussion show that according to Ibnu Taymiyah, the price setting that is permissible and must be applied is if the price is not sold above the official price. In the practice of Slash It, according to Imam Ibn Taimyyah, this practice is not permissible because it raises speculative aspects in obtaining the item and deviates from the provisions of Islamic law. <![CDATA[Investment is one of the muamalah activities that is highly recommended in Islam, so platforms and applications that support investment activities are starting to appear, such as the Seed application. The Bibit application is an application that provides mutual funds and helps new investors to start investing. This application also provides a choice of sharia mutual funds, in which there are several sharia investment startups. However, in-depth research is needed on the mechanism of sharia mutual funds through the Seed application. This study aims to analyze the mechanism of Sharia mutual funds through the Seed Application with the wakalah bil ujrah contract. This type of research is field research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis of the wakalah bil ujrah contract on the mechanism of sharia mutual funds through the Bibit application concluded that the mechanism of sharia mutual funds through the Bibit application was not by the wakalah bil ujrah contract, because there were elements of taqshir and tahaddi, namely in providing information about past performance which determines the stimulation of future mutual fund values. now does not correspond to reality.Keywords: Sharia Mutual Funds, Bibit, Wakalah bil Ujrah]]>
