Abstract

Employees who have high productivity are company assets, thus understanding the causes of productivity is a way to increase it. This study examines the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and the work environment partially on employee work productivity. The study used a population of employees of PT. Naga Semut Kebumen with 60 respondents. Data were collected through a survey with a closed questionnaire instrument and then analyzed by multiple linear regression. The findings imply that organizations need to provide more opportunities for individuals with transformational styles to lead in order to encourage the productivity of manufacturing workers. The majority of workers are women, so providing a conducive manufacturing work environment is the most influential factor supporting productivity.Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment, Work Productivity

Abstract

Changes in technology are very fast, ultimately making public transport business competition tougher and demanding the creativity of business actors. The presence of an application-based transportation mode has finally become the community's choice and shifts conventional transportation service providers. With a variety of conveniences including costs that are already known at the beginning of the order, making people feel comfortable with the services provided, then provides options for the public in using transportation services and provides income changes for online transportation-based motorcycle taxi drivers.This study aims to examine the direct impact of the presence of application-based modes of transportation that can change people's choices to switch from conventional modes of transportation to application-based modes of transportation and to determine the impact of changes in community choices on driver income. This research method uses quantitative methods, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism. The sampling technique was carried out randomly from the population. The data was collected by using a research instrument with a questionnaire distributed to respondents. This research uses path analysis test.Application-based mode of transportation (X) has a significant influence on people's choice in determining the mode of transportation (Y), is 27.1%, the remaining 72.9% is influenced by other variables. Variables X and Y have a significant effect on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Z). While the coefficients (R Square) were 0.334 or 33.4%,this means that the influence of the application-based mode of transportation variable through the choice of the community in determining the mode of transportation on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers is 33.4%, the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.The importance of upgrading technology so that the online motorcycle taxi application will further improve driver performance, increase consumer satisfaction and this mode of transportation is always the people's choice.Keywords: Mode of Transportation, Civil Preference, Driver's Income

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on job satisfaction, the influence of motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates the relationship between work environment and employee performance. The population used is employees of the production section of PT. The Wahidatama Purbalingga Gold Herb for 200 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample taken was 132 respondents using the Yamane formula. The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, Adjusted R Square coefficient of determination test, f test, t test and Sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis it is proven that motivation and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction mediates motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Wahidatama Purbalingga Gold Herb. Based on the significance value obtained, the variable that most influences employee performance is the motivation variable.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment,Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

The research aims to study the influence of organizational structure and culture on corporate organizational innovation. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting 100 questionnaire samples. This study analyzes the data collected with multiple regression analysis. The independent variable of this research is the organizational structure and culture of the organization while the dependent variable of this research is innovation within the company. The result of this research is that the organizational structure and culture of the organization has a significant and positive influence on a company’s innovation.Keywords: Innovation, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine student responses to student satisfaction and image, how service quality of Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro (UM Metro) affects partially and simultaneously on UM Metro image and the direct effect of UM Metro service quality on image. A total of 314 respondents used as research samples with a sampling technique in the form of proportional random sampling, which was then carried out by processing the data with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of calculations using multiple regression analysis obtained tangible direct positive effect on UM Metro image. Empathy has a positive direct effect on the image of UM Metro. Responsive has a positive direct effect on the image of UM Metro. Reliability has a positive direct effect on the image of UM Metro. Assurance has a positive direct effect on the image of UM Metro. The results of this study contribute to the service quality and image of UM Metro, the service of lecturers and education staff to students which in turn will have an impact on UM Metro image.Keywords: Image, Service Quality (TERRA)

Abstract

The emergence of various kinds of Butiks that sell some of the same fashion products but with different prices, good promotions and prices that match the quality of the products offered will affect the purchase decision. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of price and promotion through social media on purchasing decisions at Butik Stores in Metro Lampung City(GnE Butik, Amie Butik, Harmua Queen, Butik Ariesta, Nanda Butik, Klik Shop Butik, Ra Butik). In this study using primary data and secondary data, the research method used was accidental sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and homogeneity test. Testing the analysis model in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R determination. Based on the results using the T test, it was found that the price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Butik Stores in Metro Lampung City and promotions through social media had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at BoutiqueStores in Metro Lampung City. From the F test, prices and promotions through social media simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Butik Stores in Metro Lampung City. This study is aimed at implementing future marketing strategies at Boutiques in Metro City.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Social Media, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This study seeks to explain the aspects of social solidarity among members of a credit union which is strengthened by the influence of persuasive communication, service quality from its administrators as well as psychological well being variables that will moderate these two variables. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of persuasive communication, service quality on social solidarity of members in Credit Union Mitra Parahita, with the psychological well being variable as moderation. The research method used analysis of Structured Equation Modeling (SEM). Before the SEM analysis is carried out, the validity, reliability and fit models are first tested. This study used the accidental sampling method for members of the Mitra Parahita Gunung Kidul Credit Union. The results of this study indicate that Persuasive Communication does not have a significant effect on Social Solidarity. Service quality has a significant effect on Social Solidarity. Psychological Well-being does not moderate the effect of persuasive communication on social solidarity. Psychological Well-being does not moderate the effect of service quality on social solodarity. Abstract

Empowerment is one of the development strategies for enhancing creativity, especially for people with disabilities who are given knowledge and skills training to live independently. This study aims to determine the form of empowerment that is conducted on the disabled people, especially for people with disabilities in Kediri village, Kediri sub-district of West Lombok Regency through the Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP) program as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is using the qualitative descriptive method. The technique of data collection by interview, observation, and literature study. The research results showed that the empowerment of people with disabilities in Kediri village, Kediri sub-district of West Lombok Regency has not been maximized but good enough because there are still expectations of the disables that have not been fulfilled. People with disabilities want to be given continuous education and training programs related to the Productive Economic Enterprises program because the major factor for the success of the UEP program is Human Resource Development in advance.Keywords: Empowerment, Diffable, Productive Economic Enterprises

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of financial attitudes and self-efficacy as a mediating variable on the effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior. The population of this study was 1,089 respondents consisting of Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business and Lecturers of Islamic Banking in Indonesia, namely Yogyakarta, Palembang, Lampung, and Tulung Agung. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling method of 99 respondents. The data processing technique used in this research is the structural equation modeling technique using the Smart-PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study: First, high financial knowledge will influence good financial behavior. Second, high financial knowledge will influence good financial behavior with financial attitudes as a mediating variable. Abstract

Changes in lifestyle and the development of certain types of music also encourage the kind of coffee shop business to grow. The purpose of this study was to see whether the number or the proliferation of new coffee shops operating and providing varied offers and menus could cause sales at Cofee et Bien's shops to increase or decrease. This study uses the IFE matrix calculation, IE matrix, QSP matrix analysis and SWOT analysis. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Coffee et bien has experienced stable sales for 6 consecutive months as well as analysis of the internal and external environment of the shop and the formulation of a business strategy that is always applied to Coffe et bien.Keywords: Marketing Strategic, SWOT, IE Matriks, QSP Matriks
