Abstract

ABSTRACT          This research is motivated by the magnitude of the influence of the condition of the room or classroom to obtain good quality of learning. This study aims to determine the classroom management, supporting and inhibiting factors at kindergarten. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research instrument is the human instrument (the researchers themselves). Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the research data, descriptive methods are used.          The results showed that the management of class management in Group A TK Bintang Kecil Sukoharjo Margorejo Pati Regency consisted of planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring. The plan includes the preparation of Prota, Prosem, RPPM, RPPH, and preparation for class administration. Organizing is carried out by the principal, namely the principal distributing tasks to the teacher by giving direction, then giving authority or responsibility to all teachers to manage the class well so that learning objectives are maximally achieved. While the class teacher is tasked with organizing each class which includes the setting of learning media and the selection of learning methods. The implementation includes two things, namely: first, the management of classrooms which includes seating arrangements, arrangement of teaching equipment, arrangement of class beauty and cleanliness, and ventilation and lighting. Second, is the arrangement of students. Stage of supervision, the principal always supervises the performance of teachers directly in teaching and learning activities in all classes once a week, namely on Wednesday.The supporting factors are (1) Teachers have a high spirit of solidarity and supportive knowledge, (2) adequate facilities and infrastructure, (3) Cooperation between parents and schools is well established. While the inhibiting factor is coordination that has not gone well.Keywords: Management, Classroom Management, Kindergarten.

Abstract

AbstractPlay as the main activity and is very desirable to be done by children to be the best means for stimulating early childhood development activities so teachers need to design creative games that are appropriate and effective for stimulating child development. PAUD unit educators do not take advantage of creative games in the learning activities carried out. The use of a literacy dice game is used as a medium for stimulating the emotional social development of early childhood in group A TK Al-Aqsho, Konawe Selatan District. The research method used is action research. The model chosen for action is the Kemmis and Taggart cycle which has four stages of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data on children's social emotional development obtained from observation and documentation are then analyzed using a percentage. The study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle having three meetings. The results showed that the use of literacy dice games was effective for stimulating emotional social development of early childhood. Keywords: Literacy Dice Game, Social Emotional Children AbstrakBermain sebagai aktivitas utama dan sangat diminati untuk dilakukan oleh anak menjadi sarana yang paling baik untuk kegiatan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia dini sehingga guru perlu merancang permainan kreatif yang tepat dan efektif untuk stimulasi perkembangan anak. Pendidik satuan PAUD kurang memanfaatkan permainan kreatif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Penggunaan permainan dadu literasi sebagai media stimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini kelompok A TK Al-Aqsho Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan. Model yang dipilih untuk melakukan tindakan yaitu siklus model Kemmis dan Taggart yang memiliki empat tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data perkembangan sosial emosional anak yang diperoleh dari observasi dan dokumentasi selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan presentase. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus, setiap siklus dilakukan tiga kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunakan permainan dadu literasi efektif untuk stimulasi perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Kata Kunci: Permainan Dadu Literasi, Sosial Emosional Anak

Abstract

The advance of times is the biggest challenge of educational institutions, especially in Early Childhood Education Institutions which must strive in totality to become quality institutions. The emergence of inadequate PAUD institutions or accreditation that has not yet reached PAUD institution accreditation standards is a problem in this study. The purpose of the study was to examine the management analysis of the establishment of PAUD institutions with a Total Quality Management (TQM) approach at TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan, Bantul. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used the Milles and Huberman model. The results of this study found that the Management of PAUD Institution in TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan, Bantul was well organized. After being analyzed by TQM there are no principles or references that are not applied. This is evidenced by the advancement in the quality of TK IT Mutiara Plus Banguntapan, Bantul institutions from the initial establishment until now.

Abstract

Produk yang dikembangkan adalah berupa permainan sirkuit Animove (Animal Movement). Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu alternatif pembelajaran fisik motorik yang mampu melatih keterampilan motorik kasar anak khususnya pada kekuatan (Strength), Kecepatan (Speed), Kelincahan (Agility) pada anak usia 5-6 tahun yang memperhatikan aspek kemudahan, keamanan dan kemenarikan pada permainan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) oleh Borg dan Gall yang telah dimodifikasi menjadi tujuh langkah yaitu melakukan: 1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data awal di lapangan, 2) merencanakan, 3) mengembangkan produk awal, 4) revisi awal, 5) melakukan uji coba dalam kelompok kecil terbatas, 6) melakukan revisi penyempurnaan produk dan 7) melakukan diseminasi atau penyebaran pada forum ilmiah pada seminar nasional pendidikan. Data diperoleh dari para ahli antara lain ahli permainan AUD, ahli alat permainan AUD, ahli fisik motorik. Instrument yang digunakan berupa kuesioner/angket dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil dari validasi para ahli adalah sebagai berikut: (1) 97,2%  dinyatakan oleh ahli permainan bahwa permainan sirkuit Animove sangat valid, sesuai dan mudah untuk dimainkan anak, (2) ahli alat permainan menyatakan 84,09% permainan sirkuit Animove sangat valid, aman, dan menarik untuk anak, (3) ahli fisik motorik menyatakan 96,43% permainan sirkuit Animove sangat valid dan dapat menstimulasi perkembangan fisik motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK B khususnya untuk melatih kekuatan, koordinasi, ketepatan dan kelincahan anak. Pada Uji kelompok kecil, diperoleh data: (1) 91,67% permainan ini aman untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun, (2) 95% permainan Animove ini mudah untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun dan (3) 96,67% permainan ini menarik untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan Animove sangat valid dan layak untuk dimanfaatkan dalam menstimulasi perkembangan fisik-motorik anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of physical activity and the provision of the natural environment for early childhood endurance because many schools for early childhood in Indonesia, are less optimal in the habituation of physical activities and less concerned with the natural environment. Their focus only on the children's Activities program based on the rigid curriculum, place, and learning media, with all activities held in the room. According to the interview and observation result in Daycare Tunas Mentari. The habituation of physical activity and the provision of natural environment had a significant influence on the children's body's endurance. Habituation of physical activity for early childhood must be done programmatically and become a habit; also the intervention of natural environment in schools must be done, by planting fruit trees or large trees that have the function of oxygen producers, neutralize pollution, cleanse and stabilize the air temperature, maintain clean water reserves, and control ecological, social imbalance. Types of trees and plants must be the suitability of their environment. Caring for the natural environment is very beneficial for the development and health of children, also for the sustainability of the universe and the health of the World Society

Abstract

AbstrakPerilaku keselamatan anak usia dini sangatlah penting untuk diterapkan karena anak usia dini dikenal dengan masa rentang dalam kecelakaan dan keadaan bahaya (Sujiono, 2013; Marlon,  2017; & Morrongiello, 2015). Peran pendidik selaku fasilitator dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pada kegiatan proses pembelajaran yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi menggunakan aplikasi Powerpoint karena Powerpoint merupakan salah satu sarana yang populer karena kemudahan dan kelengkapan fitur-fiturnya sangat mendukung dalam pembuatan sebuah presentasi yang baik. Powerpoint juga dapat didesain dengan bentuk media pembelajaran yang unik dan menarik dengan konten seperti permainan untuk memfasilitasi perilaku keselamatan anak usia 5-6 tahun sesuai dengan KI, KD, dan Indikator pencapaian anak usia dini (Latif, 2013). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan dasar kebutuhan produk, rancangan produk, proses uji coba produk dan hasil akhir produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Based Research (DBR) yang dikembangkan oleh Reeves. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, expert judgement, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli media, dan ahli pedagogik, yang nantinya akan dilakukan revisi sesuai saran dari validator sampai produk dikatakan layak. Secara umum, media pembelajaran berbasis Powerpoint ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Refleksi pengembangan produk ini yakni menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis Powerpoint untuk memfasilitasi perilaku keselamatan pejalan kaki anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menghasilkan file media pembelajaran berbasis Powerpoint untuk memfasilitasi perilaku keselamatan pejalan kaki anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam bentuk Compact Disk (CD), dan buku panduan media pembelajaran berbasis Powerpoint untukmemfasilitasi perilaku keselamatan anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

AbstractAssessment activities is a piece of learning which could not be separated with early childhood learning .Assessment presents on every learning session practicing by teachers or parent. Assessment development activities on various aspects allow teachers and parent knowing the growth of early childhood that would give stimulation if there was an advanced ability been attained. Also with value of religion and moral, teachers and parents in TKIT Al-Ikhlas Al-Maarif always do the assessment collaboration. Teachers in TKIT Al-Ikhlas Al-Maarif had also tried to stimulate in developing the students capability, religion and moral. So, the children who have not fulfilled these assessment could be stimulated as early as possible. The methods used in this research was using the data through qualitative observation and interview. The Observation was doing when the learning activities, while the interview directed to the teachers TKIT Al-Iklash Al-Maarif. Assessment value of the moral and religious was made over two months, then the researcher discovered that the average of 10 children had developed as expected. This could be seen from some indicators of the moral and religious value which are accomplished. This research is appropriate with a Standar Tingkat Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak (STPPA) with percentage excellent (86,7 %). Keyword: Assesmen, value of religion and moral, PAUD AbstrakKegiatan asesmen merupakan salah satu bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari proses pembelajaran anak usia dini. Asesmen senantiasa hadir pada setiap sesi pembelajaran anak baik dilakukan oleh guru maupun dilakukan oleh orang tua. Kegiatan asesmen dalam berbagai aspek perkembangan memungkinkan guru dan orangtua mengetahui perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak secara dini, sehingga dapat memberikan stimulasi lanjutan apabila terdapat kemampuan anak yang belum tercapai. Begitupula dengan perkembangan Nilai Agama dan Moral, guru dan orang tua di TKIT Al-Iklash Al-Maarif senantiasa berkolaborasi dalam melakukan asesmen. Guru di TKIT AL-Ikhlas Al-Ma’arif juga telah melakukan upaya stimulasi dalam mengembangkan nilai agama dan moral peserta didik, sehingga anak yang belum memenuhi capaian perkembangan dapat sedini mungkin distimulasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Observasi dilakukan di sekolah selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung, sementara wawancara dilakukan kepada guru kelas A TKIT Al-ikhlas Al-Maarif. Hasil asesmen perkembangan nilai moral dan agama yang dilakukan dalam kurun waktu dua bulan, maka peneliti menemukan fakta bahwa dari 10 anak yang diteliti rata-rata dapat dikatakan sudah berkembang sesuai harapan. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa indikator Nilai Moral dan Agama sudah mampu tercapai. Hal ini sesuai dengan Standar Tingkat Pencapaian Perkembangan Anak (STPPA) dengan nilai presentase sangat baik (86,7%).Kata Kunci: Asesmen, Perkembangan nilai moral dan agama, PAUD

Abstract

This paper presents the style of care adopted by multi-ethnic parents whose ethnicity includes Asahan and Toba Bataks. The parenting style of each parent is certainly different. This difference is triggered by several factors, one of which is culture. The culture carried by parents will affect the style of care and will have an impact on aspects of the child's development, including the child's emotional social. This study aims to determine the type of care done by multi-ethnic parents, and determine the factors that influence the social emotional development of children with multi-ethnic care. The results of the study illustrate that the culture of 7 parents in the city of Tanjung Balai causes a fusion of parenting or what is called parenting acculturation. Parenting styles adopted by parents affect the child's emotional social development. The parenting style applied by multi-ethnic parents in Tanjung Balai is permissive, and authoritative, which is relatively consistent over time. Permissive parenting style applied by multi-ethnic parents tends to give full freedom to children in making decisions and never gives an explanation or direction to the child, there is no stimulus, control and control to the child. While authoritative parenting styles tend to have strong principles towards culture, be rational, always base their actions on thought, pay attention to children's development, and direct the child to be able to behave rationally. The impact of multi-ethnic care is that children are able to recognize their own feelings, but have not been able to adapt to environmental situations, children have a great determination in completing play activities, this is supported from the care of Toba Batak culture which tends to be hard, and holds sufficient principles strong. Several factors influence the emotional social development of children from the care of multi-ethnic parents in the city of Tanjung Balai, namely the attitude and temperament of parents, the level of social activity, and the number of children.Keywords: Parenting style, Multi Ethnic, Emotional Social early childhood

Abstract

Berdasarkan ditetapkannya Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) sebagai pandemi pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020 oleh Direktur Jenderal World Health Organization. Serta arahan Presiden Republik Indonesia melalui Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dalam terbitan Surat Edaran Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Study from Home pada Masa Darurat Penyebaran Covid-19. Maka dalam menyikapi hal tersebut, untuk mengefektifitaskan Study from Home pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, penulis mengembangankan inovasi media pembelajaran “Rope Ladder (Rolade) Physical Activity”. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas pengembangan inovasi media pembelajaran Rope Ladder (Rolade) Physical Activity dalam meningkatkan motivasi Study from Home anak usia dini Sekolah Dasar pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani di Kabupaten Karawang Jawa Barat Indonesia. Metode eksperimen digunakan melalui rancangan The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design (Fraenkel, 2012) dengan sampel siswa Sekolah Dasar kategori Anak Usia Dini pada usia 7-8 tahun (n=19) ditetapkan berdasarkan Cluster Random Sampling, serta dilakukan 8 pertemuan pada Study from Home Pendidikan Jasmani. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes angket motivasi siswa yang dikembangkan berpedoman pada Ang Chen, Paul W. and Robert P. Pangrazi (2001) dalam Slameto (2010). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik Uji-T. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi media pembelajaran Rope Ladder (Rolade) Physical Activity dapat meningkatkan minat Study from Home Pendidikan Jasmani anak usia dini sekolah dasar.

Abstract

AbstractThe curriculum is the basis of an educational institution in order to help the achievement of the objectives that have been set. The background of this research is that there is an innovation of curriculum development in Afkaaruna Islamic School of aligning the three elements of value, Islamic, local and international thinking. The purpose of this research is to know how the development of integrative curriculum used by the institutions. Methods This study included descriptive qualitative research with researchers as subjects, method of collecting data through observation, documentation and interview. Results from this study data showed that the curriculum in Kindy Afkaaruna Islamic School, referring to International Preschool Curriculum (IPC) collaborated curriculum with the curriculum Ministry of religionn (KEMENAG), synchronized to Afkaaruna Learning Pack (ALP) that cover English, al-Dirasah al-Islamiyyah, and local value.
