Abstract

ABSTRACT Parents become role models for growth and development in children's daily lives. The contribution of parents as an effort to motivate, guide, stimulate and provide facilities in order to achieve the ideals of child development. The term parental attachment is also called attachment between parents and children which is very important in growth and development, so that positive energy is created for children. Religious and moral development is very important to be formed from an early age such as tolerance, honest behavior, courtesy and responsibility. Forming positive characters through religion and morals, with the hope of forming a generation that is moral, religious and dignified. Therefore, researchers are interested in studying more deeply about how parental attachment is to religious and moral development at RA DWP UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The method used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study, in the form of implementing parents and children's attachment at home, through the distribution of open questionnaires in the form of descriptions.Keywords: The Role of Parental Attachment, Religious and Moral Development, Early Childhood

Abstract

This paper discusses the use of Arabic among Milinial parents in early childhood care. This study looked at the femomena of arabic use in early childhood by motivated parents and expecting their child to be bilingual and where the child became part of the group's culture. Language is the main medium used in the formation and delivery of cultural meanings and language is a tool and medium used to shape knowledge about the individual and the social world. Language is also related to the arena in which habitus is formed and internalized in language as capital in the form of social practice both consciously and unconsciously using language that has been conceived. It even uses a foreign language to make the individual look different from others and more modern. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach in analyzing the data obtained. The data collection technique in this study used interviews with millennial families in the upbringing and use of Arabic in early childhood in Pontianak City. This study was conducted to identify phenomena that occur in the millennial family environment in Pontianak City and collect data related to the use of Arabic in early childhood. Furthermore, the author analyzes the data obtained from the data set through the scientific discipline of phenomenology.

Abstract

Needing analysis of the lack in media, especially the introduction of children's mathematics, due to media in the form of posters, magazine, making children bored, that is not up to date in the learning process, the existing media has not been able to develop the competence of mathematical concepts appropriately, the media is still the same there is no upgrade, the media must be updated from the concept of number recognition for AUD and it is essential part to develop appropriate and holistic. It includes activities of Mathcing, Classification, Comparing, Ordering or Seriation. The objectives of this research are: (1) analyze the feasibility of developing busy book Numbering from Used Materials for the introduction of mathematics in children aged 5-6 years at Hafizul Ilmi Kindergarten. (2) describe the process of developing Busy Book Numbering from used materials for the introduction of mathematics in children aged 5-6 years at Hafizul Ilmi Kindergarten. This research uses R&D research by ADDIE model. The research instruments used in this study include: Busy Book Numbering Validation Feasibility Sheet and Observation Sheet of Math Recognition Ability for AUD. The results of the research are: Validation results obtained from media experts, 85% with very feasible criteria while for material experts 83,12% with feasible criteria. The implementation stage or trial conducted at Hafizul Ilmi Kindergarten obtained a percentage of 96% in very good developing criteria (BSB).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1) Mengembangkan panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun yang layak berdasarkan uji validasi ahli materi dan uji validasi ahli media  2) Untuk mengetahui kepraktisan panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun berdasarkan uji coba kepraktisan dari respon guru (pengguna) produk. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 tahap pengembangan yaitu, Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh validator ahli untuk menilai kepraktisan produk. Subjek uji coba terdiri dari 5 guru kelompok B di TK Al Hidayah Kota Jambi dan TK Nurul Khoir Kota Jambi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket validasi ahli dan angket respon guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) pengembangan panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun memperoleh tingkat validitas 4 dengan nilai persentase 100% oleh ahli materi dan dinyatakan ”Sangat Layak” dan memperoleh tingkat validitas 3,92 dengan nilai persentase 98,2% oleh ahli media dan dinyatakan ”Sangat Layak”. 2) Berdasarkan hasil Uji coba kepraktisan hasil dari angket respon guru terhadap buku panduan dikembangkan mendapat kategori “Sangat Praktis” dengan nilai 3,49 dengan nilai persentase 87,1%. Kesimpulan bahwa panduan model problem based learning dalam menstimulasi keterampilan 4Cs anak usia 5-6 tahun yang dikembangkan layak berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli dan praktis berdasarkan uji coba kepraktisan dari respon guru.

Abstract

The kindergarten learning system has many changes according to the curriculum by the government. These changes have an impact on the psychological development of children in participating in learning activities in class. The risks that arise cause the ability of imagination to be hampered and the learning process becomes ineffective. For this reason, it is necessary to have a program that can increase the imagination ability of kindergarten students, one of which is a Focus Group Playing Program. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of a program to improve the imagination ability of kindergarten students. A quantitative experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design was used as the research method. The participants involved were 15 kindergarten students using the saturated sampling technique. This research consists of a Focus Group Playing Program module and an observation sheet for measuring the pretest-posttest score of imagination ability. The research data analysis method used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this research proved that the focus group playing program effectively increases the imagination ability of kindergarten students (Z = 3.873 and sig. = 0.000). This research indicates that increasing the capacity of imagination helps students in their growth and development age. This is inseparable from the vital role of the ocus Group Playing Program that was implemented.

Abstract

Aspek kognitif anak merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting untuk dikembangkan pada usia dini. Diantaranya dengan menggunakan permainan konsturktif dan percobaan sains. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh permainan konstruktif dan percobaan sains terhadap perkembangan kognitif anak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental desain dengan model desain One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelompok B TK Sakinah berjumlah 15 anak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling ramdom. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisa data menggunakan uji-t yang digunakan untuk melihat perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dari permainan konstruktif dan percobaan sains pada siswa kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun di TK Sakinah.

Abstract

The research objectives developed from the problems mentioned above are: To analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation, and workload on controlling turnover intention, To analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation, and workload on organizational commitment, To analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation, and workload on controlling turnover intention through organizational commitment. The population of this study were all PAUD teachers in Jember Regency, with a total population of 3718 people. Based on the notation of the Slovin sample size formula, it was determined that the sample to be examined was 5% sample size 118,840 with a 9% margin of error rounded off by 119. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling. The research analysis tool uses SEM AMOS. The regression coefficient of work motivation on Organizational Commitment is 0.47 with a C.R. of 3.358, and a p-value (0.000) means it is smaller than 0.05. This shows that work motivation positively and significantly affects organizational commitment. The regression coefficient of compensation for Organizational Commitment is 0.18 with a C.R. of 3.409, and the p-value (0.000) means it is smaller than 0.05. The value of motivation has a higher impact on preventing teacher intentions (to stop working (Turnover intention), so PAUD managers in Jember Regency should pay attention to the needs of PAUD teachers, including their existence, relationships, and career development to prevent and inhibit the teacher's desire or intention to quit work, in other words paying attention to the fulfilment of the wishes of an early childhood teacher in Jember Regency can prevent the teacher's expectation that he will not leave his job or the organization he works in. The results of this study have contributed to the depth of organizational commitment theory which refers to the teacher's attachment to the organization related to the attitude and behaviour of the teachers while working in PAUD institutions.

Abstract

Pengasuhan digambarkan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab orang tua dalam memenuhi setiap kebutuhan anak dengan baik. Hal ini sejalan dengan teori hirarki kebutuhan Abraham H. Maslow bahwa setiap individu memiliki 5 tingkatan kebutuhan dasar yang harus dipenuhi dengan baik. Jika tidak, menurut Maslow individu tidak dapat mencapai titik kesejahteraan dalam kehidupannya. Lalu, apakah dalam pengasuhan anak sudah terealisasikan pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar tersebut? Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeksripsikan penerapan hirarki kebutuhan Maslow dalam pengasuhan anak usia dini di daerah perdesaan dan perkotaan. Selanjutnya dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dalam bentuk kuisoner terbuka. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari 22 orang tua yaitu 11 orang tua di desa dan 11 orang tua di kota. Didapati bahwasanya hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) kebutuhan fisiologi, baik di desa maupun kota kebutuhan ini cenderung terpenuhi dengan baik oleh orang tua (2) kebutuhan rasa aman, baik di desa maupun kota telah dipenuhi dengan baik oleh orang tua (3) kebutuhan kasih sayang, baik di desa maupun kota kebutuhan tersebut juga telah dipenuhi dengan baik (4) kebutuhan harga diri, terdapat perbedaan pemenuhan kebutuhan dalam pengasuhan anak usia di desa menunjukkan relative kurang, sedangkan di kota relative dipenuhi dengan baik (5) kebutuhan aktualisasi diri, perbedaan pemenuhan juga terlihat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dalam pengasuhan di desa mengindikasikan cenderung kurang dan pengasuhan di kota dianggap cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mengenai kurikulum pada pendidikan anak usia dini berdasarkan databse scopus yang diambil dari 10 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2014-2023. Adapun aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu RStudio yang merupakan software untuk masuk pada aplikasi bibliometrik. Kemudian metadata yang didapatkan dari scopus mengenai kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini 10 tahun terakhir sebanyak 207 artikel. Selanjutnya metadata yang didapatkan dari scopus tersebut diolah meggunakan aplikasi bibliometrik yang diakses melalui Rstudio. Hasil analisis bibliometrik dari kurikulum pada pendidikan anak usia dini adalah menganalisis tentang Annual scientific production, most relevant author, most relevant sources, countries' scientific production, trend topics, wordcloud, Co-occurrence Network.Thematic Map,dan Most Relevant Affiliation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The earthquake disaster in Indonesia is a major concern for parents who want to provide disaster knowledge to their children. The purpose and focus of this research are to find out the form of parental involvement in providing earthquake knowledge so that it can broaden knowledge and change children's attitudes toward dealing with earthquakes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted on parents in Majalaya, West Java. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that parental involvement through forms of communication, motivation, facilities, assistance, and volunteering in providing earthquake knowledge using the Babybus application gradually increases knowledge and changes children's behavior in anticipating earthquake disasters. Considering the frequent disasters, the cooperation of parents in providing care and concern for the condition of the living environment in Majalaya really supports parents in imparting earthquake knowledge to children. It is necessary to have proper management of the time for assistance and a stable condition of the child in receiving knowledge so that the child is able to adapt to the environment and face disaster preparedness.Keywords: Parent Involvement, Earthquake, Babybus App, Early Childhood ABSTRAK Bencana gempa bumi di Indonesia menjadi perhatian utama bagi orang tua untuk memberikan pengetahuan kebencanaan pada anak. Tujuan dan fokus penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam memberikan pengetahuan gempa bumi sehingga dapat menambah wawasan dan merubah sikap anak dalam menghadapi terjadinya gempa bumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada orang tua di Majalaya, Jawa Barat. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Keterlibatan orang tua melalui bentuk komunikasi, motivasi, fasilitas, pendampingan, dan menjadi relawan (volunteer) dalam memberikan pengetahuan gempa bumi dengan menggunakan aplikasi babybus, secara bertahap menambah pengetahuan dan perubahan perilaku anak dalam mengantisipasi bencana gempa bumi. Mempertimbangkan kebencanaan yang sering terjadi, kerjasama orang tua dalam memberikan pengasuhan dan kepedulian dengan kondisi lingkungan tempat tinggal di Majalaya sangat mendukung orang tua dalam memberikan pengetahuan gempa bumi pada anak. Diperlukan manajemen waktu pendampingan yang tepat dan kondisi anak yang stabil dalam menerima pengetahuan, agar anak mampu menyesuaikan diri dalam lingkungan untuk menghadapi kesiapsiagaan bencana.Kata Kunci: Keterlibatan Orangtua, Gempa Bumi, Aplikasi Babybus, Anak Usia Dini
