Abstract

In the RUPTL PT PLN Years 2017 untill 2026, the goverment aim to reach 5000 MW of PV plant potential in 2025. But, until November 2016, the number of PV plant in Indonesia is around 11 MW. To reach the 5000 MW target, many approach must be use. One of the approach is install PV plant on goverment buildings. Pusat Pemerintahan Kabupaten Badung (Puspem Badung) is a goverment buildings complex which located in Badung Regency, Bali is one of the goverment building that can be use for this approach. This paper aim to know the potency of electrical power dan electrical energy produced by Puspem Badung if the PV plant installed on the north, east, west, and south side of the roof. Electrical energy produced by PV plant is simulated by using System Advisor Model (SAM). From the simulation results, north side of the roof can produce energy of 1.847.361 kWh/year. From the analysis, the total energy that can be produced by PV plant is 6.169.092 kWh/year. This amount can supply Puspem Badung energy need by 124,72 %.

Abstract

Pada jaman sekarang dengan adanya teknologi short message service seseorang dapat dengan mudah melakukan pertukaran pesan, namun pertukaran pesan yang bersifat rahasia sangat berbahaya jika dilakukan dengan short message service karena short message service tersebut dapat diketahui oleh orang yang berhasil melakukan penyadapan. Salah satu teknik yang dapat dipakai untuk menangani hal tersebut adalah kriptografi kurva elliptik. Disini dilakukan studi mengenai perancangan aplikasi short message service dengan menerapkan metode enkripsi kunci publik kurva elliptik berbasis mobile android yang diimplementasikan kedalam bahasa pemrograman java menggunakan Android Studio. Hasil analisa yang diperoleh bahwa aplikasi sistem keamanan short message service dengan metode kurva elliptik ini dapat diterapkan untuk menjamin kerahasiaan data dan otentikasi pengirim. Dalam pengujian untuk sebuah short message service aplikasi ini masih memiliki keterbatasan hanya mampu mengolah maksimal 57 karakter.

Abstract

The load in the form of energy saving lamps has a harmonic loss generated. The harmonic effect generated is caused by the use of non-linear power electronic components, resulting in a current that is made into a distorted sinusiodal wave which results in the formation of waves at multiple multiples of the fundamental frequency. Based on the negative impact caused by the energy saving light, the filter was designed to reduce the THDi percentage generated by the energy saving light, by installing a low pass RC filter on the energy saving light.

Abstract

The power plant with renewable energy sources is needed to reduce the pollution. One of this kind is in Bali, that is PLTSa (Garbage Power Plant) Suwung. However, PLTSa Suwung is no longer operating for now. PLTSa Suwung is connected with Serangan feeder, this connection named Distributed Generation. When PLTSa Suwung doesn’t operate, it will affect the Serangan feeder’s voltage profile. The change of voltage profile will be analyzed with EDSA Technical 2000 Service Pack 3.5 software. The research will give five scenarios with different electrical power supply from each scenario. The gap of the voltage profile between scenario 1 (100% power supply from PLTSa) and scenario 5 (0% power suplly from PLTSa) is 0,0079% for medium voltage bus and 0,0062% for low voltage bus. This small gap shows that the connected PLTSa Suwung doesn’t give effect to voltage profile of Serangan feeder.

Abstract

Hanaka concept store is a company engaged in the field of fashion in Bali, which was established since March 19, 2013 which is located at Jalan Tukad Pakerisan No. 54 Denpasar, Bali. Competition in the world of fashion makes Hanaka concept store is required to be different in terms of fashion and product marketing. This study aims to build mobile product-based product sales system at Hanaka Concept Store. The system is built using the method of gamification in order to make the product marketing process becomes more attractive to the customer. Gamification methods contained in this application in the form of providing point to the activities undertaken by the customer either the transaction product order or quest-quest. From the results of system implementation and charging questionnaires to customers, get a score of 4.41 which in this case strongly agree with the existence of mobile applications that feature gamification.

Abstract

BKD Denpasar has an employee management information system. The system is useful for managing employees from managing new employees to managing retired employees. The current problem is the system cannot manage staff promotions. The current system is that employees submit promotions by filling in the files manually. The solution proposed in this problem is a promotion information system with existing data and managed using an existing staffing system. The system is designed using a data flow diagram while the database is designed using an entity relationship diagram. Web-based system is built using the PHP programming language. The database is implemented using MySQL. Based on the results of application testing with Black-box testing, all the functionality of the Information system of promotion in the Civil Service Environment Denpasar that has been built can run well. The resulting system can help the performance of administrative officers for promotion. The system built can run well according to user needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare the existing optical network conditions that use point to point technology with GPON network designed for Udayana University campuses area in Bukit Jimbaran Bali. The Existing optical network is currently able to serve only 14 buildings from 77 existing productive buildings due to the limited number of available optical cores.. It means in order to connect each building at the campuses area, it is required much more optical fiber. Alternatively is using Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) technology. This research was conducted by analyzing the condition of the existing optical network and designing the GPON network. Here are compared some network feasibility parameters ie Link Power Budget, Rise Time Budget and Bit Error Rate. Then compare the use of cores, the number of subscribers as well as device estimation and transmission costs. The study found that to connect all of the buildings are GPON configuration required only 22 optical cores, compared to 154 cores for eksisting network designs. However, the GPON design has lower network quality but is simpler and much more economical if it is implemented for a wide network.

Abstract

Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) merupakan layanan bersifat real-time, parameter yang dapat mempengaruhi kulitas layanan seperti delay, jitter dan packet loss. Dalam proses pengkodean sinyal analog menjadi sinyal digital menyebabkan terjadiya delay pada VoIP. Sistem pengcodean ini disebut codec, setiap codec memiliki bitrate yang berbeda pengkodeannya. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan codec G.711, G729 dan codec G.723.1 sebagai perbandingan untuk mengetahui qulity of service (QoS) VoIP jika diterapkan pada jaringan MANET. Dengan penambahan aplikasi Hypertext Transfer Protovol (HTTP) untuk mendapatkan parameter QoS VoIP dari codec G.711, G.729 dan G.723.1. Hasil yang didapat pada codec G.723.1 lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan codec g.711 dan G.729 dilihat dari nilai dari parameter QoS seperti delay, jitter dan packet loss. Sesuai standar ITU-T G114 dimana perhitunan teoritis parameter dari codec G.723.1 didapat hasil terendah 7,68 kbps.

Abstract

Gangguan hubungasingkat tenaga listrik ditimbulkan oleh hubung singkat tigaafaseasimetris, gangguan hubung singkat tidak simetris satu fase ke tanah dan gangguan hubung singkat tidak simetris antar fasa dan dua fasa ke tanah. Gangguan tersebut telah menyebabkan beberapa trip, kegagalan kerja relay dan recloser. untuk menentukan setting waktu kerja relay arus lebih dan recloser agar peralatan proteksi dapat bekerja dengan baik dilakukan simulasi gangguan hubung singkat pada beberapa titik lokasi gangguan yang dipilih berdasarkan kondisi di jaringan penyulang Mambal. Berdasarkan analisis, arus gangguan hubung singkat dipengaruhi oleh jarak tittik gangguan, semakin dekat titik gangguan dengan sumber maka semakin besar arus gangguan hubung singkat pada titik tersebut. Arus gangguan maksimum dan minimum hubung singkat mengakibatkan selisih waktu kerja relay di tiap lokasi dengan selisih waktu TMS selama 0,4 detik. Dilakukannya setting sistem proteksi pada penyulang Mambal sesuai dengan hasil analisis dapat memperbaiki selektifitas sistem proteksi pada Penyulang Mambal.

Abstract

Renewable energy is energy that comes from natural processes that will not be exhausted and sustainable if managed properly. In its use, to maintain the continuity of the availability of electrical energy maximally, it is necessary to combine several types of power plants that are connected to the grid or better known as hybrid grid connected power systems. This research took place at Villa Peruna Saba, Gianyar - Bali which uses a hybrid grid connected power system that combines photovoltaics and generators connected to the grid utilty in supplying electricity loads. The analysis is carried out on the characteristics of the average load, the contribution of each electric power source and the workings of the hybrid grid connected hybrid power plant system. From the analysis, it is known that the contribution of power derived from solar power plants is 561.27 kW or 22.41% in April 2018 and 510.72 kW or 20.71% in May 2018.
