Abstract

Small business engaged in construction, to be able to survive a failure  depend on the orientation of its leadership  runs the business which is it will affect work culture. Effective leaders simultaneous task-oriented and relationship-oriented. Tthe highest attention devoted to the production and human. The results showed that the behavior of task-oriented leadership and relationships-oriented affect work culture proposed  by Hofstede. Leadership behaviors significantly influence the work culture at a very large power distance, uncertainty avoidance is huge, including the category of high individualistic and masculinity are high as well.

Abstract

Dysfunctional behavior is deviant behavior or violations of the rules and procedures of managerial control system of local government is done deliberately by officials themselves. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of participatory budgeting, budget control and standard operating procedures (SOP) on dysfunctional behaviors and examines cultural influences as pemoderasinya Tri Hita Karana. The sample was 36 SKPD in Gianyar regency government with 102 respondents consisting of structural officials directly involved in the budgeting process. Data analysis was performed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study are participatory budgeting and budgetary control positive effect on dysfunctional behavior. Standard operating procedure has no effect on dysfunctional behavior. Tri Hita Karana Cultural weaken the influence of participatory budgeting and control angggaran on dysfunctional behavior. Culture Tri Hita Karana not moderate influence on the standard operating procedures dysfunctional behavior.

Abstract

dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran mediasi kepuasankerja dalam pengaruh implementasi ISO 9001:2008 terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kuisioner disebarkan kepadaseluruh karyawan (pegawai tetap maupun kontrak) pada UPTP Balai Latihan Transmigrasi Denpasaryang berjumlah total 43 orang dan digunakan sebagai instrument penelitian dengan menggunakanteknik analisis deskriptif dan jalur. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ISO 9001:2008berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, dan kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: ISO 9001:2008, kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja pegawai

Abstract

The influence of leadership on organizational, Transactional and employee perfomnce (case study an Kanwil PT Pegadaian Persero, Denpasar. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational innovation culture and employee performance. The number of samples in this study were 131 employees sampled. Hypothesis testing using structural model analysis techniques (SEM analysis), with the tools of SPSS (statistical package for social science) and AMOS (analysis of moment structure). The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership has a positive effect on the performance of employees in the Office (2) transactional leadership has a positive effect on employee performance at the Office of  (3) the positive effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture of innovation at Office (4) the positive effect of transactional leadership on organizational culture in the Office, and (5) organizational culture of innovation has a positive effect on employee performance in the Office. Keywords : transformational leadership, transactional leadership, organizational culture of innovation and employee performance

Abstract

Berbagai bentuk usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah bagaimana memperbaiki kesejahteraan dan kemampuan karyawan dengan kompensasi dan kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kompensasi, dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah pada Direção Inspeção Geral di Kementrian Pendidikan Timor Leste. Pendekatan adalah menggunakan data dari pengedaran survey kuesioner di Direção Inspeção Geral di Kementrian Pendidikan Timor Leste. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawas sekolah berjumlah 65 orang, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunkan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh antar varibel dependen dan varibel independen data diolah dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil analisis secara simultan variabel kompensasi, dan kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah, secara parsial kompensasi mempunyai pengarui terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah, sedangkan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah. Hasil tersebut tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis dan penelitian terdahulu bahwa variable kompensasi dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Untuk itu penelitian selanjutnya perlu menanbah variable lain dalam variable independent. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pengawas.

Abstract

Abstract:  University Authority and Accountant Profession Inside the Development of Accounting Profession. Government has made a lot of changes in relevance with accounting development in Indonesia. However, it raises a question were those enough for accounting profession development in Indonesia?. University and profession organization have dominant role in accounting profession development through accounting education and practice. This indicates that the university and the accounting profession have the power or authority to determine the direction of accounting education in Indonesia. This in turn will form the color of accounting profession in the future.   Abstrak: Kuasa Universitas dan Profesi Akuntan dalam Pengembangan Profesi Akuntansi. Pemerintah telah membuat banyak perubahan dalam relevansi dengan pengembangan akuntansi di Indonesia. Namun, itu menimbulkan pertanyaan adalah mereka yang cukup untuk pengembangan profesi akuntansi di Indonesia?. Universitas dan organisasi profesi memiliki peran dominan dalam pengembangan profesi akuntansi melalui pendidikan akuntansi dan praktek. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa universitas dan profesi akuntansi memiliki kekuatan atau otoritas untuk menentukan arah pendidikan akuntansi di Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract: Empirically the Role of Brand Credibility to Mediate Endorser Credibility and The BrandEquity on Consumers. This study aims to investigate empirically the role of brand credibility to mediateendorser credibility and the brand equity on consumers “Kartu AS” in Denpasar, Bali. Respondents inthis study is the 200 customers of “Kartu AS” in the Denpasar City. The sampling method used ispurposive sampling method, with the customer’s criteria of respondents, who had seen the advertiseand use “Kartu AS” at least 6 (six) months, as well as a minimum of a high school educationTesting thehypothesis of the study carried out by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with applications toolsAnalysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The results showed that endorser credibility positive andsignificant impact on brand credibility, endorser credibility positive and significant impact on brandequity, brand credibility positive and significant impact effect on brand equity, and brand credibility isable to mediate significantly the effect of endorser credibility to brand equity. Abstrak: Peran Kredibilitas Merek Memediasi Kredibilitas Endorser dengan Ekuitas Merek. Penelitianini bertujuan menjelaskan peran kredibilitas merek memediasi kredibilitas endorser dengan ekuitas merekpada Konsumen “Kartu AS” di Kota Denpasar, Bali. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 pelanggan“Kartu AS” di Kota Denpasar. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling,dengan kriteria pelanggan responden yang pernah melihat iklan dan menggunakan layanan “Kartu AS”minimal 6 (enam) bulan terakhir, serta minimal berpendidikan SMA/SMK. Pengujian hipotesis penelitiandilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat bantu aplikasi Analysis of MomentStructure (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas endorser berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kredibilitas merek, kredibilitas endorser berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapekuitas merek, kredibilitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekuitas merek, dan kredibilitasmerek mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kredibilitas endorser terhadap ekuitas merek.

Abstract

Abstract : The Influence of Consumer Dissatisfaction and Product Category and Characteristics to Switch Brand Decision with The Needs to Find Variation as Moderating Variable.This study aims to identify the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and product characteristics to brand switching mobile phones with need for variation as moderating variable. Data were processed and analyzed using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hypothesis testing using t test and determination with a significance level of 5%. Product Moment formula and Cronbach Alpha of consumer choice use for measuring the validity and reliability. These results indicate that consumer dissatisfaction and characteristics of the product category significant and positively effect the consumers in making decisionson brand switching mobile phone products, as well as the need for variation can moderate the influence of consumer dissatisfaction and the characteristics of the product category brand switching decisions on mobile phone products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh corporate social responsibility disclosure pada reputasi perusahaan dan pengaruh reputasi manajemen puncak pada reputasi perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2016 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 116 perusahaan yang datanya diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi BEI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility disclosure berpengaruh positif pada reputasi perusahaan dan reputasi manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif pada reputasi perusahaan. Semakin luas corporate social responsibility disclosure maka reputasi perusahaan semakin baik, semakin tinggi reputasi manajemen puncak maka reputasi perusahaan semakin baik. Abstract

Implementing Effective Corporate Internal Control And Developing Good Corporate Governance. Internal control and good corporate governance are acknowledged as an important component in corporation. Both concepts assist corporation to achieve its objectives. However, some people think that both concepts are different and do not have relationship each other. For this reason, this paper tries to explain what both concepts are and their relationship between them as a useful guideline for corporation to achieve its goals. Based on the analysis conducted, it is obtained the result that both internal control concept and GCG’s concept are the mutual complementary concept. The success of implementing internal control concept depends on a success of implementing GCG’s concept and vice versa. Keywords: internal control, good corporate governance
