Matrik:Jurnal Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Udayana University which aims to publish articles of empirical and theoretical studies in the field of marketing management, finance, human resources, operations, strategy management, tourism management and entrepreneurship. Editors accept articles in Indonesian and English were not delivered or published in another journal. Determination of the article that appeared determined by expert editors review results through a blind review process. The Scientific of Matrik:Jurnal Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan is published by Management Study Program in collaboration with Association of Indonesian Economic Bachelor (ISEI branch of Denpasar) and Association of Indonesian Management and Business Programs Study (APSMBI) Matrik:Jurnal Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan received writing on the results of studies in the fields of marketing management, financial management, human resource management, and entrepreneurial management, including (but not limited) to the following topics: Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Operations Management, Change Management, Management of Sharia, Knowledge Management Entrepreneurship, E-Business, Capital Market both empirical and theoretical studies that have never and will not be published in other media.

The explanation of how individuals do whistle-blowing is actually influenced by interpersonal factors of employees. This article aims to develop an original framework that explains the role of moderating perception of organizational support between organizational commitment and whistle-blowing attitudes. This research is an empirical study at state universities in the city of Bandung with multivariate analysis as a tool in explaining the research hypothesis. The results show that organizational commitment empirically has a positive effect on whistle-blowing attitudes. Furthermore, the perceived organizational support positively moderates the influence between organizational commitment and whistle-blowing attitudes.

Studi ini menentukan pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Pusdiklat Pajak. Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi dan menentukan permasalahan terkait OCB pegawai. Riset dilaksanakan di Pusdiklat Pajak dengan populasi 63 pelaksana dan sampel diambil 54 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis jalur. Uji hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat (1) pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap OCB, (2) pengaruh langsung positif komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB, (3) pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap OCB, (4) pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi, (5) pengaruh langsung positif komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi, dan (6) pegaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pada akhirnya, untuk meningkatkan OCB pegawai Pusdiklat Pajak, organisasi harus meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja mereka.

This research tries to find several factors triggering female workers to shop. It involved 70 respondents that are active female workers. The method use here is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) that makes us easy to explain relational framework of independent variables toward dependent variable. Based on the result, we find that decision to shop is affected by only two independent variables: decision-making and external locus of control. The rest of independent variables do not have effect at all. This finding proves that the tendency of female workers to shop is constituted by their own attitude and the external environment that they cannot handle.

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh pengungkapan enterprise risk management (ERM) pada hubungan kepemilikan manajerial dengan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder pada perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar pada periode 2013-2015 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel akhir sejumlah 57 amatan. Hipotesis diuji dengan Moderated Regression Analysis untuk data panel dengan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa ERM disclosure memperkuat pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial pada nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan dukungan pada signalling theory, agency theory, dan pentingnya ERM disclosure baik bagi manajemen, investor, kreditor dan regulator terkait hubungan kepemilikan manajerial pada nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, corporate governance and derivatives usage on firm risk of non-financial companies listed in Kompas100 index at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study employs six important independent variables that influence the firm risk, including liquidity, leverage, profitability, the proportion of independent commissioners and derivatives usage. The population in this study are all non-financial companies listed on the Kompas100 index in 2017 which amounted to 85 companies. This study uses purposive sampling method and the final sample is 74 companies. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Key research findings in this study indicate that leverage has significant and positive effect on firms risk, profitability has significant and negative effect on firms risk and derivatives usage has negative and significant effect on firms risk.

Abstrak Pengalaman konsumen dan desain suatu produk merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dalam pemasaran, manfaat desain diharapkan mampu membuat konsumen merasa puas. Apakah pengalaman konsumen dan design benefit selalu dapat meingkatkan kepuasan konsumen? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh customer experience dan design benefit (utilitarian benefit dan hedonic benefit) terhadap intention to recommended dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel interviening. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan dengan melibatkan 100 responden yang menggunakan produk smartphone iPhone di Kabupaten Kebumen, diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan path analyze dan diolah dengan bantuan alat statistic SPSS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketujuh hipotesis hanya ada satu yang ditolak yaitu hipotesis kelima. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variabel customer experience dan hedonic benefit merupakan anteseden dari kepuasan konsumen yang dapat menumbuhkan intention to recommended, sedangkan pada variabel utilitarian benefit hanya dapat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen tetapi tidak dapat menumbuhkan intention to recommended konsumen.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui determinan karakteristik perusahaan dan struktur kepemilikan sebagai pendorong, peningkatan struktur modal, kinerja keuangan, serta nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan konsumsi di BEI. Data populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan Konsumsi yang pada periode tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2016 telah go Publik Pemilihan dan penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan tehnik purpusive sampling yaitu tehnik penarikan sampel yang dilakukan secara sengaja berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan peneliti. Tepatnya Judgement Sampling, dimana sampel yang dipilih menggunakan kriteria tertentu yang harus sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Perusahaan Konsumsi merupakan perusahaan yang sangat penting. Perusahaan yang mampu membantu menggerakan ekonomi, membantu pemerintah, menciptakan banyak lapangan pekerjaan, namun bahan baku masih banyak tergantung bahan impor. Pemerintah diharapkan dapat membuat kebijakan yang dapat menjaga Makro ekonomi terutama stabilitas nilai rupiah. Kinerja keuangan organisasi pemerintah mempunyai peran penting dalam tata kehidupan bernegara karena kinerja keuangan yang menunjukkan kemakmuran masyarakat. Penelitian bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tata administrasi dan keefektifan sistem pengendalian intern (SPI) terhadap kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran belanja negara. Populasi penelitian adalah 169 satuan kerja pengelola keuangan yang menjadi mitra KPPN II. Kuesioner dikirim kepada 150 pengelola satuan kerja pengelola keuangan negara. Tingkat pengembalian kuesioner sebesar 46%. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak WarpPLS versi 4.0. Seluruh indikator penelitian bersifat reflektif dan telah memenuhi validitas konvergen, validitas diskriminan, dan reliabilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan lingkungan pengendalian, kegiatan pengendalian, informasi dan komunikasi, dan pemantauan pengendalian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Namun, administrative governance dan penilaian risiko tidak terbukti berpengaruh pada kinerja keuangan. Kata kunci: kinerja keuangan, tata kelola, dan SPI. ABSTRACT The financial performance of government organizations has an important role in the life of the state because this perfomance shows public welfare.. This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of administrative governance and the effectiveness of the internal control system on spending of state budget. The population of this research consist of 169 spending units which is working partners of KPPN Semarang II. Questionnaires were sent to 150 officers of the state finance management unit. Questionnaire response rate was 46%. Hypothesis testing used WarpPLS software version 4.0. All indicators of the research are reflective and have met the convergence and discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The results show the control environment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring control have significantly positive effect on financial performance. However, administrative governance and risk assessment have not effect on financial performance. Keywords: financial performance, good governance, and internal control.

Abstract The purposes of the research are to analyzing, evaluating, and measuring the correlation between employee's perception of Germas (healthy life movement) on the behaviour of healthy living in the work environment, according to the recommendations in Germas as a policy of the Natonal Narcotics Board (NNB). Data is analysed by factor analyze and multiple regression method. Ordinal data obtained from filling out the quetionnaire must be chenge first to interval data using Method of Succesive Interval. Data is processed by using SPSS 23. The results shows that with a significance level of 5% or 0.05 it is obtained that the Fcount value is 24.003 and Ftable is 3.554. Because the value Fcount > Ftable then H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this research is there are three perceptions factors that influence the healthy behaviour of employees in the work environment., namely healthy eating patterns, antismoking, and physical fitness. In addition, it was also found that there was a significant impact on the perception of NNB employees on Germas towards healthy living behaviour. Keyword: perception, behaviour, Germas, healthy life

Small and Medium Food Industries (SMFIs) play an important role in the national economy but its competitiveness is low due to the limited innovation applied by business managers. Current innovation research is partial and excludes disruptive innovation and sustainable competitiveness. This research fills the gap by developing a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMFIs based on disruptive innovation and identifying constraints faced by SMFIs if the model is implemented. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussions and surveys using questionnaires. With a model framework approach, the model is composed of six subsystems, namely input, production process, post production, marketing, and supporting institutions. The potential for disruptive innovation lies in the quality of functional food products and low production costs because resources are available locally. However, the potential for disruptive innovation has not been utilized optimally by SMFI due to various obstacles. The role of government is very important to optimize the competitiveness potential of SMFI.
