Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the achievement motivation on mathematicslearning independence. This study is a quasi-experimental study with factorialdesign 2 x 3. The population of class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Weru Sukoharjo2016/2017 school year and the sampling is done by clusterrandom sampling. Theresearch instrument is a test of mathematics learning independence and achievementmotivation questionnaire. To determine the validity of the instrument test the validityand independence of learning math, using a correlation formula to determine thePoint biserial and reliability using Kuder Richardson formula. While the validity ofthe test achievement motivation questionnaire using the technique of Karl Pearsonproduct moment correlation and reliability testing using the formula used Alpha.Teknik data analysis is the balance test using the Z test, test for normality usingLilliefors, homogeneity test using Bartlett method and hypothesis testing datausing Analysis test variance two streets with different cells. Based on hypothesistesting we concluded that there is achievement motivation on mathematics learningindependence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ada tiga. 1) Menguji kontribusi minat, kedisiplinan, danketekunan terhadap hasil belajar matematika secara tidak langsung melalui motivasiberprestasi. 2) Menguji kontribusi minat, kedisiplinan dan ketekunan terhadapmotivasi berprestasi. 3) Menguji kontribusi motivasi berprestasi tehadap hasilbelajar matematika. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasionaldengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam pengambilan sampel penulismenggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah siswa sebagai sampelsebanyak 168 siswa. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metodedokumentasi dan metode angket.Teknik analisis data dengan analisis jalur dansebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis. Hasil penelitian, 1) ada kontribusi minat,kedisiplinan, dan ketekunan terhadap hasil belajar matematika secara tidak langsungmelalui motivasi berprestasi. 2) ada kontribusi minat, kedisiplinan dan ketekunanterhadap motivasi berprestasi. 3) ada kontribusi motivasi berprestasi tehadap hasilbelajar matematika.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the learning outcome with the subject matter of Population Social Science Approach Jigsaw. Subjects and data sources eighth grade students study VIII F as many as 36 students. Methods of data collection using observation, documentation, and testing. Analysis of data using a critical and comparative analysis. Indicators of success using the criteria limit minimal is 75 and the target completeness 100%. Research procedure uses cycles. Based on the resultt of research and discussion can be concluded that: the data obtained from pre cycle until the second cycle, obtained the progress of student achievement in the learning of Social Sciences with the material of the population through the approach of Jigsaw, the pre cycle average of 73 and the first cycle an average of 79 and the second cycle by an average of 87. from this data, it seems clear that an increase in the average value of pre cycle to a first cycle of six figures (8%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 8 numbers (10%) , from the second cycle pre cycle to an increase of 14 points (19%). The highest value pre cycle stage at 82 and 88 as well as the first cycle of the second cycle of 92. It is clear that from the stage to the first cycle pre cycle an increase of 6 numbers (7%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 6 numbers (7% ), and the second cycle of pre cycle to an increase of 12 points (14%). The lowest scores were obtained for 66 pre cycle stage and the first cycle of 72 and the second cycle of 82. thus, can be affirmed that the step of the first cycle pre cycle to an increase of 6 figures (9%), from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 10 number (14%), and the second cycle of pre cycle to an increase of 16 points (24%). The percentage of mastery learning from pre cycle obtained by 29% and the first cycle was obtained by 70% and the second cycle of 100%. It seems clear that from the stage to the first cycle pre cycle an increase of 41%, from the first cycle to the second cycle an increase of 30%, and from the second cycle pre cycle to an increase of 71%. Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the implementation of learning history in kejar paket Cprograms. This study uses the descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected byinterviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis technique use qualitativeanalysis inductive models with purposive sampling technique. The results of thisstudy are: first, planning learning history in kejar paket C program started fromin house training for educators in kejar paket C program which practiced in thepreparation of the learning device are appropriate to the curriculum; second, theimplementation of learning history in kejar paket C program involves three patternsof learning consisting of 20% face-to-face interaction, 30% tutorials, and 50%independent activity; third, constraints in the implementation of history learning inkejar paket C program is the readiness of learners in receiving learning materials,learning infrastructure, and the competence of educators in conveying the teachingof history; fourth, evaluation of learning history in kejar paket C program is equalto the formal school.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) Terpadu merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yangwajib diajarkan pada pendidikan jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), akantetapi, banyak siswa kurang menyukai pelajaran ini karena dianggap sulit. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasisgame untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) kelas VIII, dan (2) mengujikelayakan media pembelajaran tersebut untuk diterapkan sebagai alternatif metodepembelajaran IPA Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahresearch and development (R&D), yaitu merancang dan mengembangkan mediapembelajaran produk berupa game dan selanjutnya melakukan pengujian atas aplikasitersebut. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan terhadap guru Mata Pelajaran IPA tingkatSMP sebanyak 21 orang dari 8 SMP berbeda. Data diperoleh dari kuisioner yangdidistribusikan kepada para guru sebelum memainkan game dan setelah memainkangame. Dari pengujian dan pengamatan, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa metodepembelajaran berbasis game ini layak untuk digunakan sebagai media alternatif daninteraktif. Akan tetapi, penerapan metode ini perlu dilakukan pendampingan denganguru terkait, sehingga dapat terarah dengan baik sesuai tujuan belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1). Mendeskripsikan karakteristik perencanaan prakerindi SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo, (2). Mendiskripsikan karakteristik pelaksanaanPrakerin di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo, (3). Mendiskripsikan karakteristikpenilaian Prakerin di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan desain diskriptif. Nara sumber dalam penelitian adalahkepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, ketua pokja prakerin , kepala program keahlian,guru produktif dan pimpinan industri. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi,wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian adalah (1).Perencanaan prakerin meliputi : pemetaan industri, program prakerin, waktu prakerin, pembekalan prakerin, dan penetapan guru pembimbing, (2).Pelaksanaan prakerin meliputi pengorganisasian, penyerahan siswa prakerin ke industri, monitoring siswa prakerin, dan penarikan siswa prakerin ke Sekolah. (3). Penilaian prakerin ada dua tahap, yaitu penilaian oleh pembimbing industri dan pembimbing Sekolah dengan parameter nilai dari industri (IN) diberi bobot 60 %, nilai jurnal prakerin (JP) diberi bobot 10 %, nilai ujian lisan (UL) diberi bobot 20 %, dan nilai laporan (LP) diberi bobot 10 %. Sehingga nilai total hasil prakerin siswa adalah : 0,6 (IN) + 0,1(JP) + 0,2 (LP) +0,1 (LP).

Abstract

The aim of this study to describe the planning, implementation, feedback and follow-up of the academic supervision at Junior High School 1 Todanan Blora. This study includes qualitative research with ethnographic design. Research is located at Junior High School 1 Todanan Blora. The study begins from July 2015 to January 2016. The subjects of the research are principal, vice principal of curriculum, teachers of subjects. The technique of collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The interview process uses first order understanding and second order understading. The validity of the data with simber triangulation of source, triangulation techniques, and triangulation of time. Data analysis technique uses flow method. The results of the study (1) The planning process of supervision contains making supervision schedule and assessment instruments of supervision conducted by the principal and vice principal of curriculum, (2) The implementation of academic supervision is carried out with the preparation of supporting supervision documents and continue with classroom observation by supervisors, (3) Feedback process of supervision is done by evaluating the academic supervision, as well as providing a solution to solve the problem experienced by teachers in teaching, (4) The follow-up of supervision is done by supervisor continuously and providing the opportunity for teachers to follow training activities to improve their capability of teaching.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine 1) to analyze and examine the influence of STADand NHT learning strategic toward the learningresult, 2) to analyze and examinethe influence of the beginning ability toward the learning result, 3) to analyzeand examinethe interaction of learning strategic and the beginning ability towardthe mathematic learning result. The research design is Experimental Quasi.Thepopulationof this research was all the seventh year students of SMP N 1 NguterSukoharjo. The removal of the sample is bycluster sampling. The method of the datacollecting is by documentation and test. The population of the research is all studentsof seven grade of SMP N 1 Nguter in 2015/2016 that consist of eigh classes. Theanalysis technic is two ways of different cell Anava, to be continued with Scheffemethod. The result of the research by the significance level 0,05 shows 1) The studentslearning result with STAD strategic isbetter than NHT, 2) The students learning resultof the high beginning ability is better than the students who have medium and lowbeginning ability, the students learning result of the medium beginning ability is betterthan the students who have low beginning ability, 3) STAD strategic is more effectivethan NHT to the students who have medium beginning ability. Concerning with STADstrategic, the learning result of the students who have high beginning ability is assame as the students who have medium beginning ability, and the learning result ofthe students who have high and medium beginning ability is better than the studentswho have low beginning ability. While on the NHT strategic, the learning result ofthe students who have high beginning ability are better than the students who havemedium and low beginning ability. Whereas the students who have medium and lowbeginning ability got the same learning result.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ada empat, pertama menguji dan menganalisis kontribusiunsur-unsur dinamis pembelajaran, fasilitas belajar, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kepuasan siswa, kedua, menguji dan menganalisis kontribusi unsur-unsur dinamis pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan siswa , ketiga, menguji dan menganalisis kontribusi fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan siswa,keempat menguji dan menganalisis kontribusi motivasi berprestasi terhadap kepuasan siswa. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian ex-post facto dengan teknik korelasional . Penelitian dilaksanakan di MTs Ta’ mirul Islam Surakarta pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016dengan sampel 105 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proposional random sampling dengan menggunakan tabel kracjie. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis regresi ganda setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi.Hasil penelitian ada empat, (1) ada kontribusi unsur-unsur dinamis pembelajaran, fasilitas belajar, dan motivasi berprestasi pada signifikan 0,05 terhadap kepuasan siswa sebesar 27,5%, (2) ada kontribusi unsur-unsur dinamis pembelajaran pada signifikan 0,048 terhadap kepuasan siswa dan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 6,49%, (3) ada kontribusi fasilitas belajar pada signifikan 0,012 terhadap kepuasan siswa danmemberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 9,69%, (4) ada kontribusi motivasi berprestasi pada signifikan 0,05 terhadap kepuasan siswa dan memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 11,32%.

Abstract

This research aimed at increasing the teacher’s ability in making a lesson plan and conducting a learning process in the class. Type of this research is an Action Research. This research was conducted in 5 school areas of Gugus V Nakula of Serengan Sub-district, Surakarta. The location selection of this research was because the schools are under the guidance of the researcher, because from the results of observation, there were still many teachers who had not understood the main task and functions of a professional teacher. This research was conducted for three months from July 2011 to September 2011, starting from the preparation up to the reporting. Basically, the data which became the analysis materials were primary data that were through a direct observation obtained from the respondents by using the Instrument of Observation. The data consisted of data on the teachers’ ability in composing a syllabus and lesson plan (RPP), as well as   implementing a learning in the class. The results of the research conclusion and discussion were as follows: 1) The giving of guidance in the beginning of composing the syllabus, the lesson plan, and the implementation of learning can optimize the results of supervision that was increasing the teachers’ professionalism. It could be viewed from the increase in the teachers’ ability from the early condition, cycle I and cycle II based on the data obtained by the researcher; 2) The Academic Supervision could increase the teachers’ ability in becoming professional teachers. From 13 teachers who became the researcher’ partners, their professional ability was increased significantly. In composing the lesson plan in the cycle I, from 13 teachers, all of them (100%) obtained scores under 90. Nevertheless, in cycle II, the scores of all teachers increased, therefore, only one teacher whose score was under 90 (7.69%). Similarly, in their ability of implementing the learning, in cycle I, only 2 teachers whose scores were above 80 (15%). Nevertheless, in cycle II, the teachers’ scores increased totally, only one teacher whose score was under 90.
