Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning and implementation of training dropout, describes the factors driving and the problems encountered in the training dropout organic fertilizer, and describe the impact of the activity of teenagers dropping out of school in the training of organic fertilizer in the hamlet Pampung. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation and documentation. From the results, the data include: (1). Chemical fertilizer or inorganic fertilizer was shown to lower the quality / damage to the soil; (2). Limousine cow manure waste not managed optimally in Hamlet Pampung; (3). Dropout yet have the ability and knowledge of how to treat the sewage Limousine cow waste into something more useful; and (4). Dropout and farmers are very enthusiastic about the training activities making organic fertilizer from cow dung material Limousine. In order for this training management objectives can be achieved by optimum, then several things that must be considered are: (1). Make this activity as an activity that has a follow-up plan to the marketing process organic fertilizer; (2). Structuring membership consists primarily Pampung hamlet residents, it is to facilitate the coordination of activities in the future; (3). The need for cooperation in the management of organic fertilizers to be marketed properly and smoothly, so it can become a useful citizen entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) Planning of school operational funds (BOS) (2)the implementation of school operational funds (BOS) (3) accountability of schooloperational funds (BOS) on Elementary School of Kemasan I Surakarta. This studyused a qualitative research with a ethnographic approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and dokumentasi. Data analysis technique is done by using several stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques sources and methods. The results of the study concluded (1) in the planning process components involved, among others, the principal in charge, the school treasurer, board of teachers and school committee. The planning process begins with preparing RAKS (2) The implementation of BOS management begins with withdrawals made treasurer as required by leaving a minimum balance in the bank. Expenses that are not included in the 13 items in the governance of the BOS funds using dues infak students held every Friday. (3) The accountability of the BOS through a report done gradually every day. In the BOS management there are several books of governance must be made that the public treasury Books, General Treasury Ledger, Ledger and Ledger Bank Tax.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implantation of academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency. This research is a qualitative research with the phenomenology approach. The subject of this study is the supervisors, head of Madrasah, teachers, and students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data display, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision of supervisors at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency from the planning aspect, monitoring program has been included either because the supervisor has done the planning before conducting supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel to be supervised so as to prepare. However, the teacher's aspect of coaching has not been well-running so much of the assessment aspect. Thus, the results of the implementation of the academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency is not optimal so it still needs to be improved, especially on the aspect of development and judgment.

Abstract

This  research  aim  to description  of optimalisation  of achievement  of learning through visual medium at educative  participant  of class IX E State Junior High School Two Cawas Region Klaten school year odd semester 2014/2015. Subject and research data source is educative participant  of class VIII F 21 educative participants.  Data collecting method  applies  observation,   documentation,   and  test.  Data  analysis  applies  critical analysis  and  comparability.  Indicator  success  of  using  minimal  limit  criteria  75  and complete target of 100%. Research procedure applies cycle. Based on result of inferential research  and  solution  that  :  Data  obtained  from  finite  precycle  of  cycle  II,  obtained progress of achievement of student learning in study of Social science with materi environmental  development passed visual picture/ medium, at precycle average of 71,6 and cycle I average of 76,6 and cycle II average of 84,9. From this data, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from precycle to cycle I equal to 5 number (7%), from cycle  I  to  cycle  II  happened  increase  8,3  numbers  (10,8%),  from  pasiklus  to  cycle  II happened increase 13,3 numbers (18,6%).Highest  value of phase precycle 80 and cycle I 86 and cycle II 92. Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (7,5%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 6 number (7%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase 10 numbers (13%). Low value of phase precycle is obtained by 66 and cycle I 72 and cycle II 76. thereby, can be affirmed that from phase precycle  to cycle  I happened  increase  equal  to 6 number  (9%),  from  cycle  I to cycle  II happened  increase  equal  to  4  number  (5,6%),  and  from  precycle  to  cycle  II  happened increase  10 numbers (15,2%).Complete  percentage  learnt starts from precycle  is obtained equal to 24% and cycle I is obtained  equal to 62% and cycle II equal to 100%. Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 38%, from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase equal to 38%, and from precycle  to cycle II happened  increase equal to 76%.  Thereby,  achievement  of student  learning  in study  of Social  science  with materi environmental  development  passed visual picture/  medium  from finite precycle  of cycle II happened increase significant.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitia, menguji (1) kontribusi komunikasi interpersonal, kepemimpinankepala sekolah, dan budaya kerja organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja secara tidaklangsung melalui motivasi kerja guru, (2) kontribusi komunikasi interpersonal,kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan budaya kerja organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja,dan (3) kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Jenis penelitiankuantitatif korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple randomsampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 182 guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakanmetode angket. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian, 1)Komunikasi interpersonal, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja organisasimempunyai kontribusi secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjasecara tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja guru; 2) Komunikasi interpersonal,kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya kerja organisasi berkontribusi secaralangsung terhadap motivasi kerja; dan 3) Motivasi kerja berkontribusi secara langsungterhadap kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

This study focuses on (1) examine the contribution of student independence, parentalmonitoring, and class facilities on mathematics learning outcomes (2) examinethe contribution of students’ independence on mathematics learning outcomes (3)examine the contribution of parental monitoring on mathematics learning outcomes(4) examine the contribution of class facilities on mathematics learning outcomes.This research belongs to quantitative research. The study population is 350students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Miri Sragen. The study sample of 187 students isdetermined by the Slovin formula. The data are obtained using proportional randomsampling, questionnaire, and documentation. The data find in this research areanalyzed using multiple linier regression. The results of this study are (1) there is acontribution of student independence, parental monitoring and classroom facilitiestowards mathematics learning outcomes by 16.8% while the remaining 83.2% can be influenced by other factors outside this research (2) there is no contribution of students’ independence to mathematics learning outcomes with a relative contribution of 26% and an effective contribution of 4% (3) there is parental monitoring contribution to mathematics learning result with relative contribution of 18% and effective contribution 3% (4) there is a class facility contribution to mathematics learning outcomes with a relative contribution of 256% and an effective contribution of 9%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is analysis character building values that can be found in English textbook in Senior High School. This is a descriptive qualitative research which takes a document as the method of collecting data. The data of this research are reading texts and dialog in English textbook “Bahasa Inggris” for Grade X Senior High School that represent eighteen characters building values that was described by Kemendiknas 2010. The source of data is English textbook entitled “Bahasa Inggris” for grade X Senior High School. This research uses model of data analysis by Miles and Hubberman includes data reduction, data display and drawing data. While to get the validity of data analysis, the research uses multiple theories. The result shows that the book contains eighteen characters building that was described by Kemendiknas, and some other characters appear in the selected textbook such as gratitude, humble, confidence, cooperative, respect, healthy life style, courage and optimist.

Abstract

Classroom-based  action research (CAR) for high school math teachers is very important to develop their professionalism.  To improve the competence of teachers, a development of CAR  training  model  based  on  mentoring  is  needed.  This  study  aims  to  produce  an appropriate  CAR  training  model  based  on  mentoring  to  improve  teachers’ professionalism.  This study employed research and development (R D) model, then the procedure pursued in this research started from  (1) literature study, (2) preliminary field study,  (3)  needs  analysis,  (4)  preparing  the  training  model  design,  (5)  performing validation model, (6) revising the model, (7) preparing hypothetical model of training, (8) performing limited testing and expanded trials, and (9) revising the final model through the  focus  group  discussion   (FGD-2),  experts,  and  practitioners   to  obtain  the  final model.The   result   shows   that:  (1)  the  product   which   is  validated   by  experts   and practitioners  obtains  a mean  score  of 62.15  (good  qualification),  (2) the final  training model is very feasible to be used by the indication of the its mean score at 3.59 (very high) for its usefulness, the mean score of 3.48 (very high) for its practicality, the mean score of3.58  (very  high)  for  its  feasibility.  The  implementation   of  training  program  is  alsocapable of producing  CAR research reports. The conclusions  of research is that the final model of CAR training based on mentoring and its training instruments are very feasible to be used to improve the professionalism  of senior high school math teachers in Brebes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ada tiga. (1) Mendeskripsikan penyusunan instrument penilaianautentik mata pelajaran matematika. (2) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penilaianautentik mata pelajaran matematika. (3) Mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan hasil penilaian autentik mata pelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian kualitatif menggunakan desain etnografi. Tempat penelitian di SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Waktu penelitian dari bulan februari 2016 sampai dengan bulan agustus 2016. Subjek penelitian wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum, guru matematika dan siswa kelas XI Ipa. Teknik analisis data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validasi data dengan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Analisis data dengan teknik interaktif dengan proses reduksi data, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ada tiga. (1) Penyusunan instrumen penilaian dilakukan dengan menetapkan aspek yang diteliti, merumuskan tujuan, merumuskan indicator berdasarkan kompetensi dasar, dan membuat kriteria ketuntasan minimal. (2) Pelaksanaan penilaian aspek sikap menggunakan teknik observasi dan jurnal. Pelaksanaan aspek pengetahuan dilakukan dengan tes lisan, tes tertulis dan penugasan. Tes lisan sebagai pendukung tes tertulis. Penugasan dilakukan dengan berkelompok maupun individu. Pelaksanaan aspek keterampilan dilakukan dengan teknik unjuk kerja menggunakan skala penilaian yang disertai rubrik. (3) Pemanfatan hasil penilaian untuk membentuk sikap positif siswa, menyeragamkan kemampuan berfikir siswa, memberikan informasi kepada orangtua, dan perbaikan dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, danpenilaian Praktik Kerja Lapangan di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Jenis penelitianini kualitatif etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara, observasi, dandokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian:1) Perencanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, meliputitahapan sinkronisasi kurikulum, pembuatan peta DU/DI, koordinasi program kerjaPKL, sosialisasi program PKL, dan pembekalan PKL. 2) Pelaksanaan PKL di SMKBatik 2 Surakarta sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, yaitu meliputi: penyerahan siswaPKL, pengorganisasian siswa PKL di lokasi DU/DI, monitoring PKL, penarikan siswaPKL, dan pelaporan PKL. 3) Penilaian PKL di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta dilakukandalam sebuah rapat yang diikuti oleh TIM HKI (Hubungan Kerja Industri) yangterdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Kurikulum, Wakil Kepala Humas, seluruhKetua Kompetensi Keahlian, dan Wali kelas membahas keseluruhan kegiatan PKLtentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan PKL.
