Abstract

Religious assessment in early childhood aims to determine the child's development and plan the stimulation that will be carried out by the teacher in the next lesson. This study aims to identify the religious abilities of children aged 5-6 years in the city of Cirebon. This research was conducted in two stages, namely conducting a preliminary study and conducting observations in 13 kindergartens in the city of Cirebon. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive supported by quantitative data. The results showed that 85% of children aged 5-6 years in the city of Cirebon have shown good religious abilities. This can be seen from the child's ability to know God, carry out worship according to his beliefs, respect his parents, and love God's creation. The findings show that teachers have stimulated children through daily habituation. Habituation is not only done at school but also done at home. The teacher collaborates well with parents through intensive communication both through whatsup groups and contact books. Keywords: Assessment, Early Childhood, Development of religious values

Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020 the Covid-19 virus has spread to Indonesia and has caused thousands of children to be infected with the virus in various regions, one of which is the province of NTB. Various steps have been taken by the government in preventing the transmission of covid 19 in NTB, one of the steps that the NTB government has initiated is the healthy village program. The implementation of the healthy village program in NTB is carried out with a competition procedure which is followed by all villages throughout NTB, one of the villages is Pejanggik village. Therefore the aim of the research in this article is to determine the impact of the village health program on the improvement of clean and healthy living habits (PHBS) for early childhood during the pandemic in Bir'ali hamlet, Pejanggik village, Praya Tengah district, Central Lombok district. This type of research uses quantitative research with primary data sources. The type of data collection was in the form of a questionnaire or koesioer distributed to 38 respondents, namely parents of early usa children in Bir'ali hamlet, Pejanggik village, Praya Tengah district, Central Lombok district. While the data analysis technique used the instrument feasibility test in the form of validity and reliability tests. In addition, this analysis technique also uses multiple linear regression tests. Based on the research results, it shows that the research instrument can be declared valid and reliable. From the results of the t test the impact of the village health program had a positive and significant impact on improving the clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) of early childhood in Bir'ali hamlet, Pejanggik village, Central Praya district, Central Lobik district. From the variable contribution, the village health program was able to explain the PHBS variable for early childhood by 27%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe understanding of sexual education for children aged 5-6 years at RA Nur Kamal has not developed optimally, besides that the media related to sexual education is still limited in its availability. This study aims to develop sexual education using the Sex Education Book media in order to increase the understanding of sexual education for children aged 5-6 years in RA. This study uses the Research and Development method by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results of this study are a media Sex Education Book that has been declared "Eligible" to be used to improve understanding of children's sexual education, with a feasibility score of 95.75% media validation, 100% material validation, and 100% language validation. User assessment obtained the results of eligibility of 97.22% homeroom teachers, 100% principals, and 100% accompanying teachers. In addition, from the Sex Education Book media trial, it obtained an increase score of 80% and entered the BSB category (Extremely Developed). These results indicate that the understanding of sexual education in children increased significantly compared to the results before using the media which obtained a percentage score of 54.28% in the BSH category (Developing as Expected). Keywords: sex education book, sexual education, early childhood    ABSTRAKPemahaman pendidikan seksual pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Nur Kamal belum berkembang secara optimal, selain itu media yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan seksual masih terbatas kesediaanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pendidikan seksual menggunakan media Sex Education Book agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pendidikan seksual anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah media Sex Education Book yang telah dinyatakan “Layak” digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pendidikan seksual anak, dengan skor kelayakan 95,75% validasi media, 100% validasi materi, dan 100% validasi bahasa. Penilaian pengguna memperoleh hasil kelayakan sebesar 97,22% guru wali kelas, 100% kepala sekolah, dan 100% guru pendamping. Selain itu, dari uji coba media Sex Education Book memperoleh skor peningkatan sebesar 80% dan masuk ke dalam kategori BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik). Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa pemahaman pendidikan seksual pada anak meningkat secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan hasil sebelum menggunakan media yang memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 54,28% kategori BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan). Kata Kunci:  sex education book, pendidikan seksual, anak usia dini

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate of the planning, implementation, and outcome of student character education during the pandemic Covid-19 at PG-TK Al Muslim, Bekasi Regency. The evaluation model was used by Countenance Stake, there are: Introduction, process, and output. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Source triangulation was used to check and validate the data. The results of evaluation indicate that character education from early needs to be instilled in the golden age, so it is very importan to instill good behavior by applying of character values such as greeting, speaking politely, eating and drinking etiquette, responsibility, and toilet training. Based on the result of evaluation, it is recommended that the character education program be implemented with notes: Improve of planning, methods and learning media, implementation of character education, and outcome of student achievement through character education values.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah keluarga, figur orang tua memegang peranan penting dalam pembentukan kemandirian anak sejak dini, adapun peran ini digunakan untuk membantu anak menghadapi masa depannya, perhatian terhadap kemampuan anak untuk mandiri dapat dilakukan dengan pendampingan dan pembiasaan terhadap mandiri sehingga tumbuh kembangnya optimal baik fisik maupun mental. dan secara spiritual, anak-anak terbiasa melakukan pekerjaannya tanpa bergantung pada orang tua. Peran penting keluarga ini dapat membentuk anak mandiri yang berdampak baik bagi perkembangan mental dan intelektual anak, disiplin dalam melakukan apapun sesuai dengan kemampuannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam pembentukan kemandirian anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengambil data dari wawancara dengan orang tua dan wali anak yang bertempat tinggal di RT 05 vortex 8, Desa Pusaran, Kecamatan Enok, Kabupaten Indragiri. Hilir, Provinsi Riau. Hasil penelitian ini adalah peran orang tua sebagai pembimbing dan pemberi motivasi serta pembiasaan perilaku mandiri dalam membentuk kemandirian anak usia dini.

Abstract

Anak usia 5-6 tahun merupakan masa emas dimana masa sangat penting diberikan stimulasi yang tepat agar perkembangan anak tercapai secara maksimal. Perlu sarana yang sesuai dengan tingkat usianya. Agar anak usia dini tertarik untuk belajar, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang sesuai anak usia dini salah satunya multimedia pembelajaran interaktif dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kelayakan dan respon pengguna terhadap multimedia pembelajaran interaktif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) model acuan ADDIE. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh dari ahli media, ahli materi, guru dan peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian: (1) hasil validasi kelayakan dari ahli media sebesar 90,7% dan dari ahli materi sebesar 85,4% dengan kategori sangat layak, (2) respon guru sebesar 85,8% dan respon peserta didik sebesar 89,1% dengan kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran interaktif sangat layak untuk dimanfaatkan dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berbicara anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain paper quilling terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 4-5 tahun. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperiment Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok A. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 anak dengan 8 anak sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 8 anak sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik non parametrik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus anak yang diberi perlakuan kegiatan paper quilling pada kelompok eksperimen lebih baik dari kelompok kontrol dengan perolehan nilai Thitung 132 > Ttabel 2,145 sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, sedangkan nilai Zhitung 2,34 > Ztabel 0,4906 sehingga H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak, ini membuktikan penggunaan kegiatan paper quilling memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan untuk perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to describe the ability to recognize the concept of numbers before the number hunting game is applied to early childhood group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan; 2) to describe the ability to recognize the concept of numbers after a number hunting game was applied to early childhood group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan; and 3) to find out whether there is a difference in the average ability to recognize number concepts before and after the number hunting game is applied to early childhood group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan. This type of research uses quantitative research with experimental type using a census, namely the entire population is subject to research. The population in this study was group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan, totaling 6 people. Data collection techniques using observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive data analysis with descriptive average (mean).The results of the descriptive test showed: 1) the ability to recognize the concept of numbers before the number hunting game was applied to early childhood group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan obtained an average score of 6.67. 2) the ability to recognize the concept of numbers after the number hunting game was applied to early childhood group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan obtained an average score of 13.83. 3) there is a difference in the average ability to recognize number concepts in early childhood group A at Kindergarten Nurul Hidayah Lempangan after the number hunting game is applied. The implication of this research is that this research can add insight to children in recognizing the concept of numbers, educators can apply number hunting games in learning activities and can be used as an initial reference source by researchers who are researching the same.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe new transition period after the COVID-19 pandemic demands the implementation of learning with new provisions. Limited face-to-face learning is one of the options for implementing learning in PAUD units which is carried out through a group learning model approach. The purpose of this study was to describe PAUD teachers' perceptions of the limited face-to-face group learning model. Information about teacher perceptions was obtained through questions about school policy, experience, efficiency, supporting factors and obstacles in the group learning model presented through case studies using a qualitative approach. The research subjects involved 6 teachers who served in five kindergartens in the city of Yogyakarta. The results of the study found that the group learning model is an appropriate and fun policy, provides space for children to socialize, meet face-to-face, is able to limit the crowd and reduce the burden on parents in assisting learning at home, effective in monitoring children's development, conditioning children and easy knowledge. absorbed, as well as maximum support from school residents, parents, local residents, the COVID-19 task force and the police. The obstacles found were disciplining children in complying with health protocols, lack of time in giving stimulation, limited children in playing, sterilizing the school environment and the efficiency of increasing maintenance operational costs.Keywords: Teacher perception, group learning model, limited face-to-face

Abstract

Pendidikan keluarga tidak hanya berpusat pada akademik semata tetapi juga mencakup sosialisasi nilai-nilai untuk perkembangan baik konsep diri maupun kepribadian anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan keluarga dalam pengenalan identitas dan peran gender pada anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga pasang orangtua yang memiliki anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan identitas gender disesuaikan dengan tahap perkembangan anak usia dini yaitu pada fasse pra-operasional berdasarkan teorinya Piaget. Sehingga identitas gender dikenalkan melalui ciri-ciri fisik yang dapat diamati  langsung oleh anak. Untuk pengenalan peran gender dilakukan dengan cara memberi tauladan kepada anak dan melibatkan anak dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Sebagian besar identitas dan peran gender yang disosialisasikan masih terpengaruh oleh stereotip gender yang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Pergeseran stereotip gender dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, pendidikan, dan kesadaran diri orangtua.
