Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of store image on customer satisfaction, the influence of satisfaction on customer repurchase intention, and effect of store image on customer repurchase intention. Data collected through the survey by distributing questionnaires to 185 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM with application software AMOS and SPSS. The results showed that: (1) Store image has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. (2) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer repurchase intention. (3) The store image has a positive and significant impact on customer repurchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan investor dalam berinvestasi saham di kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Variabel yang diteliti adalah pengalaman investor, lama penjualan saham, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah modal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan kuesioner serta observasi langsung, dengan sampel sebanyak 90 investor dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara individual keempat variabel pengalaman investor, lama penjualan saham, tingkat pendidikan, dan jumlah modal berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan investor dalam berinvestasi saham di Indonesia Bursa Efek, kecuali tingkat pendidikan. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap keberhasilan investor dalam berinvestasi saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah modal. Saran yang diajukan investor harus mengikuti pelatihan dalam menganalisis saham baik fundamental maupun teknis untuk mengurangi risiko, tidak menempatkan 100% investasi mereka dalam portofolio saham yangsama. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mencakup variabel baru yang selanjutnya mempengaruhi keberhasilan investor dalam berinvestasi saham. Perusahaan efek dan otoritas diharapkan memberikan kenyamanan dalam pertimbangan risiko dan manfaat, serta keamanan dana investor.Kata kunci: keberhasilan investor, pengalaman investor, lamanya penjualan saham, tingkat pendidikan dan jumlah modal, klasifikasi proporsional random sampling

Abstract

This study aim is to determine the effect of business risk and the size of company on capital structure and firm value. The population of this study were 9 companies in pharmaceutical sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sample size was determined by census method-taking all population as sample. This study used secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and ICMD in 2006-2013. The study implemented path analysis technique. The results show that, firstly, business risk and firm size is have a positive and significant impact on capital structure. Secondly, business risk has a negative and significant effect on company value, whereas size of the company has a positive and significant effect on company value. On the other hand, and capital structure has positive yet not significant effect company value. Thirdly, capital structure emerges as mediating variable in the affect of business risk on the company value

Abstract

This research was conducted by taking 100 respondents in the traditional markets of Denpasar traditional market. Data was collected using questionnaires. The variables measured from the sample consist of  evaluation of the beliefs, subjective norm and the influence on the intend to shop in traditional markets in Denpasar regency.  The results of regression analysis found that the evaluation of beliefs and subjective norms  affect consumers’ shopping intentions in a traditional market, in which subjective norms variable are more dominant affecting the spending intentions

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of profitability, liquidity, and business risk on capital structure. This research was conducted since June 2017 and used secondary data obtained from annual reports of property and real estate companies in property, real estate and construction of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research is 30 companies for three years, namely 2013-2015. The sample was obtained through purposive sampling technique.The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is liquidity has significant negative effect to capital structure, while profitability and business risk have no significant effect to capital structure. Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of service quality on satisfaction and loyalty on Garuda Indonesia passengers in Denpasar. Respondent of this research at least 17 years old who use the services of Garuda Indonesia at least three times in this year. The number of respondents on this research defined 180 respondents by using sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This research used analysis od Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS program. The result of this research showed that the hypothesisare supported : 1) service quality has positive and significant impact on satisfaction, 2) satisfaction has positive and significant impact on loyalty, 3) service quality has positive and significant impact on loyaltyof Garuda Indonesia in Denpasar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan analisis kompetensi inti pada bisnis ekowisata hutan bakau di BeeJay Bakau Resort. Analisis VRIO (Valueable, Rare, unImitability, Organize) dipakai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi inti yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kompetensi inti diperlukan oleh suatu perusahaan agar mempunyai daya saing dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti dari BeeJay Bakau Resort adalah kemampuan mengelola wisata terintegrasi, luas wisata pantai, penginapan pasang surut, bahan baku fresh, teknologi, kedekatan dengan pemasok, skill membangun serta skill memasak dan show Hibaci.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of perceived value to the intention of using e-money, mediated by trust. The population in this study is that people who already  know about e-money but have not used it. This research was did in Denpasar with 100 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used consisted of Path Analysis and Sobel test. Results from the study showed that the perceived value and trust had a positive and significant impact on consumer intentions to use e-money in Denpasar. The variable of trust also proved to be significantly able to mediate the relationship between perceived value to the intention of using. Suggestions for the publisher is expected to pay attention to image quality and security features of e-money to build the consumer perveived value is getting better and increasing consumer trust. Moreover important to continuously disseminate lesh cash society so that can improve consumer awareness and will be able to encourage consumer intention to use e-money.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the mediating role of brand image on the influence of countryof origin on brand equity of Toyota car in Denpasar City. This research was conducted to 150 samples by implementing purposive sampling method. The data was collected by using instrument with 5 point Likert’s Scale. The data was analized with Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) technique. The results show that 1) country of origin has a positive effect on brand image, 2) country of origin is positively affect brand equi ty, 3) brand image is positively affect brand equity, and 4) brand image mediates the effect of country of origin on brand equity. It is recommended for Toyota Management to further highlight that Toyota is a made in Japan car with an image of developed countries. Additionally, Toyota  management can also improve  its brand image by making Toyota as the top brand award, so it will be able to increase the brand equityof the Toyota products.

Abstract

Small and Medium Food Industries (SMFIs) play an important role in the national economy but its competitiveness is low due to the limited innovation applied by business managers. Current innovation research is partial and excludes disruptive innovation and sustainable competitiveness. This research fills the gap by developing a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMFIs based on disruptive innovation and identifying constraints faced by SMFIs if the model is implemented. Data was collected through Focus Group Discussions and surveys using questionnaires. With a model framework approach, the model is composed of six subsystems, namely input, production process, post production, marketing, and supporting institutions. The potential for disruptive innovation lies in the quality of functional food products and low production costs because resources are available locally. However, the potential for disruptive innovation has not been utilized optimally by SMFI due to various obstacles. The role of government is very important to optimize the competitiveness potential of SMFI.
